    Lived in this community for 4 years. Their call out is very prompt and delivering to your appartment door is very safe. I recall they had a knucklehead maintenance guy at a time (thats why i am giving them 4 stars) who would always give excuses for not getting stuff done but since he was replaced, the new guys are awesome. Sadly, some tenants are absolutely filthy 😕 bring out their trash on days valets are off and dont pick their dog crab. Thats not on the guys doing maintenance. Rent is expensive and sometimes they sneak in a $$ here and there on fees🫣 but my overall experience was good.

    I really appreciate the promptness demonstrated.I live on the top floor, work from home and the temperatures have been higher than usual.I was able to work comfortably after William completed replacing the thermostat.He kept the work area clean, explained what action he was going to take on getting the A/C to work.I really appreciated all of this!

    90% of living here is great. I enjoy the apartment, amenities, gym. They staff is helpful and friendly.Whomever they hire for trash valet are awful and leave mess and trash all over the grassy areas which is annoying since that’s where we are supposed to take out dogs to pee etc.Also I have complained repeatedly about my upstairs neighbor since their noise level goes way above anything normal in apartments. Constant loud banging all day long, and I mean loud!!!!Nothing has been done about it and I have to live with it all day every day until sometimes 11pm at night.

    I just recently move to this community two months ago and I love it! The staff is amazing they made the whole move in process a breeze from start to finish. Lochah was very nice and professional with my leasing needs. Rene contacted me to confirm everything for my move which was amazing! The manager Mohammed helped me with everything on my day of move in. He was super friendly and professional. I made a great decision. thank you all so much for your help!!!

    So I’ve been living here for almost 3 years and haven’t had any problems. Honestly I’ve loved living here for the time I have. Maintenance team is always fast with repairs or if I ever need anything. Office staff has changed over the years but I would say for the best because the team they have at the moment is A1!! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to move In the area!!

    Visited these apartments to check them out and I was very impressed. Beautiful on the outside and inside. The front office staff was very friendly, they took time in showing me the different plans a d prices that would fit my needs and took me on a tour. The apartments are amazing on the inside. The pool area was impressive too!

    Nice Complex, Friendly Staff, and Close to the Highway. This complex was nicely built, clean, and the staff offered water when I walked into the leasing office. Maureen had a nice smile and she answered all my questions about the area, the deposit, and lease length.

    All my maintenance needs are addressed professionally and quickly with Zed. He’s always so cheerful and follows up with me to make sure things are working properly. I truly appreciate Zed’s care and time that he takes with my unit! He’s a GREAT asset to the Heritage Grand community!!!
