    5 stars for the concierge team Jesse, Kerry, Tamika, Ms. V! Theyre approachable, friendly, and helpful! Most of all, starting my morning or ending my night with seeing them really completes my day. And I appreciate the 24h concierge service.Also, 5 stars for the quick maintenance team which includes Hampton and Jonathan. Theyre replaced my faucet, microwave, batteries, and etc efficiently. They even give me helpful tips.Ive lived at other Windsors, and this one is unique and my favorite. You cant beat the industrial vibe of the concrete walls and views. Elevators are also fast.Weve lived her for 4 years now, and Im not sure we want to buy a home anytime soon. Also, cant beat the walkability to a grocery store, bank, several local coffee shops, Flower Child, a British bar, a department store, and the Katy Trail. Living here really helps with my work life balance.

    Glass House Apartments in Dallas is great! Hampton, the maintenance team is efficient and always handles work orders quickly. Patrick and Angela gave an excellent tour and helped secure my future apartment. Tamica, Kerry, Jesse, and Ms. V are all wonderful, making the concierge service top-notch. Highly recommend!

    The Glass House by Windsor in Uptown Dallas is exceptional! My son lives there, and I’m thoroughly impressed every time I visit. The apartments are modern with incredible views, and the amenities—like the pool and fitness center—are top-notch. The location is unbeatable, surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The staff is friendly and attentive, making it a fantastic place to live. Highly recommend!

    For anyone who moved to Dallas in the mid-2010s, The Glass House has long been a landmark residence and a point of reference in the city’s skyline. While newer high-rises have emerged, this property has stood the test of time, maintaining its exceptional upkeep, charm, and the classic Dallas vibe that I appreciate. Additionally, it remains competitively priced, offering excellent value in the luxury rental market. The leasing staff and concierge team are incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Although I ultimately did not find what I was looking for, I would strongly encourage anyone in search of a well-maintained, vibrant, and iconic high-rise living experience to visit The Glass House!

    Ive enjoyed living at Glass House with my partner and pet for the past two years. The concierge, management, and maintenance teams are all amazing and that seems like a hard feat for buildings these days (as Ive moved a lot during my time in Dallas) but they go above and beyond to make this place feel like a community. Kerry from the concierge team spoils my dog in the best way and treats my partner and I like family. The property manager, Chassity, is a superstar. She takes the time to listen to the residents issues and solves problems fairly and just. Chris and the rest of the gentleman on the maintenance team are very personable and are great at fixing issues in our unit quickly and effectively. My unit itself is spacious and stunning with great sunset views. I couldnt have asked for a better experience living in Uptown.

    I am so thrilled Rodney has joined the team at Glasshouse. He is the best technical member in all of Windsor. Not only does he address the issue but also shares how to prevent it from happening in the future. Rodney has helped me on so many occasions with my maintenance and technical issues - he used to be my go to person at the other Windsor community. I am so grateful to our property manager for bringing him on board. I know Glasshouse is in good hands :-) Woohoo Rodney 🙌🙌🙌

    12/3/24 Update:Returning to update my review based on marked improvements around the property over the last couple of months. There has been a pretty big turn-around!I still dont feel comfortable giving 5-stars based on the condition of the elevators and the dated build outs versus other properties in the area.Previous Review:Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.I have been in the building for 8 years and most of those were fantastic. This used to be considered Windsors flagship. I guess they have given up on it. In the past couple of years this place has gone downhill fast.The good:-Location?-Front desk staff are awesome and all of my interactions with office staff have been good-The viewsThe bad:-Cleanliness of all the common areas has gotten bad. The pool likes to turns shades of green, the gym doesn’t get cleaned… ($40/mo fee)-Apartments are dated, especially compared to other properties in the area-I’m pretty sure the guys below us are running a frat houseThe Ugly:-The elevators are death traps. I can count on more than 1 hand the people I know that have gotten stuck in them, or worse FREE FALLEN MULTIPLE FLOORS! Inexcusable! You can’t make this up.-Garage doors are regularly broken. Time to rethink the gates and vendors we use to support them. ($30/mo)-As mentioned in another review, fire alarms go off regularly without cause. Oddly enough, I helped put out a fire in the building a year or so ago and the alarms never sounded.It’s a shame to see this place fall into disrepair. I don’t know if the problem lies in property management or the lack of support for them from Windsor. Either way, look elsewhere.

