I have made a good decision to renew my lease base on the fact of new property management by Victoria Hernandez. The changes she has came in and made has been excellent. I never giving 5 stars at a apartment complex until now. I recommend anyone to live here with the fact Victoria Hernandez presence. Shes made our community a great place to live. Security is big in communities today. And Victoria Hernandez has made it safe for me and my family to live here at Excelsior Park Apartments!! Thank you and because great excellence and management I highly recommend anyone to live!

Ive been living in these apartments for a month now. As a single mom, I needed to be somewhere I felt safe and could afford. I was nervous about the area but the price was unbeatable so I gave it a shot.Elias was extremely helpful. He made sure I was in a unit that is wheelchair accessible for my daughter. He made sure I had parking close to my unit. He has responded to all my emails in a timely manner and has sent maintenance out quickly for the few issues I had upon move in.As far as the complex, it is older but the upgrades are decent inside. Typical upgrades you would see in most complexes. The layouts are incredible. I have 2 patios and both are a great size. The bedrooms are larger than I had when I lived in a 2000sqft house. The complex is mostly quiet. You hear kids in the evenings and weekends which is to be expected and does not bother me at all. But other than that and the occasional dog barking, its quiet.My only complaints and the reason for my 4 star rating is the front gates are always open. For security reasons Id prefer they were closed. Also, there isnt a playground for kids. But there are a lot of public parks close by which is nice.Overall I am very happy with this complex and hope to be here for 2 years.

Got to say what an amazing Staff and Maintenance crew they got here.. A total upgrade from what I presumed it be. From the time I stepped in I was embraced with such kindness and hospitality by the two ladies in the office, Mrs. Evee, the manager and Mrs Helen 😊. Both welcomed me and treated me with respect that it became delightful to speak and ask questions. They kindly answered all my questions comfortably and made the process easy. They’ve shown to be attentive to work orders made and sincere about getting the work done ✅ correctly!!! If there were more than 5 stars ⭐️ I’d surely max it out because of this hidden 💎 no one knows about!!! Thank you for your speedy services and kind gestures .. surely, it’s a place I like to call home 🏡

Oh wow how amazing are these apartments? When I driving past and just stopped in to see a 3 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms are breathtaking. Beautiful is a understatement, property well maintained and Elias my leasing agent is amazing. Victoria has a beautiful aura and very customer savvy. If you have not stopped in to check them out I suggest you do.

I’ve been living here since 2021 and it has been a challenge.. The first year was horrible with possums in my ceiling and the never believe me for 4 months until I recorded the sounds in the ceiling , bad communication and they never fixed anything. Now present time the new Manager Victoria is great she gets things done, she works with you to resolve your issue and she not going to BS you. My favorite maintenance guys are Mr. Felix and Mario. I’ve never had an issue with neighbors ,it’s pretty quite in the front of the complex near rent office.. One thing I dnt like it the cost of the parking and that you have to register visitors ,it’s a lil over priced but I pay for it for convenience and safety. Over all it’s a good place to live . The townhomes which is what I live in ,it is not the average townhome you think it would be for an apartment complex, I love it!!

Let me just say this. Anyone who wants to talk bad about the people in the office, come find me. The people of this office went above and beyond the call of duty and then some to make sure that considering our situation, they got us the apartment of our dreams as quickly as humanly possible. By the end of the time they finished, they looked defeated. We all were, because a lot was riding on this. And I just want to say from the bottom of our hearts we are extremely grateful for all they did. The people of this office is amazing! The apartments are cute and perfectly laid out, and are actually really affordable. I highly recommend you give this place a look because you will not be disappointed. Area great? Well it’s greens point, not the woodlands. But it is honestly a lot better looking than most places in this area. I can’t wait to move in!

Lived her for almost 2 years. Anytime there was an issue, maintenance was quick to fix it. We were happy they could accommodate our 2 large dogs and get us a first floor apartment as my husband is disabled. The area itself isnt the safest (they dont call it Gunspoint for nothing) and the apartment seems to be overrun with stray cats, but thats not the apartments fault. The pools & tennis court are nice but you would want to pass on the fitness center, its tiny and only like 3 of their machines work.Overall a good experience

The office has a great staff that is always willing to help. They keep the grounds nice and maintained. Weve been here a year but just decided to upgrade because this place is worth it. Its easy for this complex and your apartment to feel like home. Every floor plan is cute! By far one of my favorite aspects are the spacious patios and balconies. Great place to live.

As a mother with a one year old son I was worried about us living on our own, but Maggie and rachelle did such a great job at constantly making us feel comfortable. Not once did they complain and they are very welcoming. If I had any issues maintenance came and fixed it right away. I never had any issues and seeing how much they cared about the children there was very heart warming. The staff is very welcoming and if I could I definitely would return to rent here.

Quiet community & a great place to call home! Ive been here going on 2yrs, & have never had any issues. Maintenance has always been prompt, even coming within an hours notice at times! The grounds are normally clean, cameras throughout the complex deter crime, & I love that I can leave my trash right at my front door & trash valet will come pick it up.

