Zhanna and Ashley were super awesome to help, the way those two ladies handle potential occupants needs to be studied, so smooth and seamless. On a side note, the office needs to have someone that will be readily available to take calls and address questions/concerns regarding applications and approval. The two people in the office has little visibility of what is happening to applications. I personally called severally before I had to drive over there just to try to figure out what was happening to my application. I know you guys can do better on that aspect and this is not just my opinion few people I met that day said the same.

Lina and her team all always courteous, polite and professional whenever I visit them in the office. In addition, the maintenance team are always quick to address any maintenance issues I have. This is a great community in an excellent location and I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a new home!

Amazing overalls experience!My gf and I spoke and toured with Zhanna and she was completely accommodating. The apartment complex is clean and quiet. We loved all the amenities (gf loved the pool, I loved their expansive 24 hour gym) and all the updated appliances. All these great options while being more affordable than the competitors down the street. If you’re looking for a new home, I would highly recommend Legacy Lantower!

I am going into my 2nd year living here and I have never had an issue. Today because of a misunderstanding my car was towed. I talked to the office and they said they would contact towing to release my vehicle with no charge they were so kind and patient with me because I was so upset.This is honestly a great community with an awesome management team.

My review is based on the customer service. Im looking to move this summer and Im highly interested in this property but Ive had some questions about prior information that was given to me by the centralized team.However, when I needed to get back to the centralized team to clarify the information given my calls kept going to voicemail and no one would call me back nor respond to my text but the on-site team were so helpful called me by name and also helped to clear up such information they even offered to follow up with me closer to my move in.Im so thankful to Ashley and Zhanna because they seem like they cared and wanted me to be well informed so that if I am lucky to move here that the process will go smoothly.

Zhanna is a life saver!! We had a rough start going through the application process. My fiancée and I were waiting for the out of office manager to complete our lease. We were told our move in date was set and because of this we moved out of our previous home. The outside manager did not return our calls and we were left homeless for three days. Naturally we were greatly upset and disappointed with this process. Zhanna and the inside office management were unaware of the lack of communication from the outside management team. Once I put them up to speed everything changed. Zhanna, Ashley, and Lina got in touch with the outside management team and had my finance moved into our beautiful home the next day! I cried happy tears !! Thank you so much Jhanna!!!

We just signed a second year lease at the Lantower Legacy Lakes and we love it here! Beautiful complex, fast and responsive maintenance team, every repair order gets completed within 24 hours. Thank you! We had a few changes over the past year in the managing team, and I really hope this current team stays for a long time because they are the best! Sophie, Natalie and Dereck are very nice and helpful with any inquiries. And they are throwing THE BEST complex events. We’ve just been at their Wine down Wednesday event and had a blast! Sophie cares so much about decor and atmosphere, food was delicious, wine was plenty and it was a great joy to enjoy this pre-Christmas event. Big thank you to a whole team and please let’s have more events like that!

As a Realtor, I always preview properties for my clients before I schedule a showing. With the relocation clients it’s essential to do that before they arrive to DFW area. Recently, I visited Lantower Legacy Lakes Apartments for a self-guided tour for one of my relocation clients. I was impressed with their staff and management. I felt welcomed from the minute I stepped into the office. Their manager, Lina, personally answered all of my questions and provided me with all the valuable information that I could forward to my client. Lina was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. She genuinely cared about my client’s needs. I highly recommend the Legacy Lakes Apartments to anyone who is looking for their new home!

My experience at Lantower Legacy Lakes has been nothing short of amazing!!! Upon moving in, the Leasing Consultant took me on a personal tour! I was impressed with that experience but even more impressed with my new home!!! The interior is just as beautiful as the exterior!!!!! Ive been here a short while and its gotten even better with the new Property Manager, Derrick!!! He immediately sent an introductory email to all residents which really made me feel a part of the community. He and his staff have so far gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure my stay continues to be nothing short of perfection! Youve GOT to check out these apartment homes and see Derrick and his fabulous team!!!

On our first day we noticed a small issue with our water and within 30 minutes we had maintenance already working on it!!Between the great service and BEAUTIFUL apartment, I am excited to call Lantower my home!

