I’ve been living here for almost 4 years and thanks to Yolanda and Guadalupe this place has been heaven, management is amazing, maintenance is also very quick to show up for any calls. Also love that the property is very clean, the office is very welcoming, ladies in the office make it feel like a home. No pest problems whatsoever, If you are looking for an apartment this is the perfect place for you. Also don’t forgot the office have events going on throughout the year that make you feel comfortable and meet your neighbors along the way.

Ive been here for three years and never had a problemJames Barnes. Im happy with my apartment and Guadalupe has always helped when I need something. Apartment have rules and people need to understand. Property is clean. I do recommend these apartments. Apartment is affordable with washer and dryer inside already

I lived here for almost 4 years, and overall my experience was great. The apartments are beautiful and reasonably priced. Maintenance response quickly and the property is well maintained. Yolanda and Guadalupe make a good team, and I would recommend checking these apartments out if youre looking for a good community to live in. Thanks Guadalupe and Yolunda for all you do.

I have been living here for a while now! I absolutely love it. The staff are so kind and extremely helpful. Especially Yolanda, she has helped me with any type of process in such a smooth manner. They also keep the apartments so clean and give us notices when people will come and clean the outside. Thank you so much! 5 star ofcourse!

Love the community ❤️ been here since the apartment open and I dont plan on moving until I get a house on my own. Maintenance is nice, I always see him clean the grounds.. I just wish people were more clean so he doesnt have work so hard on picking up after others. The office staff is friendly and very helpful with all my renewals and certification process.

My stay was great! Lived here 2 years and it was bitter sweet to leave! Guadalupe has an amazing team they are very helpful! Don’t let the bad reviews cloud your judgement on this complex! Keep in mind it is a smaller complex compared to most there is a limited space for visitors for the comfort of residents to not worry about parking ! Guadalupe knows what she’s doing and keeps it on check! 10/10 would recommend if I ever decided to move back to an apartment I would 100% come back to this one !

They have beautiful interiors with exceptional amenities and a great staff. I love this place and I hope to live here for a long time. Ive lived at HARTWOOD APARTMENTS for 2 years, and I can honestly say that its the best apartment complex Ive ever lived in. The apartments are spacious and well-equipped, the grounds are always clean and well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. But what I love most about HARTWOOD APARTMENTS is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful, and they always go the extra mile to make sure that residents are happy. Especially,Guadalupe she’s awesome!!!If you are looking for a great place to live, I highly recommend 10/10

This property is super clean, nice and so engaging. My kids enjoy going to the social activities they offer. I love the fact that there is a gym that I can access even when office is closed. Management is very nice and by the book, which is to be expected. I see some of the reviews about the property and I just don’t see it. They come to inspect to make sure everything in the apartment is working properly and make sure that the property is not over ran with people that are not suppose to be here.

I am so happy to stay in this place. I am renewing my contract. The maintenance staff work really hard and are attentive to all property needs. Grounds are always clean. I haven’t had an issue living here at all. I feel the staff are welcoming, and I never had an issue with them. Guadalupe has been very helpful from when I moved in here, and answers any questions that I have or concerns. I’ve never had any “rude” encounters from the staff members. I love that us residents have access to the fitness room whenever we want. The only issue is the parking. There should be a designated area for visitors so that residents have their close parking where their unit is. I also feel like if you’re paying rent where you live, there shouldn’t be a limit on when you have company or not. Other than that, Hartwood has definitely been an apartment complex that feels like home, and no one bothers each other here. I would recommend for anyone to live here.

As an Honorary Houstonian, moving to this apartment complex was a breath of fresh air. The hospitality from the staff (Ms. Yolanda and Ms. Guadalupe) to the maintenance team has been amazing. The apartments and it’s amenities are clean and well maintained. Bravo!

Dont know what some of these people are talking about honestly.. I get there are strict with there rules but at the end of the day you sign a contract and you have to abide by what the contract says.. management is awesome and helpfull..the property is nice an clean.. I can just imagine of they didnt enforce there rules and would let residents just do as they please that would definitely not be a good idea.. love the property and for the staff A+..

Since I moved to these apartments I have never had problems with anyone. The neighbors are all very friendly. Lupe the manager is very friendly and is always available to help me. Very quiet and calm. This is my second year living here and I dont plan on moving anytime soon!
