Recently moved here, the office is very attentive, any maintenance needed is addressed quickly and efficiently. Great communication. The layout allows privacy, pet friendly, new neighbors are friendly but respect your privacy. I’ve rented most of my life and I am just so pleased.

So I only lived here for about a year and overrall, we had a great experience. Only giving four stars because it wasn’t absolutely perfect through and through but when needed, the leasing office takes care of business!!! The maintenance team here is so good, almost too good lmaoI swear anytime we needed something fixed, I felt like they were banging on the door the VERY NEXT MINUTE!! And they do bang on the door lol and if they miss you the first time, they will come back 2-3 times a day. They take their job seriously and that gets things done.We did have an ant problem but after we let the leasing office know, they set up an appointment for the pest control to come by. It was a small crack letting them in. I see other reviews complaining about needing pest control and to be fair, yall act like the leasing office staff came to your apartment and put the pest there themselves. If it was rectified in a timely manner, it’s fine girlLastly, someone did steal some stuff from our garage which pmo but I accidentally left the garage open for a couple hours :/ so that’s my bad but also, this happened around 8pm?? And these are nice apartments, who needs to steal storage tubs from apartment garages?? Jokes on them because nothing good was in them except my legally blonde costume.Complex is beautifully maintained! Pool and gym are very nice and the dumpsters are never full. They keep up with the property very well.

Glenhaven star Ranch is a wonderful place to live. I have lived here for a year and a half. The office staff is always courteous, helpful, and they resolve all of my issues quickly. The maintenance staff is very professional and courteous. The apartments are beautiful and the grounds? What can I say other than my apartment has a beautiful view of the golf course and lakes. Glenhaven is at the top of the list of all places I have ever rented. I love it. Check it out.

Just wanted to say how pleased I am with the service and response time here. Robyn, and the maintenance team are so amazing! I had a few things wrong with the townhouse before I moved in. Spoke with Robyn about it and placed a work order and the next thing I knew was they were out here fixing everything on the list. Now that’s service! They are all so friendly and willing to fix whatever the issue was! There was a language barrier, but that didn’t stop them from fixing what needed to be fixed. They even installed a shower head that I had of my own! It is so hard and stressful moving, but this team made it with it! You don’t Always find people willing to go the extra mile, but here at the Glenhaven Apartments at Star Ranch they do! Thank you all for making my move a little easier! I greatly appreciate all of y’all from the bottom of my heart!

The new(ish) Dog Park is something I have wanted to acknowledge and express my appreciation. I have lived in a town home here for about 1 year. I have enjoyed living here but wanted to just mention the improved area where dogs can move without their leash. There has been a space for the Dog Park since I moved in, but in the past few months, I was informed that some of the staff have requested and themselves built / constructed a rock-surfaced are to shade an area for people to sit; cleaned up the area with additional fence improvements as well as planted trees. The area looks many times better and I saw an email from the office that mentioned a water station had been put in and that there will be more improvements and items that dogs can play with. Bravo to the staff and especially those who put in the time and work to create (and continue to make improvements to) a nice space for dog owners in the complex!Some time ago, they even added a wash station that is off the ground and not just a bathtub or kiddie pool. Nice job!!!

Best team and apartment complex ever !!!! Just moved in on May 1st, the application process only took 1 day. The whole complex is even more beautiful when you see it in person. The team is super friendly. Robyn took care of the whole process and when we came to sign the lease she took us for a tour and let me tell you , I didn’t expect it was gonna be this beautiful ! From the lobby, the offices, the huge pool , the gym to my apartment everything was perfect! Love the place and Robyn was amazing, super friendly and answered every single question we had !!!! Love the place , love the atmosphere here . Couldn’t be happier with this place, I recommend it 100% .Thank you team at the Glenhaven At Star Ranch . Thank you for making us feel like family.

We’ve been living here for about 8 months and we love it! Our leasing process was super fast and easy. We were out of state so we took a chance on this place just by pictures/reviews and we haven’t been disappointed. Everyone in the front desk is really nice and helpful. The maintenance guys are super efficient when things need to get done. Agustin has been very helpful with our recent issues. Everything usually gets resolved that same day or the next. He’s also been very friendly to us! I highly recommended this place if you’re looking for a safe and comfortable living experience!

I moved to Glenhaven 6 weeks ago and love it here. At the time I toured the complex 3 days later I was moving in. Everything is clean, updated/remodeled apartments are super nice and bigger than I expected, the grounds are kept, no creepy-crawlies to worry about, the maintenance is on top of things to fix, Justin in the office is amazing, the gym has updated equipment and a decent size, its quiet for an apartment complex, the pool just opened and looks beautiful, a small covered jungle gym for the kids is available and clean, the complex borders a golf course so a stroll around the complex has some nice views. And most importantly I feel safe, #1 priority. Thank you Glenhaven.

