    In Kensington, since Mr. Carlos Lopez arrived at this housing complex, the service to the apartments has changed from heaven to earth for the better.     OMG!!!! Yesterday after a very long Monday, all I wanted to do is have a drink and watch the weather on TV. All of a sudden it started raining from the air vent, ceiling fan and light fixtures. The water was pouring in my apartment. I called the office after hours hot line and Oscar came within 30 minutes. He assessed the leak (upstairs sink???) and proceeded to turn water off and opened up the ceiling for the water to finish draining. The part that I was most pleased with is how he left my apartment. He water vac, mopped, moved furniture, the works. He left a high power fan to help dry my floor rugs.. I have really been impressed with maintenance while I have lived here (7 years)Thank you Oscar!!!!!!

    We have lived here for over a year now and have really enjoyed our time. We have a 2BR 2B and 2 car garage. This place feels more like a townhome than an apartment. The floor plan is excellent and its more than enough space for my work-from-home husband, myself and our dog. The rent is justifiable for what it is. The complex is extremely clean and taken care of. The only cons weve had is that some maintenance things had fallen through the cracks when they were short staffed (they corrected it once fully staffed) and management can sometimes be hard to get ahold of. Altogether, we have loved it and it feels like home.

    It’s the new management and employees for me. No place is perfect and you’ll always have problems but it is what you do about the problems that make the all the difference. If you make it to the office, GABBY is amazing. Customer service is everything and she truly goes above and beyond for you. Another consistent friendly face I have seen since i moved in is Annette. I like the fact that she is very helpful and doesn’t mind answering questions and if she doesn’t know the answer she doesn’t mind finding out the answer for you. I even thought about applying for a part time job here. Thats how much i like the people here . I didn’t realize how much I appreciated my 3 bedroom until I looked around and could not find anything close to it. I like different and unique floor plans. Most places you have to give up a few of you wants when it comes to your next home but I didnt feel this way about this property. This is beautiful property with lots of renovations. It’s also a quiet community with very friendly neighbors. I really enjoyed my 3 bed room 2 car garage. The maintenance guys are so nice and very responsive, even after hours. I literally have made banana pudding for the maintenance and the staff a couple times. Im moving to go care for my mom but I will definitely come back. If not here I would definitely consider another IRT community. This is such a great location, great schools and everything you need is within 5 minutes away. Being a flight attendant, it was perfect for commuting back and forth to the airport. A MUST SEE PROPERTY

    I have been a resident here for over 8 months now. I am very pleased overall by the apartment upkeep, management and living experience. But, the catalyst for this review is that I want to recognize how wonderful the maintenance staff are!!! Firstly, it is rare that I need to request maintenance. In 8 months, today’s request was my 2nd. Each time, the response and resolution occurred in 24 hours of the request or less!! Usually less. And the requests that I had were not even emergency maintenance requests! Marcos, his manager and teammate are all excellent, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. No business is perfect, but exquisite customer service is what makes the staff here at Kensington by the Vineyard, PHENOMENAL!!

    I have been living here for about 4 months now and I love everything about this property. I love how my apartment feels like a house and I love having the convenience of a attached garage. The upgrades in these apartments are so nice and I love how they have quartz countertops and huge bathtubs. Also I will say the maintenance staff is amazing they are always to quick to come if I need them.

    Kensington is a very nice place to settle down.They kept the grounds very clean and well maintained. Everyone was nice from the office personnel to the maintenance crew. If you are looking for a place to call home this is a MUST see.

    I live next door at Monticello but non of the leasing agents were able to help me out in regards of renewing my lease. I went next door and Annette helped me out so much! She took action and emailed around to help me, not only that but she followed up with me afterwards. This is very upsetting because there were two leasing agents at Monticello and they both looked like they didn’t know what I was talking about. But Annette looked like she actually cared

    The residents are really looked after by the management, leasing staff and the maintenance team. We looked at several places before moving in and we are thrilled that we chose this location. The landscaping is kept clean and beautiful. This is a very classy and friendly place to live and it is in an excellent location.