UPDATE: The current male managers communication is poor and does not follow through with his word. Not personable, but good luck where ever you go next.Just yesterday I met the AMAZING new manager stepping in, Lina Bezler, and I had the greatest first impression. She listened to understand and created the maintenance request for me. She then had someone out to check my unit within the hour even though I know there was many requested due to recent storm. On top of that, she took the time to email me herself with the updates. Old manager couldnt call me back for over a month!I am so happy with Lina in charge!!!Through all the trouble with old management here, Natalie had been the BEST staff member keeping the whole complex afloat. She was very helpful and had great communication with me through my process of needing a new key fob. She always stayed very professional and friendly. GIVE HER A RAISE.We have been living here for 4+ years and we have 1 year left and I cant wait to leave. The new management is VERY quick to fine, nag, and threaten with cameras and fines that never come, BUT they do not call back residents and do not follow through with their word. They try to do “amenity checks” of each apartment with less than 3 day notice to try and grant fines. Not to mention the fees… rent is cheap but they have $25 fees for your smart locks and thermostat we never wanted, another $25 for the pool and gym that smells like AXE bomb, $35 sewer, etc they don’t end... They are tow hungry as if we live where the public is coming heavy. I will update as we move out and add on to how the fines will add up then too. I had a great first 3.5 years but the new management is not it. BUT I will add that the maintenance team is 10/10.

Lived here for three years. Grounds are beautiful and well-kept, appliances work great, and maintenance is good at keeping on top of things. Nice amenities that are kept very clean and taken care of. Things have definitely improved over the recent year or so, and whenever theres a bigger issue that arises, the new team is fast and efficient on making things right.

Nathalie that works the front desk was ON IT and reached out to make sure I had everything set up before I made that drive to the unit. I’m excited for my time here and will update this post if needed. But so far from the price compared to other apartments in my search this had the best look for price!Will keep post up to date.

The Lantower Legacy Lakes team is awesome. The leasing staff is extremely attentive to residents needs and theyre super responsive to requests, questions and concerns all this with the best attitudes. Theyre friendly and can tell that they genuinely care about the residents. Destiny has been especially helpful. When I moved in mid-last year, I inquired about recycling and through her dedication to the cause, we now have recycling on property! The service staff is also great. Theyre super speedy at getting to maintenance requests and friendly when Im here to interact with them. Ive been a resident for about a year and enjoy the property. The gym is small but solid, the pool is lovely and the location is quiet.

Home Sweet Home! This has been our home for around 3 years, the reason we picked this place to make it our home after getting married was the relaxing feeling you get in every spot of the gated community. I ABSOLUTELY love dealing with the Lantower team! Teresa, the maintenance guys and the rest of the team are just amazing, they are on top of any issue brought up to their attention and will always make sure to follow up! If you’re a single person or a young couple check them out - the pool, gym and courtyard will make you special events so memorable. And if you’re a family with kids come check them out!! This complex is safe, quiet, and the apartments really make it easy to make it your home!

My girlfriend and I toured right before Covid and loved it instantly. We held off due to job changes and other things but they assured they understood. We lasted connected again with them on Smart City services and they got us an awesome rate and we knew it was meant to be! We have been here a little over 3 months and can not say enough good things about it. It’s clean, quiet, and the neighbors are friendly! The property is well maintained and they keep you up to date on activities and things going on. Living here so far has been a 5/5 experience.

Ive been here for almost a year now and Ive really enjoyed my time here. The staff is always friendly, helpful, respectful and courteous. The community always looks clean and well kept. The pool and gym areas are always nice. I dont participate, but I love the fact that they have community functions. I hate that Im always too busy to go, but i can really see them putting in the effort to make everyone feel welcomed. I planned on moving out due to looking for something larger and possibly leaving the area. When I started looking around for a new apartment I found myself looking for the exact same things I had at Lantower. It took me TOO long to realize that I really just wanted to stay in this community. Fortunately Marae was able to assist me with moving to a different apartment here in the community and Im very thankful for her and the Lantower team for making the community feel nice. Thank you all very much for all the effort you put into your job and the community, it really shows!

