Lived in Magnolia Apartments for over 4 years. Management and employees changed frequently. Communication with residents seems disorganized and last minute. They once threatened all residents that they were gonna search apartments at random because of weed smell??? LOLLL. Maintenance team is awesome and usually responds within a business day. The apartments are nice on the inside overall. Get a garage if you can swing it. Nice location and proximity to White Rock Lake is main bonus with this place.

I’ve lived a Lakewood since April and the community is super friendly, maintenance is knowledgeable and the leasing office is responsive and kind. Brittany and Amanda go above and beyond to ensure residents are happy living here and resolve any issues in a timely manner. They even host community events and go all out on decor and activities. You can tell they really care about their residents and that goes a long way for me.10/10 recommend living at Lakewood.

I moved into Magnolia Flats at Lakewood in December of 2023. I have really enjoyed living here. I had many disappointing experiences when searching for a new place to call home. The staff of several other complexes I toured, were ill-prepared, unwelcoming, and lazy. It was very frustrating. I arrived early for my appointment at Magnolia Flats. Amanda greeted me and had everything ready for our appointment. She had written information as well as a video ready for me. She gave me a tour of the property and answered all of my questions. She had a professional attitude and a welcoming, friendly spirit. This experience was so refreshing after all of the other experiences I had at other properties. Brittany and Amanda are both very friendly and helpful. They do a great job at trying to build a community through events and activities. I love my apartment. I am so impressed with the thoughtful design. There are hooks already on the doors in the bathroom/closet area. The kitchen cabinets are tall with adjustable shelves. Every apartment comes with a full size washer/Dryer.(Game changer) The appliances are new and work well. I have a lot of natural light in my apartment which is great for all of my plants. My dog is happy here and we get a lot of exercise walking the hills in the neighborhood behind the property. The property is small and I think that is why I havent run into too many delivery problems. I havent needed maintenance service but I have met the maintenance staff. They are friendly and very present on the property. I am so happy with my decision to move here. And, Im thankful they allowed me to live her. ;)

I have lived at Magnolia at Lakewood for 4 months I am so happy that I moved here. I am a life long runner so it is absolutely perfect for access to White Rock Lake. It also has easy access to Santa Fe Trails, the beautiful Lakewood homes, Lakewood Hills and Lakewood Country Club. Run, Bike, Walk you have lots of options. Grocery store, shops and many restaurants are all across the street. After my run I cool off in the refreshing pool on property. I recently hosted 30 plus friends at my 70th birthday party in the lovely party room that is available to everyone you lives here. Very friendly neighbors and the property is well maintained. The Maintenance crew are all professional, competent and courteous. Brittany and Amanda that manage this property do an amazing job!Michael

I love my Magnolia Lakewood home. I’ve been here for a little over 4 years. The space is beautifully done. My layout is perfect. The amenities are great. My favorite part is the staff. Brittany and her leasing team are always helpful, sweet and eager to help if needed. Our maintenance crew is the best! Always efficient, great attitudes and same sweet spirits & eager to help attitudes. Don’t need them often but the few times you do they show up! We are so conveniently located to the lake, restaurants and shopping. So many walkable places.

Living at Magnolia at Lakewood has been a dream! The perfect location for someone who is looking for a pet-friendly and safe apartment. My only complaint is theres minimal guest parking, but really not a huge issue. The management is incredibly friendly and resident-focused.

I have lived here at the Magnolia at Lakewood for a little bit now. I love it here and am really glad to be living at this complex. I have lived in other apartments here in Dallas, and when I was looking around at different places, I started realizing more and more what was important for me in choosing a place to live. I saw ones all over the Dallas area, and ultimately I figured out I need a few things, and Magnolia checked all the boxes.First, I wanted a place for my dog and I that I felt was conducive for him. The fact I can take him to the neighborhoods behind the complex, we can walk the Santa Fe Trail, and cross the street to go to White Rock Lake, make this a perfect location for this aspect.I also wanted a place that was located near things in Dallas that I enjoy, but not be too close. Magnolia at Lakewood does just that. I can go to Greenville, Downtown, etc., in just a few minutes.Finally, I wanted a community that was quiet, and an apartment where the square footage for the price felt fare. Boxes checked again.When I visited I loved it checked those boxes, but then there were other things that were even better bonuses. Amanda and Brittany made the whole process seamless. They are easy to talk to and I have always been able to get ahold of them when something comes up. Plus, I like stopping by and chatting with them and bringing the dog to visit them, and they are so kind about it. I just like it wasnt where they got me to sign a lease, then acted like I was Casper and wanted to ignore me and just get another tenant.The maintenance crew has been the best I have seen in any place I have lived. I had some minor issues when I first moved in and they took care of it immediately. Also, whenever I am taking my dog out and he sees them, he loses his mind because he loves them (I bet youre seeing a theme about my feelings about my dog... Sorry... but he is perfect).If I had to summarize all of this I would say that if you are looking for somewhere that is near downtown, has a quiet community, is located near outdoor things, and has a great staff in Amanda, Brittany, and the maintenance crew, this is a great place for you. If you do move in, look for the guy with the perfect dog and be sure to say hi.

