Weve been here about a month and have very much enjoyed ourselves. The track through the property makes for a very nice walk and the easy access to the pool has helped on the hotter days. The stellar thing Ive wanted to point out is that the staff are very responsive to questions in person or over the phone. Also that the maintenance people are normally out here within a week to check even on low priority maintenance requests. Its made a great first impression on us and were definitely planning on staying for a while.

The current office staff is by far the best. Ive been here for a few years now and they are by far the most attentive weve had. The manager Ashley is AMAZING and incredibly professional. You can tell she actually cares about the residents that are there. No place is perfect, but they definitely do their absolute best to assist residents. Theyre willing to work with you within reason if you need time to pay. This is a good place to live and a good location for grocery, gas, and food. If you follow community guidelines and just be civil this place is an amazing place to live

Where do I begin with living at Landings of carrier parkway they mean what they say and they hold themselves to a higher standard. I have encountered NONE of the things Ive experienced before at other apartments.As for the office staff, I couldnt be more thankful. They are so kind and understanding, its easy to feel like theyre your friendly neighbors more than anything.Ashley, the Community Manager, I love how she runs this property and you can tell her heart is genuinely in it because residents arent just apartment numbers to her- theyre people with hobbies and pets with names that she somehow remembers.The Maintenance Manager, is always on top of any maintenance requests/work orders put in- and gets them done right the FIRST time and has excellent communication throughout the process.The amenities are an all-around hit. I recommend this complex to anyone that’s looking for a place to live.

I had this review pending, but I can’t let the time keeps passing without expressing my gratitude to the current management of The Landings…Treating and working with Lucky and Jozelyn was a real pleasure. Lucky was always there for us, always so sweet, patient and smiling with us, the tenants. There was a significant difference between this Team and the previous one, which showed not interest at all in the complex. The Ashley’s team, on the contrary shows respect and professionalism all the time, by providing better conditions even with limited resources. I was the resident of 4102, and although we recently received a wrong billing claim from the company, I owed this big THANK YOU to the Office team 🥰

Update: Just left from talking to Luckie and she is the sweetest. She helps me all the time. Keep up the change. Oh and the parking lot looks awesome! I find it easier to stop by to talk to someone because the office is always busy and its hard to get through the phone.In a world full of hate, be kind :)I love it here! I like the new manager she seems to know what shes doing. The other ladies in the office are nice too. I saw the new manager cleaning in the hallway one day in my building. I know this place will be better because we finally have someone who cares. I feel safe. I dont have big complaints.

My first apartment ever and I loved it, quiet, kind of clean for the most part, and the management never really bothers you unless they absolutely have to.. I was sad to go but I found some place closer to my son’s school so it was more convenient or else I wouldve renewed my lease. The reason for 4 stars was sometimes they did take a while for maintenance but usually took care of it if it was really important. Kid friendly too. No roaches or rats or pests of any kind if you’re worried about that. Overall nice place to live and for the price I would recommend.

Im rounding out my second contract, and I have been nothing but impressed by my time here. Being a gated community with several courtesy officers, you really cant get much safer. The employees are always helpful and willing to take care of you, even going so far as to help me fix my flat tire a few weeks ago. Any issues that arise are quickly taken care of by the maintenance team. All in all, Im very comfortable in saying that I will be here for the next several years, and I recommend these apartments to anybody looking for a clean, safe, and beautiful place to live.

I really like the apartment complex. I moved in 6 months ago and at first I was a little skeptical because of some of the reviews. However, those comments where because of the last management company, since then a new one has taken over and its been so good. The staff is comprehensive and the work orders get done at a timely manner. The precises are nice and I specially love the walking track. The apartments itself are spacious and at a pretty good price compare to other apartments close by. The apartments are also located to the growing 161 Hwy, you are close to many things.

The staff is very helpful and nice! Im all for good customer service! I love the amenities and walking track. The gym may need some love, but thats cool the yoga studio is cool. The community is clean and the neighbors are nice. I love that my daughter can run freely outdoors.*Side note: Dont have any packages delivered to your door. Someone opened my package and took everything, and left the box.Other than that its a great place.

We love living here. We had recently moved out and came back because our living experience outside of the landings is not the same. We love our management they are always on top of everything and residents needs Priscilla is always willing to help and work with our circumstances and is very understanding as well as Corina. This is what all apartment communities need a management like them. If there’s anything we need or work order is taken care within the time frame that is promised. I highly recommend this apartment community if you would like to live comfortably and if you want a calm and secure environment...

Lived at the property for a little under 2 years. Very quiet and the office staff is very accommodating, and always willing to work with you. Very nice neighbors. Ground were well maintained and clean. The only bad thing for me was the parking (not all buildings). My building was kind of tucked away so close parking spots were limited when you had to bring groceries in. Only other downfall for me was the increase in price every time it was time to renew, would prefer more updated appliances and cabinets. Overall great experience! Great staff, maintenance was good with emergencies.

