I have lived in the community for 3 years now and my experience has been exceedingly positive. There are the same issues here as any other apartment community (as others have mentioned), however, they are always responded to in a timely manner. I have had great experiences with maintenance staff as well as the management (Jessica). As far as the noise complaints, this is an apartment, not hearing your neighbors is an unreasonable request. If you are looking for a cute apartment, with a responsive staff, I would highly recommend Live Oak Manor

I’ve lived here for over a year now and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve never seen trash just around like other reviews say. It’s very well kept and yes the gate will break here and there but it is fixed in a timely manner. We obviously know what comes with living in an apartment and that is being able to hear your neighbors. If you don’t want to hear them then buy a house.

Does anyone know the number to call for a showing for this apartment complex. I am having a hard time getting a hold of someone. UPDATE: After I had left this review above I received call later that day and schedule a showing on Thursday for Live Oak Manor. I have to say if they are on top of there reviews and care about how what public think about their business than I know this is a place that care about what their tenants.

The apartments are very up-to-date, modern and I really love it! Location is very accessible! The apartments do run on the smaller end but you can’t beat it for the price.

Management has improved alot they communicate well and try their best to complete maintenance request and maintain the grounds and maintenance is always on top of it....