    Long post. Two years living here. Mid floor corner unit 2b/2ba. Views of north and east are not ideal but still awesome. The lobby is fine and the concierge staff I have always found to be friendly and helpful. Same with the business office. I didn’t spend a lot of time at the pool, but it’s nice. I did spend a lot of time at the dog park and it’s generally well maintained. My apartment was built with quality materials (heavy glass, etc) and the ceiling height was 10-10.5’ so it seemed roomier. The ceiling material is unfinished, so it’s got kind of a floor to ceiling glass loft feel. The mechanicals are solid. The AC was balanced and blew ice cold air. The appliances and cabinets are middle of the pack, but I did have a new washer and dryer. Everything else worked. Best part of my unit was a tile shower stall 3’x5’ behind the door with a super high flow head. A scalding hot 20 minute shower. I required maintenance three times and the most time it ever required was 35 minutes from call to resolution. I had my dog out at all hours and I never worried about it. It’s not an area where people would go if they didn’t belong. I found the rest of the tenants almost always pleasant, with the average age around 34, best guess. When I needed some flexibility on the lease terms, Nora in the leasing office was great. Overall it’s a good building in a really great location and it’s pretty easy living.

    Lived here for a year without issues! My AC just went out and within an hour I had a temporary portable AC brought in so I could carry on with my day, per usual. A few days later, when the unit arrived it was immediately installed and I’m back to satisfactory! Thanks to the prompt, responsive, and helpful maintenance department at the Glass House!

    I have nothing but wonderful things to say about The Glass House by Windsor and the whole Glass House team!! I have lived here for a couple of years and love the building, the location and specially the wonderful team that always makes us feel right at home everyday!! Its a beautiful luxurious building, centrally located in Uptown Dallas and super close to great restaurants and the American Airlines Center as well as the Katy trail and public parks. I highly recommend The Glass House by Windsor and their team. You can be sure that the best thing about The Glass House is the amazing team that they have! They are all truly wonderful, efficient, super nice and in my opinion the best in Dallas! Thank you Chassitty, Angela, Kerry, Jesse, Cynthia, Tamika, Nora, Edgar, Jose and everyone in your team for being awesome!!!

She was always a pleasure to work with.

    Love love love our concierge staff Jesse, Kerry, and Tamika! They are so wonderful! I always enjoy coming home and passing through the lobby because I’m always greeted with a warm smile and hello. They treat the residents and their guests so well, they really make it special here.

    I have only had good experiences here. No noisy neighbors, maintenance team (Edgar) respond to same-day calls, management team and concierge team responsive and friendly, and our apartment floor plan is a great deal. There have been issues with heating and cooling but the maintenance team works hard to fix them. I have not experienced issues with the elevators yet as other reviewers have mentioned but will adjust my review if this changes. Currently, for the views, build quality, and floor plan, I think this apartment offers a great deal. Its not without its issues (garage doors, etc), but thats the case for any building. The only negative so far seems to be small storage and closet spaces. You have to get creative with that.

    This is an amazing building with an even more amazing team. I had a wonderful experience renting an apartment with the help of Nora. She was very friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs and preferences. She showed me several units that matched my criteria and budget, and explained the features and amenities of each one. She also answered all my questions and concerns about the lease agreement, the application process, and the move-in date. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free for me. I am very happy with the apartment that I chose, and I appreciate all the help that Nora has provided. She is a great asset to the team and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new place to live.

    I’ve been a resident at glass house for 3 years and believe it’s a great place to live. In particular, Kerry with the concierge team is awesome and very helpful and always a joy to speak with. I’m sure other glass house residents would agree. The maintenance team is responsive and the property manager Chassitty is helpful with resolving any issues. The location of the property is great as well.

Then went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect apartment again when I decided to transfer to a different unit. I couldnt be happier with their service, and I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a new place to call homeOf course, I cant forget about the outstanding service I receive from the concierge team.     I’ve lived here for 2 years already, and going for the 3rd. These are the best apartments I’ve lived in.Their layouts, design and floor-to-ceiling glass windows are all great and unique, the concierges are all very attentive and helpful, the maintenance team is responsive and do an awesome job even the same day you request it (shout out to Edgar!), and the concrete walls do a great job making it all very quiet.Thank you Glass House team!

