It has been great moving here since last few months. The apartment and community amenities are great and the maintenance requests are handled promptly. Apartment life team Kayla and Reagan are also very friendly and helpful. Lexi walked over the leasing process and made sure the process was smooth and efficient. Claudia has also answered my queries and questions promptly and has been helpful to address any concerns I have moving in my apartment. The maintenance crew is also friendly and promptly addresses any concerns .

I have been living at firestone since November of last year. The leasing team was exceptional in finding and securing a floor plan that worked for us. We have had minor issues due to no fault of fire stone (ex, a leaky faucet & a drier with excess lint build up), each maintenance request we enter is fulfilled sometimes under 24 hours but always in a timely manner. The dog park is well kept, and maintenance cleans up regularly behind tenants who forget to pick up their own dogs poops. We feel secure and safe here- as a mom to a special needs child that is usually rare.For complete transparency, the only complaint I could possibly have is the kitchen sink water pressure is poor. However, we have a dish washer.Firestone has been great for us. Highly recommend. The apartment life team fed us a free pizza last week! We love it here.

I have lived here since July and have really enjoyed it. Claudia walked us through all of our options and helped us pick a unit that fit our needs best. We have had maintenance come in less than 24 hours of both of our requests which is really helpful. The gated area and security measures make me feel very safe and comfortable in the downtown area. Everything was super clean and ready for our move in day!

From beginning to end of signing the lease everything has been amazing! Mari has been beyond helpful with every step. She asked what I was looking for in a new home and she delivered! Traci and Mari have helped me and my spouse from day one. I’m so excited to be joining the Firestone community. It’s close to everything I love in Fort Worth which is my hometown. Only a few blocks from my favorite place on earth Trinity Park! Plus close to Panther Island and every restaurant I can think of. It’s just up the street from the cultural district and of course 7th street nightlife and yes brunch! I’m beyond happy with choosing Firestone to be my new home!

Love this place! Has everythingneed and more. Prime location & way more space than others looked at. Girls in the office have been great. Theyre friendly & helpful. Move-in went smooth, paying rent is easy & the office has communicated with me on any questions lve had. Basketball court & weight room have been an added bonus. No one else has this size of gym or this much equipment.

I moved in recently and as every apartment requires, we filled out their inventory list. In which there were a few things we noted on the list that were promptly addressed by the leasing office to setup a time where maintenance could come over and fix. They were able setup a time the next day and Chris with their team came over and discussed the issues with me and what he could fix that day and set up a time to come out soon after to situate one last issue. Chris was very nice and personable holding conversation all the while making the scheduled repairs. Looking forward to seeing what this complex has in store for us.

This Apartment complex is great! staff is very friendly and helpful. Paris (lady in the office) was a pleasure to talk to and even made a point to ask about the progress on our house which was taking longer than normal to build, which goes the show the kind of culture that the staff has.As far as the apartment complex goes, our apartment was very nice and a good price compared to other apartment complexes in that area. We had a one bedroom apartment which was laid out very well and a great size for my husband and I. Apartment was very clean and well maintained when we moved in and every problem we had was fixed by the maintenance crew promptly.All and all we had a great experience and will be recommending to family and friends!

The leasing staff is so incredibly helpful! From my initial apartment search through the move-in process, the staff was knowledgable and helpful. One of the managers, Cole, went above and beyond making the leasing process easy and seamless for me. I signed my lease remotely, and he made the entire process as easy as if I were physically in the office. Cole walked me through the leasing steps, called to remind me of important deadlines, and even offered to personally send pictures of my specific unit. I have had a great experience so far and highly recommend the facility.

Just finished my 1 year lease. I highly recommend this property if you want to put up with downtown rent and having a far away dumpsgsr. I give 5 stars for the highly responsive staff especially Tim the senior maintenance service manager taking care of emergencies late at night saving my pregnant girlfriend from losing our precious baby from the heat. Lately life has been stressful with her medical history of having preclampisa complications in past pregnancies. Tim definitely went out of his way on this one. Big thanks to the staff and everybody giving us an extra condenser and getting it fixed late👍

So far so good! The apartment was clean and nice when I moved in--with the exception of buzzing from my A/C which was fixed almost instantly once I brought it up. Muriel in the front office has been super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Time will tell whether it will be good for the long run, but at this point I wouldnt hesitate to lease again.

