My leasing experience with Jonathan was quite pleasant! No surprises which was my favorite part, a lot of these places do a complete bait and switch but not here! Ive had 2 service requests since I moved in and they were answered and handled the same day! Love it here

Everything works well when I live in Hyde Park. I am at loss because I am gonna leave due to job transfers.Hyde Park is located at a scenic place. A creek flowing still is within 3 minutes’ walk.Hyde Park is spacious. There are three excellent swimming pools and one amenity center, which meet all your needs of exercising. Some communities are so compact that you cannot appreciate the beauty of nature at all. But at Hyde Park, you will enjoy your time with your family, and your pets. I usually see some cute creatures like squirrels and rabbits here. Maybe the creatures enjoy the scenery here as well.The staffs here are really nice and I can see their passion for their jobs. Whenever I have a problem, they are always there for me. When I reported that I my window screen was broken, the repairman arrived just half an hour later.I believe the ladies and gentlemen working here are doing their best job everyday and I believe they will in the future.I am sorry that I have to leave. The new place I will move in is not as good as Hyde Park. But if you, my friend, are in a pickle of choosing apartments, definitely choose Hyde Park. And I swear you won’t regret your choice.

I really enjoy my new community. The staff is very prompt in answering requests, emails, and work orders. I truly love my apartment, I have a one bedroom and it’s beautiful! Isabella is very professional and very attentive.

My family and I moved here last Aug. We really enjoyed our stay here for our first time in the DFW area! Camila is an excellent manager! She will help you as much as you can. I never really had any maintenance issues in our unit. They keep the community clean and its nice to know they really care about the community. They always have something fun going on in the office. It is a nice, quiet, and safe area. I hope this helps someone looking for a place to call home.

I’ve been in this community a little under 6 months. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It’s one of the better apartments I have lived in. Maintenance is pretty quick to get things fixed. But most importantly these are some of the best leasing agents I have ran across. Everyone is super sweet and professional they really love what they do. Especially Mr.Jonathan he’s AMAZING and has helped me so much in the short amount of time we have known each other! I would recommend moving here.

So far I have been living At Hyde Park at Valley Ranch fir three months and it has been a blessing.The place is so peaceful to live they have so many pools in their complex and their lobby is so inviting with all their lounging and games after a full weeks work.With the weather heating up there are three pools to choose from.Parking is never bad issue and last but not least their staff is always attentive to my concernsJessica and her team are so friendly and from the very beginning has made us feel so welcome.The wife and I have made the right choice out of a few complex we went to see before choosing Hyde Park.

I just moved in and I am loving everything so far. The process was super smooth and the approval process is super quick. Everyone in the office were so nice and willing to help. Jonathan however, deserves a separate shoutout. From the beginning until even now he has been my go to person for everything. Any concerns or questions I had/have, he is sure to address them in a timely manner. Even more, he kept a positive attitude the entire time throughout my move in process. I greatly appreciate his willingness to help.

It’s a pretty good place to live. The management company is communicative, and looks out for the best of the complex. I wish the work order process was easier, and you could keep track of when the maintenance crew was handling your order. An app would be great for that.

This apartment location is a hot spot which is very close to all required shops and services. I stayed at Hyde park for 1 year and I would say that my experience with the leasing office and maintenance team was very good and everyone was easily reachable and responsive. Alexa was great and helped me complete the lease agreement when I was not in Dallas as I was from North Carolina and Camila also helped with some changes in the lease after I moved it. It is also pet friendly and the process of bringing in a pet was also very smooth for me. Overall it was a very good stay irrespective of some small disruptions with respect to water and plumbing. I would give 5 star to the maintenance team of Hyde park and they are super quick and most hard working guys there. So I would definitely recommend Hyde park if you are looking for an apartment in Irving !!

The property is certainly nice, and upgrades look nice indeed. She definitely made it an enjoyable experience, and will continue to stay in touch, as I’m still looking for a place for the fall.

The location is great as it is right on MacArthur with access to everything around the Irving area. Thank you to Camila Rodriguez as she was able to work with me on a last minute change to my lease. The whole Hyde Park team has been more than accommodating and I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a great place in Irving.

The stars are mostly for Jonathon and his manager.. they worked hard to help me and I’m grateful however I won’t be renewing here.. the property is not horrible but there are concerns. The apartment I was shown during my tour is not the apartment I moved into., it’s not horrible but I’m not sure why it’s called renovated because it is not upgraded imo based on the doors, door handles, seems very cheap for a not so cheap apartment..the shower is horrible no matter what there is water on the floor because the tub is so low.. I’m not a fan of where I stay because I can hear everything and people tend to stop where I live and talk very loud, kids are always playing right by my apartment it’s just not what I expected… not sure why they have valet trash because nobody has ever come by my door so I just walk it to the trash myself.. the building across from me looks like it could fall apart at any moment… humble beginnings for sure.. but it’s not horrible just know the people that helped me were awesome they deserve 5 stars for their service but I will be breaking my lease asap

We lived here from 2019 til 2021 and loved it!!! Wouldnt had to move if my internship didnt take me to Lubbock. Beautiful neighborhood to take a daily walk in. The maintenance guys do their job quick and complete. Although the management team changed, I loved the staff equally as before. Special thanks to Camila Rodriguez, who made the moving process very smooth and simple. Wouldnt hesitate to move back in if future job takes me back to Irving.