    The facilities are really nice and the staff is exceptional. Special shout out to Jose and Edgar on the maintenance team. They are quick to fix any issues in the units. The concierge is also a really nice plus to have when receiving guests. Jesse at the front desk is amazing. He always has a smile and great food recommendations.Everyone who I have met in the building are respectful and friendly. The units have a pretty thick firewall between you and your neighbor so sound hasnt been an issue. If you are on a lower floor you will hear vehicular traffic at all times of the day, especially on weekends. Floors between units are concrete so heavy footsteps havent been an issue, but you will hear if people are dragging furniture or playing music with heavy bass. If you have an issue with noise with a neighbor the concierge will give them a notice.The one issue that has been persistent during my tenure are the garage doors. For about 6 months it seems the garage doors facing rosewood court has not been working. There has been some criminal activity which we were made aware, but overall not terrible.The cost of living is reasonable. The rent renewal can be steep. The cost of rent provided online is fixed and determined by an external provider so negotiations are slim to none. Lease renewals are at probably are 5%-10% increase based off my renewal. Angela, one of the leasing agents, was super helpful in exploring other options in the lease renewal.Overall Glass House is the an amazing facility. You will not be disappointed.

    Glass House by Windsor is by far a top notch apartment community that I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home! From the moment we toured with the office staff, it has been nothing but kind, genuine and helpful interactions across the board. The office staff is incredibly helpful, responsive and OFFERS to go above and beyond compared to any apartment community I’ve ever been in. On top of that, the rotating concierge staff is absolutely incredible. Within the first two weeks they knew names/apartment number and asked on a regular basis how we were settling in and if we needed anything. We see maintenance and housekeeping staff every single day tending to the upkeep and regular maintenance of the property and ensuring that we have a comfortable and clean community to come home to!It is absolutely insane how vastly different one community can feel compared to a community like Glass House. And to top it all of, the apartments/views are just as nice as the photos and worth every single penny.Most people don’t ever deal with office staff after they sign a lease and when they do they often have negative experiences. We’ve been here for nearly 3 months and I can say without hesitation that this is the absolute best staff who provide nothing but positive interactions that everyone wishes they had to come home to! The property manager Chassitty is the sweetest, most genuine and helpful property manager I’ve ever interacted with. Same can be said for everyone else at Glass House.10/10 would recommend.

    I have lived at Glasshouse for almost 3 years and love it here. The apartment has a great location but the main reason I live here is because of the staff members. Jose, who I am not sure ever stops working, goes above and beyond when it comes to solving any maintenance issue. The rest of the maintenance team is amazing too. They are always so polite and respectful when working in your apartment. Taylor, the Assistant Manager, worked so hard to find me the most perfect unit in the building. She was so wonderful to work with and one of the sweetest people I have ever met. The whole concierge staff is amazing as well! I have toured a lot of apartments in the Dallas area and have never found anywhere that feels like home more than this place because of the people that work here.

    I loved living at The Glass House. It was a great experience thanks to the caring and amazing staff, and neighbors. Theresa and her team were always helpful and accommodating, specially when I had to sadly break my lease due to an unexpected job relocation by my agency. The maintenance staff was always very responsive and prompt with my requests. And last but definitely not least, the concierge staff is second-to-none, Steven, Kerry, Roman and Cynthia. Always courteous, kind and looking out for the residents. I highly recommend living here. I sure will if I ever end up moving back to Dallas.

    The Glasshouse is Top Notch! Living here wont disappoint as literally ever single aspect of this experience was above and beyond. Youll notice some residents have lived here since the day they opened, and most only move out because they bought a house or are leaving the area. I feel like my rent money was well spent mostly due to the accommodating and friendly staff and management (2018- 2019).These guys do EVERYTHING they can to help with your needs. From the day I came to tour the property until 9 days before my move, everyone has been helpful and assisted with a smile. Maintenance, staff, and residents here are the best out of anywhere I have ever lived! The staff was better than my property where I pay an $1095 a month HOA.Im a sky rise living gal, since the day Ive been living on my own, and they win out of best experience of all times.Thank you for making my 1 year living experience in Dallas the best decision I made coming here.I made so many friends thanks to you guys bringing people together with your events and staff. Also, just making everything so smooth and pleasurable. I appreciate everything you do and I will always recommend Windsor & The Glasshouse to anyone!!!