The clubhouse here is one of the best in the area! I’m a very active individual who loves to workout and their gym is amazing. There is a variety or machinery, weights, the gym has a 2nd level for cardio, AND there is an indoor basketball court!! It’s also located in a great area near entertainment and restaurants. It doesn’t get much better than this.

Last week while I had a foot injury, Anthony the maintenance man helped my wife with three trips of groceries from the car to our second story apartment and even helped change a light bulb. These guys always go above and beyond!!!

The renovations are something that should have been done 2years ago.Paris in the office is the best and always makes sure to follow up on any work orders and even delivered my package to me when I had hurt my back a few weeks ago. Beautiful older buildings but... there was an accident today with a vehicle hitting the carport and the carport dropping on other vehicles. The tenants are talking about how unreliable the staff are here, very hard to get anyone to respond. There was a maintenance person who appeared an hour after the accident, but no one from management. Someone told the maintenance person it was their day off. Nice guy, but the tenants are very upset because they were told no one is coming to fix the carport and theyll have to wait several days before they can use their vehicle. Wow! Cant afford to fix problems immediately! Now the tenants are just standing outside complaining about this organization, the ownership and management, appears to be chronic. Its a beautiful place near downtown, such a shame to have so many tenants dissatisfied simply due to the management here.

NEW RESIDENT REVIEW:We originally signed our lease with the other company and was notified that a new company took ownership. Reading all the negative comments about the new company made us extremely nervous to move into firestone. Our first experience with the new company was them calling us to say our unit was unavailable due to no power. Being the day before we moved, we were quite upset as everything was changed over and we hired movers. Mariah was patient with us as she showed us a different unit that still had an amazing view. She offered more than enough to cover the inconvenience of moving us to a different unit. After noticing a few issues with the apartment, maintenance was quickly there to fix it! We understand that some dont like change but being an outsider I would say this leasing company is doing a pretty good job.As for the complex itself: Amenities are amazing! Beautiful pool and outdoor area! They have wonderful plans for the dog park (which our violet will love) and what a great area! It is so close to 7th and downtown! Their office is open everyday too! Will update in a few months on how everything plays out!

Lived here last 4 years through management company changes. Last one was fine - overall clean property, community events - all of which was pre-pandemic. Current management has had ups & downs for sure. Seems like last 6 months or so theyve been consistently better. Theyve re-done lighting, new salt water pool, new pool furniture, plus they always answer the phone when the office is open, which was not the case before. There are pros & cons to every apartment community Ive lived in. This place has the best location hands down & its not $2000 for a studio like other places are charging.

We have a friend that recommended these apartments. They are so modern and have great amenities! We went to have a look and were blown away with how attentive and sweet the staff was. The property tour was so fun, and you can tell the ladies enjoy what they do!The apartments are beautifully updated, and on point. When our current lease is up in about four months we will consider renting here if they have anything available at that time. Kudos to Firestone on 7th, outstanding staff and gorgeous location!

I have lived at The Firestone for almost two years, and I have no plans to leave. My apartment is beautiful and spacious, the amenities are great, and the location allows me to be downtown without being in downtown traffic. It is in the heart of the city and near the cultural district, yet maintains a suburban garden apartment style. I have been aware of Firestone Apt since their construction, being a 59 year old native resident of Ft.Worth, Texas. I remember the Firestone tire and auto center that was once there on the corner of Henderson and west seventh street. I have always had a fondness for downtown Ft. Worth and its culturral and entertainment attractions. So when I decided to relocate my family of four to downtown, Firestone was the obvious choice. Firestone apartment homes and town houses are very conveniently and centrally located between the business sector of Downtown Ft.Worth and the urban city life of West seventh Street. My experience in applying for my townhouse was very pleasant and efficient. The leasing agent, Naomi made me and my family feel immediately at home. She was very sensitive and attentive to the needs and residential concerns of me and my children. If your looking for a warm upscale Downtown Ft.Worth apartment home, as 50 year resident of Ft.Worth, I would suggest you check out the Firestone Apartment homes on West Seventh. Ask for Naomi. She will make every effort to get you processed, approved and into your new home as quickly as possible, without any hassles or problems.

