    I have been looking to move for a couple of months now and came across this property. At first I gave it a 8/10 but the customer service that Ruby Toro showed made it 11/10 and thatā€™s no Exaggerating šŸ™ŒšŸ½ I felt very comfortable she answered every question I asked she was so attentive so nice she made my search very easy ā€¦. Now as for the property it was very well maintained very clean the amenities are beautiful nice quite area to be I definitely recommend these apartments !

    I was looking to move and met Sharika! She was TOP TIER! Fast responses, always available to answer questions, walked me through the process, the list of compliments can go on and on!     Thanks to the amazing staff at The Falcon at grand harbor, especially Nancy. Moving can become so stressful but my experience with Nancy made this process so easy. The property was clean upon my arrival, the tour of the property was beautiful. The property was so quiet each time I visited, this has been by far one of the most easygoing process Ive experienced. I cant wait to call this place home.

    Last year I toured the beautifulFalcon at grand harbor . The office staff was so trustworthy and helping me make the best decision. The office staff is very polite and professional. The unit I saw was so beautiful clean smelled like home . Iā€™m so blessed the lord blessed me to live here . The office staff willingly worked with me and me and my dog love it here

    I donā€™t even know where to beginā€¦ I toured this place back in April and fell in love on sight with the property. The staff then made me feel very welcome and at home, Ruby and Edye to be exact. So shoutout to them for being so patient with me over these last few months. I got information, asked questions in regards to a personal setback and was told I should be fine. Here I am, weeks later inquiring again and finally the day comes where I decide to apply and BOOM, rejected due to that same matter (background) I mentioned several times prior to applying, just to turn around and be told no the moment I actually applied by the property manager. Felt like a huge slap in the face being told yes, yes, yes and then NO. Overall, if you decide to live here- the area is great and beautiful. The entire staff is extremely kind, helpful and seems to manage their daily flow of people very well. Just ensure you get all of the facts right before you waste time and apply.

    I totally love this place oh gosh. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. I also appreciate Ms. Aidde for taking her time out and reaching out to me to help me secure a home.     I have lived here for 2years. the floor plans, amenities is excellent. Kitchen space in 2bedrooms are too good. Spacious pantry, and cupboards and granite island. Apartments are spacious,staff is very kindly and friendly. Any maintenance issues will be addressed on same day. No theft problem, neighbors are quiet. No tall buildings around so you get enough light and fresh air on all floor plans

    I showed up to the apartments at 5:00pm due to me have to work And was greeted in the front office, and once I told them, I wanted to tour the property for a two bedroom. They were more than happy to help me even though they were getting ready to close in 30 minutes, I loved the property. It was nice and quiet. The inside of the two bedroom model apartment was beautiful. I instantly fell in love and canā€™t wait to lease.

    I absolutely love the tour everybody that helped us view the plan for the detailing the neighborhood. It looks so quiet. Want to move in as soon as I possibly can. I love how family oriented the set up i canā€™t wait to move in.

    Just moved out of this complex after two years so I thought it would be fair to give a review now. Overall I loved my apartment, I liked the area where we were and how close it was to the stores. I will honestly say the complex went down within the past year, waste baskets outside would overflow and maintenance cleaning the hallways were few and far between. Work orders sometimes took awhile to be fulfilled as well. Maintenance could have definitely stepped it up.We did have an issue where our upstairs neighbors would constantly stomp on our heads all day, we did try to speak to them about it but once it did not stop we did alert management, they said they sent a lease violation but I have a hard time believing that because the stomping did not stop.

    Where do I start, I have had the pleasure of Working with Addie and she has been nothing short of amazing in assisting me with my application. She quickly solved any issue i had and has definitely made this transition a smooth one. I am transitioning from Dallas Tx and there was literally no need for me to drive back and forth regarding status everything is done online and through text which is extremely convienent. So if you are looking for a place to live and direct communication i recommend this property. Have a little patience and youll be moving in in no time i cant wait to move into my new home!

    I visited Falcon at Grand Harbor to get some information on leasing a unit. Although, Ms. Colleen was the only one in the busy office at the time, she made me feel welcomed and acknowledged. She patiently answered all of my questions. She even in took me on the tour of the property in the rain, so I didnā€™t have to return another time. The property was beautiful and quiet.