    I just need to say how awesome the maintenance team is. Edgar and Jose are always on point. They are super quick to respond to any maintenance request, we dont need to ever wait for days and days for things to get fixed. They are always very friendly and always check how things are whenever they see us on the property. Things definitely run smoothly because of their efforts and hard work.     Taylor, Jose and Tony are why I love living here going on 3+ years. They have each gone above and beyond what their role requires for me and I seriously cant thank them enough! Professionalism across the board except for one occasion with a maintenance person they contracted from a different company , but they immediately cut ties with them when i reported the incident. i absolutely love living here and i always feel i can count on them. the pool is pretty great too. :)

    I would highly recommend the Glasshouse for anyone looking for a great place to live in Uptown. The building is beautiful, the pool is gorgeous, and it has an awesome workout room and business office/work spaces that tenants can use. The maintenance team is exceptional - their response to any requests are usually completed the same day and they go out of their way to make sure everything is always in perfect working order. The cleaning crew is always friendly and courteous and busy keeping the floors, coffee station, and doors sparkling clean. Front desk staff and concierge - also 5 stars! Were in walking distance to Flower Child, Nobu, Sixty Vines, and Ocean Prime. Ive lived here very happily for 5 years.

    I have lived here for almost 4 years and have loved it. Its a great location and the apartments are condo-quality. The key attribute for me is the management and maintenance. The concierge crew (Kerry, Tony, Roman, et al.) and the maintenance group (Jose and the rest) have always been courteous, responsive, and competent. Recently, all my floors were replaced. This could have been a painful, lengthy process. The workers were excellent and careful and finished in a day. I was very impressed. I recommend this residence, and especially its staff, highly.

    Jasmine helped my brother & I get into our apartment.Honestly, I was super underwhelmed by many apartments I saw in downtown Dallas. Not only is this building beautiful along with the apartment but the excitement that Jasmine displayed was what initially got me so excited.We are officially moving in Saturday and couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend y’all contact Jasmine & Glasshouse before there’s no more spots at this place.Adding on after I have moved in...     I love my new home from the staff concierge and my new neighbors everyone is great. Not to mention the maintenance went above and beyond full filling my requests. Very professional and prompt. No complaints at all, although i wish i had a bigger sink in my kitchen. Other than that great decision to move to glass house.

    After renting in many places, I’ve now been living at Glasshouse for more than two years. I can say without a doubt that the maintenance team and the front desk/concierge staff are the best I’ve ever worked with. They make you feel right at home and understand your every need. Really the best.

    Im only starting with a 4, because Im still in the viewing & then application process. However, I wanted to leave a review for Dominique, who has been working in hand with my realtor Kay. She has been helping in providing floorplans, pricing, and answering all my questions through email. I have been looking at a few other properties, but so far Glasshouse is definitely top tier and #1 on my list just because of Dominique. As a black woman in this world, its hard to get even standard service; let alone stellar service. Its hard to express yourself, without being classified as aggressive. I know Im a handful, & have high standards coming from owned highrise properties. Also being a single woman, relocating to another state brings a lot of anxiety & stress. So it means quite a lot to me, to have someone like Ms. Love & my realtor Kay; to work with patience & help assist me with such a big move from another state. As long as I can confirm, & see the actual unit; I can pretty much say Ill be going with GlassHouse.

    By far one of the greatest places i have lived in dallas over the last 15yrs. Aside from the excellent location, amenities, open space concept/windows…. the concierge and maintenance teams are a breath of fresh air and truly made this community feel like home!     I love how Jose & Edgar make things better around here in a short time frame. I called about an issue in a shared hallway that was created by someone dripping bleach down the hall. They replaced the major parts quickly and completed it when the materials came it. They take pride in making all parts of living here - the place I call home - beautiful and cared for

    Love everything about this building. The maintenance team is exceptional, the front desk team is amazing, the pool and outdoor space is gorgeous, the building always has events to get the neighbors together, it is quiet and the people are very respectful - Everyone makes you feel at home and are always there to assist with a smile.

