    I love it here. Ive lived here for just a few weeks and its a beautiful property, nice landscaping, nice clean pool, gym and game room, Mac Computer in the business center that actually work (and a printer), plenty of parking, quiet complex, great amenities, and fast, very friendly and professional maintenance guys George and Oscar. I had the basic request of my tub stopper not working and requested a screen door for my patio. Ive noticed other reviews about them coming in your apt without notice but when doing a work request, you have to agree that you understand they will come in the apt, so its never a surprise. And, if you really dont want them coming in, there is an extra dead bolt lock that you can lock and it has no keyhole on the outside.For me its like living in a tree house since Im on the 3rd floor surrounded by trees. (Building 7) Lots of natural light and the A/C works really good.They do enforce lease violations and that keeps the property in order and nice. They also offer treats in the office and do Toys for Tots and get food for the food bank. Very involved in the community!My only heads-up would be that the only offer AT&T broadband internet and you can’t get any other companies internet, and it takes a few days for the modem to get shipped to you via UPS (you can’t pick up from an ATT store). It’s $60 eeeekk for 100mb and I work remote and it works great! The price Is steep for such old school internet but it’s on AT&T, not the complex.Also, be SURE you get your renters insurance soon (at least a week) because they require the actual contract and not just the “card” and that takes a few days to process for AAA insurance.Overall, I LOVE it here. Now y’all all don’t come move in at once lol

    I recently moved out of the Lodge at Cypresswood Apartments and I couldnt be happier with my experience. From the moment I first contacted them, Jamie and Cara, the leasing agents, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that my move-in process was smooth and stress-free.The apartment complex itself is absolutely wonderful. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the amenities are fantastic. Whether Im lounging by the pool, working out in the gym, or enjoying a barbecue in the outdoor grilling area, theres always something to do here.What really sets the Lodge at Cypresswood apart, though, is the management team. Jazmin and Dalia are incredibly professional, responsive, and always willing to help. They truly care about the residents and go above and beyond to make sure that everyone feels at home.Overall, I couldnt be more pleased with my experience at the Lodge at Cypresswood Apartments. From the friendly leasing agents to the attentive management team, everyone here has made me feel welcome and valued. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to live.

    I have been a tenant here at the Lodge for over two years. The on-site amenities are great! The staff is attentive and always hard working, and willing to help as much as they can. The ground is well kept and maintained. Love it!

    I have lived in The Lodge at Cypress-wood for going on three years. The staff are amazing. Especially Jasmine and Jessica. They are the most caring people I’ve ever met1. Anytime I have an issue, it’s handled in a timely manner. My apartment is clean inside and out. It is definitely definitely worth the money I pay. The location is great and it’s so quiet. I don’t think I will ever move anytime soon.

    Hi, when I go online to the Residential PortalI always notice that the ratings never change from the 3.4 states and I go thru and read the reviews and Im truly shocked by the things that some of the residents say. Everything from roaches to bad maintenance. I have to say that Ive NEVER experienced any of these things and my husband and I have lived here going on 4 years. The office staff is very courteous and professional. When I have maintenance issues they are ALWAYS resolved no matter than the next day. As for roaches... NEVER! They have lost control come by your unit monthly and either you get the services or you can refuse. Roaches will travel with you when you move from one place to the next, and thats all Ill say about that. Ive give The Lodge of Cypresswood 5 states because they deserve them. Now weve had a couple issues with our vehicles being vandalized but people will be people no matter where you live and when I complained about it the office and they were very empathetic to our issue. .     My boyfriend and I have lived here for over a year in our one bedroom and my ONLY complaint is parking!! If you get home after 6PM on the side I stay, there are never any spots open. But that is not enough to turn me off to this place. I seriously love these apartments and think everything else is awesome! Sometimes I feel like its not enough space as far as storage and furniture goes but it works especially considering the rent is totally reasonable and is in a very nice location. I know a few friends that stay in the same area but further down and they hate it. They tell me about the issues they have had or break ins in cars and I have stayed here for over a year and have not heard of a single break in. People are complaining about the management but I have never had an issue. I can say we are not really ones to come around and talk to the office often enough so I wouldnt know, but they do seem like they do not want to be bothered. We have only had minor issues that needed fixing in our apt such as plumbing, ac leaking in bathroom, door off hinges, etc. Maintenance was there in a reasonable amount of time, most of the time in less than an hour and they fix the problem quickly. One time our washer was not working right, they just totally replaced the thing with a new one. They never ask any questions, you put in your request and they get it done. It is a clean, quiet neighborhood. I love the neighbors too, although I do not know any by name, all are very friendly and have your back. One time it rained and I had no idea my window was left down until the next day when I came out and someone was nice enough to see and put a trash bag over it which I appreciated. Enjoyable place to stay. Ive loved it and I would highly recommend.