    I moved here in March of 2018 and have loved living here! The property itself is beautiful with a ton of space to walk, run or for kids to play. The gym here is great and pretty large so even when its busy you can still get a good workout in. They have one of the most beautiful pools I have ever seen and it gets a lot of sun! The apartments themselves are nice and spacious with great appliances. Theres also a super nice dog wash station that my pup enjoys going to after a day of running around in our backyard!The staff here is absolutely incredible!! The property manager has been here the entire time Ive lived here and shes wonderful. The assistant manager Kacie and leasing staff are so polite and get things handled quickly/efficiently. I also cant say enough good things about the maintenance staff... They are the nicest guys. I havent needed them a whole lot but the few times I have, they fix things VERY fast! There is always plenty of parking and the grounds are kept up well.

    I applied while still living in Colorado. But the application process was fairly pain-free. In all honesty, the location is quiet (for the most part, there is somebody zipping through the complex on a gas-powered four-wheeler at night, but its infrequent) the car wash facility is incredibly convenient and once the complex fixes its network issue and allows codified entry (for deliveries and such) it will be even better Im sure. The ladies at the front desk are remarkably pleasant and the rental rate makes it that much appealing. It is ideally located approx. 5 - 7 minutes from everything. Costco, Walmart, Target (11 minutes), Capital One bank, Navy Federal, both highways (I-10, Grand Pkwy) Katy Mills mall, etc. and there is a very quaint lounge area near the pool thats perfect relaxing.

    Love this place and definitely love the staff! Everyone in the office is so friendly and very helpful. Very on top of things. The maintenance is also very attentive and they definitely take care of you right away. I love the spacious floor plans and the amenities. The pool is absolutely gorgeous and the gym has many options to choose from. This is such an awesome place to call home. So many shopping and restaurant options close by too.

    Ive been living here for going on 3 yrs now and I love this place. Karen was my leasing agent and the Best i have ever worked with. She is so welcoming and humble. The apartment has great features and the amenities are awesome, the green trail is perfect for my morning runs. Maintence is top notch as well they always fix any problems I have within a day. I would recommend Eleva as my experience has been a great one!

    I have family that lives here and they love it. I have heard many great things from my cousin and have seen it myself too when I visit them. Might consider moving here when my current lease is up. My cousin had a maintenance issue while I was there and they came pretty quick to fix it. That says a lot for the care they give for their residents. The office staff are always so nice even when you pass them on the property.

    First Id like to say that this property looks amazing, from the outside to all of the amenities in the front office! I went and viewed two different one bedroom units and they are very modern and spacious on the inside! Also, if you need ANY help, look for Brittany! She was super kind and really broke everything down for me so clearly, and I really appreciated that! The other front office staff were very warm and welcoming as well, Im super excited to move in at the end of this month!

The leasing staff is extremely friendly, in fact Angela was so pleasant to speak with and she provided so much knowledge on what the community had to offer.     Just finished my first month here. Love it so far! Karen B and her manager have both been super helpful in getting me settled in. Thereā€™s always people outside enjoying the amenities. I enjoy that the gym is open 24/7. Lots of patio space on my unit! Even large yards for dogs. Will post another update down the road.

    I love these apartments! Theyā€™re amazing but they wouldnā€™t be if it wasnā€™t because of Dailet. She is so hardworking and takes care of the pool and the grills. She keeps the property clean, even on the weekends. She also cleans the apartments and theyā€™re always clean and shining. Iā€™m so thankful for her work and Iā€™m sure others are too.

    I found out that I had to relocate from North Carolina to Houston and I only had a month to make everything happen. Yeimy, from the office went up and beyond to make this 18 hour relocation easy as possible. She sent me a video of available units, helped me endlessly throughout my application process and worked quickly to have everything done. Additionally, she has been SO kind. She has treated me like a friend, not a client. Knowing no one in houston she has taken away so much stress away from moving so far away from my home.I am SO excited to move into my new apartment and I know that I will be well taken care off based on how amazing I was treated as a prospect.

    Eleva is great! Friendly staff, and great amenities. Thereā€™s a dog wash and a car washing station on site, which is amazing and super convenient. The parking is great, I can always park close to my building. I donā€™t understand the reviews about amenities, they are open and in functioning condition. I have a high standard of living, as I am in the industry, and Eleva has not disappointed. When you come, ask for Sabree. She made everything effortless and just a breeze!

