I want to thank the regional manager, the new property manager, and especially Diane.They took my bad situation with the previous staff, and quickly resolved my issues. That’s good customer service right there .

We stayed from 2020 to 2023 May at The Gardens Of Josey Lane with two elementary school kids. Over all we have good experience. Place is safe to stay, good elementary school (McCoy elementary), park nearby, Staff were nice, they always respect tenant concerns. One less star is for roaches, although staff call pesticide personnel multiple times with our request (they also visit regular basis) roaches never leave our apartment.

The property management is awesome and the maintenance is quick and reliable. I’ve lived here almost 4 years and we have never had a problem with any residents.

I am new to the state of Texas and the New Manager Mario and his staff member Carolina were very nice and made my moving experience less stressful I really like them both and i am looking forward to my experience as a tenant with these two. The apartment was very nice and the neighborhood is super chill and there is a cute little park across from my apartment and a nice open trail with a beautiful pod view. Mario is making a lot of changes and has really done a great job with upgrading the property, he is also very tentative, he knows his tenants by name.

Ive lived her for almost a year and a half. The apartment complex is around 47 years old but the complex is kept clean, they regularly spray for pests, the management has fixed the items Ive asked them to, and the area is quiet. The other tenants are friendly and very nice. Its located near a bike path that my son and I can take to Downtown Carrollton for dinner. Overall this is a nice place to live.

I have been here for almost a year and so far I like it here. There are roaches but I keep a very clean apartment and they send pest control when I need it. When something need to be fix they have taken care of right away. Management I am very happy with they will help you when they can.
