I live here and I have never had any issue about my deposit when I transferred. I think these people dont know that you have to CLEAN and youre not just entitled to a refund. I would love for the owner or leasing to be able to show the condition of the apt these people that complain leave them in. They are the same ones who live very dirty and dont watch their children, I see them outside doing nothing and letting the kids run around without supervision destroying things. The girls in the office are very nice and helpful as well as the maintenance team.

I really liked my apt, I went in last minute when they were about to close. I was showed a move in ready unit and was very satisfied. I moved in much sooner than expected :) really happy about that also the staff was very helpful with everything.

Happy to be living here for 18 years and I have no complaints about the apartments. On the contrary, the staff is very attentive and friendly and maintenance is efficient. The property is very clean and the parking lot is very large. I recommend it :)

I have enjoyed the 4 years that I have lived here. Mrs. Beny is very nice and always helps me when I ask her for help. There is always plenty of parking and maintenance is up to date and they have emergency service when there are problems after hours. And I still enjoy living here.

I dont recommend them, Im going to move sooner, everything is fine now, no maintenance is coming, they stole my car here at gunpoint, they put guns on me and everything, and the office is not responsible for anything.
