I have been living in this property for two years now, and during that time, Ive had the opportunity to experience the maintenance services firsthand. Whenever I encountered any issues in my apartment, Fernando was always quick to respond. His promptness in addressing maintenance requests has been impressive.Fernando is not only efficient but also incredibly polite and friendly. His positive attitude makes a significant difference in the resident experience. It’s clear that Luxe at Katy is fortunate to have someone like him on the team. He consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and goes above and beyond to ensure that residents are satisfied and comfortable in their homes. His dedication to his job and the happiness of the residents is truly admirable.

Being at the complex i have had the kindness of Fernando. He approached me while I was in my vehicle and noticed that my tire pressure was low and he went to get the machine to put air in my tire. He was cordial and very respectful. He definitely is an asset to the complex. Good and caring person that always has a smile on him.

The office staff is exceptional. I know that every individual person has their own experience, mines was absolutely awesome. Hortencia, Jessica, everyone there was welcoming, genuine and professional. The way they spoke with me I felt like weve known each other for years. The property was clean, beautiful amenities and the 2 bedroom Floorplan I toured was exactly what I need. I cannot wait to move in next month. One last thing, nowhere is perfect to live at, but I can tell by the way I was treated, by the way the staff dealt with residents and other apartment searchers that came in the office, that the staff strives for perfection.

I’m a bit surprised to see that this apartment isn’t rated higher.I think many times the way we approach someone sets the pace and mood for the interaction.Too often we share our dislikes but I had a positive experience at The Luxe at Katy Apartments. The front office staff was really helpful and never made me feel like I wasn’t their top priority.I asked to see the different floor plans and they spent some time finding apartments for me to view. I would say they went above and beyond for me. They understood my needs and were patient with my questions and requests.They answered my emails same day too!

I have been living here for a little over a year now and have been satisfied with my stay. The property is well managed so therefore everything is well kept which is why I renewed my lease. Ashley and Gwen were so very helpful when I was moving into my new place. I kept going back in forth with the floor plans but Im glad they were patient with me. The apartment is very clean and beautiful. Anybody that has came over has always commented on it. Neighbors I have met in my building are also very friendly and inviting. Gym is massive and the pool is nice for summer hangs. Apartment community is quiet besides the occasional motorcycle, truck, or sports car. I would recommend this place to any friend or family member. Thanks!

This was my first time renting an apartment and my lease ended around June/July 2020. Now that I have been at another place for some time it honestly made me truly be able to appreciate the experience I had here. The complex was clean, the parking was phenomenal (I only recall struggling for a spot once in the whole year and I would often come home late nights), the community was quiet and respectful, and the staff was very helpful. If it was a completely flawless experience I would have given 5 stars but I did have a couple issues due to a misunderstanding and disagreement that was eventually worked out with the staff. I had to leave because the pandemic unfortunately caused my expenses to be tighter and needed a cheaper place. If the prices were right with a bigger space I would move back.

I moved in last year on March 19th 2020 and despite reading all the reviews I still gave it a shot. I got a nice one bedroom apartment and it’s just me and my pitbull boxer breed mix. Management and staff is super friendly and I never encountered any problems throughout the year. Only time I had to call maintenance was for a change of batteries for the smoke detectors. The complex is kept very clean and they have dog waste stations throughout so there’s no excuse to pick up after your dog, plus there’s a bayou right next door which me and my dog enjoy walking down and back. Price is affordable and fair despite it having so many close places to eat, shop and have fun nearby. My neighbors are really friendly and I have never had any noise or any other kind of problem with them. Even on the weekends I was surprised that there wasn’t any noise problems but thankful. My biggest concern after reading other reviews was pest problems but in the year that I’ve lived here I have not seen a cockroach or any other insect (my guess is the people who did don’t know how to clean). Maintenance has entered my apartment when I’m not there to do inspections on safety equipment and etc and nothing has ever been stolen and they do notify you when they do such inspections and even call you to let you know. The staff is truly helpful and they even do appreciation days for us every now and then. Trash valet has been so convenient to have around. In conclusion I feel very happy with my decision to have moved here considering it’s my first apartment and as of March 18th, 2021 I renew my lease for another year. The communication between the tenants and staff is outstanding as well.

I have had a great experience since living here at Luxe. The community is great and so is the management. I really like the style and setup of my apartment and the community has great amenities. Maintenance has been really great too, fixing anything that’s come up, including changing lightbulbs. Luxe has fun community events 3 times per month and I’ve met many of my neighbors. Would definitely recommend living here.

Ive lived in 2 different apartment units in this complex , nearing a total of 3 yeas now. Since the beginning, Ive had nothing but a great experience, sure there are some parking issues occasionally, and there has been 1 or 2 different management teams but they have all transistioned well plus theres positives you cannot overlook, like the ease of access to transportation routes like I-10 and THE Grand Parkway! Also the landscaping and all the amenities are great, theyre always well maintained and available! Maintenance has hardly ever been an issue because Ive almost never had any problems inside either of my apartment units. In fact the one problem I had was with our a/c unit malfunctioning , and maintenance brought in a window unit to help cool the apartment until the repairs could be made to the outdoor equipment. Its the small things like this, which is not expected, regardless of the amount of rent you pay anywhere, that make the difference within an apartment community. Plus like I dont think I even mentioned how gorgeous the interior of the apartments are, premium appliances and elegant countertops....unmatched luxury!!I have moved between 4 communities in the Katy area and The Remington Katy is the only complex i choose to renew my lease with, twice now! They do great things here! And the vibrant staff plays such a big part in the success of this wonderful apartment community.Thanks for all that you do! Keep those pretty smiles shining!

