    Leo at Westfork has been home for us for over a year now and it’s perfect for any family and your fur babies! There are a variety of layouts to choose from. My favorite is the kitchen and the open concept that flows into the living room so I can cook and watch TV at the same time! I love the monthly activities that are planned for the community, so you have the opportunity to meet others while having some fun! The management is always quick to respond when needed as well. When we need any maintenance work or air filter changes they are always fixed within the same day with a smile on their faces.

    Friendly staff that goes above and beyond. Nice and clean amenities. Decent sized yards for the cottage style homes for a small child or dog. Very quiet and safe gated community.

    My Nana is a resident and she absolutely loves it here. The apartments are absolutely adorable and the office staff is always so nice(even though she can be a pain sometimes 😄). Ray and Alex are super helpful whenever she needs anything and maintenance is great! Its nice to see some apartments still care about their residents!

    Everything about this community is 10/10. From the moment you drive through the gates and drive under the string lights to the amazing sunset/sunrise views from the back patio of our townhouse. Everyone from the office staff to the maintenance team are very welcoming and professional. 10/10 would recommend.

    Welcome home is all I can say. I have loved everything about this apartment from the floors to the backsplash to the people here. From the day we came, Lynox has been my go to. He has stuck with us even after the lease was signed, when most go radio silent, and made this the easiest move in process of any complex I’ve lived in. He’s lively and inviting and been a blessing to the residents here. So excited for the next months ahead!P.s. While I’ve interacted with them less, Maria and Rosario are some of the kindest people I’ve met. They always smile and say hi when I see them!

    We have lived here almost three years now. Every member of the staff here is awesome! They are helpful, friendly and genuinely care. Everyone is very responsive to our needs. There is a sense of community here. Our leasing and move in experience was outstanding. We love LEO because it’s like a neighborhood, not an overgrown apartment complex.

    Leo at Westfork is the best place Ive ever lived at! I love the home feeling but you still have all the amenities as living in an apartment which is exactly what I was looking for. Something feels so safe and special about this place and I absolutely LOVE it!! The staff is always amazing and quick at getting things resolved, Brandon made the process seamless and stress free! Highly recommend and look forward to spending many years here ❤️

    I recommend Leo at West Fork for anyone who appreciates comfortability, cleanliness and friendly staff! All of the amenities are well kept, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the resident life have such fun events twice a month if youre looking to get involved and meet new people! The townhomes are lovely with spacious kitchens and a bright/open look. Furthermore, its in a great/safe location, tucked away off of the loop which truly makes it a treasure to find. I have been in many apartments and this has been my favorite so far!

    I recently moved in here and I absolutely LOVE my new home, Leo, at Westfork! It is the perfect setup and I even have my own fenced yard! The property is always in “photo-ready” shape! They set up season/celebration station places to take pics for certain seasons and celebrated days and they make for the perfect photo ops (Selfies with my pup)!

    My husband and I recently moved to LEO at West Fork & we love it already! We feel very much at home here. We live in one of the tiny homes/cottage with a private front yard! We love how big the kitchen & closet is for an apartment-type living situation, everything is well spaced out. So far we’ve had zero problems with hearing neighbors through the walls!The community is great as well, very quiet & friendly neighbors! We like that there are different options to fit your living situation of floor plans & type of buildings!     I absolutely love the personal and community feel of these homes. The management team has been incredible and response day off if you have any maintenance problems. And will even come and stick my packages inside my door when i ask so they dont get lost or rained on. I have worked with them since before my condo is being finished and they have been incredible throughout the process even when building was delayed. The apartments are beautiful and the community space is so relaxing.

    I enjoyed my 15 month stay here! I was one of the first residents at this property when it was still the original “Cottage Green”. Leo at West Fork took ownership at the end of December 2021. Everything has always been smooth while leasing. If ever I needed anything I’d give a call to the front desk or submit a maintenance request and the matter was resolved swiftly. The property is maintained well with minimal noise, trash and pet waste (high impact factors for myself). Quality is paid for! I recommend staying here. Brandon was also great with making sure my move-out process was effortless.

    Great place to live. The cottages are well taken care of. Nice little yards and porches to sit outside. The staffs is friendly. The other day I needed some work done on my shower. The maintenance (Rosario Preciado ) came and did a wonderful job. He was polite and cleaned up after he was done. If you are looking for a small community to live in this is the place

    Changing my review but Optimum issues remain but everything else is amazing! Can’t stay due to wasp concerns, allergic and internet concerns on my review, but the property deserves five stars for trying to fix both problems with every effort. Optimum internet-cable which is part of our rent and you cant change it, let me say I hate it!! Very unreliable in GCP area during the day if you work from home. It cuts out all the time and my modem has been replaced twice. When I asked if I could go with my own a while back I was told yes I could but the fee for Optimum would stay on my rent.I moved in back in May of 22 and I always wait to write my reviews to see how things go for a few months. So far, every issue and they are small have been addressed by the amazing office team or by the amazing maintenance crew. There is a feel of community and I absolutely love my cottage with the yard, I picked it for my little fur child who sadly passed recently but I still love coming home and it feels like a tiny house. Everything here is a duplex, no apartments and people living all squeezed into one building. I do love the neighbors as they are all super friendly and kind. Overall I like the community garden and I did love the dog park. Everything is so very well maintained here, cant say enough great things. One thing I would love to see happen is more equipment in the gym, but I know that comes with time. Love it!!

    These are true luxury apartments. The complex is beautiful and so well maintained. The interior of the units are brand new, upscale, and spacious. Lynox has made the experience so easy and enjoyable. He’s equally professional and personable. We are really excited to start our year here!

    This is a very nice place to live. The office personnel are professional, friendly and always accessible. The grounds are kept immaculate as well as the dog park. And the location is great with easy immediate access to Loop 336 and I 45, and everything in between.
