I’ve lived here for over two years now and I can genuinely say this apartment complex is amazing! The apartments are so spacious, and the rent is affordable which in this economy is a blessing. The community is always hosting events, for example trunk or treat/ pictures with Santa! They also have food trucks that come durning the week which is so convenient on nights I have 0 energy to cook. Maintenance request are always handled in a timely manner and the office administrators are amazing! Especially Angelika, she’s always makes herself available for any questions or concerns I have. The area is surrounded with yummy restaurants within a couple minute each direction and an H‑E‑B literally down the road. 10/10 recommend :)

I got the chance to tour the property with Carlly. The property is very nice and the two bedroom floor plan was amazing. They were even willing to upgrade the flooring for me . i would definetly recommend this property. Carlly was nice and answered all of my questions.

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and can say that this is a beautiful, clean and quiet community. Maintenance is very responsive and thorough.My only complaint is related to administrative staff not handling my move in dates smoothly as it relates to the make ready. I initially rented a 3 bedroom but was told only a few days before the move in date that I could not move in because of a pest issue. I ended up having to rent a 2 bedroom the first year and a half. The same thing happened when I transferred to a 3 bedroom at the end of that lease. The dates were again delayed and I was only told a few days before.Even so, it’s a great place to live.

I cant say enough good things about this apartment complex! The floor plans are absolutely amazing—spacious, warm, and perfectly designed for comfort and convenience. Every detail is thoughtfully planned out, and it really shows.But what truly made the experience standout was Angelika! She was amazing to work with! From the very start, she was confident, friendly, and so easy to talk to. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made sure I had all the information I needed to make the best decision. Her enthusiasm and professionalism made the entire process a breeze, and she really went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and supported.

We moved to Houston about five and a half years ago. While searching for a place to live, we found Landmark Grand Champion Apartments. We quickly fell in love with the location, size, amenities, and the staff. Since living here, we have become great friends with our neighbors and enjoy meeting other residents at gatherings the apartment hosts. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to issues as well. With all that said, it was a no brainer for us to sign another lease extension, since we love our home!

After coming across these apartments on Social Media I added them to a list I made for my little brother to come and tour, since he’s moving to the area. If he were to move off of customer service alone I know he would choose The Landmark. When we walked in we were greeted by Angelica (I hope I’m spelling it right) and she was the sweetest! I absolutely love my unit! So much space and it’s soooo cozy. First apartment I have had with this much floor space and I’m obsessed. On the contrary to the other posts, I don’t mind the highway or the railroad. I knew where both of those were located when I signed the lease and I still don’t mind. What’s a few minutes of a train horn? I love how the office hosts cute events and how they have food trucks come sit at the front. It’s a very cute and comfy community. Office personnel are genuine and only want the best experience for you. If there’s an issue, they will do what they need to do to assist you.

I have lived at this complex for a couple of years now and was recently affected by the car break ins but unlike the other people who are coming on here and putting bad reviews because of it, I understand there is not much they can do about it. Crime happens everywhere and just like if this happened at HEB, HEB can’t fix it nor are they responsible to fix it. The ladies in the office are always so nice and helpful and I will always recommend this place to anyone looking!

I Lived here happily for over 2 years.Pros:-Price per square ft is competetive-Quiet neighborhood-Lots of kids playing around. Neighborhood always felt safe.-Management was always helpful and professional. Carlly was especially pleasant to deal with.-Maintenance was quick to service when I had an issue.Cons:-Lots of dog feces near sidewalks. Not detracting from rating bc this is due to lazy owners, not management.-Occasionally, the gate would be locked open, but it happened much less often than at previous places Ive lived.If I ever return to the area, I will definitely check for availability at this complex.

A huge thank you to the staff and maintenance. My son arrived home at 4:30 pm today to discover that the air was not working. It was 80 in the apartment. Immediately did a work order thinking it was to late in the day for a response. I walked to the office to make sure they received the work order, they quickly went into action, called the maintenance guy and he turned around and came back to complex to look at the AC. The unit had frozen and he went into action with a plan.I left my son’s apartment tonight at the temp was down to 73. The maintenance guy said he would stop by in the morning to check if the problem was fixed. Thank you for going above and beyond to help my son. Best Apartment clomped and Maintenance staff ever.

I would first like to start out by saying how much I appreciate Landmark at Grand Champions office staff and manager (Lauren). I have lived at several other complexes before and had issues arise that were not handled properly or professionally. The complete opposite is to be said about Landmark. I walked into my apartment a few weeks ago and found water seepage all throughout the carpet and bathroom in my apartment. I instantly called their maintenance number to have them inspect where the water damage could have been coming from. Their maintenance gentleman (even though it was 10 o’clock at night) picked up and came out to my apartment THE SAME NIGHT and had a remediation company come out to tear up padding under the carpet and inspect where leak was at. Landmark informed me the following day that leak was due to the washing machine installation which had been done 5 days prior to water seepage. The appliance company was able to resolve/make necessary repairs to the hose line connected to the washing machine while Landmarks manager Lauren stayed in constant communication with myself regarding repairs to baseboards, carpet and bathroom floors. Her maintenance team and sub contractors for water damage repairs worked efficiently and did their very best to have my apartment back to livable conditions. A situation that could have easily escalated went as smooth as possible. Lauren and the rest of Landmarks staff are the upmost, professional and efficient managing/leasing staff I have ever dealt with. I am pleased to say that I lease a wonderful apartment from such a great team and highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in this area. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank y’all for all the hard work.

