    The apartment complex is very lovely and gives peaceful vibes. Its a quiet and calm community, away from the noise of the city and busy roads, but still conveniently close to Hwy 45 and many restaurants, bars, stores, ect. When I moved into my flat it was very clean, no bugs, no damages, no stains or anything negative. Gym and pool are nice as well.The staff are wonderful, kind, and communicative and quick to respond to any questions you have! The assistant manager Anthony was very helpful and patient and made my application and move in process go smoothly. Hes a pleasant person. I totally recommend this place for anybody looking for a good, safe apartment. Their prices are very fair and you wont be disappointed living here.

    My girlfriend and I have lived here for 4 years and some change. The folks in the office are all very nice. The maintenance crew is great. Mike is a true professional, he’s very knowledgeable and reliable. He has taken care of any issues that weve had lickety-split. Its always a pleasure to stop and chat with Luis who is such a hard working and kind gentleman, he keeps the complex looking pretty. Its a very peaceful atmosphere here and I would recommend it to anyone

    My boyfriend and I lived here for two years & we recently moved out to buy our dream home. This was the greatest living experience I could have ever asked for. The staff in the office were super nice, the maintenance staff was always so helpful & friendly. The apartment itself was super spacious & cozy. The move out process was not a headache & didn’t get charged a bunch of hidden fees like other apartments do. Like I said I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at these apartments, the only thing I can say that we didn’t like was the parking after 9pm was always a hit or miss but that’s about it. While living there we convinced 2 friends to move in to their own & we will continue recommending others looking for an apartment. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Landmark at Spring Cypress for being our first place we called home. 🤍

    This community was an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. From the moment I met the staff both Anthony and Page, everything was seamless and stress free!     My husband, daughter and I lived here for about 2 years. I loved living here. The apartment felt like a home with the layout and the space we had. I always felt safe here.     I have lived here at The Landmark for a year, the only reason I am moving is due to work. Otherwise I would definitely stay. I love the Apartments, very nice and clean. The staff is great! Especially Mia! Very helpful and always willing to go above and beyond. Never had any issues here. Very quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this place to anyone. Social events occur often, if youre single and want to meet people. Its just an all around great place to live.

    Weve lived here for almost 5 years now. Management and maintenance have always been prompt to reply and assist. The pool area is always taken care of, although it can be loud and crowded despite multiple messages sent out to residents. Landscaping and grounds are kept up, and they keep up with routine pest control and fire alarms as well. Were going to renew our lease as its the best deal around and havent had any real big issues.

    Ive been here since August 2019 and I just renewed my lease. Before moving up here to Spring I spent weekends up here looking at many apartments. This was the 9th one I looked at. I instantly felt like this was a home and not just an apartment. I had lived in a big house and downsizing was hard but living here has brought me a lot of comfort.I love the layout of my place and the quiet atmosphere.Of course upstairs neighbors will always be heard, but Ive been lucky with great neighbors who arent up all night stomping aroundNothing but respect.Office staff: thank you for being so diligent in protecting us all during this pademic situation. Thank you for keeping us updated on the latest information with what is going on within our little community here. You all have worked hard during such a difficult time and me being an essential worker I thank you and appreciate you all.

    I have lived here for almost 3 years and I have to say that this property is very much my home. I have nothing but great things to say about how professional the staff here is. The triples Ms are awesome (Monica, Mia, Megan), Kaitlin, and Kelsi. Heck, even the maintenance man Justin is awesome at what he does! I will also add, in all the places I have ever lived I never knew almost the entire staff by name. ** Side note: At this apartment complex, people mind their business, no drama, no issues with crime, very relaxed. I also just renewed my lease for the 3rd time. High recommendations !!

    I love my apartment and management! Very friendly staff, which is hard to find when you live in apartments. Customer service is key for me. It’s a quiet property for the most part.However, my complaints have to do with trashy tenants on the property. This is a nice complex and sadly you have people who have no respect and will dump their trash outside of their car when they are 2ft from the dumpster. There’s always trash around the dumpster because people will miss making it in the dumpster and just leave it on the ground. Parents allow their children to play in the middle of the sidewalk blocking so we have to walk in the grass, mud!Very sad the pure lack of respect some tenants have for this property. Luckily, management is quick to take care of it but sad they have to pick up after trashy lazy people.
