I am living a Lakeside Coppell for a couple of months now and interacted with all the staff for different reasons like maintenance requests, events at the property and general discussions about common places pool, gym, cardio etc. in the society and so far, I am impressed with the responses/services provided by Monica, Mark Gordon and Juan. They execute with empathy and compassion. Integrated staff members who listen to your probs and strive to rectify them quickly. I must say that Brook managing this pretty well. All your efforts Appreciated!

We have been renting from Lakeside at Coppell for about 3 months now. So far it has been an extremely positive experience and we really enjoy living here.Monica was our first point of contact when we first moved in and she was patient and able to help answer any questions that we had. We had a couple of maintenance concerns before we signed our lease and Monica took pictures and communicated with the maintenance team ahead of our move in. That brings me to the maintenance team.Never have I rented anywhere before and had such a positive experience with the maintenance team. Mark was there right as we moved in and was addressing the concerns we raised to Monica. We voiced a couple of minor things to him and he fixed those right then and there on the spot. He is such a friendly person and him and the rest of the crew always stop to say hi whenever we see them on the property.You can truly see the care put into this property. After we had some pretty destructive storms, the debris was cleaned up quickly and lawncare is always on point. Recently they redid the mulch for the playground and replaced the lights at the tennis courts. This is an older property, but you really cant tell with how much love is put into keeping things looking great.I would highly recommend this complex to anyone searching for somewhere that feels like a home rather than apartments, and employs people that truly care.

My family and I have been here for some time. It’s a great place to live. When there’s a problem or an issue maintenance comes quickly. Mark is friendly and very knowledgeable he’s quick to access the issue and get it taken care of. The maintenance staff overall is great. The property is well maintained.

Jun/2024Currently we have living 3 months and it has been a very nice place to live, the neighbors are nice, the children play healthy, it is a very good place to live as a family, very good for bike rides, to walk in the park and play sports. We were undecided in taking the decision to live here because of the google reviews we read but it was a good decision to live here, the administration does its job very well and Monica has given us a good service from the first day, so far we have not needed to call for maintenance but they are nice guys and people express themselves well of them, the pools are in good condition and always clean, the lawn is always in good condition.Points to be improved;* I think that the lake needs some cleaning since it has a lot of lawns cut inside the lake, it would be father if they put more fish to be able to fish, it is fishing and free but it is not very common for fish to sting like in the lakes of neighboring communities if there are many large fish.* It would be nice to take a look at the gym machines, they need some maintenance but not very serious.*In the apartments near the main pool sometimes there is water thrown from the pool, not uncomfortable at all but it could be improved.I put 5 stars because we are satisfied in general with everything although there are things that can be improved but not are an impediment to decide to live here.Thanks!

I recently moved into this apartment complex and I must say, the experience has been fantastic! The staff at the front office were incredibly friendly and responsive throughout the entire application and moving process, making everything go smoothly.Additionally, I want to give a big shoutout to the maintenance team. They had such a quick turnaround time, listened attentively to the issues I was having, and promptly fixed everything. Its really reassuring to know that theyre so efficient and reliable.

This complex receives more hate than it should. The apartments are large, and spacious, with good flooring, bedrooms, bathrooms, service rooms, and a large 1-Car, or 2-Car garage. There are so many amenities, like a large, International Tennis Court, a Basketball Court, a Sand Volleyball Court, and a private lake where you can walk, with a park, and enjoy a breathtaking view. Its also a gated community. There is also a swimming pool, but it needs to be maintained better. The location is also good, with Cottonwood Creek Elementary, a top rated elementary school in a walkable distance. But, there is a very big downside to this apartment complex, the maintenance. They took long to respond, and, when they finally do come its a very temporary fix, and they are rude. The rent is also quite high, and has increased over the years. But, this is a very safe community.

I attended the property and really fell in love with the staff at Lakeside 620 North Coppell Rd Coppell, TX 75019, this year, but had to skip my plans to move in as I have accepted a new job assignment that will have me working out of town for the time being.I write this with a heavy heart as Monica really sold me on the wonderful staff and a beautiful cozy community that is very welcoming and friendly.Rest assured, now that I am aware of the “hidden jewel” of Coppell, I very much look forward to joining the community in the future once I am able to manage a better job commute.Until then, I want to commend and stress how Monica and staff were the most personable, sweetest and nicest residential representatives I have met.Thank you again for your time and consideration!