We were dubious about where to move, my daughter, a Physician had to work in the Covid unit. We spoke to Paris, the girl with a sweet disposition and highly competent, she allayed our fears and went beyond her call of duty to help us find an apartment. Each time I needed help, she was always ready to help and assist us in the most courteous way to make our stay here at Firestone extremely comfortable. Our calls for maintenance were promptly answered and seen to immediately. The apartments are spacious and luxuriously comfortable. The location which is close to Sundance Square, restaurants and shopping is an added bonus. The gym and pool areas are well maintained. Parking within the gates are very safe. Recently lived at Firestone for 6 months.I’ll start by saying for those moving in the move-in was effortless and super informative (Muriel was the one that helped me move in I recommend seeing her). The ladies at the front showed me around and broke down the prices for everything. Amenities were a huge plus, the weight room is huge and a favorite especially during Covid since gyms are packed. Lounge area is just as spacious with room for game nights with friends or to lay back and relax. They have a really cool volleyball and grill area for the upcoming summer, and best of all how close it is to downtown and restaurants without the traffic. 12/10 recommend

The past company “fixed it” multiple times but was never able to get it resolved. The new maintenance crew, specifically Noe, got it corrected within his first try. Traci & Brianna have made a huge difference in their short time here. The evening before Thanksgiving I noticed valet trash had not been picked up yet. As I was leaving for dinner I saw Traci & Brianna coming down the stairs each with several bags of trash. When I asked what they were doing, (since I have never seen any manager carry trash, let alone down 3 flights of stairs) they said their grounds person had quit that day & they weren’t going to let one person ruin it for their residents. The fact that these 2 women were doing the valet trash themselves after dark the night before a holiday showed me they really care. While I have seen several positive changes in the last month, this definitely topped my list. I’m excited to have 2 managers who really care in addition to the amazing Paris & Muriel in the office.

It’s the perfect apartment for us and our 1 year old son. Management & staff were super friendly I know for a fact that I’m going to love it here!

I called several time after being hung up on and been given the run around about the refund, In September I was finally told I would be refunded a certain dollar amount I would have the check by the end of the month. I call October 3 and was told the refund still has not been processed that there is a balance. Mariah in the front office is AMAZING she did some research and answered my question.

My husband and I lived here for a little over two years and loved it. We moved from out of state and this was the perfect apartment for us since it was within walking distance of Sundance Square. We were able to easily explore our city without the hassle of driving anywhere - it was so nice! Firestone also does monthly social gatherings - sometimes its a happy hour or an art class. We enjoyed these because it helped us make some friends and get to know our community a little bit better.Firestone offers really great amenities as well. The gym is really nice - and it typically isnt too crowded (unless you go on dodge ball night). The pool is also lots of fun - I do not recommend taking kids there though. Every weekend it gets crazy packed and its like a massive college party and Im certain that the pool is 50% beer by Sunday evening. It does make for good people watching though! The apartments also have a very small dog park. This is a nice amenity to have however it is neglected and filled with poop. If they cleaned it up more often and it wasnt a massive mud hole it could be great. We still took our dog there from time to time when we couldnt walk him. Just watch where you walk and never go after it has been raining.The apartments themselves are pretty nice - they are outdated just a touch though. You can definitely find something in the neighborhood that is nicer and newer but the price of Firestone is much more affordable! Since you live downtown it isnt very quiet in these apartments but it didnt bother us too much. The neighbors were very quiet and we didnt have too many rowdy people who lived in the community. Most of the noise is just traffic from west 7th. The staff is very friendly for the most part and we never really had too many issues.I would highly recommend not shipping anything to your apartment if you can ship elsewhere. The system the office has for receiving packages is really awful! All packages are delivered to the leasing office - the leasing agents sign for them and then you have to come get them. The only problem is, they dont actually look at what they are signing for so if your package gets lost there is no way to know if it was stolen from the office or if the UPS guy just missed it on his truck. If the office loses your package they will do nothing to help you - and its a pain in the butt to prove its missing since the office signed for it. There were a few occasions where I went to pick up a package and the leasing agent handed me stuff for different apartments - If I wasnt paying attention, I could have easily walked home unknowingly with someone else stuff. Just ship it all to your office if you can.Aside from the package drama, and poopy dog park - Id highly recommend living here! Its a nice community with lots of activities surrounding it. You definitely get your moneys worth here! If I ever move back to Fort Worth, Id definitely move back into these apartments.