I recently went on a tour here in my search for my first apartment, and it was an extremely enjoyable experience. Marae showed me around and was even prepared with unit information that fit my budget and some were even better priced than I hoped. She was super helpful and kind, and went over my options thoroughly. The facility itself was gorgeous, and the rooms were extremely spacious and beautiful, I was actually surprised the rates were what they were for such a nice apartment.Unfortunately, the only reason I didnt lease is because I didnt realize how far the apartments were from where I worked. With no exaggeration, that was LITERALLY the only reason I didnt move there.Im not a review writing person, but I was pretty sad this couldnt be my final choice. I DID want to let anyone who wants to move here that its definitely worth checking out :)

I have never been so impressed while touring a community. They make you feel like family as soon as you walk In and throughout your whole lease. Destiny has made me feel like I was moving into a warm home not another average apartment. I have had the best customer service from Destiny I have EVER experienced. And if she was off she would get back to me still and Marae would help me too. I can’t brag enough about this community and the management!

I have lived here for almost a year now and am about to sign another lease! What I love most about residing here is that I have always felt valued as a tenant. The staff have always put their residents first and have bent over backwards pleasing us! They have brunches for us regularly, wine parties, pool parties, fitness classes, and so much more all free of cost to residents and sometimes guests. Any concern Ive ever had, it was taken seriously and immediately taken care of. I couldnt ask for a better place to live. Thank you Lantower!

I am very new to Apartment living and only residing in the area temporarily because of family needs. The staff performance at Lantower Legacy in my opinion would render 5 Stars given their treatment of residents and they have been especially kind to me. The main Manager Liz has been very responsive and the other staff members Johnette and Karla go out of their way to make my stay here enjoyable! I have had to make some adjustments to apartment living but I would have to honestly say the complex is unscale and Im enjoying my stay!!! Keep up the good work and God Bless!!!

Hardly see my neighbors, but when I do, they’re friendly. Oh, I was away for a while and came back to a bunch of Amazon Prime stuff that friends had sent me. Neighbors don’t steal - I feel like this is important to note!! Marae at the office is super awesome!

Overall this place has been pretty neat. We love the outdoor amenities(corn hole, grills,fire pit) . This gym is really clean and everything actually works! Haha, there have been other apartments Ive lived in where stuff was just always broken.Everyone is pretty quiet and the office staff is super rad :DThe swimming pool is super clean, valet trash has gotten much better and are pretty much spot on with pick up times now.4 stars for a couple reasons.Theres not enough parking. It wasnt an issue when We first moved in due to the complex only being 50% leased, but now for the most part when I come home from work (around 7pm) I have to park down on the other end of the complex. a couple times I just parked outside the gate by the front entrance because thats actually closer, but then my car is sitting out there. Also its kind of a bummer that there is no covered parking considering the high potential for hail in Texas.The solution would be paying for a garage, but I think they start at around $100/mo.Also, I feel like the walls are not insulated the best. I can hear my neighbor when hes just talking(bedroom is next to his living room) and hes not really even a loud person and mostly always keeps to himself...pretty cool dude 😎 actually . That being said I think if I had a loud neighbor it would be an issue. You can hear the people above pretty easily as well, and it doesnt sound like they are super loud. Again I think its an insulation thing.Lastly, I wish the clubhouse was open later. It closes when the office does, which means its pretty much closed when everyone gets home from work, which is kind of a bummer.For the price paid monthly for this apartment, I wouldnt think these things would be of concernAll this to say. Its a great place to live! Staff is always super friendly. Community is always super friendly and a pleasure to talk with (except for an unknown resident that doesnt pick up after their dog...in the same spot I walk my dog...which if you cant do that then you shouldnt own a dog) . You have some pretty neat outdoor games and stuff you can play. Things are well maintained.No where is perfect and you cant make everyone happy, so take these(and all) reviews with a grain a salt.If it werent for the few things listed above, I would rate 5 stars. Other than that, consider this place a great option during your apartment hunt 😏😏

Lantower legacy lakes is such a beautiful complex, interior and exterior! It feels so homey and like a true community. I worked with Destiny in the leasing office, she is amazing and sure to make the moving process an easy one! I’m an apartment locator and she treated my clients like she had a genuine desire to help them find their new home and make the process as easy and carefree for them as possible.

