    I’ve been living here for almost 2 years, and I love it. It’s a quiet community and I love the walking trails and all the amenities that the apartments offers. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. It was such an easy process to get approved! It’s a great place to live!

    I can say the new lady Im sorry I always have to ask her name, but she will definitely try her best to help and or solve your problem if possible. I even noticed that Ms. Lisa is really more understanding dealing with all these different issues and maybe she been that way I just wasnt seeing it. But they really doing better at making you feel like a resident instead of a person paying rent...thanks

    Great community for me and my family!!! Always fun activities. Enjoyed the past Father’s Day give away gifts. The community has a clean pool, playground, 24 hour gym and walking trails at the back of the property. Monique the Assistant Manager always greets with a friendly attitude and smile. Manager Lisa and Maintenance team are proactive in getting the community together. The community look much better.

    Absolutely great place to live. Spacious floor plans all for an affordable price. Especially check out the B2 floor plan, enough for a single person or a couple. The community is very clean and with all sorts of amenities available to the tenants such as pool open 24/7 as well as the gym open 24/7. There is also easy access to Interstate 30 for a better work commute for those who work in Dallas.

    UPDATE 10/31/24 - NO COMPLAINTS SINCE IVE BEEN HERE SUCH A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD EVEN HAD MY BEST FRIEND MOVE OVER HERE! MANAGEMENT IS ATTENTIVE AND FRIENDLY!Monique is amazing ! Been here 3 plus years ! Been helpful everytime I come in ! Thank you for all you do ! And thank you for your patience!!!!

    This move in experience has been phenomenal. I was able to get a same day tour of the actual unit I’d be living in (not a model) only two hours after I called. Beautiful unit. Affordable price & great location! I was given unconditional support regarding my tour & application process. I was not judged for my inability to pay the application fee at the time of the tour. Monique reassured me to not worry and gave me time to get my application paid for before 3:30pm on Saturday. I really appreciated her patience and transparency regarding my application. She truly went above & beyond. I was able to move in and get out of a toxic environment in less than a week! I’m grateful to Monique, and the entire team at The Hills.

    Great place to live. The housing is affordable and they are very upfront with bills, expenses, etc. Monique was available whenever I had any questions during the application process, and she made the process very easy. The place is pet friendly and has a large grass area for my dog to play, plus an amazing walking trail.

    Been living here for a few months now and I love it! Monique has been such a blessing and she helps us with any situation that she can. Maintenance is quick with any issues! Neighbors are amazing and I live in front of the pool and summer has not been an issue with us. Thank you for giving us the chance to be here! Love it!

    We have been living here for now a month and so far our experience is great from closing our lease with Monique very very friendly, every time I speak to hear I can definitely hear her smiling!We had a few issues moving in and let me tell you as soon as I call the office and spoke with Monique she had someone at our apartment right there and then fixing the issues we had. We did have bug issues as well and once we had let them know they had the exterminator out there. Every few days Monique will call and check up on making sure everything is working and our work order were completed. The maintenance people are very friendly. The apartment complex overall is very quite and so far we are loving it here. I highly recommend these apartments. Definitely stop by and meet Monique she will definitely make the transition of moving in so easy!

    Been here almost 2 years and so far so good. Lisa and her staff are great. Never an attitude, always treats with kindness! This staff are always sending notifications about trash, children being unattended by their parents and more. Giving them 5 stars for that! Its not their responsibility to be a daycare or more. I still feel safe, although it a crazy world. But again it not their responsibility as crime is unpredictable.I am renewing again!!!

    I just want to say That Monique is awesome. I applied a month ago and due to a death in my family i was delayed but not denied! I came back by the grace of God literally 2 days before i would of had to re-apply. Ms. MONIQUE remeber my name when i stopped by . She helped me finish my application with no complaints no matter how many times i needed her. She made the process smooth as possible. I really like her personality and her drive for her tenants. Plus she does is all with a pretty smile.