I love all Magnolia properties and Lakewood is no different!This is exactly like all of the Magnolia properties with the amazing finishes, appliances, and amenities. The pool and club room are a definite selling point! This is a great apartment if you are looking to be in the city, but still like a smaller town feel!Brittany is the manager and she is so extremely kind and patient and has been so helpful with the moving process. Sophia is great to tour with as well!

We just moved in for a little while here at Magnolia at Lakewood Apartments and wanted to say Amanda and Brittany couldntve have made the move in process so smoothly for us. We definitely love the area and like how we are surrounded by so many activities to do with kids and pets. It is such a quite and friendly complex and would recommend Magnolia at Lakewood to everyone!

I dont normally write reviews, but I know reasonable apartment reviews can be hard to come by so here ya go.Ive lived here for about 6 months and have been really impressed for the most part. The finishes and amenities are a little nicer than what you can expect at other apartments for a similar price - nicer appliances, wine fridge, built in speakers, granite counter tops, nice lighting. And I feel like you get a little more space for your money as well. I love the neighborhood, easy access to White Rock and Santa Fe trail, really cool shops and restaurants really close by, and super convenient access to all the other stuff in Dallas you may want to do without feeling like you are in the middle of the city. I really cant emphasize how nice the neighborhood is. Noise seems normal but I am also on the top floor. Pool and rec room are good especially considering how small the complex is.My biggest complaint is parking. I understand its a small complex and there are private garages, but considering this is a luxury complex, a shade structure for cars would go a long way. The parking can also be really inconvenient in building 1 if you work 9-5 hours, as the majority of spots are behind building 2. The gates also seem to always be broken in some form. These arent deal breakers for me, but just be aware if you are considering. Theres also no elevator or Luxer Locker.Overall 4/5 Stars - management is responsive, the maintenance teams are around and have always shown up in a reasonable amount of time, love the location, and I love the apartment itself, just be appraised of the parking situation.

I will be singing the same tune as many others before me. The apartment itself is great, all the appliances are nice, I like the layout, it’s not too loud and the management team and maintenance staff are helpful and responsible. I LOVE the location. So the only reason this does not get 5 stars is because of parking. There are 4 guest spots (2 are handicap so really only 2 spots) and you used to be able to get a guest pass so friends and family could park in the gate without being towed but they have stopped because they don’t have space anymore I guess. Garage parking is $200 a month so while it is a nice option, not a realistic one in everyone’s case. Guests can park in the residential neighborhood overnight, but only during the week. There are a lot of shopping centers and a parking garage nearby, so it would be nice if there was some kind of agreement with them. Overall I recommend this place to live, but would an amazing place if parking was better.

I really enjoyed my time at Magnolia Lakewood. The layout of the apartment units are spacious and well-designed with stylish finishes and amazing storage. The location is wonderful and there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance of the complex. Jennifer, the manager, is fantastic. Knowledgeable, professional, and personable, she was such a pleasure to work with during my relocation due to an out-of-state job transfer. Magnolia Lakewood was a great place to call home!

I have viewed this apartment a few times and Im always amazed at the attention to detail and architecture. This apartment complex has all the amenities that I look for: an AMAZING fitness room, stainless steel appliances, large kitchen, and more. I would highly recommend this property to everyone.The staff members are polite, kind, and genuinely interested in the residents wellbeing.

Great apartments! The only issue is the green space is nothing but dog poop! They have bags and dump stations that are used but there are plenty of residents who do not pick up after their dogs.

Visiting a friend, who was a neighbor. Great addition to Lakewood. I love their properties in other places. This place is gorgeous and very befitting of the area.