    First and foremost, special shout out to Tony, one of the front desk concerige personnel. I had to come back to edit my review and give him some kudos. He goes out of his way to ensure residents and guests are taken care of. We love you, Tony!! Please proceed to read the rest of my banter...This place is immaculate. The name holds true to the decor, meaning that every single unit we looked at, the interior had glass fixtures, providing the ultimate views of the downtown/uptown area. A few key things I appreciated:1. Location - guys and gals, this is the prime, central location to all the hottest (and of course, bourgeoisie) spots in Dallas. You have the beauty of the Crescent Court, and endless dining/bar options (i.e. Tipsy Alchemist, Ocean Prime, Moxies, Trulucks, Capital Grille, etc). All these and more right within footsteps.2. Interior - up to date stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, garden tub, granite countertops and semi high ceilings. Did I mention all units are equipped with a washer/dryer?3. Cleanliness - uber clean facility and well maintained.4. 24/7 concierge service. This is key people. If you are an avid online shopper, like myself included, it is so convenient to retrieve your packages at any given time and day.5. Staff is friendly but really, thats a given.Now, lets talk about my 4 star review. Theres really only two reasons:1. Price Point - pardon my lingo, but the price is whack. What makes matters worse is that there is minimal room for negotiation. They start off at a low ball offer with 2 weeks free rent. Really? Is that a thing? Ive done my fair share of apartment hunting and have gotten at least, to the bare minimum, 4 weeks compensation as a starting offer. You can get a lot of bang for your buck elsewhere that are just as comparable. I can understand and would be more acceptable to the price of rent if this were a brand new facilty however, not the case here. This place has been around for a minute.2. Parking - very minimal. We had to valet at Ocean Prime ($5) and walk to the complex. There should at least be sufficient number of parking spots dedicated to future residents and visitors.Overall, the good outweighs the downfalls. If money is no object, Id say this place is a win for a year lease.

    This apartment complex is fantastic, with only occasional issues with the garage door being out of service. I would like to give a special shoutout to Jose and Edgar for their excellent service - they are always quick to address any problems and have been extremely helpful.

    The Glass House is one building, very tall, with 375 apartments inside. All of the apartments are accessible from a primary elevator set. You walk through the extensive lobby, enjoy a free beverage and then head to the elevators. As you enter to get on the elevator, you will love the digital TVs mounted inside the elevators that are usually focused on sports of news.The apartments all have a LOFT feel (some plans more than others). They start from the small one bedroom tiny studio units to larger elite penthouses. There are one and two bedroom floorplans, and quite a few of them! FYI, that is another thing I do love about the Glass House. I like it when you can rent something at even a relatively inexpensive price under $2,000, but still enjoy the same amenities as someone paying $10,000 a month for the penthouse! Also, the apartments are priced according to the FLOOR. There are definitely some fantastic downtown and city views at the higher floors. Those views are going to come at a premium, but the premium is not ridiculous.Here are some of attractive features of the apartments at the Glass House:• LIGHT, lots of light – Each room is always going to have pretty much wall to ceiling windows inside the living room at a minimum, and often in the bedroom as well if it faces the outer wall.• Recently built Appliances – Ovens, microwaves, counters, everything…it is very recently installed.• Hardwoods or Concrete Floors – You are going to always have hardwood or concrete floors in all apartments here. One bedrooms have more concrete options.• More Minimalistic interior – The interiors are minimalistic and modern.• LOFT looking – The ceilings are CONCRETE, with an exposed, unfinished concrete look. Also there are typically curved walls on the outer rooms.• Balconies – the majority of apartments have balconies. If you want some fantastic views, you can have them!... and enjoy them on an outdoor balcony.When hardwood or concrete floors extend through the main living and dining areas. The bedroom mainly has carpet, with the exception of a few plans (such as the smaller studio units).I also like to detail any weaknesses I see. I do feel the Glass House has some areas they could improve, so please note:• Washer/dryer not included SOMETIMES – The washer/dryer set is included more often than not. However, about 25% of the floorplans do NOT include this needed appliance set. Take note.• Closets can be smaller – The closet space is rarely huge in many of the floorplans. Sometimes it is just plain small.• No walls for bedrooms – Many of the one bedroom floorplans are true “loft” style. That means that they don’t have doors for the bedrooms, among other things.• Pricing is sometimes high for the square feet – Pricing per square feet on the Glass House can be higher at times than most other Uptown Dallas apartments.For additional information, please review my further thoughts at Uptown101 .

    We love living here. Been here since 2018 and dont plan on living anywhere else! It is super walkable, has plenty of parking, is kept super clean inside and out, and staff is always very responsive. It is a complex that can truly feel like home.
