By far best leasing experience here! Camden has been so helpful from start to finish. We would definitely be renewing if we didn’t have to relocate!! The tall ceilings and open floorplans are a must. The view of downtown from the skylounge is always a hit for guests! Going to miss this place :,)

I had originally posted a very positive review on this place. Unfortunately my experience after move out forced me to retract my prior review. I moved out on the agreed time and followed check out instructions. I hired my own cleaning company for final cleaning. Few months later I get a bill for $89.20 for terminal cleaning which is not outlined in the contract. After move out you do not have interaction with the staff on site but rather a former resident team that ignored my explanation and proof of cleaning. It has been a waste of time going back and forth with them for an amount that is probably insignificant to them and for a service I had already paid for. Some pictures on move out for you to judge. Id recommend you rather live somewhere you get more personalized attention.Update: was contacted by the property manager directly regarding this is issue. Jose was very responsive and courteous and was able to help me come with an arrangement on the move out matter. Definitely made more sense addressing my concerns directly to him within the property than some former resident team elsewhere.

Los Altos Trinity Green is the perfect place to be in Dallas, easy commute almost anywhere in town, beautiful floorplans & amenities, and an absolute haven for pet owners. I have had the pleasure of working with Camden who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for a smooth move in. He answered every single one of my questions thoroughly, worked beyond office hours to make sure my needs were met, and provided great resources to help me be fully connected by my move in date. I was so anxious about transitioning from a house to apartment living, but thanks to Camden it has been an amazing experience, I cannot wait to see what more this year has to offer at Los Altos.

We loved living at Los Altos Trinity Green! We were lucky enough to have great neighbors on all sides. The amenities were top tier and all spaces were very clean. We signed a 15 month contract and only stayed for 6 months due to the fact we bought a home. Camden and Rashawn were super helpful during the entire process. They were extremely friendly and flexible with us! Had we not bought a home, we would have stayed and definitely renewed.

No complaints so far this lease term. This is my second year living here. Unit is very up to date and has a nice view of the townhomes next door. My roommate’s car got broken into in the car and management immediately responded by implementing more security in the garage. Only thing I’d say is quiet hours could be enforced more.

Really have loved my time here! Apartments and management can be so hit or miss and we lucked out with the staff and management here. Any time we have had a question or concern the office has always been great about getting back to us quickly and working to get things resolved. And each of the few times we have had a maintenance request they have shown up within a few hours of submitting the request. Management also does a great job of holding residents accountable for taking care of the community. There was a very short period where a few cars got broken into (which is unfortunately very common in Dallas in general) and management immediately hired a third party security team and worked with the DPD to have an on-site officer at all times and have had no issues since. If I wasn’t moving away from Dallas I would absolutely be re-signing! Very very happy with my time and experience here.

Great Apartment Management Team!The staff, from the Property Manager to maintenance, have been fantastic. My maintenance needs are completed within the same day! The guys from the leasing office are super friendly, helpful, and efficient… especially the assistant manager Enrique Chrcek always ensures tenants are taken care of.Excellent apartments overall, I would recommend, and they have great amenities too!

I moved three months ago to this beautiful property. Since I moved here all I have experienced was the best of the best, amenities are so good, if you have dogs this is your place to live. The office staff is always there to help me on anything I need, always helping me find solutions and build a sense of community and make me feel that I matter. Especially Enrique, he is always willing to go the extra mile so every resident feels at home. I would definitely recommend you guys to move here it’s a great choice and a great team. I absolutely love this complex!! The staff and management here are so friendly and welcoming from the first day I came and toured the property. Maintenance is always fast and efficient when my requests are submitted. The property is also very clean and well kept, and the hallways always smell wonderful so that’s a plus! This is by far my favorite community that I’ve lived at since being in Dallas. I highly recommend and if I could give more stars I definitely would!

