This is the most beautiful apartment community that I have ever seen! The people in the rental office are so responsible and respectful! The maintenance guys are absolutely amazing! I asked one of the maintenance guys to fix something inside my unit on January 7th and he got straight to work! I would recommend that apartment complex to anyone! ❤️❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹

Im in my third year as a resident at LaVita on Lovers lane. This has, by far, one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in, while living in Dallas. Its location, has been the quietest areas to have lived in & very convenient for nearby for groceries, gas & multiple points of access to White Rock Lake park & bicycle trails. The Management in the front office, Elizabeth & Sam, are very attentive to resident issues & very quick to respond for repairs/maintenance. I have had major & minor issues with no repeat occurrences, developing a trust as a resident. Also of note for Management, both Elizabeth & Sam, are very accessible as well as very pleasant, never acting bothered when discussing issues or suggestions. LaVita has a lovely & well maintained Patio/pool area with outdoor grill and fireplace. They also have an expansive indoor day area with free coffee & snacks(my favorite perk). They have a very clean gym with 24 hour access. I would, without hesitation, recommend LaVita on Lovers to friends, co-workers & family members looking for a new place to live affordably.

I am so impressed with the staff here at LaVita on Lovers Lane. I first spoke on the phone with Samual. It was his helpfulness that made me want to schedule a showing. On the day of the showing, I met Elizabeth, the Assistant Manager. She was kind and professional and took time to go over all of my questions. I really rushed them on the move-in date, yet they made it happen. My apartment is very nice and comfortable with all of the amenities. I also enjoy the pool, clubroom, gym, and laundry. This has been one of my favorite places to live. I cannot speak more highly of this team and the property. Thank you Samual, Elizabeth, and Manny.

Very easy transition. Everyone here has been great. Felicia, in the office, was very patient and helpful. Almost as soon as I dropped off the move-in inspection, one of the crew showed up to fix a few minor things. I’m still settling in but so far so good!

I was so pleased how well they treated me here….that I moved my mother from 2,000 miles away to live here!April has been amazing! From calling me to let me know when packages have arrived and sending emails on when certain changes occur…like for example…the water being shut off for routine maintenance. She is on the ball!A huge shout out to Sam…for being so great as-well!!While I was away handling business. They treated my mom like family! That…. I can’t thank them enough for!!My experience living here has been a positive one! Tons of stores in walking distance! I would wear my back pack to ALDIs and Target! No need for a car. There’s a seven 11 near and a planet fitness! Two schools….this place is located in such a great safe spot!…or I wouldn’t have moved my 64 year young mother here!!Does this complex have a few quirks….yes…however they are working on them😃Did I mention they are also super affordable!In the end the awesomeness of living here outweighs any of the negative for my self! Homes clean, air conditioning rocks and it’s quiet in my building 😃…..life is good!Thanks again April, Sam plus the owner who provides this establishment!If you have any doubts…call the place for a tour! I have been looking for apartments for the last month or so, and havent had no luck but Im considering this property due to Alejandra the front office leasing representative making me feel at home and welcomed. Came in and was greeted instantly I can say she was very professional and knew a lot of information. She was super nice, went through every detail regarding the floor plan available. Awesome job. She answered all of my questions and we communicated very well decided to leave a review because wasnt treated this good at the other properties . Thank you Alejandra:)

The apartments are in very strategic location with immediate access to a vast number of shopping and entertainment opportunities. So, it only makes sense to give them a try.I am in my second year. The first one was satisfactory. However, the management was poor. Customer service was only a concept and not a reality. Managing the property and keeping it safe, secure, and clean was beyond their capabilities. They eventually left.The new office management, which took over about the time that I started my second contract, by contrast, is like a breath of fresh air. There have been many improvements and changes in how the office presents themselves to us. It has been a welcome and pleasant change.Keep up the good work. 5 stars is a hard thing to obtain. I believe you are on the right track.

I am giving 5 stars to our property manager Samuel Portillo and his team for always taking care of my work orders request. They are promptly solving any issues, and they are all very kind and respectful. Apartment complex, its going through remodeling!....just getting better and better. I will definitely recommend it. I have been living at La Vita for almost 8 years. I am comfortable and feel safe around here.