    I absolutely love living here. Kacie was the one who originally showed my apartment before I moved from Michigan. Her and the rest of the girls in the office are tremendous help. Anytime I need something taken care of they get on top of the problem right away. The apartment I stay in is an A2(i think thats what they called it) I love the granite counter tops, the stainless steel appliances, the modern look and my private balcony. I fell in love with this place the day I took the tour and I dont plan on leaving. It is a very peacefully place to live

    Relocating to Texas & this was on my list ! As soon as I pulled into the complex I encountered a lady name Loretta. She was walking the grounds and clearly in a hurry.. me being me lol I stoped her to ask her a few questions thinking she was a resident but it turned out she was a one of the leasing agents, she immediately stoped whatever she was doing, made a uturn and assisted me immediately! We walked into the leasing office where she proceeded to give me such a detailed run down about the apartment, amenities, restaurants, nearby schools and activities for kids since Iā€™m a mother ! We even went as far as talking about the perfect place to go for singles and the perfect place to go to have a great night life experience, areas to stray away from etcā€¦Once she was done I didnā€™t have a single question because she literally covered everything I needed to know ! We viewed 2 different apartment size a 3br and a 2br I fell in love with both ! The 2br was spacious enough and could be turned into a 3rd bedroom cause it came with a den. The 3br was also very nice I loved that it was hardwood floor throughout !! As a mama that was a plus for me cause my little ones love to experiment with carpets. The complex is well kept, the people are friendly and welcoming ! My encounter with Loretta made me feel like weā€™ve been old friends that just reconnected and had so much to catch up on !Our tour was filled with so much compliments, advice, and a lot of laughter, so much laughter I had to wipe away a tear. Iā€™ve viewed 12 apartments in two days and with the help of Loretta this apartment is definitely now on the top of my list..Iā€™m a sucker for great quality, along with customer service skills and I must say with Loretta I got way more than I wouldā€™ve asked for ! I canā€™t wait to call this place home !

    Great floor plans and amenities. although disappointing that we cant use the nice grills in the complex unless you bring your own propane tank. Lots of amenities although nice are non functional or need repairs. I will renew my lease with the hopes that there is more attention to detail so we residents can enjoy all the great things ELEVA has to offer. If the amenities were in working condition and improved I would give it a 5 !I also want to give thanks to Kacie who has always been amazing and provided great customer service.

    The reason this place runs so smoothly is because of the amazing maintenance staff! They are wonderful! Jeremias is professional, friendly, respectful, and gets the job done in a timely manner. As soon as I report something, Jeremias will make sure it gets fixed that day! I have nothing but good things to say about the maintenance staff!

    Iā€™ve lived in multiple apartments where the leasing office doesnā€™t care or really arenā€™t any help. This is NOT one of those properties! The whole staff is always super helpful and kind. Kacie, Alheli, Alicia and Sabree are amazing!! They made the whole moving process extremely stress free. The maintenance staff is always very quick with any work orders I have and do a great job! Highly recommend living here!

    WONDERFUL property and AMAZING staff. Everyone here, maintenance included, have the greatest customer service spirits. They donā€™t rush you in and out of the office and are always willing to get things taken care of whether it be concerns, service requests, etc..... The quality of my home is high and Iā€™ve NEVER had pest issues here, which is a huge plus for me. The office staff are very personable and Iā€™ve never come into contact with maintenance and them not extend a friendly smile and hello. I love my home @ Lenox Trails.

Jeremias is an excellent supervisor always and beyond.. his expectations are high and he have a great team... I like going there because I feel thats my second home.     This is my first apartment. And I am so happy I found this place! Itā€™s just absolutely amazing. The leasing agent that helped me was Karen. Her and also Holly are amazing and will help you with anything you need. They are always in a good mood! Everything is so nice here. My apartment, gym, pool, and the whole complex looks so great. I couldnā€™t find a better place for such a good price. Maintenance is very quick too. I recommend this place 246643x!

    The apartment has new management, they assured a smooth transition but we were not able to contact through their website or phone. They charged us a late fee when it is their fault for shutting down the payment website. They only send the information a few days before the payment due, and require us to send a check to the office. They also closed on Sunday which was previously open and closed Monday for labor day. There is no way for people who have work on Saturday can pay on time with their schedule. Residents should not have to pay a late fee for their lack of planning.Edit: They refund the late fee for everyone.