Mark, the maintenance guy, is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! Truly remarkable guy. Our water bottles were accidentally thrown away in the dumpster and he fished it out all by himself. On top of all of that, he’s funny and super kind and actually cares about our concerns! This place needs to give him the biggest raise anyone has ever gotten, an award, and then some. It would be an absolute disservice to him if he didn’t! Thank you, Mark for everything

We have been looking for apartments for months. We ran into Lakeside at Coppell online and immediately met with Monica. She has been so knowledgeable in the unit and was able to help us find the perfect one. Monica has been so kind and open to all of our questions. Definitely recommend this complex!!!

EDIT: After living here for a year, Im back to update this review.To be honest, my initial impression was dampened a bit by the fact the office is frequently not open when the sign on the door says its supposed to be. Sometimes that is due to bad weather and cannot be helped, I understand that.However, other than that, I cannot complain about much at all here at Lakeside. For the most part, this is a nice place to live in a clean, quiet community. Its not cheap, but thats true everywhere these days. The prices seem to be fair and competitive for the area, especially if you have an attached garage as I do. Its worth a few extra bucks for the incredible convenience.When I moved in a year ago, there were several reviews from people who claim they were unfairly charged for cleaning and repairs after moving out. Im still a little concerned about that since I typically leave a place in better condition than when I arrived. Ill come back here and update when I do move out someday, to let you know if they did that to me as well - hopefully not.Other than my neighbors not taking their garbage can in for 9 months (and counting) I cant complain about living here at Lakeside. The office staff have been helpful and friendly, which is huge. I wish they would work a bit harder to enforce the rules but I realize its not easy to find quality service at apartments these days. Overall I am happy with my decision to live here. Im pretty sure you will be too.ORIGINAL REVIEW: In my experience, the maintenance staff here at Lakeside at Coppell have always been very quick and courteous. I believe they do the best they can with what theyre given.

2024:I just completed 3.5 years here and enjoyed every bit of it. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a nice, peaceful and relaxing residence.2021:I am living here for more than a year. I am very happy that I moved here last year.My family and I enjoy the peaceful surrounding, multiple lakes in the vicinity and closeness to many malls and shops.The community is managed by a great office staff and maintenance team. All my calls were returned quickly and attended promptly.Their dedication to bring the community back to normal after the recent snow storm is awesome.The community is more spacious than most in this area with lawns, play areas and wide internal roads.Overall, I can give no less than 5-star rating to the community and their staff. Great work team and big thanks for making living here a pleasure.

Update: ended up needing to move in ASAP. Got the application in and Brooke made it a very smooth process! Or as smooth as it can go with less than a week to get everything in! Absolutely amazing, Brooke, loretta and Ida (manager) are all very nice! The apartment is pretty amazing, great AC , nice bathtub, very spacious rooms and nice pantry and the kitchen has so much storage! I usually have to get rid of stuff but I think it has too much storage and im not complaining . Love everything about it! To clarify: we were looking to move in July, and now we just moved in 4/1/23! Loretta and Brooke was amazing with the tours and move in!Loretta is very personable and very thorough with providing all the information with leasing an apartment, gave us the fees upfront and explained what each fee is for! Let us tour multiple units at different times! Definitely will be moving here because of how she treated us! Very welcoming! Great asset to the company!

Moved in over a month ago and this area is great. The staff has been very helpful with anything I need, garage door broke, and they had someone out the next day to fix it. The pools have looked great, always someone in the pool swimming, the ponds look really nice, and the area looks really clean. There are a number of great walking/running paths through the area that are really good as well. Not everything here is perfect but for the price and location you pay it is what I expect it to be. If you need a place in the area I would most definitely suggest you take a look here.