I just read every review regarding what I call HOME here at Luxe at Katy. I want to say I have lived here comfortably and safe for over 4.5 years. I agree with many things that happened over 1 or 2 years ago and at that time we were under different owners and management. Since Tammy and her team have taken over this 352 unit ,our community has completely changed for the better. The front office agents are ready and willing to listen and help. Ashley and Guenevere are like family and do what they can. I just want to say that most of the negatives that were written were regarding human beings, not reading the rules in there lease in a timely manner or the communications that come via text, door memos or memos placed around the office. Any complex of this size with diverse humans is going to have some behaviors that need to be addressed. I don’t feel in my heart that every apartment community is perfect. What makes it perfect are the residents, a good, caring office staff and a hard working maintenance staff like Nick, Jesse, Junior, Brian and our hard working housekeeper Hope. I close with, your neighbor will be as good as you make it people!!!

The apartments are great...Ive just moved to Round Rock, Texas in a brand new still in construction luxury apt complex. Remington is top notch in comparison. In my new apt the shower is plastic, my balcony is made of only wood pieces...I can see my neighbors under me smh. No white wooden beams throughout the apartment and none in the windows. Oh how I miss Remington. Remington staff has always been great regardless of management. I just love the new lady manager, she is very professional and fair. When I had issues she took care of it. I only had issues with my neighbor under me with loud car music, apt music and tv loud, slamming doors, kid ringing my doorbell and not following the trash rules. But I never notified the office because you shouldnt have to tell a grown man and woman to respect others and to be clean. But that couple suddenly and quickly moved out just before I did. So they are no longer a problem for Remington. My son will miss their goodies in the office.

I have been here for just shy of a year and I have also read the reviews - you can’t blame the property for your neighbors. Any apartment complex will have a noisy or annoying neighbor. The staff and front office are AMAZING. They follow thru with “complaints” and anything that needs fixed or addressed in a very timely manner, they are all very friendly and all very knowledgeable! They go all out for the community to hold events to bring everyone together to get to know your neighbors, the ground is always neat and cleaned, the amenities are awesome and always very clean! It’s overall a very calm and quiet property and I feel safe. I have 3 little kids and everyone feels like a village/family here always willing to help! I would definitely recommend the Luxe at Katy!

Best management team ever ! Lived here for 4+ years and things couldn’t be better. Management actually gives a damn. The luxe at Katy are some great apartments. The area is also terrific. The office staff is beyond awesome, the apartments Is quiet & peaceful. Now the pool view as well as the pool area is just a wonderful sight to see.

The apartments are gorgeous and of good quality. pretty upscale and the prices are pretty good considering how nice the place is. faux-wood floors, actual granite countertops, huge bathtubs, good amount of floor space, and not just any typical cookie cutter floorplan. pools are available to tenants, a large outdoor kitchen in the pool area, amenities for tenants with dogs, gated community. in the beginning had several problems with the place, but management has since cleared those up.i would definitely recommend this apartment complex as a good place to live.

This is my second year here and I can only say that it has been the best. The staff are incredible, they treat residents like family. Just to tell you how much I love these people I walk in there every single day to say hi. I Highly recommend this place

Luxe has been my home for the last 3 years. Excellent administration. Nice facilities and the location is super. Close by I10 and major retail stores, a very relax place and a good place to live. Maintenance people are super responsive and they help you right away. I really recommend Luxe at Katy.

My experience with the remington has been great. i love it here renewed my lease for another 6 months. Ms. Lillian is very helpful they are very understanding. if there are any issues they take care of them right away. the apartments are very luxury . i WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMMEND!!

The Remington has been my home since 2014.I recently signed another 12 month lease.I absolutely love this place.The grounds are immaculate and any issues are handled immediately. Like any apartment complex, you may have an issue occasionaly, but the staff will take care of it in a timely manner. Policies are enforced and that helps to help things run smoothlyThe management team is extemely helpful. They are awesome with emails keeping us informed of what is taking place. They offer occasional get togethers on select holidays which really makes you feel at home.Its a great place. Better get on the list, they stay 100 % occupied most of the time.It is a great place to call home and many thanks to a GREAT management team.I give it 5 Stars !!!!!

Omg okay so I was moving from the worst apartments ever off Barker cypress and from the jump Tammy and Guen and Ashley were so helpful in my transition it’s so unbelievable. My moving in was so easy and Guen helped me thru every step. I love how she’s so genuine and just pure authentic. I love my apartment unit they even painted my living room wall Luxe blue very beautiful! Community is very well up kept and no loud noise either. I love the community I see that the residents have and it has a homey feel to it. I would recommend Luxe at Katy to anyone who’s looking to move. Management is amazing!!!

My experience at the luxe at katy apartments has been great from management , staff and maintenance department.I’m very satisfied with the communication in the office , whenever I submit a work order maintenance fix it immediately, if I have any questions the office it’s very friendly and professional. I live here for 3 years and I will recommend the luxe at katy as a beautiful place to live .

6 month review. Apart from few minor problems wich is common in most apartment complexes ive decided to up my mark and give it a 4 star. You dont realise at the time when your having issues but after 6 months of living here I have noticed how commited the leasing staff and team are to keeping the apartment standard high.The staff are wonderfull and the maintenance guys are always helpfull.For the price of these appartments you cannot complain and although i have not beeen able to get around the pool due to the covid 19 you can see how beautiful and well maintaiend it is.So i would say after 6 months my stay here so far has exceeded my expectations

I have been living here for 4 years and never had a problem. The management team is great, quick to solve any issues you may have. The grounds are kept clean and updated. There is always parking, we are very happy.

The apartments are really nice I just moved here but so far everything is going great. They have a security guard that patrols at night and he’s always driving around making sure everything is ok. Ms.Sharonda and Ms.BB are so helpful and nice. And the location is also very great .
