For going on 3 years, Ive called Haven at Westgreen home. I just renewed my lease, was entered in a raffle, and won a $500 gift card. Ive been very happy with everyone in leasing, management, and maintenance. I love the fact that its a small complex and that its tucked away and not immediately visible to people driving by. I love that they are always hosting events for tenants. One of my favorites was their Christmas gift wrap station. For a few weeks in December the property provided all kinds of gift wrap, bags, tissue paper, gift tags, ribbon, and tape for residents to use to wrap gifts. They have resident breakfast days and set up at the entrance and exit gates handing out tacos, juice, and other breakfast items. Thank you to the staff for going the extra mile to show appreciation to the tenants. If youre looking for a place to call home, Id recommend you check out Haven at Westgreen. Tell them I sent you 😉!

I love Candise! She’s the best property manager we’ve had to date here and I’ve lived on this property for almost 5 years now. She treats you like a real person not just another tenant on the property. I hope we get to keep her for a long time. I love that this property is so close to Rick Rice Park.

I Absolutely loved staying here during my time at the Haven at Westgreen Apartments. I give this property two thumbs up and Five stars because of my experience here. It was so amazing for the 16 months I resided there. the neighbors are friendly. theres great parking and its a safe community. the Katy area is amazing and growing, also there so many things to do and eat in the area. if your looking for a great place to reside I absolutely recommend these wonderful apartments.

Coming in from another state and found this gem. Great community! Nice and clean. The staff is amazing, especially Catherine. She was very knowledgeable and so pleasant. She was able to answer all of our questions. I look forward to working with them in the near future.

I am currently moving from out of town and have not been able to visit the community. However, the leasing office has been wonderful with answering all of my questions and I look forward to moving in.09/13/17 Update: I definitely recommend the property after moving in. The community is small, quiet and so CLEAN! I dont think I have seen a single piece of trash on the property. I love it.11/09/17 Update: Figured I would update this after living in the community for a few months. The complex is still great, quiet and clean for the most part. I am not sure about all the negative posts about the office staff, theyve always been super nice to me. Best part is I definitely feel safe at night and my neighbors are all pretty nice as well. The only negatives at the complex are theyve done 2 mandatory inspections in the first 2 months I lived there (definitely annoying but I understand they have jobs to do too), I received a trash notice for putting my trash out 20 minutes early (extra annoying when other neighbors leave their trash out all weekend), and sometimes neighbors let their dogs poo on the sidewalks. But those are negatives youll find at every apartment and just come with living in an apartment. If youre considering moving here, definitely live on the side where the park is. The dealership on the other side has alarms at all hours.

Our initial experience with the place is excellent. I have always lived in older apartments but it is refreshing to live somewhere new. Apartments offer washer and dryer which is great. They are smaller then the units at Washateria but thats okay. Staff was very helpful in finding the best rate for us to afford. The manager also went out of her way to provide us a wonderful experience too. The area is kept clean and neighbors keep to themselves. The gym area is great and offers enough equipment for a great workout. theres a park right behind the complex within walking distance thats great for pet owners, walkers, runners, etc. I am looking forward to living here for a while but I can only hope things stay as good as they seem to be now. At least for me, it has been a great experience.

The new manager Catherine, is very polite and welcoming. I’ve currently moved in as a family of 3 and she has been very heartwarming. My family and I had difficulties finding a home but Catherine made it very easy for us to find a home in her location.

I love it here! It’s peaceful and beautiful and I absolutely love the office ladies. Norma and Catherine are always willing to help and so friendly. It’s a safe area and friendly neighbors. Haven is a hidden gem and I’m glad I found it.

Great customer service! Unfortunately the new management does not allow you to keep the same rent if you renew as did the first management, thus we are moving out for better pricing. The maintaince is amazing, always there the same or following day to replace things or fix them. Call backs from leasing office to make sure it was completed and to assist any other way they can. Only bad thing is you can’t leave your large mail items in the leasing office, we had our package stolen from our door. But amazing complex, great community, highly recommend moving in here!

I love these apartments. Theyre newer apartments right off of I-10. Everyone that works here is very friendly and they work hard to make sure that you are satisfied! They are upfront about any specials they may have and the application process is quick and easy. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for a quiet and safe community.

I moved out of this apartment almost 3 months ago and realized I forgot to change my address on my wedding registry, resulting in several gifts being sent to my old apartment. CJ in the front office has been so helpful in getting my packages to me! He reached out to the new tenant and was able to hold my packages and contact me. He has done this multiple times now and it is so appreciated. Thanks CJ for the great customer service.

Moving in from out of town can be a hassle. I first moved in to the Camden apartment & wasnt satisfied with management (poor service, bugs, cold water, no parking). A friend then referred me too Haven At Westgreen. I was very difficult to work with and Im big on customer service. I am always right when spending my hard earned money. The management here literally made the whole move in process a breeze. The entire place is clean, hot water, real granite counters top (what what!), always parking and the best trails ever. The plus side is the walls are so thick that you cant hear your neighbors. Over all Im a hard person to please and if I could id give Haven 10 stars.

When I was looking for an apartment, I came across Haven and was impressed with it being newer as well as having updated amenities. I especially appreciate the friendliness of the staff. Elora, Mary and Dolly are such warm, friendly people and the maintenance staff are always ready to help me. If I have an issue, they usually take care of it in a day. I feel welcome all the time and all I can say bad about this place is that the residents do not pick up after their dog has done their doo doo. Its the LAW people, pick up the poo ! Its not the job of anyone else but the owner. It stinks! I am comfortable where I am.

Haven at westgreen is absolutely stunning! Wonderful and caring staff, beautiful layouts of apartments, and great amenities for use when you dont want to be cooped in your apartment. The pricing is incredible for an apartment with easy access to I-10 and restaurants around. Great place to call home!

I just moved into these apartments at the first of the month and i absolutely love them the pool area it has a very nice set up along with a ping pong table and lounge area the inside of the apartments has very nice quality in kitchen counters and large bath tub as well and the people at the front desk are so nice and helpful and will go out of there way to make the moving process easier for you. i would highly recommend this place.

This has been a great experience. Moving from out of state, Genevieve at Haven has helped make the transition very easy for our family. The rooms are beautiful, and Haven is conviently located next to I-10. I highly recommend!
