Moved in a few weeks ago and so far very satisfied with everything. Lani in the office has been a big help and so has the maintenance staff Rudy. Ive put in a couple of work orders already one in the night for the kitchen sink and he came the following morning and the other for assistance with the knobs for the washer and he came less than an hour later. Very great service and friendly. Thank you to for the great service. Keep up to good work

I’ve had the pleasure of working at this apartment complex for a while now, and I can honestly say that Loni is an absolute jewel. I visit the property weekly for pest control, and every time I see her, she’s always so lively, bubbly, and full of energy. Loni is not only incredibly sweet but also helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to the apartments. Whether answering questions about the tenants, apartments or coordinating with me for pest-related issues, she always makes everything go smoothly. If youre ever looking to lease an apartment here, I can’t imagine a better person to help you find the perfect place! I highly recommend working with Loni—she’ll definitely make your experience a great one!

Loved the tour I had with Maribel! When I walked in the leasing office, I could tell the complex was going to be luxurious and well kept for the amazing price of rent and the attitudes of the leasing agents. Maribel was an absolute angel in taking me in for a walk in tour, had the best conversation with her. Once we toured the units I was interested in, I could immediately tell that this was the apartment I wanted to live in. Units were renovated and clean and did not have the smell of previous tenants or other weird smells! Very gorgeous property with cabanas to relax when you want to be outside and breathe fresh air. Gym looked well stocked with equipment and the pools look fantastic! Thank you Maribel for the experience! She is very informed about the units and what to highlight to prospective renters about the features and amenities. Would highly recommend Maribel if anyone were to tour the complex.

This is a beautiful area to live in with great access to all the shops in and around McArther and 635. Maribel is a huge asset to this community. She is always knowledgeable and professional, super friendly and helpful! She has helped and resolved many issues and more importantly treats everyone with respect. He is fantastic person to meet on the property and treats everyone like a good neighbor is genuinely interested in improving the property.

Such a peaceful place to live. Moved in last year Anna really sold us the place the first place we saw with spacious restrooms! The pools are so fun in summer and so well kept we always see them servicing them with the needed chemicals yet never a burning smell of bleach. Truly Love GVR and this community

Annas promotion to assistant is well-deserved, and I couldnt be prouder of her. The property manager Karen is also delightful, and the maintenance team is prompt and thorough with every request made including my need of them having protective shoe ware when entering my home. The community boasts a variety of floor plans-(I opted for the smallest 1x1 which is perfect for just me and at the front) creating a serene and quiet environment. Crime has no address- I was informed of my neighbors car broken into, which was an unfortunate turn of event for she is a pleasant lady and this incident caused a huge inconvenience. As I can only speak on my experience being, I have not had any issues.The community is conveniently located and close to Dallas. Take a tour and decide for yourself if it’s your spec.

I visited the site to see for myself. Olivia took the time to help tour the area and she was always very polite, courteous and attentive to our needs. She expressed in great detail what the apartments had to offer and I was very pleased with the mention of a gym and tennis court that is there for residents to use. Rent is affordable and the property is kept nice and clean. It sits in an area that is away from the chaos of traffic but that has shopping locations 5 minutes away. I am considering renting in the future!

Leslie was incredibly hospitable and detail oriented. She walked me through all the amazing amenities and the leasing requirements. Having lived in apartments , I know that your dealings with the leasing staff will be consistent through out your time living there. I just want to say that after reading the reviews it was scary but I took a chance and been living here now for about 3 years, so far been very nice and quiet, I am please with everything and everyone at the leasing office and sales office been wonderful. So far I do not have any regrets. And this is a clean and nice community, I am glad I took a chance. My lease is up so I had to move closer to my Job now, Ellen the office manager she is wonderful and have a kind hard and very understanding and when you put in a request for service they are on it every time so I want to thank all the staff members.

I lived in this complex for 4 years and moved out after buying a house. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I loved the area, which was close to work and had a plenty of walking trails.Also want to point out that the parking was never an issue (comparing to other apartments).I want to personally thank management for being so kind and attentive to me. And also want to thank the maintenance guys, who were always there when needed even after business hours.I did my best cleaning the apartment after moving out, however there was some considerable wear and tear after 4 years. I was pleased to receive my deposit back.If you are respectful of others and pay rent on time, Gardens Of Valley Ranch is definitely a great place for you!

He was prompt and very nice, and the door is fixed!

I visited this property today to take a tour and I was welcomed with with a warm greeting by Leslie. I informed her I was interested in a 3 bedroom. Unfortunately there were no 3 bedroom floor plans to show, so she showed me the largest 2 bedroom. It was super upscale & cozy! Also I was very impressed with the breathtaking view of scenery to vast nature trails and three pools for enjoyment. If you’re looking to move in ask for Leslie, she is very knowledgeable and so sweet with a beautiful smile. I would definitely recommend this property!!

Unfortunately there were no 3 bedroom floor plans so she convinced me to view the largest 2 bedroom. Very comfortable and upscale! If you’re looking to move in ask for Allison! She is very knowledgeable and so sweet and patient. She was understanding of all mine and my family’s needs. I would definitely recommend this property!!

We moved in to the Gardens of Valley Ranch about 2 months ago and the move in was very smooth .The units are very beautiful with lots of natural light and a stunning view . Our unit is 2BR /2BR with a nice backyard view. The design is amazing and feels like living in a house and very spacious and well planned/designed. The landscape is well maintained and clean. Very safe and quiet place. Ellen, Marie,CC and indeed all the staff at the office is very professional. Ellen and Marie goes above and beyond to work with residents and answer questions . Their customer service skill is exemplary.So far, we dont have any complaints .We recommend this place.

