    I recently had a life changing event an was looking for a place to stay with very short notice and Nikki Webb I believe was her name, was extremely thorough and very helpful and most of all very patient and understanding due to my circumstances at that moment in my life.     Within less than a month of new management I’ve seen many upgrades that have been needed for years and everywhere you look you see a member of the staff either mowing, painting, cleaning pools….. I made the decision to walk in to speak to a member of management for further info about maybe renting at this establishment and was approached by Jeremy and one of his associates. Instantly stopped what they were doing and put full attention on me ,and not a day went by during the process that I was not contacted!! Thanks team!!

    The maintenance is good. I had a great experience with Rayman who came and fixed my ac the same day I reported it. He knows his stuff and gave me some ideas on how to keep my apartment cool.

    I just want to say that Nicole is one of the best leasing personnel I have ever came across. Any question I had she answered with confidence. She is very knowledgeable about this property. I also would like to add that the property looks so much better.

    Thank you to Raymond the maintenance tech that fix my restroom light. I had to go to work at 4pm to 10pm and I got home and my light was fix. It’s more professional they even left a copy of the work he did in my apartment with all the information. I like these new management. Thank you Raymond I appreciate the work you did today.

    Ever since Kurt and jereme came into the office everything has been taken care. The pool is cleaned after months, We finally have mailbox keys, Landscaping is being taken care of, Work orders are being taken seriously now, And the office is finally communicating with residents. The community has done a 360 in only the week they’ve been here and we all appreciate it.

    Recently moved in town for work, visited multiple apartment but none like The Life. Their office personnel is amazing, they have an exceptional management team to include Bernice and Ronica. Their leasing agents were so knowledgeable in regards to all my apt questions. They left no rock unturned and made sure to give me the best experience one can receive. Each one of The Life members made me wish I lived here in town permanently. The apartments are so clean and taken care of, great environment and location. Definitely feels like my long term home here.

    We had some issues with another apartment and quickly needed a new place to stay. Pedro in the office didn’t have to take us last minute but he did and we were approved and moved in the same day! He truly cares about his tenants and puts them first. These apartments are beyond what I expected. Beautiful modern apartment and the outside is kept clean. It’s also really quiet around here which I love !

    I was really hesitant about moving into this complex, but after seeing how much effort staff and management puts into change I’m really glad I did. This apartment is literally the only one that u have lived in that has more than enough parking. The rent is more than reasonable for them, especially since they’re renovated. The stove top is glass which was so impressive. I will say, if you are looking at a one bedroom, go with the medium. The only difference is the Large has two closets, but it doesn’t seem to have a pantry. That’s obviously not a management issue, just a little quirk about the building. The office staff always replies on the phones and through email! They’re really nice and patient. Especially Pedro, he has helped me a ton and was every patient with my leasing situation.

    I went in yesterday July 21 to view the apartments. Pedro Mendoza helped me out. He was so helpful!! He made me feel really comfortable such a nice person. Staff there was really friendly.     Nice property! There’s a playground and 2 pools Pedro gave me the best tour Tuesday & the Manager was so nice she served me a plate of hot breakfast. They we’re having a breakfast event for the residents. I can’t wait to move in 10/5!!

    Chasity Dunlap- Leasing Consultant is beyond great! She is not only professional, but very courteous. She responds promptly and efficiently to emails sent and tries her utmost best to accommodate and answer every question I have. The apartments are wonderfully remodeled and the complex is clean and quiet. Maintenance was quick to respond to a couple of move-in requests I had as well. I am so happy I found an apartment here! I referred my daughter here and she loves her apartment as well.

    So the process of moving into these apartments was really fast. Chasity kept me up to date on everything and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all with all the questions I had ! The apartment wasn’t ready to move in when she was told otherwise and she has done everything to make me happy to live here. There were a few electrical issues in the bathroom and I’m sure she will get everything taken care of! She all in all had amazing customer service and really knows how to keep a resident happy! I definitely will recommend these apartments. What we once knew was Ashton oaks is definitely changed for the better! Thanks Chasity.

    After living here more then two years Brenda, Amy and Chasity have done wonders with managing and keeping the property in excellent condition. It was sad to see Brenda move on but I have no doubt Amy and Chasity will continue the success. If it wasnt for them I probably would have moved already, Great job ladies! Keep up the good work!

    The Life at Forest View is a newly updated, affordable, and quiet place to live. The parking is adequate, the amenities are plentiful, and the office staff as well as maintenance are great. You wouldnt expect to be on a first name basis with the office of such a large community, but Amy and Chasity are kind and always helpful. The community has plenty to offer for families with children. Onsite laundry is coinless and smart phone app integrated so its easy to see when the facilities are available. I would absolutely recommend this complex to anyone.

    Overall I have not regreted moving in these apts. they are nice newly remodeled apartments. I have two kids and it was a nice start for us. Chasity was awesome I looked forward to moving in so I bugged her alot in which she always responded to update me. I got in quick and there wasnt any problems with my apt. Staff is amazing along with maitence any issues I have had has been resolved in a timely manner.

