    I would really recommend living here at these apartments. I chose these apartments because of all the tree and grass for my doggo. I never had any difficulties the entire year I lived there. Staff was always friendly and Lori from the front desk helped me tremendously! She helped with my move in and my move out. I received my deposit as explained by Lori. If you need any help with anything she would be your go to person. Beautiful apartment complex and I do miss living there.

    Been at this place for 2 years now. the apartment is what i expected and havenā€™t had any issues with the unit. the community and property is very nice and well kept up. the pool is nice durning the hot summer weather. havenā€™t had any issues with neighbors. planning on renewing for another year.

    Ive been living at Lifestyles at Hueco Valley for 2 years and 8 months. Ive truly have enjoyed my stay at this apartment complex. The primary reason is the attention to detail that the entire staff pays to their work. From all the office staff, to all the maintenance workers.It would be unfair for me to mention names, because Im afraid I would be leaving someone out, however having said that there are two people who do stand out head and and shoulders, and they are Saul on the maintenance side, and Lorey at the office.Best Regards,J.A.     By far the absolute best property I have ever occupied. Great amenities especially the pool. My family and I are ready for the summer.     Only reason I gave this place a 4 star is because I wish in my contract agreement, or at the time of signing I would have known they would black light the apartment when moving out. Other then that, I loved the coffee machine in the lobby, the girls who were there when we lived there were nice. I needed a copy of my lease agreement, and after 5 years they had no problem getting me my information. Yes, they are on the pricey side, but to me I feel like they accommodate for it. Moving in was easy from what I remember and quick. Everyone has different experiences, ours was great and we were right next to the pool. Surprisingly even being next to the pool, never had noise issues.

    Since being here, Iā€™ve had a great experience! They have a pool which looks updated and is amazing during the summer. The gym has all the amenities you need for a workout. They also have have a dog park which is great if you own pets. And lastly, the maintenance staff is quick and efficient. The staff member Mr. Jefferies was very helpful and knowledgeable. Iā€™d recommend going to him with any questions you might have.

    As a service member I have lived in 5 different apartment complexes over the past 7 years. The Bungalows is hands down the best apartment complex Iā€™ve ever lived in.The apartment is extremely nice with a very fair rent price.Iā€™ve never dealt with a more friendly and accommodating management. I canā€™t say enough about how great they are. Every time I walk into the front office they know me by name.The facilities (very well equipped gym, laundry room and beautiful pool and grilling area) and grounds are always kept immaculate by the very professional full time staff.I recommend anyone moving to the El Paso area looking for an apartment to visit The Bungalows at Hueco Valley. You wonā€™t regret it.

    So many great things about this place!! The apartments themselves are well conditioned, spacious, and have a very homey feel to them. Staff is pleasant and are always willing to help you no matter what the situation. The pool is outstanding and great for parties, with plenty of seating and grills for cookouts. The inside gym has various equipment to help maintain a healthy physique with a beautiful view of the pool. Residents here at The Bungalows are genial and neighborly. A dog park for your animal friends and a small park for the kids is always a plus when living in estates like this one. Overall, the scenery and atmosphere is beautiful and I would definitely encourage anyone that is looking for a place to reside here. 10/10 would recommend.

    The old adage is true here, you get what you pay for. The prices are a bit higher than average for the area, but the apartments are extremely nice. The grounds are immaculate with well manicured lawns trees and shrubs. Theres a splash pad and playground for the kids similar to what you would find in a public park. The pool area is very nice with grills and gazebos for cook outs during the weekends. I especially like the gym and being able to workout anytime I want. The gym has all the essentials so you just might cancel your gym membership elsewhere. The residents are very friendly and the place is very quiet during the evenings. Theres mainly working professionals living here who can afford it so theres no need to worry about the neighbors having loud parties at night. The office staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the maintenance team gets issues resolved quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to relocate.

    My family and I lived at The Bungalows for 11 months. I really miss living there. The apartments are very comfortable and nice.We felt like we were at a resort, office, gym, pool, and green areas are kept clean and neat.All of their staff were always very helpful and profesional.     I have lived here for 2 years and I am so happy with everything. The ladies in the front are always very nice. If ever I need anything repaired it gets taken care of in a timely manner. I dont see any roaches or rats. Very clean. The lawn gets taken care of frequently as well. The pool area is very fancy as well. The gym is very clean and has great equipment. I feel very safe here, never have I had any troubles here at all.