The staff is wonderful, responsive and I can honestly say they truly care for their residents. I felt safe throughout my time here and the property is very well kept. We have lived here over a year and have for the most part had an absolutely wonderful experience. The common areas are kept clean, the maintenance team and office team have been friendly and prompt (minus a couple of A/C repairs). The new paint and power washing of the townhomes have given it an updated look and we love our floorplan. The prices did increase significantly for us but I think everyone in the area is feeling the increases. I still would recommend the apartments despite the price because of how much we have loved living here.

We just moved in a few months ago and we love it here! The front office staff welcomed us from day one and continue to do so whenever we see them. My husband and I were very picky prior to moving here. We knew what we wanted, what we needed and for the best price. Marquis Star Ranch had it all. We actually moved in to the town home we were shown. We loved how clean it was from the appliances to the new carpet to the freshly painted walls. Our town home is very spacious and comfortable for our family of four in addition to the extra space in our two car garage. The staff and maintenance are awesome. This property is kept up so well and that was one thing that I noticed when moving here. After living here a few months, I have noticed how the landscaping crews come routinely and like the fact that after they are done they make sure all grass is blown off our sidewalks and porches. The trash bins are close by and emptied out seems like almost daily cause they are never full or overflowing. When we had a service request, which was promptly attended to, we appreciated how we were notified prior to someone coming and who that person was. The pool is always kept clean and tidy for the next day use. I have seen how the staff go in the morning to empty out the trash and clean up before the pool area opens. Living close by the pool was a worry I had cause of the potential noise especially at night, but I can honestly say that it has never been a problem! When it closes at night, I guess someone comes out to make sure no one is in the pool area after hours. For those who have pets, they strictly enforce that the pet owners pick up after their pet, as they should. Overall, this property is just a nice place to live at. Its quiet and never noisy; just comfortable. Its nice knowing that we have a staff that adhere to their job! Management, staff, and maintenance: Thank you for all you do!

Ive been living here for just a few months but I love it. No bugs, management has been great, etc! My only complaint would be that upon talking to several people, their rate goes up *every renewable period* by some $75. While this area is indeed booming, and housing values are going up, thats a bit stiff.Maintenance has been great for me. I put in a request because the kitchen sink was leaking and they installed the part right away. They even did a very tiny paint touch up that I caused by dropping a picture.My apartment has newly installed hardwood flooring that is very nice. Everything is nice, works well, and the front office is great. The pool is incredibly nice and always clean. Also, my neighbors are great!The pricing is high and I know folks who live nearby in other apartments who pay less- even brand new complexes. But its not ridiculously high. My only concern is that at lease renewal, if they raise the rate by $75, Ill possibly stay, possibly leave but if it happens a second time, I will leave. I know that rates go up, and it happens at all complexes but usually every few years, not time after time. That worries me as I want to stay a tenant in the same place for long-term. But Im not up for renewal and wont speculate until the time comes!

Great place to call home! My husband and I have lived here for several months and we feel right at home, the management is wonderful. Gloria was our initial contact person, and she was absolutely awesome. She went above and beyond to help us as we were trying to sell our house that was contingent upon the buyers selling their own home. We had to change our move-in date a couple of times and Gloria helped us every single time. We also had the pleasure of working with Justin, who is just as awesome. Both, Gloria and Justin have been like family and we have felt so comfortable, here at Marquis at Star Ranch. The maintenance crew are prompt and very efficient in taking care of any issues that arise, which, has only been once; however, we always see them taking care of our homes. They are all awesome and we highly recommend Marquis at Star Ranch as your home, you will love it! By the way, It should be 10 stars

I have lived here in a townhome for 4 years. It is such a great community. The pool is great though could use an extra grill or two for holiday crowds. The office staff is always friendly and I have never waited longer than 1 day for a maintenance request to be completed. The newly renovated dog park is leaps and bounds ahead of what it was last year.

We have been here since May 2018, we absolutely love it here. So much more quieter, property is beautiful. The staff are always so nice, Billy helped move us in and took every bit of time to make sure we would be happy with our decision. We leased a four bedroom townhome and had a few work orders to place in, the maintenance staff at the time was short staffed and got to us so quickly. Denise has been so helpful with helping us pay rent online through the fabulous online portal, and has always been so helpful when we pick up packages....FYI if you have a heavy package Billy will not even ask if you need help, he’ll bring it right out to your vehicle! Can’t get any better then these wonderful people here. We came from a new property in the Stone Hill Shopping Center and by far, this has been the best experience we’ve had anywhere. This place definitely needs to pass up to the 4 and 5 star mark. The entire staff has been incredibly helpful. My family had to move in for work on quick notice from another state and they were very quick in all their responses and made moving in flawless!! The area is beautiful overlooking a golf course, the surrounding homes and area are very nice and plenty of hills and sights. Not to come off corny but the other day after a light shower I was able to take an amazing photo from our parking lot that has a rainbow in the sky arching from one end to the other, not saying that the Marquis caused the rainbow but definitely how I feel coming home to this place!!!