I absolutely love my apartment in Hyde Park Valley Ranch! Its a luxurious and cozy 1 bedroom hall kitchen apartment with all the basic fixtures you need including a fridge, dishwasher, burner, and fireplace. The walk-in closet is amazing and the bathroom is pretty good too.When I was looking for a new apartment, I had some specific requirements related to feng-shui directions, and Izabela was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect home for me. She made the whole process of setting up here a breeze. Im so grateful for her assistance.Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to call home. Thank you, Hyde Park Valley Ranch!

So, I gotta admit, its been a little rocky here but starting to improve now. The last few management companies have been horrible both in maintenance and office customer service. Recently, I have seen some positive improvements. For instance, I had placed several work orders over the last 3 months for my dishwasher with no resolution. Last week, a new maintenance guy, Chester, came by and fixed it with no problems. He even changed out a few light bulbs for me while he was there!!! Talk about going out of your way! :) Little things like that make my apartment living experience so much better. Well see how things go from here but Im happy with the new changes so far.

So, Yesterday we had a maintenance issue after hours. We paged on call maintenance and little did we know, THE AMAZING Apartment Manager Caleb showed up and fixed the issue himself. He knew just what to do. The great part is, he did it because he cares. He gave his maintenance team a rest from work and just stepped up. This meant alot to us. You dont get this type of response most places. He deserves way more than this review. This is the type of thing you can expect if you live here.

I just moved in two months ago and everything is going great it’s near so many great stores it’s a quite community. They host great resident events. Great pool to read a book by! Ruby was my leasing agent and she made everything so easy she has a great personality and if I ever need anything she takes care of it right away. I had a few things that needed fixing and the maintenance team came right away. Over all I’m enjoying my experience here! Thank you Hyde park!

This place is okay changed staff over the lay few years but the new staff may be the best. Shawnte is great she helped with renewing my lease even though the office was about to close but she decided to help. Shes alwaysc been really nice and friendly. Alot of the staff are really friendly and dont show that its been a stressful day.Other than the staff I like most of my neighbors but you cant get along with everyone all the time. Recently had water issues with pipes bursting during the cold temps. I dont like the new packaging system of it automatically sending me a text everyday. Its good in theory but an everyday message gets really redundant.

I lived here for three years, and while I had issues with maintenance staff and the leasing staff, the experience was great. I cant blame them for many of the problems with the apartment, such as water being shut off weekly because I know that Valley Ranch and Coppell have very poor soil which causes foundation issues. That said, the complex is a decent place to live. Its in a residential area near shopping and restaurants; a movie theater is nearby as well. My only complaint is how slow maintenance sometimes is. But Ive rarely needed anything from the staff or maintenance, and so I cant complain too much. For its age, the apartments are in good condition, but they are bit overpriced due to needing to keep up with the other complexes.

I recently moved to Hyde Park at Valley Ranch and so far everything has been great. Calvin in the leasing office has been truly wonderful and helpful. He is always quick to respond to emails and returns my phone calls when I have an issue. I had an issue and he personally came by to help me because we could not find the phone jack when the cable guy was here. In general the apartment complex is clean and every night the trash gets collected from your door step. The maintenance crew, especially Tony is always ready to fix the issues even if he has a ton of work orders and he is very nice. There are many choices of apartments around this area and I looked at quite a few, but Im happy to have found this place.

It is a good apartment. The management is good and maintenance is good. Only problem I had is with bugs. I came to know the tenant before me had bug problem, so it might have continued to us. But when I moved in they changed the carpet and all things. We have to take some measures to destroy bugs. So this might be specific only to our apartment.

Israel, Rejoice and Sally have been wonderful in their interaction with me, able to go the extra mile to ensure whatever my need was met. Israel made sure my mail key was working after 3 attempts with different employees to solve this problem, Sally on the other hand is a pure blessing, having made it possible for me to move into the community within less than 24hrs and has continuously made great leaps to solve any and whatever issue i have had. Great to have you both on the team.

No complex is perfect but my unit is okay. I love the view but hate being on the 3rd floor. The complex is quite and seems to be mostly young professionals and grad students like myself. We got new management a few months back and things seem to be getting better, like faster work orders and property improvement projects. Not our long term plan but it works while we are in school.

I have been living in an apartment here at Hyde Park Valley Ranch for quite a long time with my wife. Both of us so far enjoyed a happy living in all respects. The apartments here are tastefully built with nice environment having sufficient bed, kitchen, bathroom, living area as needed for living in. The surround and parking areas are wider too. The present staff is wonderful. I must mention Shawante Clayton whose prompt responsiveness in solving problems of the tenants pleased us always. Im pretty sure every one willing to come in Hyde Park will be impressed with Shawantes amiable personality.
