This past year for my son and I living at the The Fountains of Burleson has been a blessing for us coming from NC. Also I would love to give a shout out to my 2nd favorite landlord Ashley Kempsell for taking the steps to make our environment a better and safe place to live. However, she always is very patient and kind and resourceful. I know when I have any questions or concerns, she always able to make sure get the answer for you. I was raise as if you dont ask, you want no the answer. Keep doing what you doing Ashley. You Go Girl.

We have lived here for a year now and have enjoyed our home very much! Ashley is always super helpful and so sweet, maintenance is fast and efficient any time Ive ever needed anything, and our apartment is clean and well maintained. Happy to be here! ☺️

I have no complaints. I’ve been living here for about 3 years. Ashley the manager is awesome. I’ve never lived in an apartment where the manager is this great. I started in a one bedroom and she helped me out on getting a 2 bedroom so my son can have his own room. She made the transfer so smooth and easy. This is a great place to live if you’re looking for an apartment.

Ive lived here for a little over a year now and I believe this apartment complex is fantastic! They are very understanding and the maintenance is great. I can call the front desk and they will put the work order in for me. Maintenance is usually out there the same day unless they need to order parts which is understandable. Also I like the fact that I can walk in to the office and they remember what my name is and what apt # I live in. That just shows me that they actually pay attention, and you dont get that very often. They are very nice people and they will take care of you!As far as the noise level I have not had to complain. There is a little bit of noise (sometimes) but it has to be right outside your apartment window. Ive had no trouble with the neighbors either.The only downside is the apartments are a tad bit expensive but you get what you pay for. This apartment complex is definitely one of the nicer ones in the area and I hope this review will get rid of any doubts you might have if you are thinking about moving here. This place is fantastic!!

I have lived at Fountains of Burleson for four years. Management and staff are friendly, efficient with all residents needs and/or concerns. Maintenance is prompt. The grounds are kept clean and groomed. Neighbors are friendly and kind. This apartment is in walking distance to stores and resterants. The fitness center and pool are amazing to enjoy. Ashley, whom runs this complex is so gifted in her managment roll and she understands how to serve her residents with good customer service.

Were set up to move there in September. Working with Ms. Russell has been the most pleasant experience I have ever had in dealing with a leasing agent. She has gone above and beyond in accommodating us and is always nice to talk to. I cant say enough good things about her. I wish everyone I communicated with was like her. Give her a raise!

I have lived here for about 5 years and have never had any issues. Maintenance has ALWAYS been quick to fix any problems I had, says hi whenever they see me and is always super helpful. The front office has solved any rent issues I have had and worked with me.

I just moved in and aside from the pool being down due to mistreatment by other ppl living here, I am happy with my choice of the Fountains of Burleson. Office Staff and maintenance are friendly and go above and beyond consistently. The employees you have here really do care and you can tell!

I’ve lived here for over a year now. And I love it. The staff are very friendly and take care of business, any issues get resolved very quickly. For the most part I’ve had fantastic neighbors as well. The facilities are lovely. Glad to be a part here.

This will be my 2nd time moving into the fountains! I love it here the staff in the office are so awesome I consider them friends. They take care of us the areas clean and the pools awesome! The maintenance guys do a great job to! I specifically chose moving back into the Fountains above all other apartments in Burleson because I know theyre well worth the great prices and the apartments themselves are excellent!

Kristen and Terri are amazing at what they do. Everything gets taken care of and or fixed if there is a maintenance issue. I am glad to say I live here and it does stay quiet for the most part being that it is an apartment complex. Everyone knows everyone and we love the summer activities that they coordinate for the kids.

Will strongly recommend this place!!! Very homey no bugs no promblems if there is a problem they are on it !!! The pool the gym and the pool table what else could you ask for properties are kept clean as well!!!

The property is very well maintained and I have enjoyed my time here. Any maintenance issues have been addressed promptly. Neighbors are quiet and friendly and my preteens feel safe here. Great mix of singles, families, and retirees!