I love it here!! I had such a bad experience with my past leasing office it felt like we were just numbers. And the only thing that mattered was getting more leases!!! Just down the road I found this GEM and the staff has become family!! The community is beautifully kept and I feel so safe. I plan on staying here until I am ready to build a house. We were greeted by a professional representative (unfortunately I dont have his name with me at this time) but he showed us a very nice 2 bedroom apt and we told him we need an apartment starting January 2024 towards the end of the month hopefully with a view of downtown. Will see.

I moved in June 2022 and I’m happy so far! I moved in the week Barvin officially took over the property management and I was worried since they were not the property management company I toured and signed my lease with but it turns out they’re doing an even better job than the previous company. Enrique (manager) is phenomenal and has personally handled any issues I’ve had quickly and with so much kindness. I also put in a maintenance request and Lee came up and handled it quickly even though it was the very end of the day. The property is holding residents accountable and requires everyone to follow all rules stated in the lease which is appreciated, i.e. parking and trash valet procedures, pool behavior, etc. They also have done a great job keeping the hallways and common areas clean and maintained. The fresh and clean smell is always a compliment from my guests!The only areas improvement is needed is the front office staff being better trained to assist residents and being more solution oriented instead of dismissing issues or questions brought to their attention. At this point I always try to go straight to Enrique because I am confident he will handle whatever I bring to him or will get back to me in a timely manner.Once my lease has ended and my rate renewed I will update with my choice to renew or with how move out procedures are handled.

I moved to this location around 2020, the complex was brand new and the amenities were pretty good. I lived here approximately 2 years and like 8 months or so, through that time there was around 3 changes in management companies, I personally did not like the two previous ones, they did not do a good job keeping the common areas clean and would take forever to take care of work orders. During my last few months a new management company took over and in a matter of days you could tell the difference, it was almost like an hotel experience. You noticed staffs cleaning constantly every day the common areas and halls, work orders daily being worked on. The most important were the people at the leasing office, they always making sure resident concerns and requests were taken care of. I have to give a big shout-out to Enrique Chrzek, he would always be checking on me, my wife, we had a baby recently and he made sure any request or concerns were taken care of. The new team feels like you are not just another resident in the building, they actually care for the people living there and that is one of the things some people over look in leasing apartments, the service and hospitality. Again thank you Enrique and his team, I would 100% recommend this complex if you looking to move-in the Dallas area, everything is conveniently close and no crazy traffic around.

Cherry on top was Enrique, the property manager. His service is unlike any other complex I’ve been too. This place has won my heart for sure.

Great location with nearby food, bar, barber & coffee shop. Move in was seamless and Luis was extremely helpful along the way. We had some inquiries when we first moved in and were answered swiftly and our needs were taken care of.There is a pool with grills able to be used. The workout area is great and never too busy. The hangout area on the top floor has a beautiful view of the Dallas skyline and it is a nice place to get some work done.Would recommend to a friend to live here.

Great staff that create a friendly and clean environment. From the folks in the office, to the maintenance and sanitation crew, the people that work here are incredibly professional and responsive. The amenities and features in the apartments are up-scale and aesthetic. Ive lived here for 4 months, and thus far, the people in the community that I have interacted with are pleasant and respectful. There isnt a large grocery store nearby and the community is near a railway track and fire station, making for loud sounds from time to time. However, I do appreciate the close proximity to the city, while still experiencing a quaint neighborhood feel. The community is walking distance from a strip of restaurants and bars in Trinity Groves and about a mile from the Trinity Skyline Trail.

She’s been so kind and patient in answering every question I’ve had, and never hesitated to go above and beyond. As far as the complex goes, it’s very well maintained and you can tell the management cares not only about the quality of the facilities but for the safety of its residents as well.

I really love living here & plan to stay as long as it remains within my budget. Built in speakers are a game changer & the view/sky deck is unmatched. Only issue is the call box (which management has created work-arounds for) and the communication around elevator outages could be better, though it doesn’t happen too often. The new management (Barvin) is super responsive, organized and takes good care of the property/amenities — special shout-out to Shaneil who keeps the lobby super festive and inviting year-round.Could also use more guest parking! Hosting can be tough at times.

