I lived at Liv On The Green for 12 months, and I absolutely loved it! The leasing office staff are incredibly friendly and always helpful. A standout feature is that they always answer their phones—a rare and refreshing quality compared to many apartment complexes nowadays.The community amenities are fantastic: an updated gym, parcel lockers, and two well-maintained pools. The property itself is older, so naturally, some things may require occasional maintenance. However, the maintenance team is incredibly timely and reliable. I rarely had issues, but when I did, they were addressed promptly.The property is generally clean, including the dumpster area, which is well-maintained. While there are times when tenants don’t keep it tidy, the maintenance team consistently resolves any mess by the next day.One area where I felt improvement was needed was the patio. I was excited to make the most of the space, but the cracked cement foundation and algae buildup from rain made it less inviting, even after it was power-washed. While I was assured the foundation was stable, its appearance suggested otherwise, making it feel unappealing. I hope future tenants can fully enjoy their patios, and I’d love for these reviews to be taken into consideration so that improvements can be made to the cement foundations, creating a more visually appealing and enjoyable experience.Additionally, during the summer, the play area can become hectic with unsupervised children acting rowdy. While the leasing team does a great job stepping in and enforcing rules, when necessary, better tenant supervision would certainly help. I also encountered an issue with a neighbor smoking indoors, which caused the smell to travel into my apartment. Thankfully, the leasing office addressed this promptly, and it wasn’t a recurring issue.Overall, I had a great experience living at Liv On The Green. If it weren’t so far from my job, I would have gladly renewed my lease. This is a wonderful community with excellent staff, great amenities, and a clean, welcoming environment.

I am truly Happy here at Liv on the Green, I have a lovely apartment, quiet neighbors and a great staff works here. My apartment is just beautiful. I was worried my oversize furniture would be too big for this place, but it fits in perfectly, and is real cozy.

The complex is kept up with nicely, the pool is great and the neighbors are fairly reserved but also pretty considerate! The leasing office is always super friendly and they try to accommodate to you as best they can. I’ve been in there a million times myself with questions and so far they’ve always had an answer for me. Awesome team!!

Overall a great experience from the tour to the move-in. Kris was super helpful and addressed all my questions & concerns prior to move in. I had 1 maintenance issue that was handled immediately, so that really impressed me. I havent tried any of the amenities yet, but look forward to trying them out soon.

KRIS was amazing! We had some concerns when we first arrived to do the tour but Kris answered every question and concern we had. He made us feel comfortable and reassured us about the community. I’ve been here about 3 months & im at home & in peace. Great location. Maintenance works fast sometimes within the next day. Any issue I’ve had has been solved from maintenance requests all the way to issues with fees etc…. They keep the property up 8/10 will be resigning

Apartment manager, staff and maintenance are all very friendly and professional.The pools are nice and clean, it’s very quiet and lovely having trees to look at off of our balcony which is huge btw!Maintenance always shows up when needed and tries their best to fix whatever is going on.We needed an apartment in a pinch and Kelley really helped us find an apartment that we not only needed but actually love.

Ella assisted me and is amazing! Super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, informative! I have been looking at apartments for the past 3 weeks and same thing the website does not reflect current availability. But Ella had a unit available to show my daughter and I and forwarded the application for me to complete as soon as the viewing ended. I had some issues navigating the online application but Ella answered all my questions the 2 times I called and processing my application was super quick just 24hrs. Ella is great loved her honesty & transparency in regards to all my questions. Recommend!

I am a current resident at these apartments and I have loved living here. It is a small property so it’s always very calm and relaxing and you never really have to worry about neighbors. All the workers are very attentive and make sure your experience is great. I honestly don’t have anything to complain about. They were also very welcoming when I first moved in and made sure everything was prepared and that the move in went smoothly.