    For starters lets get the elephant out of the bag. This complex flooded, but what place didnt during Harvey? I have seen bad reviews about this apartment and never witnessed any of the such. Maintenance is by far the best crew around. When I had an issue I would put a request in and within 24 hours (most of the time sooner) each request would be fixed. I had NO parking issue, NO loud noise complaint and NO break-ins. Every time I walked into the office I was greeted by Jennifer who always remembered my name and apartment number which helped me feel more like I was home. The complex was very clean and well kept up so much that I had NO issues with Roaches. (Which is a big deal for me) My only suggestion on this location is to live on the 3rd floor so that if it ever floods again your belongings will be saved. For the price, location, and quality I would definitely check this place out.

    I have lived here for 10 months and its a very quiet place. I love my spacious apartment. The walk in closet is perfect for a girl that likes to shop. There is no storage unit, but there a small study at the entrance which helps. They have put in new stainless steel appliances which make the home look very modern. I appreciate the double sinks in the restroom. And all unites come with a washer and dryer. The area is very quiet and not too much traffic. Kroger located in walking distance, great for last minute items for dinner. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

    We lived here 5 years and enjoyed it! Why? 1) Functional Floorplans, plus spacious outside patios that aren’t match elsewhere. We enjoyed so many meals outside. 2) Most buildings are not on top of one another. One doesn’t look out and see another building 10 ft away! This place truly feels like a wilderness lodge. 3) Wide breezeways and plenty of parking. 4) When opened (due to pandemic-these are closed now or are limited) the public spaces, pool, shaded Barbecue pit, fitness center with working TVs, shaded playground, all of these are newly updated and pleasant to enjoy. 5) Staff willing to help through anything- especially during Hurricane Harvey- this difficult situation tested the staff and they pulled through. 6) Neighborhood eateries and parks nearby- everything is convenient to get to. Kroger is just two minutes away. Add to this that most apartments in Houston are built next to busy highways, here, there is no constant noise of big trucks grinding gears or cars gunning after the light turn green, all one hears are the nice pleasant sounds of the church bells next door and birds singing in the large trees throughout the property. Sure - we experienced situations and had experiences that are just typical for living in apartment, however, if one is willing to be a little patience and lower one’s expectation, and use common sense of not placing valuables in the front seat, pretty much things will work out. This place is by far much better than other apartments. We recently purchased a home and moved out, but again enjoy the time we lived here.

    I have lived in these apartments since 2019. I love this complex so much that I had to write another review!. Jessica and Jasmine have been great to me ever since I moved here, anytime I have an issue and call the office they always assist me as best as they can, when I need maintenance done theyre here that same day or early the next day. I really wanted to shout them out because they have been so awesome. I believe when you have a complaint you give a complaint but when you have a compliment you should also give it! thank you for making my stay at the lodge stress-free, I will be renewing my lease.

    I resided at The Lodge for about 4 years. One thing I miss the most about living here was the location. I could come home from work, hop on my bike, and ride for hours! The park is conveniently nearby and it is SO BIG! Its beautiful, especially in the spring time!Maintenance was always quick to fulfill requests.The amenities (bikes, pool table, theater room, pool) were great and always clean.The staff and residents were really friendly.If I ever move back to Spring/Houston, Id definitely come back here.

    I have lived her for over a year and love it! The staff is great very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick ! I feel quite safe here and love the fact that almost everyone I have met has been friendly and outgoing . The staff takes very good care of the grounds and makes sure that improvements are always added. The office staff goes out of the way to make your experience here a pleasure. I am a Realtor so I have seen many other complexes and heard many horror stories , so I did my research before moving here, I would highly recommend this complex if you are looking for a quiet and friendly community.

    Im not one to ever write a review and Ive never felt inclined to write a review for an apartment, but I truly loved living at The Lodge. The management staff was always very friendly and helpful, maintenance was great, the property is well taken care of, its a great price for the square footage and youre right next to a beautiful park with lots of trails, a playground and a dog park. I highly recommend!

    My family and I have lived here for almost a year and cant really complain. I have lived in some BAD apartment complexes and THIS ONE IS FAR FROM IT! Neighborhood is quiet, my family and I feel safe here, the nicest apartment we have personally lived in. Comparing to where we lived before in Washington state, the quality and quantity of space and amenities we receive here are great! The pool and grounds are clean except the occasional neighbors who dont clean after their pets. It makes it difficult for my son to run around outside in the yard although, they do have a nice play ground area that is well kept and keeps him entertained. Havent had any issues with management. We lucked out with super friendly neighbors. Maintenance is on point and has always come the same day. Nice place to live.

