    I have been in this apartment complex for almost a year. the management of this complex are very receptive, understanding and comprehensive in their to do daily activities most especially dealing with the renters. They are always on top with their maintenance as long the request is made to them. The good thing about this complex it’s very clean and everything here is in order. I will continue to be here until I buy my house.

    I have been living in this resident for about two years and it is a safe place to live in, We have excellent manager. Ms Joanna. Shes a wonderful person ,my children love her so so much,oh the house keeper so nice and she doesnt play with her her job ,they always take time to attend to issues.I like the management team .security wise, they are excellent.Mentinance is excellent.This is a resident to stay an have peace. I Always tell people to come and stay that they will never regret living in Falls of dairy Ashford.Thanks everyone I appreciate you all.1check what is wrong and fix the issue. And plus we know people around us so when something is wrong theres always people to go to and get help.

    A safe place to live. I leave at 5am in the morning and I feel safe and my car is safe in the parking lot. The is some on the gate on the weekend for security. We dont have stray people roaming about this property. Maintenance is good.

    We have been living here for 5 years and maintenance has always been great. It’s always clean all around and staff are friendly and hospitable. Security is good and place is peaceful. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

    Very quite place to live in, safe and sound some of the people around here are very nice. My son enjoys that there is a GYM facility. Non the less this place is a good place to live in. Plus the school is about 3 to 5 minutes away.

    My family and I were affected by the winter storm forcing us to move from apartments and we are glad to have come to these apartments. Joana was very helpful informative and very nice to where now were are residents there!!! My parents, brother and even dog and I se every happy here now and we’re grateful Joana helped us out.     Falls of Dairy Ashford is such a prodigious apartment to settle and cultivate. I have been occupied here for the last 5 exceptional years of my life and I have in delight and security. This place is practically a breach free zone. The manager is here absolutely impressive, along with the maintenance. I am quite delighted that I found such an impressive apartment right for me and maybe even right for you too.

    I’ve very satisfied living here for decades, over the last 5 years there have been improvements throughout the complex. The cedar brick walls surrounding the complex supports security, roof replacement; many apartments have been upgraded with granite counter tops, crown molding; wood and ceramic flooring, ceiling fans with lights, new kitchen appliances, and multiple smoke alarms. Maintenance and office personnel are professional; JC ensures work orders are completed also there is a follow-up call to check if the tasks were done and are there any issues remaining.

    It is a beautiful place, the central area with many schools nearby. From primary schools to secondary schools. Apart from that, the admiration you have for Miss Johanna is an excellent administration, very quality and a good person. If you have any problem, do not doubt that she will solve it very quickly.To the extent that the other part of the team can, everyone there does a good job from administration and maintenance.May God bless these people.And may they continue there making that complex a better place..

    They usually dont return the deposit. I left that apartment a year ago and they still havent returned it to me and I left the apartment in good condition.