    Just left after 4 years. Only reason for leaving is a transfer. Extremely safe place! Never worried about my wife being alone when I was gone 12 hrs a day. Great BBQ areas, gym and pool. Outstanding office staff and maintenance. Any office or maintenance issues are immediately handled. Nice little dog park and dog bag stations along all green areas. Lots of real grass and trees. A big plus if youre not from the desert. Property is well maintained and kept clean.would not hesitate to reccommend the staff and community.

    After living here for 4 1/2 years, I am, sadly moving. The Bungalows is a beautiful property that is extremely well maintained, thanks to the outstanding work of the maintenance team. Whether itā€™s keeping up the property or something that needs to be worked on in your apartment they are always there with a greeting and a smile. There is a fitness center, pool, clubhouse, dog park and childrenā€™s play area. It is well located near schools and shopping.The heart of the Bungalows is the the lovely women, Christine, Monica, Ana, Lorie, And Debbie, who you meet as you enter the clubhouse. Forever smiling and very professional, they make you feel at home the moment you meet them. I will miss our chit chats when I go for a cup of coffee. I will never forget them.I canā€™t say enough about my experience living here. I couldnā€™t have been in a better community anywhere in El Paso.

    I have lived in the Bungalows for a little over 2 years now. I originally chose these apartments because the grass, trees, and flowers in El Paso are great! I dont miss home as much because of them. The apartments themselves are very nice, I havent had many issues with them. If you live in the bottom floor make sure you buy your own bug spray, the apartments do hire someone to spray every 6 months but it isnt enough. The pool is nice but it is FREEZING cold, I have complained about it along with other residents but they never turn the temp up. Honestly, compared to the horror stories I have heard about others and apartment living I have had a pretty great experience.

    Ive been living in the Bungalows for 3 years now. I havent had a bad experience ever since I lived here. The rent is a little pricey but Its worth it because it is a nice environment to live in: big pool, nice gym, green grass, and gated complex. If theres something needed to be fix in the apartment the maintenance will fix it right away. The Bungalows is the only apartment that we looked at that we feel safe and comfortable to live in.

    Although weve only been living in this complex for 6 months, my girlfriend and I have loved it from day one. There have been no major issues to deal with, and on the off chance that there is, it was rather small and was taken care of immediately.     Two years ago I was looking for a place to live in El Paso. I drove by The Bungalows and I simply knew that was the place. After two years at The Bungalows, my circumstances have changed, forcing me to sad decision to move out from the best apartment complex I have ever lived. The Bungalows Apartments offer excellent property conditions, superior amenities and cleanliness, and prompt and professional service provided by all the staff members.     The Bungalows has been our home for the past two years and honestly it has been such a great place to live. Not once have we had any issues with the apartments or management. The staff has always been forthcoming and helpful with any issue. Thank you Bungalows for making us feel at home.

    I lived here for 9 Months. I once had a cockroach problem but only on the outside, after i complained because one of the ladies in the front asked to me to spray the cockroaches and clean them up myself.. the manager came spoke to me and apologized. She was very nice and professional! I unfortunately had to break contract because of financial problems due to COVID and I ended up with a $1000 + bill (which I understood since I broke my lease)and they have done nothing but being more thatā€™s helpful they accommodated to my financial situation and I couldnā€™t be more grateful!! The only reason Iā€™m giving 4 stars is because while living there someone did break into our cars and we were told they were gonna speak with the night guard? Thereā€™s no night guard. Other neighbors later found some of our belongings scatter around the buildings. Our fault for leaving our vehicles unlocked (we truly did forget to lock) still itā€™s a gated community I believe that shouldnā€™t have happened. That said it was still nice living therešŸ‘šŸ‘Christine and Monica are truly wonderful šŸ‘

    The Bungalows are a great apartment complexto live in. My family and I have lived here for a couple of years, with the opportunity to rent a house, but prefer the amenities it has. The pool, laundry room, gym, are amazing. Great management and maintenance. Best landscaping Iā€™ve ever seen. You need to come see! If looking for the best, The Bungalows it is!

    We love our townhouse here! Everything is modern and well built. Weve only had to call on the staff to help us twice in the last 2 years and it took them minutes to get to our apartment to resolve our simple issues. The grilling pergolas are spacious and very inviting and fun place to meet your neighbors. Pool is really big and really accommodating for parties. The clubhouse has wifi and its a nice little retreat for you time. And the gym has everything you need if youre a just a daily cardio freak or a little more advanced weight trainer. Amenities, amenities amenities! This place is truly a fun place to live and a great community to be a part of.Oh and staff!! The girls in the office the maintenance team are so friendly : ) They make us all feel like family.

