Great location with wonderful accessibility to shops and restaurants nearby. Anytime we have needed assistance (maintenance, checking security for a car issue, even moving items into our apartment), the property manager and maintenance personal are incredibly timely, resolving issues immediately or within the day. I feel safe within and outside our apartment complex due to the great location and decency of other tenants.

From the day I moved into my new apartment at Magnolia, the attention to detail has been phenomenal. My new place was thoroughly cleaned, with a bottle of wine and wine glasses waiting for me on my island. It was (and still is) incredibly well-kept and classy. All of the cabinets, drawers, and floors are like-new, crisp, and modern. I have had no issues since living here. The staff are outstanding. The overall building is very well-kept. I absolutely love it here!!! I would highly recommend this area as your future-home.

I’ve lived here for 4 months and have had a wonderful experience all around! I’ve lived in 5 different apartment properties, and this place is easily the best.The building is new, and my unit is beautiful—granite countertops, new appliances, and even a wine fridge! I am living in a studio for the first time, and it’s surprisingly the perfect size. Everything works, and there are no pest issues! The exterior building doors are locked with key card entry, and the neighborhood feels very safe—I often take my dog out after dark. I’m also able to walk to Trader Joe’s, Walgreens, and other shops and restaurants along Lovers.Emma was exceptional. Throughout the leasing process, she was friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. She seems to make a point to remember all the residents by name, which gives the place a welcoming feel.I would highly recommend living here!

I just moved in to Magnolia at Inwood Village! When I called to inquire about the property, Sydney helped me and she was amazing! She was very informative about the property. She helped me sign my lease and answered questions after I signed all the way until I moved in. If you are interested in looking to sign a lease here, ask for Sydneys help because she was amazing and made it a smooth and easy transition.

I visit my friend who lives at the Magnolia on Eastern. His place is very well finished out and the staff (specifically Sydney) are awesome. He speaks very highly of the maintenance team’s ability to deliver quick solutions to his requests. All in all, I give them a 5 star from my perspective.

Great location with great walkability to restaurants and drinks. Highly recommend living here. Very attentive staff. Maintenance is resolved in a timely manner. Tasha has been a huge help and is great to work with.