Office staff is very helpful, property is fantastic. Great selections of grocery stores and restaurants nearby while being just far enough from the tollway to not hear the noise it generates. Place is fairly priced and what little maintenance that’s needed is taken care of quickly and correctly.

I truly enjoy living here. I have lived here for over a year now and have never had a problem with this place. I live on the third floor and love it. It’s quiet, I have a nice view with great sunlight. Management is great!! They are super fast and helpful. I’ve put in a service order a couple of times and everything has been fixed the day of! Definitely recommend living here.

Destiny has been amazing, and the apartment itself is great. The rest of the office should take a cue from Destiny most definitely (positivity, follow-through, friendliness...).Preventing this from being a five-star review: I have asked REPEATEDLY for them to call me before entering when they do repairs (they either dont call or call my roommate), because my dog does not like strange people in the house. Maintenance is not terrible, but doesnt seem to be either well staffed or have a sense of urgency, whatever the case is repairs take MUCH longer to get to than they did when I moved in. I would also appreciate if instead of them walking the property with the trash pick-up tongs, they used brooms instead. There have been SEVERAL occassions where glass shards (from what I cant tell) take up a whole road for many days and for dogs this is a huge safety hazard.These three issues prevent it from being a five star community.

Beautiful property! I am considering making a move to the DFW area, and came up to check out different areas. Isaac Dondlinger was the one to help me out, and he was such a big help! He went over some floor plans, amenities, and even gave me some good hang out spots to do while I was in town. I went on a self guided tour, and this apartment complex will for sure be a contender when I make my move!

We thoroughly enjoy living at Lantower Legacy Lakes. It is a family friendly complex and the staff, both leasing office and maintenance staff, are always helpful and attentive in a timely manner. We use most of the amenities, including the pool, gym, and clubhouse. We definitely recommend renting here.

Walked in needing leasing info and Issac Dondlinger * was there doing a set up. No one was available so he assisted me with pricing and seeing what was available- he also assisted me with the self tour option. They didn’t have what I was looking for at the time but I would definitely come back at a different time when there are more options available for my time frame of July. The property was beautiful and the customer service was personable.

Very friendly, concerning, and extremely helpful staff. I would definitely recommend Lantower apartments to anyone. We are new to not only the area but to the state of Texas and this is the only place that actually helped us out. And I really enjoyed dealing with and conversating with the two young women that sits at the very front desk. Once again enjoyed the move and looking to call this place our home for a while😃. And shout out to the locater Mr Matt Goodman and the Ogoing Realty group that helped us find our new home with decent staff that care about their tenants😃

The floor plans are a bit overpriced for the size being that there also isnt storage space. The so called coat closet is so extremely small that my size small jacket has to be turned sideways for the door to close as the garment protrudes past door frame in the normal position on a hanger. Dont think about having holiday decor bc there is no place to store it away once the holiday passes. No patio storage. So if this is a factor for you or your family its to be considered.But if youre able to move in on a special it may be worth it if you are able to split the special over the course of your lease. (Not sure if thats an option though as I received 6 weeks free alloted into one and not over the course of my lease, and a $500 gift card the 3rd month) but hey doesnt hurt to ask.They dont have a business center but do allow printing and use of an office laptop during business hours for those who may not have both or one or the other.No package center for picking up packages after hours if need be, but when you do receive a package in the office they notify you via email and if you are away you can request it be taken to your door or dropped inside of your unit.Parking after 7:30 is limited but the walk shouldnt be extremely far. Reserved parking is offered for $25 but its not covered and all are not necessarily convenient.I inquired about a garage and they offered me a garage that was in a building that was not close to my building bc that was all that was left... in my opinion that made absolutely no sense bc who parks 4 buildings away just for a garage thats $100+. Shouldnt have even been mentioned. Nonetheless the garages arent attached so youd still have to walk from your garage to your unit which is only worth it if youre on the 1st floor across the hall from your unit.Some nasty ppl dont pick up their dog fecal matter although bags are provided...since apparently ppl have dogs but no dog products. Could be worse but thats still an individual thing.I can hear my neighbor speaking while in my room which may be to be expected as it is an apartment.My year is approching next month. I wont be renewing bc of needing to relocate nothing to do the my personal cons for the place as they are just things to consider but nothing to completely steer one away.So on a brighter note..New Management is better than the old based on their eagerness to help once youve signed your lease. The property is beautiful and as pictured online. Location is great. Easy acces to the highway. Quiet. The management team is very helpful and friendly. Ive had one maintenance request and they came the same day. Property is kept clean. A nice amount of community events. Online pay (which now is for a small fee just fyi)School bus comes right in front of the office.Inside appliances are nice thus far as Im the first tenant to occupy. Gates always work. Only one power outage that the property experienced in my year which was under old management. You can paint accent walls. Water stays hot for quite some time unless you run bath water. Water pressure for showers are good. Restroom closet shelves are wired and may require liners for stability of items to avoid them from falling over. Air/thermostat works good. Can set it for 3 diff times of day to automatically change. Plenty of outlets and some have the usb port. Valet trash ppl are now consistent and not too picky on how trash is set out.