Every single staff member is helpful, pleasant, and put the customer first.The apartments are clean, safe, well maintenanced, and quite frequently given touch ups internally and externally to ensure proper upkeep.I have never had an issue with any maintenance request I’ve submitted, and the jobs requested are completed thoroughly and timely.Flat out, it’s a really great place to live with great people behind its day to day operations.Would highly recommend to my friends and family.

Great property! The floor plans that I viewed were just my style and had no problem finding what I was looking for here. Anyone wanting to move in to the perfect apartment knows that it can sometimes be stressful finding what you are searching for in the perfect place. With the help of Delishea, one of the staff members, the process did not seem so overwhelming. She was very informative and was knowledgeable about all the options that this fantastic property offered. I can honestly say that Landings of Carrier Parkway is now at the top of my list of preferred properties.

Some staff were nice, even professional, some not so. But when I visited The Landings, Priscilla, Delisha, and Corina instantly made me feel at home! They were extremely nice, professional, and attentive! And as soon as I looked at an apartment, I was ready to rent! Not to mention they have great specials, and are in a great location! If youre looking, you should certainly look in this direction!

Love this property! The location is perfect for me since I work from the airport and I have family and friends in Dallas and Arlington. Im seconds away from Bush and a few minutes away from 30. Also, the ladies in the front office are so upbeat and compassionate about their residence, I often go by just to say hello! The property itself is always clean and kept up and super pet friendly. I legitimately afraid to speak too highly of these apartments because the increased demand could drive up the prices. However Im now working on my 3rd lease so I figure I owe them an honest review.The Landings are located perfectly between Carrier Parkway and PGBT, Just north of Pioneer and South of 30. Everything you need is within a short distance.The rent is comparable to other communities directly on 161 or Pioneer, but the difference is striking.The Landings is incredibly well maintained and always being improved.-The workout facilities are included with your rent, just pay once for a key and youll have access for the duration of your stay.-The pool is closed every Monday (for cleaning) and after 10:00pm but its never too crowded and always clean.-Pet friendly apartments, step outside and enjoy the gorgeous landscaping and youll likely see several friendly dogs all on their leashes. (Note I said SEE, Ive never noticed any barking problems in over 2 years here) There is also a dog park area where you can let your dog off their leash to play more freely.-The community is quiet and noise problems are very rare. If you do have a noise complaint the staff will handle the problem quickly and professionally.-If you want to host a party/get-together the front office community center is available for rent after hours and Ive seen (not heard) some pretty awesome parties happening in the space.-The staff in the front office are delightful and are always happy to see you. If you have any issues they will readily do whatever it takes to resolve them.-Work orders are more often than not resolved the same day they are placed. The maintenance staff are all very friendly and great at what they do.-Parking is plentiful and each apartment comes with a covered parking spot. Additional covered parking is available for modest rent.-After school lunch programs, holiday decorating contests, flag decorations everywhere for Memorial Day, there is always something cool happening at the Landings if you choose to get involved with the community.-The Nicklas Foundation. These apartments were created in an effort to help provide some assistance to families who are in need of organ donations. There are several fully furnished apartments provided to these families. If these apartments seem too good to be true, it is because they are a labor of love from a staff who cares deeply about this cause.Overall I couldnt be happier, this gated community feels like a fresh change of pace compared to other options. If you dont believe me stop by any time and see for yourself why most of us decide to stay once were here.(Note: Im not affiliated with The Landings, just a happy resident)

I lived here 8 months. Unfortunately I had to break my lease for personal reasons or else I would have stayed here. Although I broke my lease, the office staff was very understanding and willing to work out a payment plan with me to pay off all of my fees. The complex is very quite. I was in building 3 and most of the time there was kids running up and down the hallway but it wasnt an all day thing. I never had a flood or leaks, no roaches. I saw one tiny one just one time and had pest control come and never saw one again. During the summer time there are ants that come in from the bushes by the windows. The office is understanding and gets pest control out as soon as they can. Typically every Friday. I used to put baby powder where the ants were coming and it worked like magic. My AC froze up once and maintenance came out to fix it. Lecia has always been our go to office personnel and she is amazing and sweet. The apartments are very well kept inside and have a cute color scheme and crown molding so it doesnt look like your living in a budget inn. Their appliances are well kept up as well. Bathrooms are nice. Closets are awesome. They are huge walk ins. The complex is very strict with certain things so you will get notices on your door but after leaving I understand why they are strict, its because thats how they keep the complex well maintained. I would recommend anyone to live here. Very reasonable prices and well.

I love living here. Maintenance is always on time. Very quiet and safe. The office staff are very helpful especially Priscilla, her customer service skill are excellent. Will recommend anyone to live here.

I love and location Laundromat just walking distance Up the street.Positive office employees.I love the layout of the apartments.And its in betweenTwo complexes 55 and up, which allows Me to feel safe. The area is reasonably quiet Because the kids have a ball court to play at.

She made me feel right at home and gave me a tour of the property. The complex was everything I was looking for and I loved the community. Nice place to live, well kept and friendly staff. Our dogs very much enjoyed the park here. Ended up having to leave early due to personal reasons and the management was very helpful and understanding with us. Would definitely recommend this place for a home.