I’ve lived here for almost three years. At first I was a bit skeptical. The management company has since changed. Now the office personnel is friendly, well equipped with accurate information and I never have to wait FOREVER for a work order to be taken care of. The maintenance guys are very time efficient and if there’s a reason they can’t help you right away, they actually communicate why and when they are able to fix whatever it is. I plan on renewing my lease when that time rolls around. I highly suggest renting here!

Living at LIV on the Green Apartments for the past 3+ years has been an overall pleasant experience. I love the layout of the apartment, Management has always addressed any concerns and issues that I might have. Maintenance is responsive but overwhelmed. Love the addition of reserved parking to ensure I can actually get a parking spot. Its been a good experience.

I have lived at the Eastmonts for the past two years and can say that overall, they are a great apartment complex. I love the online resident portal for making payments and scheduling maintenance requests; it makes so that I rarely have to go to the office for anything. The new gym is cool, the grounds are kept immaculate, and Ive always felt safe coming and going from my apartment. Maintenance is fair but I do find them competent and quick to respond to issues. The manager has been here for a while and the office staff is approachable and very helpful; always. The only reason they didnt get a five star rating is because rent is due on the 1st and late on the second! I mean dang, what happened to 3 day grace periods?😂😢

I never really had a problem here.Community is quiet. Neighbors were great!Communication was always up to par when needed.The only maintenance issue I had was I would have to file another request after something not being done all the way...but at least they would come within the next day no later than 48hrs. When moving out of the apartment the billing was correct for charges. No hidden fees. I really enjoyed it. If I didnt work in Dallas I would still be residing here. I am actually sad depart ways with this community.

The apartment management team is great anytime that I have called with any issues regarding my apartment they have been resolved, but my biggest problem is I can’t step out of my apartment and go to my car without having to step over dog feces. To my understanding everyone is supposed to clean up after their pets well this does not happen at all in the area that I live in, other than that I love the apartment

I dont understand why anyone is leaving these terrible reviews about the property management or maintenance. Ive been living here and I brag all the time how things are taken care of in a timely manner, things are handled professionally, things are handled according to policy, and I really enjoy staff. The pool is the only concern I have, it hasnt been opened all summer, BUT nonetheless i love my apartment. I dont have any bugs, any loud neighbors, its right next to the stores and my overall experience has been great. thinking about renewing my lease or doing a lease transfer into a bigger unit and sticking it out another year or two.Update Sept 2020: I am now getting ready to move next month and its bittersweet. I love it here and the thought of having to go somewhere else and fall in love with it is scary. Ive been living here since September 2018 and it is now September 2020 and I cant imagine living anywhere else. I still never had any pest issues, nothing every really broke in here unless it my accidental doing, and maintenance is on top of any request ive put in.. Im talking 24-48 hours turn around. Thats good for an apartment complex this size. The ONLY reason Im moving is because Ive had my child in the same school district for three years and they are harping down on the addresses due to Covid-19 so I found a unit in their school district. If there was a way to stay I would. Im gonna miss it here. If youre contemplating on signing a lease, just do it. I really dont see why youd regret it.

Broken garbage disposal, they addressed it quickly and without me having to wait on them ordering a new unit. Maintenance is pretty good here, Anthony is awesome, 4/5 stars overall (been here 3 years) but 5/5 for this particular job.

I love these apartment and my friend who lived here before loves these apartments. Maintenance comes within 48 hours. Leasing office staff is wonderful and always willing to help. Very friendly. Apartments are wonderful and updated, neighborhood is pretty quiet.

James from maintenance has been incredibly helpful since we have moved in. We had some AC problems and he jumped right now the situation and worked very hard to fix it and make sure we were doing well. When the situation was more complex than he first imagined he made sure we were taken care of until he fixed the problem. Hard worker and excellent attention to customer care!

I recently walked in and toured a 1 bedroom apartment. The new updates are splendid.Kaylan, the young lady who gave me the tour and answered all of my questions, was more than patient and courteous with me. Needless to say, I move in Oct. 1st. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
