    I was going thru such a rough time in my life when I contacted them for a place to live. I have never experienced such kindness and willingness to help then I have with Priscilla. Priscilla was so understanding, helpful and she basically had to hold my hand thru the entire process. She was truly a Godsend for me, even helping me with my phone and downloading their website. She was so flexible with her own schedule to accommodate mine with no expectations other than kindness.The facility is very peaceful and the condition of the townhomes are truly better than any apartment I’ve seen.I would 100% recommend Lakeview Townhomes for your next adventure in life!I am beyond grateful!

    As a resident of about 1 1/2 years, i LOVE this place. maintenance is quick, management is easy to work with, and the area is always kept up with. The area itself i love! i love the trees and the wildlife you’ll see every once in a while. (deer frogs etc) the hike and bike trail is also right behind the units which is awesome if you were wanting to get a good walk in. the dog park is also super close, as is wichita lake. The pool is always clean and it’s nice and big. thank you lakeview for a wonderful home!

    I selected Lakeview Townhomes because I was able to have two bedrooms that I can use one when my grandchildren come to stay the night with me. I love the fact that they have the playground and the swimming pool and the villas are tucked back into the woods, which feels private. I renewed my lease this year and am happy living here.

    My family of three has lived at the Lakeview Townhomes Property for going on three leases now. We LOVE this complex!!!!!! the maintenance team is lean but they get the job done! I’ve never had anything happen that wasn’t addressed within 24 hours or less. The office staff is wonderful, we have a text system that we can communicate with them on anything from hours of pool being opened to How much was that water bill again? Our property is fun we have giveaways, events and they service the Villas across Fairway as well. Amazing job and we enjoy living here. I can’t believe I almost forgot this! It’s quiet because we are away from the main road we don’t have unwanted people in the complex or hear loud music jamming out down the street at 2am. It’s a family friendly all ages friendly property.

    We lived here for 5 years and absolutely loved it! It was nice and quiet compared to most complexes, since its surrounded by the woods and away from the main road, and living in the two bedroom unit meant we had no one above or below us either. We loved the easy access to the Lake Wichita Park circle trail too! The new staff if very friendly, they host nice events for the complexs community that we always appreciated, and both the move in and move out process went very smoothly. Our neighbors were always friendly too! I dont think we could have chosen a better complex to live at in Wichita Falls :)

    I recently toured Lakeview Townhouses in Wichita Falls, TX, and had a great experience! Priscilla, the leasing agent, was amazing. From the moment I arrived, she was super friendly, welcoming, and knew everything about the property.Priscilla gave me a thorough tour of the townhouses, showing off all the features that make Lakeview special. The units are spacious, well-kept, and have a modern design that really caught my eye. The community is peaceful with beautiful views.What really stood out was how Priscilla took the time to answer all my questions patiently and professionally. I never felt rushed or pressured, and it was clear that she genuinely cares about the residents. Her enthusiasm made the whole experience so much better.I highly recommend checking out Lakeview Townhouses and asking for Priscilla. Shell make it an easy, no pressure, enjoyable process!

    Great property! Reasonably priced and well maintained! The kids have plenty to do and room to roam!Maintenance and the staff do their best to accommodate any situation efficiently!Update! Still the best staff! Always willing to help!

    I recently moved into Lakeview Townhomes and I have loved it ever since! Priscilla helped me from the very start and made sure I was able to move in with no problems. As soon as I toured one of the buildings I fell in love and haven’t had any problems!

    I have lived here 3 yrs.love it.Its quite and frienly.Someone said the walls are thin but I dont hear anything from my neighbors,I live back from the street so I dont hear the traffic that goes byWould recommend anyone to come and look around.

    The office staff and Property manager are always so nice and friendly. They have fun activities going on for the different holidays which makes it great for the kids! It’s really quite out here. The maintenance staff are very professional and fast! They always leave a note stating what they came and repaired. There is a park and a nice pool, a laundry room, several doggie stations, park benches with little grills for outdoor fun. It’s family friendly.To us it’s cozy and our home!

    The office staff are always welcoming and helpful. If there are any issues maintenance responds fairly quickly. Parking lot is big and landscaping is kept up. Quiet area for the most part. Upstairs neighbors can be ridiculous at times but that’s apartment living.

    This is the best property I’ve ever lived at. All the staff is great! They are quick to respond on all matters from maintenance to a minor concern. Great communication with residents , very clean property. We have monthly drawings often for reduced rent to winning a prize. Neigbors are great as well, never had a noise complaint.

    Haven’t had a problem so far. It’s a nice location, tucked back away from the main road. I love the easy access to the Lake Wichita Park walking and bike trails and the police are always parked over there so it makes me feel safer as a single girl.

    I enjoy living here, it’s a very safe and family friendly complex. The office and maintenance staff are helpful. When I have a service request it is normally attended to within a couple hours. The only down side is that it is an older complex, so there isn’t good insulation and the windows need to be replaced. Which makes I’m not retain heat well during the winter. Overall, it is a very cozy complex.

    Definitely recommend lake view townhomes Monica Ayala is literally the best she helped me out alot and is great at what she does!!! Definitely recommend nice clean and they are very good about having maintenance come out!

    Maintenance responds timely, is courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.Office personnel are helpful, pleasant, and friendly.Moved in when COVID started and appreciate the patience management exercised when a lot of tenants were struggling to make rental payments.Quiet area just far away enough to not feel like your in the city but close enough to shopping needs.On a side note, because of COVID restrictions and the view of the night sky our location here rocks for stargazing..

    When I lived in WF, I lived at this property, and I have nothing but great things to say about it. It was quiet, it was well kept, you have your own parking spot, you are next to a park, on-site laundromat. Fair prices. The front office was amazing, helpful with any problems I had. I 100% recomend this property if you are looking for a place in WF.

    Lakeview Townhomes just *feels* safe and the maintenance staff are pretty good about getting things done quickly and leave a note and a sucker. The office is always doing really fun things for the kids who live at the complex. Ive definitely enjoyed living here!

    The apartments are very nice. The rooms are good sized, there is a nice pool, and playground. I like that it is so close to a walking trail and Lake Wichita.