Ive been here a month now and from the moment I stopped in just to get info to anytime I have a random question the staff has always been so very helpful. Everyone is so friendly and always willing to help. Given as old as the property is, the apartments have been nicely upgraded and for the area they are very affordable. Only downside I would mention is I wish they would fix the gates to be kept closed, especially overnight, and the pavement really needs some help. Other than that I have been surprisingly pleased! Oh! I also very much enjoyed the wonderful Thanksgiving dinner they catered for us. It was a nice way to meet my neighbors and it was so nice and a blessing to be served by the staff. Really made me happy and feel appreciated for being here at LaVita.

Priscilla and her team are a breath of fresh air. From the first time I met Priscilla she’s always been professional courteous and empathetic and very kind. Priscilla and her staff has Bought a lot of dignity and class To La Vita. Her personality has bought a lot of positive change over here in this atmosphere. She’s very honest helpful resourceful and just a very good person. She makes you feel welcome whenever she speaks to you and that’s very important to me. I’ve lived here for three years and I look forward to staying here for another three years under this type of management. To all that’s looking to move to La vita Apartments it’s a great place To live with a great management team.

Five stars is an understatement! I haven’t moved in yet and just the process has been beyond amazing! Amerika the apartment manager was willing to go the extra mile to get me setup and ready to move in. An incredible leasing agent, Kaysha was very knowledgeable, courteous and treated me like a long time friend! The property looked above par and I heard great things about their maintenance staff. Luis, one of the maintenance staff members joined us on our tour and seem knowledgeable and detail oriented! I can’t wait to hear back from the staff and ready to move in. Oh and let’s not forget about their awesome specials and reasonable pricing. Thanks again La Vita on lovers lane staff!!

This place is awesome, I love the location, I love my neighbors and the hippie atmosphere. Prior to the new management company I was having issues with the apartment complex due to my mail box not closing and my mail was scattered all over the pool area and the mail area. People got a hold of my paper work and I had my identity stolen. The management before was doing nothing to help me and my fees and rent were reoccurring each month. Now the new management looks like they are working with me regarding this manner and I am so relieved. I am looking forward to all the new amazing changes and renovations already being done. The manager Omar and assistant manager are very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend young couples and college students to come take a look.

I cannot say enough great things about this community! I’ve lived here for three years now. The staff is super friendly. the manager Jarred is one of the kindest and most professional managers I’ve experienced. And I have moved around a lot so that’s saying something !. I’m a single mom and sometimes I can be a bit wound up lol. Jarred is always so patient with me, even when I can see how busy he is working on other stuff. I feel like when a manager treats the residents so well, that’s what makes for a great home and community. Maintence is also super helpful , they do their best to work around my Busy schedule when they can, but we don’t really have a lot of maintenance issues here because it’s up kept so well. Last year i was actually thinking of moving to be closer to my job but Jarred was the main reason I chose to stay. If I could give more than 5 stars I totally would ! :)

Ive been living here for over a year now and macitence is the best, I dont often have issues with my apartment but when I do, maintenance always pulls through and quickly fixers whatever issue I may have. I very much love living here and highly recommend la vita.. definitely 5 starsMaintenance is great! They are very much on top of things and always get the job done promptly and professionally. They are very good at what they do.

I recently moved back into LaVita Apartments. The new manager, Jared, was very responsive and helpful during both the application and move-in process. He and the other office worker, Eileen, helped make the process painless and smooth. It’s a great place to live if you are looking to save some money while still having a nice, clean apartment that has character to it.

Im so happy my daughter & I found this place! My daughter has lived here for the past year and we have signed another lease with LaVita. Priscilla Ramirez has been of such help to us throughout all this time. We have not had any issues and if we need anything fixed, we put in the repair notice in and somebody will always call us back to let us know which day theyll be coming to do the repairs.