My son rented an apt here sight unseen. Moving from Nashville to Ft Worth for new job out of college. Both Sara & Allison were so helpful ! Complex has amazing newer amenities and grounds are kept well. Lobby , workout gym and basketball courts are very nice as well as lounge area. Very clean and appears rather new?Sadly , pool closed right now but it also looks very nice. Apartments are pretty standard with granite , newer cabinets and laminate wood floors. Inside apts the walls and ceilings are painted a light mocha with white trim. Very neutral .... maintenance responds very quickly and although office staff are busy touring and phones don’t get answered they ALWAYS email you back. Nice complex that has gated parking and lit up well at night. Seems dog friendly and very close to downtown as well as tons of shopping. My only complaint would be no elevators for 3rd floor apts (tough moving in ) and hallway floors could use power washing. I’msure the stains come from valet garbage but they definitely need a good power washing ? Staff that we have encountered are very sweet & helpful ! Rent prices do change daily so if your wanting an apt don’t hesitate in completing your paperwork ..... pricing only goes up ... nice place to live .... You definitely need 5G WiFi in the area .... They have a large mailroom for package deliveries which is very secure. Had tons of stuff delivered from WAYFAIR , Costco , etc and no problems encountered. Again , staff are helpful as well as maintenance staff efficient & friendly ....

Update: I will agree with my fellow residents that there have been alot of changes that have occurred since the change in management last year, however, with all change there are things we like and dislike. I see that they are attempting to make upgrades to the property and with any construction project there will be inconveniences. I would definitely suggest providing better communication (not same day emails), as well as, better response times to service requests and any raised issues. I would like to commend the team (Holly, Paris, and Noe) for continuing to work through Covid and help with several issues. Working directly with them has made life easier. A year later and I would still recommend this apartment complex to those looking for somewhere that is quiet and close to downtown.I recently moved from NY and my transition here as been amazing especially given the help from both Faith & Paris. They continuously go above and beyond with helping and answering any questions or concerns that I may have. The apartments are spacious, quiet, the complex is clean. The location is perfectly located downtown: walking distance to many restaurants, bars, nightlife, Sundance Square. The trinity river is a beautiful place to get a nice walk/bike ride...There are many nice places within walking distance or a 5 minute car ride. You will love it here.

In the past, when I dealt with management trying to apartment shop, people are very pushy and non transparent. Faith was transparent and went above and beyond for me to get the best deal. My apartment was clean, staff friendly & my dog loves the dog park. Trash doesn’t seem to be a problem daily, just when people throw away big furniture, but that’s been every apartment I’ve lived in. I love this location & my home, way better than living right on 7th. Great value.

I recently moved into one of the townhouses here at firestone. For downtown living, the Unit and location are amazing for the price. Paris from the front office has really gone above and beyond. She has made the move in process seamless, as me and my roomate have complicated work schedules, has responded to all of our questions and concerns very quickly and positively, and has overall provided a great experience. I highly recommend firestone for anyone looking for a downtown but also home style feel.

My girlfriend and I have lived here for 3 months now. Weve loved every single day. Applied 3 months in advance, and during the whole process, we were taken care of frequently by Sarah and Ahlana, who are always quick and professional with answering questions and taking care of concerns. Ive seen alot of apartments, and Firestone beats any and all others that Ive come across in every department. No complaints at all.

Have loved this complex since I moved in. The staff is willing to help every time I have a question. I recently transferred from a two bedroom to a one bedroom and they were helpful with options and the transfer procedure. I highly recommend this complex because it feels more like a community than just another apartment complex

Coming up on our one year Anny and we really love it here. Location is great. Views spectacular. And staff is friendly and attentive. Also love the upgrades and technology of the property. If you like community living in the city, You won’t be disappointed.
