    The new owners have made this apartments complex the best, the atención from the office, and the maintaining guy are the best. They are really sweet and are able to fix your problems 🫢.     Very friendly staff. Especially Ms Claudia has been very welcoming from the very first day I moved and very helpful in any way I needed. All the staff that works in the office are welcoming and nice people. The complex is usually quiet. If you work from home or are in school, there is no distractions or kids running around causing noises.

    The management crew at The Fountains at Chimney Rock is above and beyond excellences. The have worked with me since I first moved in two years ago. They have completed every maintenance request in reasonable time. Their notifications keep me informed with anything that goes on. The renovations are awesome. Great work FaCR!

    I have consistently experienced the best residential support services living at the Fountains at Chimney Rock Apartments.The office staff have always treated me with respect. The Property Manager, Mrs. Claudia Santos is very professional, friendly, and helpful. Mrs. Santos has a friendly smile every time I see her. She is one of the nicest, kindest individuals Ive ever met.Maintenance is awesome, also. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, I have always received a prompt and timely response. Whether it was the changing of light bulbs or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensures satisfactory completion. I intend to continue renting from Fountains at Chimney Rock with no sudden plans to relocate, and I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming families and graduate students looking for housing. For pet lovers, this property is a pet friendly environment. We have In-person security patrolling the premises at night.Metro has THREE busses traveling at the property.The #49 travels north and south in front of the property on Chimney Rock, and the #309 and #310 traveling east and west of the property.Reading some of these comments regarding rodents, Ive been living at this property going on TWO years, and Ive never experienced either rodents or roaches. People living here are generally respectful and peaceful.I have not experienced anyone playing their music in a disrespectful manner.

    Ernesto was very helpful and he was very concerned about me!!! I love my apartment!!!If you do not have a parking permit they will tow your car?No refunded!!! 2 times within weeks!!! The reviews are true so please take your time if your really looking for a place to stay quiet for the most part!!!

    The leasing agent that assisted us was absolutely phenomenal. He was very kid friendly, accommodating, and most of all polite. He made sure we understood the lease and made my family feel welcome. I appreciate him for that. His customer service is awesome. Aside from the gracious leasing office staff, the property is clean, quiet, and affordable. Im just moving in, but so far this seems like a place I wouldnt mind calling home. So far so good!

    Thanks to Omar and Sergio of the maintenance team for searching around the complex until they found where my package belonged after Fed Ex left it on another door step despite the fact that my apt number was included in the address. They went above and beyond the scope of their job description and with a smile. A very friendly place to live

    Ive been a resident here for years. I know people are freaking out with the new management letters. The residents need to read there contract really good. They cant get mad at the office staff there just doing there job like we do ours at work.
