    MacArthur Place at 183 has provided my kids and me with a simple and elegant lifestyle, where convenience is key. The management does a wonderful job maintaining the apartment. Recently, I was astonished to learn when the apartments were built. I would never have guessed in a million years! However, the continued upgrades and maintenance make this place family-friendly. Kudos to the management and maintenance team for their quick responses. They ease my mind whenever something needs fixing. For instance, when my kitchen circuit fuse needed restoring, they did a wonderful job responding to my emergency.

    I recommend this complex to anyone. I have watch this property improve and gain respect in the community.Angelica, the property manager and her team actually care about the residence and work hard in caring for them. I have dealt with a lot of property mangers over the years and Angelica is one of the best!I brought her a very difficult situation and she worked through it and got a resolve with a lot of love and understanding.Five Star!

They truly went above and beyond for me today and always truly care about ensuring our safety and going the extra mile for their clients.     MacArthur Place at 183 is a really good place to live. It has great service and good security. Good communication and maintenance too. I am satisfied with this place as they fulfill their promises too!

    Just moved in and so far it’s pretty nice. Coming from an apartment that always smelt like weed and going to one that smells like food is wonderful. The office staff are all pretty helpful.All the monthly fees they charge are kinda dumb and should be just included in rent especially the water because you never know how much you’re actually going to pay monthly.Another small complaint is you’re never going to get parking anywhere near your door. It’s more of an inconvenience than anything but still annoying.The apartment itself is older but clean if you don’t really care about that modern stuff it would work fine. For what I’m paying it’s a nice place

    Overall, it was an old apartment but maintained well. The office management was nice and always responsive. My family and I never had no problems here. Great location to everything. If we stayed in Irving, I would have continued to live here.

    I have lived here for 4yrs and one of the reasons why I stay is our AWESOME assistant manager Sandra. She is ALWAYS patient, professional and helpful. Thank you Sandra. I had the pleasure of meeting William today who maintenanced my apt ...he was also professional, polite and prompt....Good job

    I moved into MacArthur Place in February, literally a day before the weather got extremely bad. I did everything online, because I was in a rush to move and just wanted everything to be over with. Moses and Les made everything so easy and smooth for me, I’m truly appreciative. Since living here, everything has been great. I haven’t had many issues, but when I do the office is really good at having maintenance come out the same day or the next.When the weather was bad, my downstairs bathroom flooded. The apartment below me had more damage due to the water, but maintenance came out immediately to fix the issue. They had to cut a huge whole in the wall, and they came back the following week to fix it as promised. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

    They are renovating these apartments, I felt in love the moment I was toured. I am so excited to move in and the staff has been nothing but welcoming, courteous and helpful. The Ladies have been very helpful assisting me/us with our needs and Mr. Moises has gone further and beyond to assist us and help us make this process as smoothly as possible. We are forever thankful!

    I had an excellent experience with MacArthur Place. Laura was great at the leasing office, this was a corporate lease and she was extremely helpful through the entire process. Any time I needed anything I gave Laura a call and she took care of everything. I would definitely recommend anyone from renting from the MacArthur Place at 183.

    We were a concerned about previous reviews on rodents in this complex but since weve moved in, at the end of February 2020, this has not been an issue whatsoever. Management seems to be working on alot of issues that tenants have complained about in the past. Great location! These apartments are conveniently located with quick access to major highways. Pet friendly & kid friendly.

    This apartments are very nice, centric and I was able to find one on my budget. The staff was very helpful and welcoming from the beginning. Moises was the one who help me through the whole process, some issues came up on my end and he went far and beyond to help me get everything straight. I am very thankful to him. Taking into consideration that I did everything last minute sort of, he was very patient, helpful and courteous every step of the way. Compared to other places I reached out that were very unreliable and uninterested I was very pleased. I definitely recommend the place and advise you to give a try.