If youre looking to move in on a budget I highly recommend this place. Its significantly cheaper than some other complexes around the area. It might not look like much from the outside but the apartments are cozy and clean. The maintenance crew, as well as the office crew, have always been extremely accommodating of our requests. Just recently Jesus came by in torrential rain and after hours to fix up our disposal and dishwasher, all within 10 minutes after I gave him a call. He also fixed our ceiling fan which stopped working abruptly. I also had misplaced a key and the Kaysha was great about getting me set up with a new door and mailbox key within 30 minutes of putting in a request. Ive also never had problems with pests, loud neighbors, or anything else really.Thanks to the great team running this place LaVita has become quite a welcoming place at a great price point.

I have been in La Vita on Lovers Lane for one month now and I really like being here. The apartments are nice and my apartment has the right space for me. Amerika was very patient with me throughout the lease process and I really appreciated that. I will be here just for a few month, but I would had like to know about this place when I arrived Dallas one and a half year ago.The only thing that I dont like is that the owners with dogs are not clean at all, but that has nothing to do with La Vitas management.

Excellent!! I have been here over 1 month now and I am so glad that I decided to make La Vita my new home. Kaysha and Amerika were so amazing and patient with me whn I had to change my move in date. Everything is upfront done mostly online (which is very accommodating for out of state moves). Lovely pool and recreational room. There are some areas out doors that need repairs, but I seem them being done which is encouraging. As others have said if your needing to move on a budget I highly recommend.Thank you!!

Helped a friend get set up here. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because it is an older but very nicely updated apartment complex. The sales agent and manager are very responsive. I see bad reviews, but find that people often do not communicate clearly or with mutual respect. Do so and everybody wins. This complex feels safe with super nice amenities! Recommended for the value in Dallas’ overpriced rental market.

This new management team has been awesome and they are always willing to go over an beyond expectations to make sure that we are accommodated while living here with the best service a person can expect within reason...... Now let me tell you about an experience I had with our manager Kim. First of all, she always greets you with a smile and she makes you feel important. She very attentive to any of your concerns. Let me tell about one day I went into the office for whatever reason but it a few days before Thanksgiving and I overheard Kim say that she was about to go out of town for the holidays and I heard her mention something about these chips that I really like and where she was going they sell them. So, yep I had to jump into the conversation ( sorry I could help it)....She asked me if I wanted her to bring me a bag back......I said sure that would be so cool! She asked how many bags did I want? I said, can you fit 10 boxes in your car? lol (she wasnt ready for that) But I was serious! lol We both laughed at that request. But, 10 days later I get a call from Kim to come up to the office for a minute. When I walked through the door what did I see? My favorite chips! 3 bags! well, you know the kid came out of me. I cant remember if I hugged her or not ( I was trying to be cool calm and professional). I was focused on those bags of chips lol..One question for all of you: Have you ever had a Manager do something so thoughtful? Kim is a Sweety Pie(hint hint) next time Kim....lol (That was for Kim only she will understand that one). But, seriously Kim I really appreciate you and thank you for being the person that you are. You and your team are really a class act and that assures me that La Vita is the right place for me to live.I just would like to say, its not everyday I get a chance to meet someone as professional and knowledgeable as Kevin! What a great guy and most important a man of his word! Ive had a few minor issues in my apartment here and there but, whenever there has been an issue Kevin is always there to handle the subject. So, I would like to thank upper management for having someone like Kevin here to save the day! What a great asset to your company. He truly cares about the property and it shows!

I am in LOVE with LaVita on Lovers Lane. Kaysha and Amerika made every single step in my move-in process seamless. The amenities here are adorbs! I mean, where else could you get a hot chocolate bar (and with these temperatures, youll definitely need it) Its a great location especially if you enjoy the Dallas nightlife, not far from Lower Greenville, Uptown, and Deep Ellum. My studio is super spacious and Kaysha was super supportive and friendly to the interior design company that installed my furniture and art. Super happy to live here. 💕

Living here in La Vita is good. I have lived here for five months and they always come when I need something. The maintenance Luis and Jesus here are prompt and always look happy to be here. Manager America here in the office is a good person and always helps me with something when I need it. I fall asleep comfortably because there is no music, like before where I lived. Thanks to all of you who help me here and if I tell my friends who come to check and the apartments they have.
