I’m not really big on reviews. But ever since the new people in the office been here I believe the managers name was Michelle Cole I believe. She is a very welcoming open person taking ideas into consideration and putting people needs before her own. One could say she treats the residents like her on family at least I know that’s how I felt when I encountered her. She has a huge personality and she handles her business even if there is a problem or confrontation she resolves it in a timely manner. The maintenance team loves working for her I hear nothing but great feedback from the other residents and to be honest ever since she took over the apartments have been running smooth. It has been getting better and better. I really enjoy living here now. Anytime I ask for things to get done, they always get right on it. I never have any issues with Maintenance Because things always get resolved. And the people in the front office are always so kind and friendly.

I absolutely love living at Madison At Bear Creek Apartments! From the moment I toured the property, I knew it was the perfect place to call home. I’m not really big on reviews. But ever since the new people in the office been here, it has been getting better and better. I really enjoy living here now. Anytime I ask for things to get done, they always get right on it. I never have any issues with Maintenance Because things always get resolved. And the people in the front office are always so kind and friendly. When I first moved in, I had a much smaller apartment at timber walk, but recently I had a baby and needed to transfer into a bigger apartment. Shauntia From the office was very helpful in the process of my transfer. She actually helped me at both of the communities. She made sure I understood the process From moving out of my old apartment and into my new apartment. I had a lot of questions, but she was patient with me and helped me a lot.Really, the maintenance and office staff has improved so much at Timberwalk and at Madison at Bear Creek. Loving the new office staff and how great they’re treating us at both places

I’ve been a tenant here for a couple of years now and I’ve had an overall pleasant experience! Price of rent is reasonable, they respond to any issues or maintenance requests in a timely manner & the office staff over the years has been decent but more recently Shauntia has been my go-to. She’s very respectful and understanding!!

The young lady Tia in the office is always helpful since i’ve became a resident. She showed me my unit and i was very pleased. I have been here a few weeks at this point and i can say I love begin here and my apartment came with new carpet and fresh paint . I’m trying to get a friend to move over here also ! I am very pleased with Brittany and Maria the front office management . They were very helpful and accommodating with our needs and time line with moving into our new home. The move in specials were very helpful as we relocated to a new bigger floor plan I was very pleased. They offer so many features other apartments didnt have. They make you feel at home with the community activities they offer, from free pizza, movie night, Marcos pizza on site offering pizza specials for the tenants. Gym on the premises. Beautiful spacious rooms and they have incorporated new technologies to aid and help the tenants. Work orders are completed on a timely manner the maintenance personal are very nice and helpful. Over all I would highly recommend Madison at Bearcreek all. Very well pleased. One very happy tenant.

The 5 stars for this review is about the maintenance work order of this apartment. Ive lived in these apartments for 4 years and there is a lot I can say but I will reserve that for the day I leave this place to move to my brand new home! All I can say for now is that management and office workers is constantly changing seems like every month there is someone new and the people before that are gone! But in regards to what I need this review to be about is maintenance. I am very pleased with maintenance. For the 4 years Ive lived here the maintenance gentleman named Carlos has always been here since Ive been here. You can tell hes extremely experienced. He does an excellent job with repairing everything that same day you call for a request! Hes beyond awesome, friendly, very efficient and does an excellent job! He deserves a raise! I can say the work orders are always on time due to Carlos and his dedication to his job!

I will be moving in next month. And the manager has been very helpful with all of my questions, follows up with me, and sent me pictures of the exact apartment I will be staying in. Of course I will see what the experience is like once I actually move in. But the process so far has been nice.I have now lived here over a year. And Carlos from maintenance has been amazing at helping me with any apartment repairs Ive needed. Recently my AC has been leaking some and he educated me on the reason why as well as ensuring me that I am not a bother. Hes great and I dont panic about repairs knowing that hell help!Thanks Carlos

I am a very big person on getting an item or going to a place because it has good reviews. Having lived in this place for the last 2 years i thought i should give it a review because it doesnt look as good from the outside and as a previous resident who best to give an unbiased review than me.The property has both its pros and consPros: Prime location off of highway 6 - all major stores are 10 minutes away from this complexsafe location - my apartment locator had warned me of criminal activity in this complex but never once did i notice anything unsafe here. On the contrary there are a lot of families with kids living here. There was the occasional brawl between couples or the loud salsa music played by neighbors over the weekend but that was itThe maintenance guy Carlos is great and very talented. With the previous management of Chris and Isabelle, we always used to get our maintenance issues ( which we rarely had ) sorted out on the same day. I dont know how efficient the new management will be; They are not as friendly as the previous stuff but i have had no issues with them eitherThe apartments are old and a little dark from the inside but they have good layouts of floor plans and the rent is affordable for someone who is starting out. Furthermore the structure is pretty sturdy and we didnt have too many maintenance issues. I did have a lot of cockroach problems, but if you take care of it yourself it shouldnt be a problem. Their pest control is pretty lousy and doesnt prevent roach infestationMy family was also new to the US and they agreed to rent us the apartment if we had a guarantor sign for us, since we hadnt built our credit yetThe laundry area i used it last 2 years ago and i wasnt impressed with the machines, but i have seen many residents use itThe pool area is well maintained but it is always being used by the ton of kids that live there; Otherwise the place is pretty boring since the gym is within the leasing office and it closes at 5 and so does the business center so its not much use for us working peopleThe only other issue is that parking is very limited - they even towed my car from the visitors parking without any warning. They only give you one parking sticker for a one bedroom apartment, and so many of my visitors never get parking at night.And to answer to the review of one of the previous residents - my wife and i are both degree holders too; just FYIBut overall i liked living here. It was a good start for an apartment complex:)

Ive been a resident here at Madison for years and honestly these guys are the best deal out here. The maintenance guys are so nice and stuff gets fixed fast and rent and fees are very reasonable for this area, seriously. The office staff has always been nice to me. There was an old crew, and now a new crew, but both have been awesome. Very happy here!

Lived here for a while. I love it here, lots of shops around and a movie theatre. Pool is never gross, walls are paper thin tho. Love the cats around here, all of them are very friendly. People here are mind their business, theres a lake near by you can walk too. Hardest thing is parking. If you get off work late at night parking is not easy. People in the office really nice. Good prices, even the guys who hit on you while walking dont follow you surprisingly. Awesome 👍

The office staff is great. I moved in the apartments back in December 2015 I havent had any major issues living here. Maintenance is the same they are great. anything I have issues with they are able to take care of me and my family. we can finally pay online which is a plus. I read someone talk about pest control every Monday they are doing pest control. they do a good job keeping things under control and on top of things. thank you staff.

Very quiet area. There are mostly families here. So, yes you do hear kids running around. Ill take that over loud bass thumping from vehicles any day! Everyone keeps to themselves for the most part but when you do bump into neighbors, everyone is very friendly. Front office is great. Josh (Community Manager) really works to help you out in whatever situation your in. A big thank you to the maintenance department as well. Anytime Ive had whatever type of issue they have been quick to jump on it and get it fixed. I hate that Im having to move back home because Im being laid off. I finally found a place I like living in. Again BIG thank you to all the staff! Youve been awesome!

Brenda was and is so helpful during our application process . Never did we feel like we were a bother , she always greeted us with a smile . The complex is quiet , clean and everyone is polite . Its a older property but its well taken care of. I wish the parking was better, but we live in apartments. Ive been a residents here for the last 4 years.
