    Update: 10/12/2024It’s been a great experience living here, the neighborhood is very quiet, no crime. My only complaint is the thin walls. Other than that amenities always work, maintenance is quick. Great management team.Been living here 2 months now, the apartments are quiet and clean. My major complaints are people picking up after their dogs, the thin walls you can hear your neighbors, also STOLEN PACKAGES. I’ve had all my packages stolen this week even tho residents have to pay $20 for a locker. Delivery drivers are still throwing packages on the ground by mailbox for anyone to pick up. I’ve never had this happen at any apartments I lived at it’s ridiculous especially with us paying over $1500 in rent. Something needs to be done about that because it’s very ghetto!Other than that been peaceful.

    I have been here for almost 2 years, great complex friendly office staff. I feel like the people on here complaing are probably the ones that our always causing issues and dont realize what apartment living is, complaning about every single thing like if you have a problem than go buy a house and feel free to do what you want. Also the complaints about packages i signed up for the lockers and i never had issues with my packages, but people dont want to pay a one time fee of $20 than thats your own fault they also have signs for mail carrieres to leave it at your door its not the office staff job to babysit grown adults I didnt realize how people feel so intiled its crazy. The leasing agent abby was the one who helped me out made my move in easy also she has been there the longest FYI so if you have any question go and ask her she always goes out of her way to help out, but in genereal everyone in the office is nice and helpful.

    I’ve been here for over 3 years. I love it here and the management team we have now is absolutely fantastic. They truly care about the residents here and making sure it’s a beautiful and safe place to live. I love the size of the kitchen and bathrooms in these apartments- they’re very generous in size. I also really like the maintenance staff. They are super professional and get things done fast and efficiently. I really don’t hear much noise from my neighbors at all, and everyone is very friendly. If you’re looking for a beautiful living space and stellar management, located close to everything then this is the place to live !

    My boyfriend and I moved here a couple months ago and have LOVED it so far. The location is great lots of restaurants, and an equal distance from the stockyards and downtown FW. I can never smell other peoples food from their apartment, we rarely hear other people and if we do it is not loud or bothersome. The pool is so nice and the community is so nice. My boyfriend and I got garages which I also do not regret because the heat of the summer. The only reason you will see a bad review for this apartment is if you are super super picky about where you live and the only reason management would ever be a problem is if you are rude to them. Management has been nothing but great help to us and we have appreciated everything they’ve done for us. This is your sign to live here if you aren’t a Karen and want a clean, nice, spacious and super cute place with great amenities.

    What a great apartment complex. The staff is super friendly and this place is very affordable compared to other apartment locations. Tends to be pretty quiet and peaceful but the walls are pretty thin so you can hear every time your neighbors dogs bark. The good thing is that Landry is not located on a main road so you dont have to worry about cars constantly driving past your window and you definitely dont have to worry about muscle car drivers with their loud exhausts. They tend to avoid Landry because there is no audience to see their super cool car. Overall, this place is awesome. Highly recommend!

    Hi, I moved in here in November of 2020 and my boyfriend moved in with me in February of 2021. We lived here and it was alright being on the second floor, despite the thin walls. We were supposed to move to a different apartment complex closer to work this month, save money on gas and all that, when Trinity Apartments in Irving bait and switched us. Landry at Cross Creek, specifically Monica, came to our rescue. We were able to move from one second floor apartment to another on the first floor. We love it here, and appreciate everything the leasing office has done to help make sure we aren’t homeless. Amazing staff. The courtesy officer and his family are very nice, as well!

    My husband and I have been here for a few months and its been great for us. We like the location and how close it is to everything and the staff is really nice. Michael in the office is the best and is always very eager to help. Maintenance is also timely. The freezing temps over the Christmas weekend was interesting, but theyve done a good job with getting the repairs done. We plan to stick around for a while until we can get a house.

    I absolutely love LOVE these apartments!!! Amazing office staff & any time I have had a repair order they have come to fix it right away!!! This is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in!! No complaints. Which is rare lol. You basically get A+ service for the price you pay!!! Not to mention the residents are nice! Any time I have passed by a resident they always speak & have a smile, that makes a world of difference especially during these hard times!!!

    I have been living here since 12/2022 and i loved it the minute i had my tour. Michael has been a huge help throughout the whole process of moving in. I live on 3rd floor which isnt so bad but will consider going to first floor soon! I plan to stay here awhile for sure.

    I have just recently moved in to this beautiful complex. I can confirm truthfully that this was a magnificent pick. Christina was our leasing agent and was extremely helpful to make our rental process and move in as smooth possible. Kristin went above and beyond by helping us with a delivery issue that was out of our control. And Sergio, the maintenance man, was prompt and super efficient when correcting a minor maintenance issue. The property grounds are kept clean and the landscape perfectly manicured. I will say that people could be more considerate about picking up after there dogs. I mean the apartment has placed doggie bags and and trash cans all over ther property for people to utilize. But, there will always be inconsiderate people in this world. But as for the Cross Creek team they have helped to make our new place here a real home. Consideration is there game, they are winning. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a home.

    So far So good!! The front office staff is very professional and polite. The maintenance team is quick and dont give off a creeper vibe. The only thing I personally do not like is the Gatewise system because it tethers me to my phone - you use an app to open the gate but it does not cost you anything. They dont have that over priced trash service thank the Lord!!! THE GYM IS SUPER NICE. Dont let the traffic make you feel like you will be at the light all day it goes fast - for the price this is an awesome place with a great layout and color scheme. I am really glad I took a chance! The balcony is huge and the storage unit attached holds full size washer and dryer side by side with ease. :0)

    My husband and I were pretty overwhelmed with the number of apartments in the area. When we arrived at The Landing at Cross Creek apartments, we immediately felt at home. The entire process was smooth. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. We’re very excited to call this our new home!The location is perfect as well. Highly recommend it!

    The best apartment place in town. The management here is so kind . They really care about the tenants and are very professionals. Abby and Michael are the best. Apartment itself is luxury and the building is clean and quiet, I just love it here 😍👌

    The Landing at Cross Creek has been the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. I love that this complex is brand new and that every appliance is up to date. The ladies in the office are so wonderful and helpful with any question I have. I love how everything works on an app ere, it is so convenient for me and any visitors I may have. The surrounding area is wonderful too, there are so many restaurants, attractions and shops to go to and is not far from downtown Fort Worth. I will always feel happy knowing that I chose to live here.

    Very happy with these apartments! The office staff has been very helpful thus far as well as the maintenance staff! The gym and pool are very nice! I love that the balcony is a good size and it includes a storage unit! Would definitely recommend these apartments!

    I’ve been here over a month now and still love it! The layouts are super spacious and modern and reasonably priced for all that you get. I love that you don’t have to pay for valet trash and most importantly, the office staff has been extremely helpful and sweet.     Great complex with great stuff.We moved before 1 week ago .. the place is a piece of peace and quite ..the complex is secure by security gates which is something important to all residents. Also there are restaurants, gas station and services offices like FedEx and at&t just about 2 minutes away by car ..the stuff help us with all what we asked for , specially christy she is very kind, patient and good helper person.I do recommend

    When I go to the Abyy office she always takes good care of me, she speaks Spanish and always does what she can to make sure you are satisfied and I like that, she always puts others first, I recommend her.