This is absolutely one of the best places to move into in Dallas, PERIOD. Everything about this community is fantastic. From the feel from when you first walk in, the style of the community, the amenities, staff, and RESIDENTS are all top notch! This is an apartment complex that feels like an actual home and community. Everyone is incredibly friendly. The halls, lobby, amenities are constantly being cleaned and are always spotless. The staff are incredibly friendly, inviting and will answer any question you have. The location is close enough to the city to feel like a part of downtown, but out just enough to be quiet and peaceful. Im unsure of what to ask more for. Ive been living here for about a month now and absolutely love it... If youre looking for a place to live in Dallas, be sure to check this place out!!!

I have been a resident for a year at Los Altos and just renewed my lease. The apartments are beautifully equipped, the amenities are great, the staff, especially Duston, is friendly and helpful. The security the building provides makes me feel very safe living in this area. The maintenance crew works tirelessly to keep the property clean and maintained. I would recommend Los Altos to anyone who likes to be near downtown Dallas.

So I’ve been living here about a week now and I can say that I absolutely LOVE it so far!!! I feel like I lucked up with finding this place because it has so much to offer for a pretty nice price. The units are BEAUTIFUL, the property is very nice, everyone in the leasing office has been so welcoming. I love everything about my apartment and am looking forward to making this my home.Update: Well, here I am on my 3rd lease with LATG.. I think I’ve gathered enough information to write a “better” review after living here a while.Pros:- rent hasn’t gone up astronomically for me (considering the price I signed my first lease at)- Pool is always open when it should be & crystal clear year round- Maintenance has a great response time (S/O to Mr. Lee!! He’s my favorite employee at LATG! I hope he gets the recognition from his higher ups that he deserves.- Elevators have only been down once in these three years and it was only for about a week- Gym is always kept up and well maintained- Dog wash area is always pretty clean.. could do something about the gnats but not something to complain too much about- property is usually kept fairly clean (I’ve seen some pretty bad ones and this one is nowhere near those)- new front door system that allows us to let guests up via our phones after hours (this is a brand new feature and I haven’t gotten to try it out yet but definitely a step up from the call box at the side doors that never worked for me- New security that checks every car to make sure you actually live here to enter the garage after hours (haven’t heard much about any break ins since) We appreciate you guys for going the extra mile to ensure the safety of the tenants and their cars/belongings- Friendly neighbors (at least on my floor)- plenty of parking on each level if not the next. It’s never hard to find a spot on or one above your apartment level.- Garage doors always work & if they ever break, they’re fixed quickly- Free coffee in the leasing office (must bring your own cup which helps the environment)- Stocked vending machinesCons:- I did experience a molding issue in my unit, as have a few of my other neighbors, that seemed to spring up out of nowhere. I could hear a drip in my walls tho, just never knew what it was until I saw it on my ceiling (Mr. Lee fixed it in a timely manner tho!)- The leasing office agents can be very rude & condescending at times & Im unsure why. During my first lease, the front office was so helpful & sweet.. not so much now so I try to keep interactions to an extreme minimum- Lots of construction going on pretty much on every side of the building at the moment- The pool can get pretty loud (not really a con for me bc I don’t mind hearing people have fun during non-quiet hours, just a part of apartment living tbh but for others it might be an issue)- Unfortunately graffiti & gang tags are popping up in the stairwells- We had a really bad string of car break ins earlier this year (2023) to the point where I started parking on the street because it was safer. Thank GOD my car didn’t get hitOverall would I recommend this place.. yep, still would.

This was the most effortless decision and transition we ever made. We absolutely love Alta Trinity Green, period. Our apartment is gorgeous and has everything we wanted in it. The community is incredibly beautiful and packed with killer amenities. The rooftop lounge has one of the best views of downtown Dallas I’ve ever seen. The pool area is stunning and perfect for lounging and grilling. The best part of this community has to be the office staff though. The leasing agent Brandon has been without a doubt top notch. If you are looking for a new place to call home, this is it.