    Liberty is probably the BEST manager this property have ever had !! I have had issues from day 1 n as soon as she took over n was fully aware she jumped right on it and finally found a solution that should have been found years ago.. she has contacted me daily via email and has kept me updated on everything that’s going on and that’s going to be happening until it’s fixed .. I was given another unit to sleep at until the problem is resolved once n for all n the contractors have been in my apartment every singe day working on unit issues 🙂 Liberty is definitely the manger we have always needed especially when it comes to making sure the tenants are taken care of ..

    I relocated from Minnesota to Dallas and the whole transition was wonderful and I have to thank Moses for that. Moses was great from start to finish. I seen a two bedroom available and i hopped right on. When I first looked at the reviews I was a bit concerned but once I began to work with Moses and i must say he is fantastic and trustworthy and genuine and secure! Due to me moving from Minnesota.. i didnt know about of things or what to expect! Moses even went above and beyond and provided me with different electricity companies! I am beyond grateful! When i viewed my apartment it was Everything i had imagined it to be and instantly felt like I was home and belonged where i Was. Me and My Son is very Thankful! Thank you Moses and Thank you 183 MacArthur. My journey starts now!

    Are good apartments. As the rest. Have some issues but can be fixed on short time. The good point. Are clean and have enough space on the rooms. The bad is whit the parking. If you go out sometimes when you come back you cant find a spot to park. Then have to look for another block of parking and with luck you got one.

    I have been living at MacArthur place for the last three years. Doing this three years we have went through a couple different leasing staff, and owners but the managers and staff that are here now are all awesome but Moses is my favorite he never hesitates to help, and goes above and beyond. Its nice knowing even if Im calling because my garbage disposal is backed up he says that everyones issues are of the utmost importance. Its always nice to know your going to get a smiling face upon walking into the office.

    5 stars going to Malshon for having good customer service and making sure all of our questions were answered.4 stars towards the apt: hallways bathroom flooded from upstairs but the issue was fixed immediately. We can definitely hear the people from upstairs, the walls are very thin. but other than that were loving the apt so far (:

    Maintenance Juan Hernandez,, was super attentive and quick with his response. He did an excellent job with the repairs i needed done in our apartment. He truly took his time to listen to my concerns on the things needed done in our apartment and was very kind to me and the kids. Just wanted to thank him and let others know things are definitely changing starting with Maintenance ( Mr. Juan)

    We just had the most amazing employee, his name is Malshon Ball, show us a two bedroom flat and two bedroom town home. He was amazing, very friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to really enjoy his job. He had great tips on how to reserve our apartment and gave us all of the information to make a sound decision. He really is on of the friendliest people Ive ever met and very deserving of a raise because he knows how to work with people and seems to feel comfortable doing so.

    As soon as I walked in I was warmly welcomed by the staff I already felt as if I was home. Maribel was the one who showed me around and talked me through everything and helped me find better plans that would best fit my needs. She was so sweet and patient with me through everything I greatly appreciate her service!

    It was okay only problem I had was that my toilet kept clogging up.. and even when we do not dispose paper or anything in the toilet which was weird and roaches started to come out. The area is a safe and calm place to live in

    I just got my keys the other day and I’m super happy. I told Cindy Castaneda in the leasing office about my circumstances and she did everything she could to make sure I got a place! She called me the second she got the news that the apartment I wanted was open. I went in, filled out some paperwork and got keys the very next day. Thank you so much Cindy!

    Thank you Libraty and Moses, for helping with my move. We had to change the move date but it was worth waiting the extra two days to get my flat in great shape. Constantly busy in the office but over all I’m happy in my flat!

    I appreciate the staff, they are really supportive. The place it is well located, the bus station is right there as well as grocery stores and gas stations. I also the like the new updates such as the gym.

Was not disappointed one bit !!!From walking in the front office , to walking through the front door of my apt , everything was great , the nice young lady Maribel at the front made sure everything was fast and easy and took care of me and my wife like family .     I was at their office today to sign my lease docus, it was a very pleasant experience, Moses at the leasing office is a very helpful person, he explained to me in details,and also answered my queries and guided me into filling and signing my lease docus,I was in and out of the office very good service time, the other staff is also very courteous,over all a good experience.