    Lived here for the past year and it is by far the best apartment Ive lived in. Never had any major problems with appliance or a/c. One time the a/c stopped blowing cold air at like 10 at night called the maintenance number and the guy was at my door within 5 min. Very quiet place with friendly neighbors. I would definitely recommend checking this place out. You get a lot more space for the price compared to a lot of the newer apartment complexes.

    I lived at Lodge at Cypresswood over 8 years never had any problems with management and office staff. They are very hardworkers and honestly wanted to please all tenants equally. The maintenance service is superior very quick response never late or full of excuses.....they get it FAST..unbelievable work. I am happy living here because of office staff being very productive and professional especially pleasant

    From the day that I visited the property, Cara was so welcoming and professional. I was excited to move in on September 14, 2017 but unfortunately Hurricane Harvey had other plans. The complex was completely inundated with flood waters. Cara contacted me once they were able to assess the damages and gave me my options. Naturally, I decided not to move in but I was heartbroken that the Lodge at Cypresswood would not be my new home. I was refunded my application fee and processing fee immediately. Thank you Cara and God Bless the residents.

    I have been living here for 8 months now and I never had a problem. The maintenance is there 24/7 for any issues. They are there to answer questions and calls and concerns. It is always kept nice and clean. They ensure your happy and safe. Parking space is always avail either. They never stake when you need anything. They will even get you orkin if they cant fix the matter. The maintence man came after hours while he was eating just to fix the breakers for AC. I love it here !

    I moved in June 2018. I was a little hesitant about this apartment due to the reviews. So far I have not had any issues.anytime i put a request in for maintenance online they respond the next day, its also a quiet area. Ive not seen any bugs in my apartment except nats.

    Ok, I have no idea what Ashley is talking about, these are some of the nicest apartments youll find for the price. $720/m for an 800 sq ft 1 bdr w washer and dryer, it is a special, but still, you cant beat that. Its not just the price but the apartment itself is really nice. Weve had no problems actually worth complaining about even in a review. Its quiet, CLEAN, the staff is friendly, our neighbors mind their business, the apartments are well maintained. Our neighbor upstairs is very heavy footed, but that can happen anywhere, and did at out last apartment. Its defiantly not loud, and I dont know who these teenagers are that have parties?? I will give her 2 things, the gate often is not working properly, and there is only one dumpster in the whole complex, which sucks. The last apartments I live in didnt allow trash bags on the balcony either, its to keep the complex looking nice, so it DOESNT turn it to what she just described. I would recommend these apartments to anyone, and Im sure we will be releasing here.

    I been living here at lodge Cypresswood since Christmas and I enjoy the place and location, Meyer park is nice, close to willowbrook mall and prospect park Kroger is a few steps away walking distance I have a pool view so love waking up to that. Staff is pretty ok no issues clean place to live for sure maintenance are always busy keeping this place up which means things are getting done Akai the work out room is sweet nice big space with TV cable in the wall when I work out is so much fun

    Noisy neighbors... They took care of! Maintenance issues...they took care of. Both quicker than you can ask for. This is the only apartment that I have lived in that actually cares for their tenants. This is definitely a place you can call home!

    The first time I moved here it was great no roaches the apartment was in good condition it had a awesome pool, snacks in the offices also some games in the office theres a gym too but then the longer i stayed here it got worse there was tons of roaches crawling all over the place, Very loud neighbors the pool was dirty most of the time I came there, the gym was only for 14+ years olds, but the clients in the office are nice, I moved out of here not that long ago I dont really know what its like right now.

    I am close to my required 60 day notice for my apt complex (not this one) so Ive been looking around. I am aware of the area and I like it so far. When i called The Lodge at Cypress Wood the office personnel Lisa, was very helpful and friendly. I think the initial phone call just for info is the first impression of what you might except from the property. So far Im impressed and look forward to leasing at this complex.     This is my first apartment I love and enjoy it, the rent doesnt change drastically, every time I put in a maintenance request it is fixed within 2 days, it is very quiet nobody is EVER in my business, i love the view of squirrels, and their hospitality at the front is great, I refer Cara Nino she has made my stay easy and nice.

    I am so grateful for the staff. The manager was really sweet and understanding. She was patient and helpful, answering all of the questions I had and providing additional information I had to yet thought to consider. I appreciate the kind customer service and cleanliness of the property. I look forward to possibly leasing here.

    Logde Cypresswood seems excellent to me, the maintenance and office staff are very friendly! I am 1 year old and I give a 10/10 to its facilities, security and cleanliness.