I am not a person to leave reviews but I feel some sort of responsibility to talk about my experience the last 3 and a half years living in Gardens of Valley Ranch. First of all I want to say that the MANAGEMENT team is amazing, since I first moved in they have treated me with upmost respect and understanding. I completely understand that not everyone has the same experience but I brag about this STAFF like its my job! They keep me informed and they attend to my concerns and comments in a timely manner. Over two months ago our A/C was not working, we have a pet so we needed the A/C to work as soon as possible to be able to go to work and leave our dog refreshed. They came in within 1-2 hours and fixed our A/C. I have needed to transfer from one apartment to another and they have made the transition very easy. They are willing to listen to you and find a resolution that benefits both parties. I really hope you all give them the opportunity to be your home because you will love it.

I have lived here for 16 months. I absolutely love it.I find all of the staff members to be super friendly and resident oriented. I do not have time to go sit in the office and chat, but if I did have time.. I totally would. They are just that type of people. I have never had issues with pests of any type and any service requests are always addressed promptly. They even call back to insure satisfaction.I love the area, it is in close proximity to just about everything. My Electric bill is a bit higher here than other places that I have lived the highest being $160.00 in the middle of the summer. I think this is in part due to high ceilings (which I happen to love). The crime rate in Valley Ranch is really low, huge plus for me!! I would not let a few disgruntled previous tenets dissuade you from an amazing apartment community.

Ive been in this complex for about 6 months. The ladies who work in both the resident and leasing offices are the sweetest and Ive never had a problem with pests. I used to work as a leasing consultant, so I know you cant always count on bad reviews that you read from disgruntled people. I definitely love it here and would recommend to friends. Perfect location as Target, Kroger, Walmart, and plenty of restaurants are close by. And the airport is only 10 minutes away, so great if you travel a lot.

I came across this property when I was on my way to work and noticed how close the commute would be if I moved here! I stopped by during my lunch break and was greeted by a golden brown sparkling cinnamon tone Leasing Agent by the name of Lesly. She was beyond helpful in the details of the two units that I looked at! She also described the lounge area to be vibrant and when I walked in, that was the exact mood that it gave off! The complex comes with a wide space pool, all the necessities in the gym, and even a tennis court! My lease ends in a few months so I’m definitely considering becoming a resident at this complex. This property is worth the tour especially by the descriptive imagery of Lesly!

Thank you, Leslie, for narrowing down my apartment search. Came in late on a Thursday to look for an apartment for my fiancé and I. The oaks at valley ranch up the street wouldnt give us the time of day, but the agent here managed multiple inquiries, was interested and very patient. She stayed late to help us and never showed any sign of being ruffled or bothered. She showed us two apartments, explained our options and apologized for having to break away to help residents and other folks looking for apartments. Cassidy ( I think her name was) also was very welcoming and was very apologetic about the wait and offered us drinks and treats!She was very professional and upbeat -note to management - hang on to Leslie - she did great!

I am about to sign my 4th yearly contract with GoVR. Obviously I am happy here, otherwise I would not have stayed. Good for the person who took a chance. I find this a quiet, well-maintained and constantly upgraded apartment community. Maintenance is fast and accurate. There are no insects anywhere to be seen because there are regularly scheduled treatments. They offer nice upgrades upon contract renewal. It is in a great neighborhood. I find management polite and very service oriented. However, I am never rude to them nor do I make unreasonable demands. We get what we put out.

I read the other reviews, and was cautious when inquiring, but it seems kindness goes a long way, and is a two way street. Having worked in customer service management for 15 years, I was able to tell immediately that these reviews were situational, by the way the staff interacted with me and the residents who stopped by in the office during my visit.I am a very new tenant, but so far all the things I was dreading have been non-exsistant. The staff (especially Ellen and MaryAnn) have really focused on anticipating my needs, and even went the extra mile to secure a special unit to work with my budget—much to my surprise and without being asked.I felt very cared for and welcomed. Time will tell if the residents and other staff live up to the high standards set by this experience, but with Ellens tenure at this location, I dont suspect she wont run the tightest ship possible.

Moving can be such a stressful experience, but Jordan provided a great tour of the apartments and property, was incredibly gracious with his Texas charm, and answered all of our questions. Plus he provided great recommendations for food and fun. We will most certainly return to Gardens of Valley Ranch when our plans relocate come to fruition.

Im leaving a v in-depth review so people looking for apts know what theyre getting into. so here it goes lolI just moved in about a month ago, into one of the non upgraded one bed room apartments and I can say its a pretty decent place to live. Its extremely quiet and there are a lot of amenities in the 5 to 10 minutes away, so you dont have to travel far for the things you need. the walls are pretty good. Like two of my neighbors have kids and one also has a dog and I never hear them.The older apartments do come with white, older appliances but arent a huge issue for me personally. also, the counters are also not stone and the flooring is vinyl wood. same with the bathroom, vinyl flooring and counter layovers. Stoves are electric. You get Washer dryer hook up but there is a Laundry center. Several pools and a gym but they are closed due to CoVid. They also have an amazon hub which is good.Now leasing. The leasing agent worked really hard to get me an apt in my price range. They initially showed me an ungraded apt but when I asked to see a non ungraded apt, they said one wasnt available to view in any size. The women in the leasing office are nice but I was missing a couple things that werent given to me on move in day like a condition form or the code to my amazon hub, which were easily resolved. You have to make 2.5x the rent per month to live here. Electricity is based on how many bedrooms your apt has and is split btwn the units. Same with the water bill. I havent had an issues with bugs or rodents. The outside is pretty well kept when its warm outside.So far I think its a pretty valid place to live. Ill update my review if any issues arise. But one thing I can say is take pictures and right down everything on your move in condition form, even if its something basic like a stain or a missing lightbulb, because based on other reviews, you maybe over charged for any issues that are discovered on move out.