    Been here for 9 months and we love them. They are very spacious and modern apartments. If you need any service done it will be taken care of the same day. Great fitness room and pool area. Very friendly staff and helpful. Overall a very good place to be in.

    When my wife and I moved to El Paso two years ago, we looked at several apartment complexes before choosing BHE. We have been very pleased with our stay.The grounds are cared for, the front service staff is friendly, and management is attentive to our needs.When we have an issue with the apartment, it is managed promptly and we have never had a maintenance person act rudely or put out by our requests.We particularly like the consistent controls on pool access, gate access, package holds, and the occasional pet sitting. It speaks to managementā€™s care for the property and its tenants. BHE wants a safe and secure environment and delivers.On a personal note, my wife and I love all the personnel in the office. The office is helpful, consistent and well-run. And I donā€™t want to forget about the occasional free pizza, wine tastings (BYO and share) and parties. Starbucks to boot!

    I lived there for about 1 year and I loved it!!! Awesome staff and lots to do. Beautiful landscapes and the water is breath taking. The maintenance is very reliable..would recommend it to anyone. Beautiful place to live with wonderful residents and a caring staff. The pool and clubhouse is gorgeous and always clean.

    Beautiful gem on the east side of El Paso. I first saw this complex in early 2016, and after meeting my husband in 2018 and getting married, this was the first place I thought of to live. They are very military friendly and understanding of the complications that come with the lifestyle but they always work with you. Christine and Monica were true favorites of mine to stop in and visit when coming in for a cup of gourmet coffee in the lounge. The amenities are amazing such as the gym, beautiful pool (you will seriously spend every summer day out there), and dog parks. The apartments are gorgeous and the community is really friendly. Maintenance was awesome and I never had to wait more than a few hours to have a problem resolved. After pcsing and living in a new complex now I cant help but find myself missing The Bungalows at Hueco Estates. There are a lot of places to pick from in El Paso but you wont find better than this.

    This place was seriously amazing! I had my doubts at first with some of the negative complaints I saw on here, but I highly recommend it.With my husband being in the military we knew he was eventually going to deploy at the end of this year, we got a lease for 9 months, and they were totaly ok with us breaking the contract with my husbands deployment papers.We moved in March and at first us being young and excited about having our first apartment we had envited some people over, and oviously like any other apartment or house neighbors complain, we ended up getting out first complaint we did get a call and a warning, no big deal Monica was very professional about it and talked to me. Come again a few weeks later we get another complaint but this was cause of funky smell(keep in mind husband is in the military and Iā€™m in the medical field and get drug tested randomly) got a call again and again was very professional about it and I explained it was probably cause of the smells from the vapes my husband and friends have. I just think our neighbors werenā€™t really happy about young people always coming in our apartment cause they were a little older and I get it sometimes we could have been a little loud. Never really had any problems at all after that first month. Everything was always so nice and peaceful and clean and I love that their super dog friendly I love dogs so there was always dogs everywhere. Anytime I needed something changed at the house i would call Monica and she would get to it and maintenance was always there quick. Monica has always been amazing!!!! We ended up breaking our lease in October due to deployment and it was easy as pie! we cleaned the house just like I normally do on a normal day and everything and I was very very surprised with the amount i had to pay I was expecting it to be some outrages price and it was not, up to right now Iā€™m still very surprised!!! like idk why some people complain that they have to pay some outrageous price, like me and Monica did the walk thru with the black light and It was not as bad as people make it seem! I really loved this place and would highly recommend it specially for military familyā€™s(thereā€™s a lot of them in this complex too) and the staff is always very nice specially Monica she was always super amazing and sweet!!! I would come back if I could!!

    My stay here has been great. As far as apartment living is concerned I have no complaints I appreciate the attentive staff. Everyone is kind and helpful. Special shout out to Viktor. Maintenance is the best I have ever had.

    Wonderful living community! Well trained personal. Great communication. Debbie is always helpful in answering my questions pertaining my residence and when there is a system change towards paying our rent. Highly recommend. A must see for yourself!

