My stay here was great. The team is very professional from Travis to Candice to Victor they are always available to assist and the up keeping of the apartments are nice. If you are looking to stay don’t hesitate. 10/10 I recommend

I have moved here for three months. I think this community is better than I thought. Victor, who has been helping me with various procedures, is also very nice. My room faces the fountain, faces south, is very quiet, has a large balcony, and is close to the rooftop. I can watch the sunset from time to time. There are almost no cockroaches. The only problem is that there is a neighbor who smokes marijuana, and the smell will drift into my house.

I havent moved in yet, but really tempted to. Ive visited a few times unofficially and I love the layout of the propertys common areas, I like the size of the property and how large the parking lot is, and the staff already treats me like family Candice, Mark, and Travis are so friendly and personable. Even if I dont move here right away, its more than likely going to be my home once my current lease ends.

I been here since 2016? I think or 2017 anyways… all apartments have there ups and downs there not perfect but I think as long as you take care of your apartment correctly things will be good. The new manager is really treating the apartments like if they’re his own home and trying his best to do everything he can. Also the maintenance people have gone above and beyond to help me with my apartment and that’s what customer service is all about. I know others have complaints about this apartments but also keep in mind how do you expect for the apartments to be perfect when yourself can’t even take care of it? This I’m sorry but I Blame some of the residents… yall need to start being clean and stop putting trash outside when it goes inside the trash can if y’all do that I can’t imagine how your apartment inside is!!! So stop always blaming the people that work for the apartments they’re doing what they can to keep them nice so please before blaming or putting bad reviews check if you’re doing your part as a resident. Thank you.

So glad I changed my mind and didnt go by the reviews. I dont have a roach problem here after 3 weeks. Its nice. Its quiet. I felt like I was noisy in the halls talking to my mom.its beautiful here. Marc, hector, and Rebecca are all superb. You rescued me from the last place I lived. Thank you all

This complex is such a homey, welcoming environment. Ive been a resident for a year and have really been enjoying my stay. It has everything you need plus a helpful staff. Hector is amazing and is always willing to help. The location is convenient and it is pretty quiet, so its great for students attending UTSW. They have food trucks come in regularly so theres always something to look forward to! Honestly, I love living here. 10/10

Ive lived here for the past 8 months. The grounds are well kept.. recent property enhancements, friendly/approachable office staff, timely processing of maintenance request, the property seem safe, ample garage parking for residents and guest. A few annoyance/eyesores.. I had a couple unwelcoming bugs ( maybe 4) in the last 8 months and some residents using their balconies to hang laundry and I wish the valet trash removal was optional. However, great location for people working in the medical district or downtown.

I have lived here 5 years. This is a very well run property. Abby, the GM, is terrific, as is Adelina, her assistant, and Hector, the rental adviser. The place is quiet, which is very important to me. the business office is very good. the exercise facility is small, so can get very crowded in the evenings, but the equipment is fine. the location of the property is good. the staff is highly-responsive if there is a maintenance issue. overall, a top notch apartment complex.As I am soon to move out of state, I thought I would update this review.The office staff, Hector and Madylynn are absolutely terrific. They could not be any friendlier or more helpful. I have lived here for 6 1/2 years, so I believe I can accurately describe the facility. The location is superb, and as mentioned, the staff is very responsive. Any time I have had a maintenance issue, it has been quickly resolved. I suppose the highest compliment I could offer this property is that if I were still living in Dallas, I would continue to call Inwood on the Park home! ( and they do a good job of keeping it quiet at night, which is a big plus! )

Really nice place to live. I’ve been here 6 years and have always been happy with it. Really good amenities. I’ve always really liked the staff and how friendly and helpful they are. The apartment is nice, spacious, and a really good deal. It’s a generally quiet area. Never had any neighbor issues. Close to everything I need, and I don’t ever have to travel more than 15 minutes which I really like. I think a place like this is becoming more rare to find here in Dallas. Overall been very happy with it and have never had any desire to move to any other place.

This is a great place to live. I would recommend it to everybody. It has everything you need at an apartment complex (covered parking, locker for packages, a cute dog park, pool, gym) including a great staff (Shoutout to Hector, leasing liaison, for always being so helpful and amazing)!Also it’s in a great location. You can quickly get to I-35, like 20 great restaurants, at least 3 grocery stores, bars, trails, and parks in less than 10 minutes.The living spaces are good for the price! When people come over, they always say how nice and comfy it is 🥰 We’ve never had a maintenance issue that wasn’t resolved within the week. It’s all good. Good good place.