I have lived here for over a year and I love it. The office staff is amazing and service requests are completed in a timely manner. One of the best features is the dog park. Recently it got updated with more changes coming. A group of us take our fur babies down to the park every day and we requested a light be installed and it was. They have also put in a Pergola and made the area under the Pergola really firm and easy to walk on, the area under the water spigot has got rocks and a border to keep the area from becoming muddy. We have really nice chairs for pet owners to relax in and 2 picnic tables. We are supposed to get an obstacle course for the babies to play and learn. If you live here, and own a pet, you should come join us some evening, wed love to meet you and your baby or babies. THANK YOU TO THE OFFICE STAFF AND MAINTENANCE CREW!!!!

My husband and I just signed our renewal for another year here at Star Ranch. We live in a townhouse style unit and love the spacious layout of our 3 bedroom unit. Having a 2 car garage is a big plus, we have lots of extra storage plus able to park an SUV inside comfortably. We enjoy being by the golf course, even though we dont golf, but love the view! Maintenance is always quick to respond to any problems and very friendly and pleasant. The office staff has been very helpful and we visit often so our furry 4 legged child can get a treat! The few times that we had any problems with a neighbor, the office staff was quick to resolve the issue. We really enjoy being part of the community here and call Star Ranch home.

We will be starting our 13th year here at GlenHaven had many managers but I must give credit where credit is due Simpson Properties they are the best ones yet and it’s a whole new ballgame. They are trying really hard to bring our properties up to luxury standards and are succeeding. Doing a lot of work here to include, new roofing, cleaning, painting, all new appliances to include washers and dryers, the appearance of the property has and will continue to improve and I for one am grateful for their fantastic efforts.Yes, we are all feeling the pinch of increased lease costs, but having been here this long should tell you it is a great community and it is probably one of the best if not the best Townhouse complex, along with luxury apartments, in this area. Everywhere here in Hutto and Round Rock to include Pflugerville, and I have done my homework, being leased or rented has gone up and we are within that same price range so it’s a sign of the times not just our complex but all of them are now charging more, but GlenHaven are doing a lot of work and it will benefit all of us in the long run. They have added new policies and are following through with them which to me is really important.Sure you can’t get everyone to toe the line but most here “most” do, we have even reduced the amount of Pet Poop problems, which has never happened since I’ve been here but lately seen a decrease in the poop in the grass outside of the units.Give us a try next time you are looking, the old saying “you get what you pay for” certainly applies to GlenHaven. We won’t be going anywhere else this is a great place to live.Joan

Office staff, from first meeting to move-in, were extremely professional and helpful. They showed flexibility and commitment to making the transition smooth. Although the playground is small, and lacking equipment for all ages, the pool more than makes up for it. The expanded playground equipment will hopefully happen soon.

I really like these apartments!. The office staff is excellent and extremely friendly. The only issue I have is that I have a family of elephants that live above me. I know there is going to be some noise. Its apartment living...that is expected, but they stomp around all the time. I have asked them to walk more quietly and I have reported them several times and the staff does notify them. It calms down for a day or two but then STOMP, STOMP STOMP!!! (I believe they do it on purpose). I will continue to report it as long as then continue to stomp around. Other than that, these apartments are GREAT!!!! I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone!!!

Okay looking somewhere to move ASAP. I stopped Star Ranch after leaving Fairway at Star Ranch I was immediately greeted by Mrs. Stephanie with such genuine and excitement. Although it was raining that day she set up a walk through with apartments. With the other apartments I was turned around bc of weather. I have my budget and Mrs. Stephanie along with Billy Westfall they got my paperwork for the apartment of my dreams (jacuzzi tub) stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. I love it for a very reasonable price. Everytime I have I walked into the office Mrs. Stephanie and Billy go above and beyond to help me with my confusion of anything I need. The resident portal make everything so manageable when need to communicate after hours. I highly recommend Marquis at Star Ranch for your next home.

Ive lived at the Marquis Star Ranch Townhomes for 3 years now, and decided to renew again there, and Lexi took me through the whole process...finding a new unit, setting everything up, giving me all the different lease options, basically making it what I would call the 5 star treatment.....a very wonderful person to deal with, extremely helpful and making the whole relocating process a dream. My hats off to the whole staff for making my move a super positive experience. Would recommend Marquis Star Ranch to anyone who is looking to move to an higher end townhouse or apartment in the Round Rock, Pflugerville, Hutto area.
