I lived at Larq for 6 years and had such a great experience. Management changed after a few years but everyone that came in was amazing. Foster and Raenell were amazing and always the best. Foster was always so helpful and loved my dog so much! Any time I had an issue, it was revolved quickly. Of course, every apartment has its issues, but nothing crazy enough to make me move in the 6 years I was there. I would have stayed if I wasn’t looking for a townhome. I highly recommend living here! Can’t beat the location and the apt in general!

My husband and I have lived here for several years, and we were among the first residents on the property. Since the Simpson Group took over the property recently, I’ve seen an amazing transformation. The new patio work, landscaping, lighting, paint, and overall atmosphere have significantly improved.The management team goes above and beyond for the residents, and I’ve never seen a more hardworking maintenance team—they always come through when we have an issue. The area is perfect—walking distance to restaurants and bars, but just outside of heavy traffic with easy access to Highway 75. It’s also nice having the fire department so close, offering a sense of safety in addition to the 24-hour security. The fire department is considerate enough not to turn on their sirens until they leave their station vicinity.Gated parking, garages, and gate access via a phone app are really convenient. The pool and other amenities are top-notch. We plan to start our family here because it offers the right mixture of convenience, safety, and a good atmosphere. The neighbors are friendly, too. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great home!

Living in this apartment has been an absolute delight! From the spacious layout to the modern amenities, every aspect exceeds expectations. The location is convenient, the neighbors are friendly, and the management is responsive. Couldnt ask for a better place to call home!

Ive enjoyed my time living at Larq. The employees are always helpful and kind, the package lockers makes for ease in ordering packages, they keep you updated with fixes to be made. The pool is fun, gym is nice, lounge area on the 4th floor is a great view (be aware though, it locks after 9:30pm and doesnt reopen until 10:30am, I did not know that and got my stuff locked in there lol). Walking distance to the local bars, could technically walk to Target if youre up for it.All that to say, its been a good experience and Id recommend living here. Its not glitz and glam but it gets the job done nicely.

Very happy with my apartment! Foster is so helpful and friendly and he made this whole process less stressful ! Brenell who is the Assistant Manager is also very helpful and nice! This community is also super cute and walking distance to a lot cool places!

I have liked my time at Larq Henderson! Foster is amazing in the leasing office. Maintenance has always been kind & timely. I really like my unit - this apartment complex is on the younger side with lots of dogs so there will be hallway noise but nothing too outrageous. The gym is definitely highly utilized and could definitely use some deep cleaning but love it. My only drag is that the hallways/walls/front doors are pretty dirty and getting worse...Also in terms of car break-ins.. Ive never had any issues (knock on wood) because I dont leave anything valuable in my car. Ive never had packages stolen & Ive never felt unsafe but theres common sense to be had around the area!

I have been here since August and I have nothing but great things to say. My unit is awesome, the front office team is phenomenal, and every service request I’ve made has been answered immediately (usually a lost key or garage clicker). The pool area and gym are always clean and the equipment is high quality and kept up with. I love the area and being walking distance to a great night scene and restaurants at this price point is a good deal. I moved from an expensive high rise in downtown and didn’t have high expectations but this property has been great. Parking gets congested on the street or the satellite lot behind the B building but there is always room in the garage across the street.

I’ve been a resident here for about a year now, and I can definitely say that the maintenance team has met my requirements everytime. I love how they prioritize their residents’ needs in a timely manner and they’re very considerate and helpful.My most recent encounter was with this young gentleman named Jace, and he had really good energy, and was very polite and respectful the entire time.

Monica, Ashley and the entire front staff is very helpful and accommodating. They hold monthly resident events that shows our money we pay for rent is being moved back to us. I love the property and area so I stayed. Moving from Camden Belmont down the road, this apartment had had a nicer finishing, pool and amenities

By far the best complex I have lived at in the Dallas area. Great floor plans and amenities with bars and restaurants close by. Leasing staff is very easy to work with and the maintenance gets done within a day if not the same day. Absolutely love living here!

My experience at Alexan Henderson since touring in Feb 2020 has been pleasant. The apartment is composed of three complexes, the main unit is on Bennet, the other two are about 50 yards away from the main.I live in one of the other two and must say that I got lucky with my unit! 685 sqft with a yard for my pup and does not receive much sunlight so the electricity bill is very fair. There is even a dog wash in my complex! The incentives/concessions to move here were also great as I was provided a move-in credit, a movers credit, and a hefty gift card!The management staff is polite and under the covid crisis were responding in a timely manner to any questions I had. Not to mention they were on top of the ball for communicating to the community of covid related changes.The neighborhood is very conveniently nestled near all necessities like grocery store (Sprouts), many restaurants, and bars. Only thing to note is the fire department next door to my unit, but the sirens generally dont blare until they are out of the neighborhood - great group.

Ever since the new management came in around June of 2021 and changed the building name from “Alexan Henderson” to “Larq Henderson,” the entire customer service approach has been incredible and I have enjoyed living here so much more. Viktoriya Makarovskaya, the buildings’ property manager, has been so empathetic to all problems that have arrived and acted on them so quickly. She is a go getter & a problem solver! I appreciate the new management & I hope they stick around for a while. I now love where I live because the service to tenants is so amazing!

The staff in the office are incredible! Throughout my application process, Tayler kept me informed and made me feel comfortable since I was moving from out of town. The gym is awesome and has all the equipment I need. Definitely recommend living here :)

5 Stars for the maintenance guys!!! They are great. During quarantine the dog owners in the building have been doing a happy hour at 5 in the dog park... the maintenance team has put extra effort into making it super clean and smell good for us to enjoy.THE PUPPIES AND TENANTS APPRECIATE YOU.

I’ve had nothing but a positive experience here. The front office staff is extremely friendly and Ashley P. went above and beyond to make sure my experience was second to none. This started when I first inquired about AH over the phone, she was extremely professional and informational. When I came in for a tour, she remembered exactly what I was looking for from our phone conversation and didn’t waste my time. Anytime Ashley sees me in the hallway she always asks how things are going - she does it in a manner of genuinely caring and not just checking a box.The very minor maintenance requests I have had, have been handled with in hours.Highly suggest AH, great staff and very clean building. Thank you and keep up the great work!

With the change in management theres been some miscommunications and transitions between companies. However, I am very relieved and impressed with Larq Management. They were willing to work with me on my leasing agreement to make my move out of Texas smoother. Kendrick was calming and receptive. Viktoriya was able to adapt my contract so both myself and the complex had a mutually agreeable transition. Very appreciative!

I absolutely love living here! There is so much to love about living here, from the pool to the units themselves.Tayler and the rest of the staff were so informative and made the move super easy. I CANNOT say enough good things about Foster. Foster went above and WAY beyond for us. We’re moving from 16 hours away and Foster made sure to help us get everything situated. Foster answered every single question we had within minutes, sometimes even seconds (even on days off) and like I said, just went above and beyond. Foster even went to check if our electricity was on and to make sure everything was turned off and thermostat was set so we’d be ready to roll when we got there. We appreciate Foster SO much and highly recommend Foster. Thank you so much, Foster!!!!

It has been a struggle to find the right home for my dog, wife, and I. We were so relieved once we came to this property because Tayler has answered all our questions questions (and we had a lot) and is always so quick to wave and say hi when she sees us walking Winnie. The dog park and dog wash are super clean and Winnie loves visiting the staff in the front office!

I love this place! It’s new, clean, and feels safe. This area is very transitional, so it’s definitely a hot location in Dallas. The staff is friendly and very attentive to any issues or problems. I wish there were more cameras on the property, but overall, this place has been wonderful.
