My experience at Linz has been awesome. Ive been staying in the community for about 6 months now, and absolutely love it. Karina, my leasing agent was nothing short of amazing. made the application and move in process seamless and stress free, getting me situated the same week I came in. Neighborhood is quite, tons of parking available and great amenities that I use all the time. The leasing staff also puts together great social events for the residents to really create and foster the community feeling, which is really nice to have and much appreciated. would definitely recommend Karina and the whole Linz team if youre looking to lease.

My experience at Linz has been great. Management is very professional and friendly. Maintenance is done immediately. I am renewing my lease here which says a lot. Property common areas are well maintained.

This is a late review, but anyways. This apartment is looking good, especially that it’s BRAND SPARKING NEW. The elevators are also brand new, they still have padding in the cabs. They were alright, nothing bad. However, elevator number 4 (in building 2) smelled disgusting inside. While elevator number 3 there were no issues. I have to say if you wanna rent an apartment, this is the best place to rent it.

Ive lived here for a year now. Overall, its been a positive experience. Front office staff are very sweet, maintenance requests are resolved quickly, and apartment floor plans are spacious for the price. However, if you are an early to bed person, I would not recommend a pool view apartment. The summer months the pool area becomes noisy. Its mostly just children screaming and having fun (i.e. no issues with loud music/parties), and the pool closes around 10 pm, so its likely not an issue if you go to bed late. Its just something to be aware of when choosing a unit.

I went apartment hunting recently and Linz was on my itinerary. When walking I in shock of how well kept the main office was and how approachable the girls working were. Furthermore, Lesly was the sweetest leasing staff member i have ever met! She went into detail of the cost and the square footage as well. Lesly gave me a tour of an apartment i was interested in and included all of the amenities as well. Everything looked great and everyone was so kind, services like this should never go unnoticed! Great job by the property manager as well for setting the standards so high! Overall the girls were so kind even offering me beverages in this hot weather. Will definitely be looking to live here soon.

Toured with Marily, and I could not rave more about how attentive and awesome she was!Though the location is a bit too far from work for me, I figured I would give it a look after passing by a couple weeks ago. The apartments are beautiful, but if Marily is the standard for customer service, I would deal with the distance for that alone. You can truly tell she loves what she does!Thanks for the tour Marily, I’m still considering other options but you definitely put Linz at the top of my consideration!

(Updated Review)I’ve been living here for 6 months now and I must admit things started a bit shaky for me. I was please with the customer service however they immediately reached out and handled my issue. I haven’t had any issues since. I love the layout of my apartment and plan to renew.

Love Linz Luxury! Cannot speak highly enough about the office and property staff. Nancy, Rosa, Melanie, Marily, Shelly, Jorge, Edgar, and Luis are all amazing! They are ALWAYS professional and happy, and very quick to attend to any of our needs. The property here at Linz is great, too!

Upon arriving she greeted us, was very knowledgeable, explained all the awesome amenities and answered any questions we had. Visited Linz and hands down the nicest property I’ve been to. The ladies in the office are great and very attentive, I’ve had to come a couple of times and have had the same great experience with them. Will definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new home!

One stormy night I found myself locked out of my apartment, drenched from head to toe. Desperation and frustration clouded my senses until Karina, like a beacon of hope, appeared from the shadows. With a warm smile that could melt the iciest of hearts, she handed me a spare umbrella and guided me to the management office. Where I got a coffee and was able to get back into my apartment. Glad to be living at a place where the staff cares so much about their residents. THANK YOU KARINA