Hello! Let me start by saying this is my 2nd time being a Resident at Inwood on Park Apartments. The 1st I time I lived here for about a year. I love the Location!!!!! Also, the Staff has always been Great to know. I have lived at Inwood on the Park for approximately 6 years this 2nd time around. Again, I love the Location! My neighbors have been respectful and engaging. You get what you give I found to be true. The Staff has always tried to be helpful and understanding in most situations.Inwood on the Park is so culturally diverse and that is another reason I Love living here. If you like diversity you will love it here.Also, I love the space. Although Inwood on the Park is older than most of the newly developed properties you will not get the space from them as you will at Inwood on the Park.

I have lived here for 2 years and it was good in the beginning and great now. They have made so many improvements and are always working to make it better. The staff is amazing. They are always friendly and approachable and fix things and address any issues immediately. Also Inwood is a super family friendly place. There are a lot of young families and the kids are always playing and people look out for each other. My son has made many friends here. I highly recommend Inwood on the park as a quality, friendly, and great place for families.

I’ve lived at Inwood for over a year now and love it! It’s very conveniently close to UTSW, has spacious floor plans, and such a homey family vibe! I love seeing families by the pool, makes it feel so safe. In my time here I’ve seen so many updates! There’s amazon lockers, TIDE dry cleaning lockers, jacuzzi/hot tub, dog park, gym, business center, and clubhouse space. My favorite part is the many seating spaces outside. Hector is beyond helpful and just makes the experience here even better!

I have been live here for more than 2 years at Inwood. Its quite convenient to reach out the UTSW Medical Center hospital, and its a quite safe place, you can feel no worry to walk around outside in late evening. The manager works hard to get this community becoming more cleaner and better, repair service is also pretty fast, I fell happy to see their improvements. I would suggest this place if you are searching for a nice place to live near love field area!

If youre looking for a new home in the Dallas area, Inwood is the perfect spot. Located minutes from downtown, restaurants, and local bars. May of our employees are current residents here and they all have great things to say. The management team will go above and beyond to resolve resident issues. The homes are affordable and have a cozy vibe.

I have lived here for almost two years and its been great. Its clean, quiet, and safe. The staff is amazing. They are friendly and helpful and fix any issues very fast. They are constantly upgrading things and making the apartments better and better. Location is great. 10-15 mins from anything you need. I highly recommend Inwood on the Park.

We lived here for 2 years and had a nice experience. Hector is awesome and very helpful. We really liked the location. Close to grocery, restaurants, and the airport. If something was wrong the maintenance people came very fast even after hours if its an emergency.

I lived at Inwood on the park apartments for about 10 years. My experience is great. Nice property, nice neighborhood and management is very helpful and supportive. Once my important document mail was missing, management staff worked hard to help me find the package.

Hector, the assistant manager is the most helpful person ever. He’s made the stay more pleasant. Other than that Improvements can be made… hallways can use a cleaning, and it would be nice if the elevator wasn’t always breaking.

Adalina has been so helpful with me and my husband living here. We have been living here for about 2 years now. The apartment complex is in a great area with so many restaurants in the area. The management team here is very helpful and listens to all your concerns.

This is awesome place to live. It is close to work , rail system , shopping centers , airport at love field, new eating places on mockingbird popping up all the time. The customer service with Hector is off the chain. Stop by you want be dis-appointed.

Just moved in.Its a great price for the place. The staff is very courteous and responsive. I dont expect to be treated like royalty, so it works out. I do recommend the place. Residents are pleasant thus far. Ill be posting a review as my lease comes to an end, but for now I love it!

I have to disagree with previous reviews, Ive lived here for over a year and definitely see the improvements. My service requests get done the same day and the community upgrades make a huge difference. I will be renewing my lease!

We actually lived here soon after it was developed, we loved it and the elevators were the best for safety, the pool was perfect for our small gatherings and the lobby is and was hospitable to all who came in . Great location , highly recommend and love Adalina bunches!

This place has changed recently. There was a bug problem, but since the new manager came on board, things have gotten better. There is no perfect place, but when a team is working hard to do their job and the neighbors do their part, a community can be awesome (like this one).

I feel very happy living in Inwood on the park. The facilities for use such as swimming pool, gym are always very clean and available. The apartment is very comfortable, the green areas of the square to sit and read are always clean as well, I have never heard of conflicts between neighbors or within the apartments and the administration is always very friendly, very attentive... and my dog lives happily having her park for her