    I have lived here for almost a year and love it! The girls in the office are amazing! The maintenance men are very nice I have only 2 that have had to come to my apartment. They are very nice and very sweet to my kids. And any time I have a maintenance issue it is either done that day or the next. We are in a prime location where everything we want is close to us and great school district. I never had any issues except that the people here never want to clean up their dog poop so my kids cant play in the grass area which is a bummer. But I know the office people cant sit here all day and watch people to make sure they clean it so its the residence themselves not the apartment staff.

    I recently moved in and my apartment is really awesome. We couldnt be happier. The amenities are still closed but we are looking forward to when things change.The grounds are very well kept. The pools are clean and garbage is picked up regularly. This is a pet friendly community with a great little dog park.The best aspect is of course management, they were responsive and the move in was quick and without hassles. I do want to note that this building takes an aggressive approach to pest control. There were no bugs, or signs of bugs. Thank you so much loving the jetted tub!Update: One star removed. Save your lease document, they have a tendency to lose things.It makes me uncomfortable when they lie right to my face. We dont have it. and There is nothing we can do. According to my computer...But like magic when I have a copy of my lease they magically have one too and everything is great again.,And they dont answer the phone some suspect the ringer is off. They dont return voicemails in a timely manner either.

    I absolutely LOVE living here, it is by far the cleanest complex and I always feel super safe here while my kids and I are able to play safely.     EDIT: TO NEW MANAGEMENTUnder new on site community management. Tracy and crew are rockstars and defuses any situations that arise with professionalism and quickness.We have lived here a year and the last few months have been significantly better under the new office staff.There are still tenants living here that were allowed in by previous management and should not only be evicted but probably have warrants for their arrest and should be in jail.In time these situations will be flushed out. All complexes go through these rough patches. I have the utmost faith that this new crew will continue to raise the bar.At this point Id recommend if youre looking in the area to stop on by and chat with the office staff. Great location and very nice upgraded units.PREVIOUS POST UNDER OLD MANAGEMENT:Overpriced and way over rated. We currently live here and UNBELIEVABLE is the first word that comes to mind. The best and ONLY thing this place as going is the maintenance staff is quick to respond and decently nice. They allow riff raff to move in with little or no background checks and then have the nerve to charge over $2000 a month in rent. The parking as with many apartments is the biggest issue along side the disconnection from the managing onsite staff. Steadfast Management is a nationwide property ownership/management group and they do not have a good reputation in the industry to put it nicely. We are hoping a marketing or VP in the Corporate or Regional office in Irvine CA sees this and finds a way to get in touch with us. We have seen and witnessed domestic violence in the parking lots, dangerous breed dogs left off the lease or being walked by a 5 year old, I personally have been threatened by a neighbor after confronting them about the loud music and parking situation. I have documented 25 maintenance issues in 60 days time of moving in. We have people living in the complex that are not on leases and all of this has been brought to the attention of the management. Always the same MO, we are looking into it and then nothing is done. Stay far away as between the dangers to your LIFE, the place is way over rated and over priced to say the least. Someone in a VP Role in Irvine CA come on and stop by, I will happily show you security camera footage of the drama that is called Kensington by the Vineyard.

So three years in I just can not with this place I LOVE it so much!! Adriana, Annette and Eden are amazing and always go out of their way. It feels like family.

    I am updating my rating to five star. However, unless you have the access key for the gymnasium on scene its usually closed on Sunday. They took over fromRegency By The Vineyard Theyre rebuilding back from what I think was Regencys Bankruptcy(?) so that group meetings in clubhouse again and we can party with our neighbors & enjoy meet and greets.Maintenance is back on track, They have a great , as of July 20th 2016 maintenance manager working for Kensington.

    Everything is amazing. I love the place except the parking situation. Its very limited and coming home from out of town at night looking for a parking spot was not pleasant.