    Overall a very good experience living here for 2 years. Ill start with the good:-The buildings are in good repair and the floor plans are reasonably priced. Some reviews say how you can rent a house for the same price, yes true. BUT, unlike those houses, these apartments have refrigerated air (most houses in this price range in El Paso are going to be an evaporative cooler/swamp cooler. As hot as it gets in El Paso, the refrigerated air was much appreciated.-Another note on weather, the Bungalows have energy efficient double pane windows that seal really well. As well as holding in the cool air in the summer, this is also important when the area experiences high winds. There wont be sand all inside your living space.-Ive never had an issue with finding a parking spot, office staff is friendly, maintenance is responsive often within the hour, and the community areas like the pool and gym are above average. On top of that, the foliage around the complex really is as beautiful as youll see in the photos. They put a lot of work into maintaining the grounds and keeping the trash picked up.Now onto just a few things not so positive to note:-When it was time to renew my lease I received a renewal letter on my door that stated directly that I could renew the lease at the same rent rate I was currently paying. I went down to the office and the lady there politely told me that this letter was actually a typo and I would have to increase my rent by $30 per month! I showed her the letter and she wasnt going to honor it at first. I had to do the whole speak with a manager, wait a few days for their decision, argue, pull hair routine before they agreed to keep the rent at my current rate. a headache that could have been avoided.-Owning a pet here can be very expensive Im talking like 400 dollar fee, plus 300 dollar deposit, plus 20 dollar monthly pet rent kinda expensive.-They did spray for bugs, however I did have a few roaches and spiders that found their way into my apartment. This didnt really bother me because this is something that any apartment in the region is going to have. Just know that this place isnt immune.TIPS:1. Live on the second floor. If you can manage one flight of stairs, the benefit of noise reduction is worth it. Plus, rent is like 15 bucks a month cheaper on the second floor. The stairs are inside your apartment.2. Do not live directly near the pool. It can get noisy!3. This is a great place if you are going to work on East Fort Bliss. 20-25 minute drive

    Really nice place! They have a splash pad in the back for the kids! The area has a bungalow with tables as well for people to sit and chat while the kids get soaked. The courtyard is very nice and lush with greenery. The pool is gorgeous AND it has a security system on the gate entrance so that the little ones wont run off into the pool area when mommy and daddy turn their backs for a quick second and get into trouble, if you know what I mean. Its a gated community, so youll need a gate code to enter the premises. The interior of the apartment that I visited had hardwood flooring (fake of course) and vaulted ceilings. Its a nice layout, but a bit small for a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. I hear the townhomes are amazing though!

    We have lived here over one year now and love it. First off, I would like to say the office staff has been incredible since day one. My husbands main reason for choosing this place was for all of its grass, trees,and greenery!! I chose it because of the amenities, and pet friendliness. We have two large dogs and they have loved living here. The neighborhood is wonderful. There are always people out jogging, walking their dogs, or taking their kids for a stroll. There is a new neighborhood walmart nearby, also many restaurants and places to shop as well. My husband works on East Bliss and has a very easy commute to work(15mins). We have never had any maintenance issues except for light bulbs going out, which theyve fixed either same day or the next. Most of our neighbors are military or border patrol. I have always felt very safe living here. I had never thought to write a review, but now that we may be moving soon, I am seeing the importance of wanting to know about a place before signing a lease. I highly recommend the bungalows to anyone moving to El Paso. Did I mention the pool?!

    I loved the Bungalows at Hueco Estates!!! The location was perfect. The movie theater was right up the street and everything I needed was in the vicinity. 15 minutes from the Sergeants Major Academy, I couldnt beat it. Mrs. Christine Galvez and her staff were phenomenal. If anyone needs a place to stay, come stay at the Bungalows at Hueco Estates!!!. Im sure you will love it as well.

    Ive been living at The Bungalows at Hueco Estates for a year now and have absolutley fell in love with the place! Maintenance has the landscaping always lookin immaculate and beautiful with green grass, healhty trees and plants. I love walking my dog here. Also, I have enjoyed the pool area and complex gym they have! The gym has everything you would need from treadmills to free weights and machines. I have to move in a month for work and Im going to be really sad to leave. The managment team is very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to live in El Paso!

    I looked and looked for a good place to live here in El Paso. The Bungalows was my first choice and the staff and management have not let me down once. I have had two problems since moving in, and as soon as I let management know, the problems were fixed the very next day. Wonderful service and courteous staff.

    Amazing service. They are really nice and understanding. The Edgerock townhomes are one of the few who accept ALL dog breeds as family members. Meaning no extra charges. I would recommend them.
