Ive been living at Magnolia at Bishop Arts for a while now, and I’m incredibly impressed with the level of service, especially from DeLacy. She has gone above and beyond to ensure that every concern or request I’ve had has been handled quickly and with a great attitude. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the residents and the property, and her professionalism really stands out.DeLacy’s attention to detail and proactive approach have made such a positive difference in my experience here. Whether its coordinating maintenance or answering questions, she consistently exceeds expectations. Her dedication and hard work are truly appreciated, and it’s clear she plays a key role in keeping this place running smoothly.I hope the higher-ups recognize the incredible asset they have in DeLacy. Magnolia at Bishop Arts is lucky to have her!

I was a tenant for 4 years and recently moved. It was rough at first, but I have to admit things changed drastically once DeLacy came on board. She really does have an ear for residents and a passion to make your living experience stand out. While making my exit some of the issues I had starting coming into fruition like fiber internet, on site events, and resident communication improved drastically.My time at Bishop was not horrible. I had great neighbors and of course you are right in the heart of Bishop Arts. Hopefully, they will increase amenity offerings. If I ever had to go back to the area I would consider.

We were attracted to this building because of its clean and well-maintained look, the location, and the small size of the building. We lived here four years and loved it. The building was secure, quiet, and well maintained inside and out (top-notch maintenance crew - always responsive!). The neighborhood was lovely, especially for walking dogs or walking to nearby Kidd Springs Park.The interior of the apartment included good quality appliances, counter tops, and floors. And our neighbors were wonderful. It was truly an enjoyable place to live.

Wow! DeLacy is the easiest property manager to work with. She really cares about addressing tenants needs and concerns. The property hasn’t always had these kinds of pros, so it’s great to have experienced such a vast improvement

Loved my tour here! I was so impressed by the closeness to bishop arts and other areas. Definitely was one of my top 3 choices but would have loved to see more guest parking spaces! If you’re not worried about guests, get it for you because it was so nice and for a great value!

This has been the best apartment living experience Ive ever had. The location is incredible and the apartments are beautiful. My husband and I could have stayed here much longer if we hadnt bought a house. Living in a boutique community is 100000% the way to go - especially in such a unique and eclectic neighborhood like Bishop Arts!