    I was sceptical at first but the rental agreement giving me the second month free sold me and they accepted my German shepherd not a lot of places will :) the apt is nice new renovations and the staff I dealt with Brittney sorry if I misspelled it she made everything very simple outstanding customer service and most the residents Ive talked to are kind and friendly

    Just got through touring the complex and I am in love with the place. The apartments look very nice and clean. I love the brand new appliances and the cute little color scheme they have going on.     Amazing!!...Heard property was making a turn around.Very leary about possibly renting due to past history of entire complex and reviews.Checked out complex. Totally new renovations to all apartments. The new staff is amazing. They have new owners and friendly staff.Due to changes I will be leasing my new apartment from them as soon as my current lease is up in June!!

    When I was first searching for an apartment complex to live I shopped around at different locations of course, I called them and made visits until I came across the breeze. To be honest it was going to be my last option because of the stories I’ve heard about the place. I called to check their beginning of the year specials and spoke with chalissa the first time I called she was very cordial, informative, kind, & respectful. I told her I’d check back with them if I didn’t find something else. After shopping around I called them back a few days later once again speaking with Chalissa and she gave me the same kindness as before, and that was a big reason for me leasing here because the other places I checked were either rude or just not too interested in working. They were able to give me a month of free rent. I’ve been here about 5 months and I must say everything has been great. I’m still shown the same kindness when entering the office from all staff!! Thank you ladies for everything you’ve done for this place! I recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable place to live. Nice, quiet, & safe place to live. Also pet friendly! Keep up the good work!🤞🏾💪🏾

    Me and my family were in need of a place, and we heard about the breeze through Ellayna. She was very helpful and professional about telling us about the apartments and touring us and the rest of the management is very nice as well.The apartments are very nice on the inside and the outside as well. There was a minor problem in the floor before we moved in and we pointed it out and it was fixed before we moved in. Overall, they are a very quite and nice complex.

    I just moved in to the complex. I have to be honest I have a rough move in. I had AC issues and other things. With everything that happened I was ready to move out already. Then Blair stepped in and made everything better. She SHOWED me she cared about her tenants. She will do anything she can to make things right. After everything I have gone thought I am finally looking forward to living here. Brandon who is the maintenance guy has a heart as big as the moon. Kindest person I have met in a long time. With people like this working here it is going to be a good place to live. Thank you to all the the staff at forest view.

    Before the new owners and management took over I was going to move somewhere else but Im so glad I waited. The new manager and staff are always so very helpful and friendly.     New management has taken over, and the renovation on this property is immaculate. The new manager has so much knowledge of running an outstanding property, i have sent many people over there now and they are very pleased. If you know of one or place, you tell me who and where at. The Complex is at a DECENT price range as far as Rental Property and Apartments are running these days!!!!I believe in giving people and businesses 2nd and 3rd chances if thats what it takes to turn something around to make it GOOD again!!!!!Things just DONT HAPPEN over night.I also believe as a tenant that working together as a community will HELPeven more!!!!All Im saying is I HAVENT BEEN this HAPPY in an apartment/home ever than I am now and I believe I owe it to Brenda and her WHOLE STAFF!!!!I wish I could put 10 stars forBrenda, her Office Staff and Maintenance Crew. Who have been Nothing but KIND, FRIENDLY, CARING and PROFESSIONAL ever since I moved here August 1, 2021. If something is needed to be done or you have questions about something, they dont hesitate to help. If theyre out on the grounds and cant get to the phone they WILL call you back.I would recommend ANYBODY to this complex, ESPECIALLY with how HAPPY and PLEASED it is to live here.I was AMAZED at how NICE the the Renovations are coming around.Ive heard and Im sure youve heard the stories about how Bad and Dangerous it was/is to live here becauseof the past, but I feel SAFE. With Clute PD Patroling through here sometimes several times including BOTH SHIFTS sometimes a little less a day. Also the the Complex is so lit up at night, I can actually take my dog out and not worry.A BIG THANK YOU to BRENDA, OFFICE STAFF and MAINTENANCE CREW!!!

    I was touring the complex and had noticed how well management has cleaned things up! The staff is so pleasant and actually is what sold me! Management knew what they were doing while I was there. The units are so much better than what I was anticipating which is why I cannot wait to move in!

    This apartments have gotten sooo much better! They totally deserve 5 stars! They are very nice upsated and for the price! Cant beat that! They feel cozy and modern! Definitely Go to Ellayna Delafuente she will make sure you are good to go! And will try her best to make you feel like at home! Also Maintanice is on point! Not like other places that you wait for olmost a month to get something fix! They will be here no later than a day or two and they will get the job done! SuperClean!     Wonderful property. Beautiful renovated units. Staff is super friendly and nice and efficient. Can’t wait to see when everything is complete. Lots of fun things happening and it’s not just a place to live but an actual home with a family friendly feeling.

    I moved in to one of the newly renovated apartment its so peaceful and comfortable everything is working efficiently I will encourage anyone to come and live here. Also a very pleasant and helpful management and technical staff available.

    I came there on last week the NEW OFFICE STAFF WOMAN AT FIRST I COULD TELL THEY HAD A BIG LOAD FROM PREVIOUS OFFICE STAFF BUT THE LADYS there now once you sit down with that new manager she is nice and very professional and maintenance is awesome and quick and mail are finally done I love it now