These truly feel like a home, with the spacious rooms, large kitchen, thick blinds, HUGE bathrooms, and I like how the flooring is different based on room use. All my interactions with the staff have been positive. They communicate with me instantly when I email and they keep the overall property very clean. The location is also perfect, next to 99, a new HEB, and a CVS.

I have resided at Landmark Grand Champions for two years and I love it!! The apartments are very nice and conveniently located. All my requests are handled promptly and efficiently. Management does a wonderful job of keeping the grounds safe and clean, they sponsor events to involve the tenants and create a community atmosphere. You should come live here!!

I LOVE all of the office staff at Landmark Grand Champion (LGC). LGC property management as well as the office manager (Lauren), does a great job about helping the office staff to ensure the exterior of the property and office is well-kept, so on that end the property having spacious floor plans, with the few amenities that are offered sales itself. It’s the polite professional office staff that leave a lasting impression on families looking to rent a home at the property and current residents. Of course the property staff cannot please everyone; that’s just humanly impossible, moreover they do their best to take care of maintenance concerns ASAP, respond to safety concerns including crimes at the property ASAP, and they are very understanding when residents share concerns with them and try to help. Be open-minded that the office staff employees are not GOD nor or they genies. They can only handle what is in their reach; and they can only be as flexible with individual residential issues as they are approved to be by their upper management.LGC staff and management are all caring individuals and it’s the safety and well-being of residents first, then what they can do to make fun events for residents and the community thrive. Some apartment communities have it flipped upside down, as far as taking care of the needs of the community and helping current residents; because they are always thinking about bringing in new residents. Which is why I rate the staff and property here at Landmark Grand Champion 5/5 because they go over and beyond to work their skills and are people who care about people, I mean they really give a darn 🥰😁

Just a heads up for people who see bad reviews on here. Don’t listen to negative posts on here, come in and meet the staff and see the property for yourself. I moved here from NY with my husband and 2 children and we absolutely love living here. The rent is reasonable for the apartment because they are huge. The property is very clean and it’s quiet. Tenants who complain about noise probably don’t have children or dogs. The staff in the office always go above and beyond Tracey, Breonna and Megan are amazing hardworking women.

Friendly neighbors, two trash bins close by, fairly quiet. Wonderful office staff! Great maintenance! The only thing I do not like is the location of the view being by the busy street so it is noisy and everyone can watch you swim. Therefore, I never use the pool.

By far the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. Not to mention the amazing staff. I’m so used to seeing staff come and go, but here everyone has stayed and all of them are so sweet. The events they do here are so fun and kid friendly! I love it. Plus the apartments are in the most convenient spot.

I love living here! We have been here for 2 years and it’s been great. Any issue we have had has been solved immediately or as soon as the staff is able to get to us. It’s a pretty quiet complex with and very diverse. The office staff is also very friendly and eager to make sure you are comfortable and safe.

This place is beyond AMAZING!!! Sierrah was great she took me on my tour showed me everything I wanted/ needed to see to want to live here. she has helped me with everything I need to make this a fast and easy move. She has done a great work advertising I would have not found the perfect apartment if it was not for her. Great Job Sierrah and thank you for all of your help!

SUPER SPACIOUS apartments for sure. Everyone in the staff that I have met is super friendly. You have issues and concerns at any complex, but they work to fix any issues immediately when I bring it to their attention. Any other resident I have met is also very friendly and nice. The area and the conplex is not high crime AT ALL. I would be surprised if there was any crime in this area at all. I feel completely safe and never have beeb worried. The gate was broken for a while, but they got it fixed and its been good ever since. Lots of dogs and a dog park which my dog loves. HEB is 2 minutes away, not crowded, and really convenient. No visitor parking so your friend or family doesnt have to park on the other side of the moon just to visit you. Probably my only complaint would be that I wish there were more dog waste stations or even just trash cans. Its annoying to take your dog out in the middle of the night or right before work and have to walk so far away to throw away the waste. It is resulting in waste not getting cleaned up.

Ive lived here for a year and a half now. Very spacious, friendly neighbors, great location and place to live. The HEB is right around the corner and there are a few gas stations nearby. The office staff is awesome!

Nice Apartments overall. The pros: Great layout (2 bedroom), neutral color painted walls, ceiling fans, decent window blinds, upscale bathroom fixtures and sinks, bathroom flooring, laundry closet, track lights for dining area, good size Patio balcony and closet. The cons: small kitchen pantry, very basic fridge and stove, small shallow dual sink, formica counter tops, thin padding underneath carpet, not enough lightning in bathrooms, no drawers in master bath, formica counter tops.