    I have been here now a year and I must say although it did start out a little bumpy it has definitely came around I have enjoyed my home as well as the property and the management over the past year. Monique is most definitely a great asset to the company very caring and tries her very best to get done whatever is asked as well as the other management team. The maintenance is also very well I would say they get things done on a reasonable timely manner everybody is respectful and helpful its not one of those apartment complexes where you come to in the trash is all on the ground and everywhere else actually very clean and Im proud to call this place my home for another year as I renew my lease.

    Love the Hills and the property management team here, for one it is a very quiet place to live and peaceful and lord knows I needed it. Two, Lisa can I tell you about an angle she is so amazing and has made my move in and stay easy and very realistic to life and things happening, Monique is upbeat and fun to work with it’s like I’m working with my family.Maintenance is always on time and quick shot out to both Juan’s.     This is the best customer service I’ve experienced by far. Relocating from a different state was hard and frustrating. Came across The Hills of Pablo’s Verdes thinking I was going to get treated like the previous apartments I toured (Badly) but no! Monique was friendly, nice and her customer service was professional. Lisa the manager greeted me with a beautiful smile. Instantly I felt like I was home. Today I got my keys!! The joy I felt brought tears to my eyes. Thank you very so much!!!!!

    I LOVE My apartments!I see ppl speaking of roaches but obviously that most be in there own housekeeping. I have seen all of 4 (water bugs) in a full 2 years at this site. I live in a townhouse style apartment and love the extra space I have in my loft. If there is something broken no need to worry Juan and Juan the maintenance men are on their job. I put in repairs and they are done SAME DAY! It’s crazy. They are very sweet and even wave every morning. As for the front office LISA rocks I did my walk through with her 2 years ago and she has always remained the same and is very helpful and understand. Carla is our office manager she is fairly new but she is a jewel as well. Her smile and calm manner is very pleasant. I love the dog areas around the site and even the pool area is a beautiful secluded area. Like in said I Love my apartments.

    My husband and I have been in the Hills apartments since 2015, where we have raised our children from birth. From the awesome management team, and the speedy maintenance who could ask for more? They’re always thinking of fun and exciting things to do for the residents! We thank them for all that they do!!

    Due to a family emergency. We had to get up and move from one day to the other. Called a few different places! No one would answer or just not helpful. Thank you Jesus, the other places did not work out! It lead us to the Hills of Palos Verdes! Monique answered my call from the very beginning. I had a million questions and needing to move out asap. Lol. Monique answered every question and helped from beginning to end. Thank you so much for making this process so easy! The apartments are great, so convenient to shopping and highway.     The Hills are the best place to live. It’s quite, clean, and the residents are respectful. The property manager Lisa is nice and polite. Her assistant Monique always answers the phone with a happily and joyful tone. Maintenances are awesome. I love the nearby stores and access to hwy I-30.     The workers of these apartments are hard workers. They come to you’re needs and will assist you in every way possible. In all honesty they need a raise they work too hard in the heat and only get a little time for their lunch break. But overall the apartments are good and I see no problems with them at all

Part of the time with a roomie the other part of the time by myself, I can honestly say that I have always felt safe there and that the staff has always been great! It’s been a quiet place to live with respectful neighbors. My lease is almost up and unfortunately I have outgrown my little apartment, but I will miss it for sure.     I have a friend who lives here at the Hills and every time i come to visitthe office staff is so nice and welcoming, they really make me feel welcomed. I talked to a sweet lady named Esther and she gave me a little information on the place sounds very reasonable and clean!! My lease is up in Dec. I plan on looking into moving here. I sure hope the staff is still here when I come back. I dont even live here and she knows me by name the place i live at now dont ever acknowledge me.Highly Recommend!!!!

    These are good apatments they have a public pool which is cool and there is A LOT of parking space I am not really sure if there are any open apartments right now but they are building an aprtment with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths i dont kniw the price but it is cool!!!!!!