I currently live here and I love my apartment. Ive been here about a year and any issue (very few honestly) Ive ever had was immediately rectified. The office staff is very warm and professional. Ive never had any problems with theft, vandalism, neighbors....nothing. Dont base your choice to move here on reviews that are extremely outdated or reviews posted by the people who are the trouble makers or the ones that dont pay rent... of course theyve had a bad expierence!

Excelsior on the park is a wonderful place to live. Ive been here for over 3 years now, and it seems like as the years go by it gets better and better. They have a wonderful caring staff that takes care of all your needs, they treat you like family. And the property is well maintained and its very quiet. They have a lot of unique beautiful floor plans as well, So if you are looking Dont Think Twice Come here with me and live the DREAM!!!

So while apartment hunting we stumbled across this cozy complex and had to stop in to inquire about rates and availability. First my attention was captured by the maintenance man sweeping and bagging the parking lot trash which I thought was awesome because normally you see them just blowing trash into the streets or gutters. When we parked in front of the leasing office we could see smiling faces in the window waving at us to come in. It had been raining so we were waiting for it to slow down a bit when all the sudden we see the 2 woman from inside coming out with Umbrellas for us to use while getting out of the car!!! I was so blown away at their gestures of kindness being that other properties we have visited didnt even give us a welcoming feeling at all.. After sitting down and looking over floor plans we were given a tour of the property and different units available. The office staff was so polite, calm and understanding to our wants and needs. They made the process so smooth for us and got our approval the next day. Im now proud to call this cozy complex my home. Thank you Excelsior on the Park for welcoming me and my family home.

My son and I lived at Excelsior On The Park for 5 yrs. and loved it. It was a great experience and home to us. Very family-friendly. Involved community and we watched out for one another. Stable management not a high turn over rate at all. As Rachel who is a very great professional Manager has been the manager since my first year of staying there. She is very involved and accommodating to residents needs and saftey. My son adored her as she is very good with the kids and keeping them active. Friday snack days, all holidays recognized with some sort of family oriented activities, and always had great turn outs. Saftey meetings are held many times through the year as she is very involved in the precincts meetings they hold for business owners and property owners. Work orders are responded to quickly by Excelsiors great maintenance team. As a single mother, i never felt unsafe at this community and would highly recommend this property as your future home, as i only left to move out of town to be closer to family. Thanks Excelsior for Our great experience!

You always want the best for your children, and when its time for them to go to college or a trade school, it makes you proud as a parent to know they will succeed in life. My son decided to go to school in Houston mind you, and well its scary that far away from you, but Maggie and Rachel there at Excelsior made my son and his roommate feel like they were back at home, and well it put my husband and I at easy. Maggie and Rachel were both helpful in answering all of our questions. As well as being very patient with us while faxing or emailing paperwork that they needed. Once we finally get there to move my son and roommate in. Maggie and Rachel were very professional in explaining everything in the contract and answering all of our questions along the way. The apartment was well kept and clean. The premises was well maintained and the most important as a mother it was secured by gates and security cameras. I would recommend Excelsior on the park to anyone looking for a great and safe environment and awesome staff. Thanks Maggie and Rachel

My mother-n-law and. Ms. Margaret Thomas has been staying in these apartments for the last 8 years! It is very quiet considering the location! They have new management whom are very professional! If anything is wrong in your apartment they will fix ASAP!!

In April of this year (2019) I will have been here for 5 years. The complex is under new management and there have been many kinks to iron out along the way. I will say that although I wasn’t initially happy with the change I do see many improvements within the community and Management is willing to assist with my complaints & my transitioning phase. I have high hopes for what’s ahead and being that management is trying to make the transition easy it may be the reason that I sign on for another year.

Cant say enough good things about Excelsior on the Park; the staff & Manager responded super quick to our request by gathering basic info before they matched us up with the incredible apartments available and choices to choose from. They learned about our preferences, price range, lifestyle, and quickly provided us with the apartment of our dreams. We found the perfect place without wasting our time and they took the headache out of finding a new place to call home. I haven’t been living here long, but so far I’m loving it. I haven’t had any issues with anything. Any time I need some thing fix or I’m having trouble with something, I always go and talk to Angelica. She was actually the one that gave me a tour around the property. She is great! Anytime y’all are looking forward to a tour, ask for her, she’ll get y’all all set!

I want the Houston area to head of the management department to know that excelsior on the park is a caring community also they put children first at all times. I have to say I love my apartment the assistant manager Ana his awesome she works really hard to get you the things that you need if there is a work order that needs to be done shes on top of it things will be taken care of within 24 hours or within an hour or two I would highly recommend this place to anyone its very quiet and peaceful I just love it

Super grateful to the guy in the office, attention of 10.It is truly a pleasure to be able to live here, in many places they hardly attended to us and were very rude, here from the first day they treated us very well 👍 and responded to all our concerns, I highly recommend this place 💯💪