Went for a tour , showed up earlier than my appointment, Loretta was very accommodating, love the apartment we toured. Also very accommodating with my current medical situation! I posted the review below three years ago. I tried to add another one today, but cant quite figure that out. Google wants to take me back to the old review. So here is an updated Review:8/17/2019:I have lived here for 11 years and wrote a positive review a few years back. Well, again, they are awesome. The seal around our front door was deteriorating and light and the dreaded summer heat was coming in. I wrote and asked if the frame could be re-sealed. Instead, they replaced the entire door frame and door. I love this place.THREE YEARS AGO:People are always so quick to write when they arent happy, but never take the time to commend when its deserving. I have lived in the community since 2008 (The Mansions, Regency and now Lakeside). I have never had any issues (aside from the lack of parking) until most recently. Mice and rats had invaded our air conditioning duct system and had apparently camped out there all winter (we dont run the heater in the winter). Once we turned on the a/c, the smell or rat/mice poop was HORRIBLE. The Community Manager (Breeze) immediately had maintenance, air duct folks, a/c folks and an exterminator to our unit. This all happened during a time when my husband was home sick and we were w/o air conditioning (temps were near 80). Breeze had maintenance bring over a portable a/c unit. We were VERY impressed with her quick response to the entire situation. There are over 300 units in this complex and she made us feel like we were the only ones. VERY IMPRESSED.

Best maintenance responsiveness and listening to your concerns. Finishing 2d lease. Ofc does not follow up on bad pest control ..found bugs under refrigerator. Eggs in lining of dishwasher that makes dw quiet. Entire time here reported bugs when dw ran. Think they rented my apt because they sprayed without my begging. Reported smoking in my building once. Continues nightly at bedtime. Kids play by garages and difficult to park in garage around entire families walking and kids playing...not using playground area. Limited parking if you have 2 cars..not near apt. Pest control is a contract and valet trash. Trash misses some but runs Sun to Th. This is not a cheap apt expect better service. The stars are for maintenance

Great place to stay, quite neighborhood, neat environment with great amenities-lawn Tennis court, Basket Ball court, Childrens Playground and jogging trail. The Property management team is a great team, wonderful people that make your stay there a good one. Every time we had an issue with the apartment-I mean a repair problem, when we report it, theres a prompt service from the house keepers. I wish I could stay there longer but had to leave.

Ive lived at Lakeside since June of 2017, and I love it here! I feel safe, even at night. Throughout the years, every one of my maintenance requests have been taken care of immediately. The longest Ive ever had to wait was 3 days and that was because of a part they had to order. Most of the time, the request is completed in less than a day.What motivated me to write this review was what just happened with my bicycles two flat tires. Juan and Jesse, two of the maintenance employees, helped me air up my bicycles flat tires. A short history - every day for the past 4 months, as I pass my bike in the garage, I tell myself today is going to be the day I take my bike to a gas station or tire shop or order a pump.... Ive gone on and on in my head thinking how I dont know how I will get the bike there, dont know what kind of pump to order, how I should walk the bike to the nearest 7-11... this has gone on for months and months.Today, I got off work a little early, I had a REALLY rough week and while walking my dog, saw a lot of people outside riding their bikes, I thought how sad I was to not have mine. I took a long shot and asked Jesse and Juan if they had a suggestion on how to get my tires aired up. They came right over and aired up both tires (took 5 mins tops!)! I was so happy!! Also, it was right when they were getting off, so they took personal time to help me! I do believe its the little things!! It really made my night!!! Thank you!! Debbie

I have been living here for the past two years. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to our maintenance team. They have done a wonderful job to restore our apartment back to normal within a short time(not even 2 days after the winter storm). This is something not easy without their dedication and commitment to this community. I have seen them running pillar to post within this community from the day one of this winter storm. I am highly impressed the way they committed to their work and to this community. I havent seen such a wonderful team effort to bring our community back with water and fixed most of our issues within this timeline. I have seen people saying they responded at midnight, right after they called the helpline, not even seeing their family and staying here without sleep and helping our community. I am really moved on hearing these from my neighbours. That made me write this review and appreciate Jessi and his entire team for all the hard work they put in for this week. I personally saw them running all over this community to fix it as quickly as possible.Last but not least, I would like to say Big Thanks to the office staff(Rigo/Shanice/Noell) and Andrea for planning and executing the plan to restore and bring back the life in our lakeside at coppell community within this short period.