Jordan, Christopher and Ricky were very helpful, professional and enthusiastic. I enjoy the proximity of these well designed, modern apartments to nice dining, cultural attractions and high performing schools. The Dallas Arboretum, Perot Natural Science Museum & Dallas Farmers Market are all less than 10 minutes away. There are several 4.6+ rated schools within 5 miles of the apartments too. Lola Cook was extremely knowledgeable about not only the listings, but the “local insider” perks and attractions. Love it here!!

For the area that this complex is located and the price point it is currently offering, given the current economic conditions, I would like to say that Los Altos is hard to beat. Its got built in W/D, Surround sound speakers that can connect to your smart TVs for streaming services, as well as built in ADT alarm systems we can set up on our own. (not to mention the 12 foot ceilings and dark hardwood floors all throughout the floorplan, giving it a neutral appearance prior to being furnished)The deciding factor to me living here had to be:-Pool large enough for 120 people-3- Acre dog park-functioning gym equipment, with stair climbers!!!The office staff is extremely welcoming and attentive to residential needs and is always detail oriented. Since moving in I have noticed a few things:-Common area coffee bar is always stocked-Valet Trash bins have been taken in more frequently than left out through the day-Surrounding grassy areas are clearing of pet waste-community rules and policies are being enforced-much more.Both front desk leasing associates, Dylan and Mya were extremely informative in their tour, and I was even greeted by both the Community and Assistant Managers, who got out of their way to step out of their offices, which is rare for most properties.Jose and Alex are also extremely informative about everything there is to know about the property, whether it be about the lease agreements itself, or general/historical information about the property and surrounding retail partners.This team truly values work ethic and residential relations.

From the time I walked into the door until I signed my least, Brandon and Priscilla answered any question I had without hesitation. It truly felt like home. Thanks for everything!

Since day one when I came to take a tour of the community the leasing agent and the assistant manager were both so helpful and answered every questions I had. I have loved living at Alta Trinity Green! The common areas are kept clean, maintenance is timely, professional, and efficient, and the apartments themselves are really nice! Communication has been great! We love that ATG is equipped with fiber internet, which makes working from home great! The only reason I docked a star is the Dog Run. The community dog park is fairly small and is constantly muddy. It would be wonderful if it was resurfaced with artificial turf so that my girls wouldn’t have to wait a week after it rains to have park time! The rental rates are somewhat high when compared to other communities in the area, but after reading reviews from other communities, we are really paying for the better service and professionalism! The location is great- close to several great restaurants, quick access to all the major highways, and a cheap Uber to downtown and Deep Ellum! All in all, we are very happy here!

I cannot stress enough how excited my fiancee and I are for our move in date. Our process with Jordynn was as easy as could be and she made us feel very welcome in our future home. The Alta Trinity Green community prides themselves in being a dog-friendly and health-conscious community. This is evidenced by the amazing amenities the building offers such as a dog-wash station and the amazing gym. July cant come soon enough!

It was an easy decision on my new apartment, once I toured Alta Trinity Green. It had the best view of the Dallas skyline due to it’s west side location. We moved in 2 weeks ago and the view of the fireworks was incredible. The pool area is absolutely stunning. Very relaxing with plenty of seating and lounging area. The gym is expansive with plenty of equipment to keep you fit for various types and levels of fitness. The apartments are very appealing with high end finishes. It was an important factor that there was no carpet except for the closets. The farmhouse sink, appliances, and countertops are very modern and stylish. Bluetooth speakers and state of the art locks gives each tenant a high tech and updated feel. No matter how nice and updated an apartment is if they do not have a good staff then it’s all for not. That is most certainly not the case at Alta Trinity Green. With all the features I listed the staff is definitely the best part. Initially toured and leased with Jordynn who is dynamite. After I signed there were several changes that needed to be made on my part. The staff was super accommodating and helpful. If Jordynn wasn’t available the rest of the staff jumped right in and didn’t miss a beat. I highly recommend touring Alta Trinity Green if you are looking for something in this area.