These apartments are amazing! And they were only built May 2016, so everything is brand new. And its surrounded by quiet residential areas. The office staff and the manager and all so very nice, helpful and fun to talk to. These apartments have fantastic amenities! A man cave style game room that belongs in my dream house for starters. Lol. It has complimentary Starbucks coffee & hot chocolate, several flat screens playing various games & shows, plenty of lounging areas, cool rustic and modern style games throughout the room and it overlooks an outdoor game area and the gorgeous pool. The pool is modern with a waterfall, a swim up bar area & plenty of lounge chairs. The gym is state of the art with TVs, cardio equipment, balls, plenty of machines including a smith machine, complimentary water & towels. Theres outdoor grilling areas that have plenty of seating for entertainment and a bags game. Another outdoor seating area with a firepit and plenty of seating.The apartments themselves are gorgeous. Wood floors, tons of cabinets and storage space, beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, modern faucets, track lighting, huge closets & large patios. The bathrooms are gorgeous & also have a ton of cabinets/drawers/storage and a stand up shower is optional (and awesome). You have to tour this place to really appreciate it. Its looks better in person than in the photos, and the photos are good, so thats saying something.Theyre a mile from the lake and Pier 121, a park/playground is right across the street, and its right by tons of dining, shopping and entertainment. 121 is less than half a mile away with quick access to back roads, so its a really convenient location without having to deal with construction or highway noises. Neighbors are quiet and respectful of the property & other neighbors. Id highly recommend these apartments!

This current management team, under Billy and Liz- are AWESOME! I always liked my apartment- location (1/2 mile from a public boat ramp), apartment layout, new everything, parking, did I mention location? Getting on/off 121 is a breeze.......and after a year under the former (original) mgmt team, I was DONE! I was ready to leave and had already given notice to do so until seeing the dramatic changes Billy, Liz and their people made these past few months- turning this place from a collection of buildings into a community.Some of the newbies don’t know how it was Pre-Bill & Liz, but ... The former mgmt team (despite overseeing only 50% vacancy), you never saw or could talk to the old manager- and if by luck you ran into her, it was clear she was to busy for a mere tenant... getting your trash picked-up- HAHAHAHA! Try 3 times in first month, and not much better (up to 7-8 mth thereafter)... worse, when you reported it, you got the Sigh, Eye-roll, did you report it on Portal? and finally... the “like really, again?” treatment... you were a pain in the ass for bringing it to their attention... but they’d slap a nasty note on your door when your trash was out on wrong day (from their not picking it up the day before...) turning in a maintenance request and even paying rent was a convoluted monthly process.Now... their community internet portal works! The front office is empowered and actually helps actual tenants (instead of just potential tenants)... You can actually drop off a check at the front office... I had a minor garage door opener issue and (GASP!) wasn’t chased off to the community website- Liz (a Mgr??) offered to take care of the order right there for me. Billy? He just called me personally and asked me why I was leaving.Are there some inconsiderate neighbors here? Yep. Is everything perfect all the time? Nope. But not from a lack of trying.
