I like this place. only think youve really got to worry about are the roaches, but everything else is cool. maintenance people seem to work well and efficiently, last time i called them. good area, you LITERALLY get a school right beside you. (the elementary school is behind the complex as well!) youve got a laundromat, convinience store, and take-out place right in front of you. all in all, great apartments and great area. possibly my only other gripe is the high rent, but i understand why it is what it is.

I’m loving new management .they’ve been renovating , added gated fence which make me feel safe. Maintenance guys are awesome , very trust worthy . When I put in work order they come quick. Once a month they have a grocery store where we get to pick out whatever we like to eat at no cost . It’s super cool ! . Every one in the office is very nice and accommodating. When new management took over they stoped by and introduced himself . That was special

I like my townhome. It’s affordable and I hope to renew my lease with good terms. It is quiet and maintenance handles work orders promptly and are nice. I’ve had to wrangle a bit for the discounts offered when it was time to receive them and trash areas are horrible. But the complex I would definitely recommend.

Ive lived here for many years and have seen many changes. Office staff and Maintenace are very respectful and courteous. Current management has been around for a pretty good time now and everything seems to be trending to the right direction. It is now a gated community and that brings a lot more privacy and safety. Very convenient if you have kids in school, three major schools are with walking distance. From elementary up to middle school, all Three schools are next to each other.

Been here since March and anytime I put in a work order they come as soon as they can very respectful I was in the restroom when maintenance came and my daughter open the door he didn’t come in until he seen a adult five stars for that. Office people are very nice and welcoming. My kids love it here because it’s more space for them to play.

I been staying here for over a decade and the community has grown and changed for the better. Management is awesome and very involved in the community. If there are any issues or problems, management is on top of it. I enjoy living here.

I have reported about 3 or 4 months ago about the roof that is in my bathroom that still have a hole in it were the roof people put there and did not finish it and also my bedroom roof that looks like it about to cave in that have not fix yet

Angie - the property manager and her team is really helpful and is always available on call. We required a temporary parking pass for our rental and requested the pass at 8 pm after office hours and she made sure that we receive the pass on the same day so she came to our house at 9 pm and handed over the pass so that our car doesnt get tower.Really appreciate her efforts

My family has lived here for 2 years and with the new management that took overI can happily call this my home.They are improving the community for everyones safety.It takes trial and error but the gate is the best thing they could have done to keep our unwanted guest.They are here for the community for sure.They offer a food pantry to the residents once a month which is a blessing to those that struggle.We have had some tough times with our financial situation but the office is always there to understand and help.Thank you Huntington Village Staff

There has been quite a remarkable improvement lately. Angie, Oscar and Alejandra have been wonderful in resolving our issues. Of course, we have argued and disagreed in the past but thats normal in every life situations. I only advise that they keep up the good job and always go extra miles to meet and exceed the residents needs cos thats the essence of clients service afterall.Goof luck!

I’ve been living @ Huntington Village for a little over a 1 1/2 now it’s has been the best so far, the office employees are super awesome n knows u by ur name ,not unit # lol Francis the property manager is so so awesome 👏🏽 also Karen , I have no reason to leave any time soon

It’s been a very pleasant stay; I’m just too homesick in Houston; and moving back too Alabama. It’s a safe neighborhood, and when I took my dog for a walk in the for an hour; I never had to lock the doors. We had very few problems, the staff is excellent. Very prompt, very responsible. Romina has done an excellent job. She is promt; smart, and has been very helpful! Thank you for a pleasant stay! Sincerely Greg Bernstein