    YEIMY MIDENCE - Leasing Agent ...is the BEST !!! She is 100% instrumental in assiting me in finding my new home. Not only is she knowledgeable , she is patient with me and supports my indecisiveness :-) ...they have too many wonderful choices!!! The sections of the property we viewed were fantastic.Yeimy is VERY professional; we toured multiple times (different days) and asked MANY questions.After my return home , Yeimy followed up with me via texts, phone calls and emails and she assited me in facilitaitng the application process. Again, she responded timely to my multiple texts and provided me with the informaiton I needed to make a final decision.Working with Yeimy is making my relocation to Texas less stressful.     I have been living here a few months now, I felt the need to write the review because there are many negatives and they almost stopped me from renting. these are called luxury apartments, Im used to high end, so to me, they are not luxurious, but they are comfortable. The patios are nice sized. The garages are a little tight. neighbors are usually nice but some are not very courteous, coming in blasting music late at night in their cars. I have not noticed dog poop everywhere but I dont use the green trails either. The gym, yes its nasty. I was looking forward to cancelling my gym membership but that gym is gross. the pool is nice. The apartments are nice sized and comfortable. Management is very friendly and helpful. Trash service is always on time. I was concerned about bugs and spiders, but I have not seen any in my apartment. And another reviewer said theyre flipping cars in the lot. thats not true. I do see guys working on their cars but they dont seem to be selling them. There are not junk cars here. and there are usually always parking spots available. I have a garage but sometimes I park outside due to being too tired to walk from it. Someone has been gone about a week and their package is still outside their door so its nice to know neighbors are not thieves. I feel safe here.

    My name is Patsie and I have been an apartment locator since 1998. I do lots of business with this property and I adore them. The manager, Alheli is always available by phone for questions and help. This is not common with other companies for a manager. She is professional and courteous, always.Karyn, the assistant there is also a joy to work with. She often helps with the clients I send there to lease. They love her! She is a gem. Sheā€™s a great closer!I often drop in the office to check availability and specials since I live nearby. The office is never closed. The grounds are immaculate. I have had several leases at this property and most are still residents there, after renewing their leases, year after year.Iā€™m glad to have a great property to refer to. Great special, great customer service and always friendly.

    These apartments are amazing, but I have to say that the housekeeper/porter is the best! Dailet works so hard to maintain the property clean and comes on weekends to work hard and pick up trash. She take a lot of effort cleaning the pool, I admit myself that itā€™s a hard job for a woman. She makes sure the apartments and shining clean and you can see how hard she works on cleaning these apartments when you see the shining floor with everything clean. I appreciate Dailetā€™s effort on the property as her work is noticed! šŸ˜

    Update 06/12/2018:There is hope after all again thanks to Tatiana, we decided to renew our lease and itā€™s been much better! I cannot complain if it werenā€™t for the initial problems we had here Iā€™d completely give the apartments 5 stars, they have gone above and beyond to correct all of my previous concerns. There could be some improvements however over all Iā€™m still recommending people to move here. The parking situation is much better, Iā€™m not sure what was done but thereā€™s plenty enough so that Iā€™m not having to walk across buildings anymore. The door slamming hasnā€™t stopped but I canā€™t help but blame the careless neighbors I live with in my building. I would recommend people to move in they have the best prices in luxury apartments in the Katy area near I-10. If you want to come in to our leasing office certainly make sure you ask for Tatiana!! Sheā€™s awesome :)UPDATE:Love the apartment that I moved into; Ashlyn is the best leasing agent i have EVER in my entire 4 years of searching for apartments have had the pleasure of working with!!! The only exception would be two things; dog owners NEVER pick up the dogs poop so its literally everywhere, and second, they are very strict with what items you have in your patio/ back yard.Update: After living here for 10 months i think i want to give everyone an update on my experience thus far. I had to come back and change my rating from a 4 star to 1. Ashlyn unfortunately no longer works there and i think she is the only one who was knowledgeable enough to be in the leasing office other than Tatiana. Autumn has the worst customer service skills EVER and i have no clue why shes an assistant manager. The manager of the property whom Ive spoke to once throughout the longevity of my lease doesnt follow up with tenants in regards to issues youve had at the complex. Now, I dont know if its because of the people underneath her not relaying messages or what. Maintenance guy named Rey is AMAZING, we have had issues and hes been available even after hours. My A/C broke for a week during my stay here in the middle of the summer and Rey was diligently trying to resolve the issue, so he offered to move us to another apt while they fixed ours which was great but not convenient. All management did was offer us a credit in the rent for the week our A/C was not in service however, never received such credit! The resident portal to make payments online is always messed up you can never post a payment and when you call the office they never know whats going on to help you pay online they always tell you to come in and pay in person, which isnt feasible to me since i get off work late. The dog poop hasnt changed one bit in fact its worse! Door slamming from people whom live upstairs. Loud noises all the time from the pool area and from people who dont even live here. The breezeways are ALWAYS dirty and loud, no respect for people who are sleeping around 12am at night.

I have dealt with the old leasing agents here before when I was considering moving in last year and man whoever those old agents are thank the heavens they are gone. Sabree literally was great in keeping everything transparent with me and helping me find the unit I wanted. When I first wanted a unit it ended up being taken but she reassured me that she would still be able to help me and find what I wanted.
