I love my place. My leasing agent Maya was supportive, proactive and exceeded my expectations. Even though the unit I originally wanted was available she was able to up-sell me to a unit that has everything I needed and wanted and keep me within budget by extending my lease and additional month and with good luck I even spinned a free month rental due to their property promo

So far so good, Maya has been great during my application process. During the tour she explained floor plan options and provided great feedback, I feel comfortable in my choice so far, I will definitely be intentional and keep this review post updated. Nothing is perfect things can happen. Fingers crossed 🤞Management please do right, Maya has set a high bar, don’t let me down🙏🏽Update as of 30 days since I moved in; Its been going well with minimal issues. I had a few service request and maintenance was prompt about getting issues resolved. Parking can be a little tight meaning get in where you fit in, you snooze you lose. The area is still going thru that gentrification phase, there are multiple developments going on the street and behind us, can be a little noisy but it appears they are almost done with exteriors, so the bang bang should decrease. The office staff is consistent with professional customer service. If I had to complain about anything. it would be curb appeal, Im a stickler for neat and tidy, I think the property could use some polishings here and there..But curb appeal is a tentant and management shared responsibility. Overall Im pleased, this is a pit stop for me before I buy my next home. So it works for me!!!!!Thats all folks !!!!
