My husband and I and our daughter currently live at Bee Cave. We have lived here for a year now going on 2. First impression the office staff was very friendly and welcoming. Loved that! Touring the community it was very clean and well kept with landscaping. We were new to the area and the location is great. We are close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers. The apartments are very spacious and have all the upgraded features. Maintenance very responsive, when we put in work orders, they are out either same day or next day. Also, great school system, our daughter loves it. Would highly recommend!

Management here is the best I’ve dealt with in my 12 years of renting an apartment. Very attentive and have solved every issue I’ve brought to them promptly.The apartments are nice and upgraded and in a great location.Couldn’t recommend this complex enough!

I have lived here for two years, first year not so good BUT since Jordan (fantastic manager) came in this property did a 360 turnaround. Maintenance crew is not only friendly but takes care of work orders in a timely manner.The reason I did not give a 5 star was there is a “dog poop” issue and I feel this is more of some residents not being respectful to their neighbors, maybe a “poop scoop” service would be the answer.Keep up the good work Jordan you are a 5 star!

Ive enjoyed my stay at Estates at Bee Cave for the last few years. The management has been over-the-moon caring and responsive to requests. Maintenance comes promptly and require only one visit to problem solve and usually spot a couple extra things that they take care of during their visit. Upgrades to the property are continual. It would be hard to find more convenient location in the area. All in all I highly recommend it.

First, I want to say that I love Estates at Bee Cave, I have lived in apartments around the area and so far, this is my favorite place to live. Secondly, the most important thing that any apartment has and should have is good management. I have to say that my experience has been positive, and I am grateful for all the staff that runs this property. The assistant manager Lana every time I go to her office for any question takes her time to answer any question I need and makes any transaction a very easy and pleasant experience, overall, I am very pleased and happy

The new owner and new management have made HUGE changes. We’ve been here 4 1/2 years. We gave a 1 star review 2 years ago, but things are so different, for the better. Staff and maintenance are extremely helpful, kind, and act quickly. They are upgrading front office, pool, grills, landscaping, etc.Thank you for the great changes and look fwd to living in this wonderful community!

Although I have had MANY issues with my apartment since I moved in a year ago, I rated it 5 stars, because the new management company and Lana. I have seen the improvements on site and with maintenance. Lana has gone above and beyond to help us with all our issues. She truly care about the property and its residents! Thank you Lana, your the best.

Overall nice place to live. Gym needs to be cleaned more often. We are on the first floor and the floors are thin so we hear lots of noise from above. Did have a hard time with initial lease terms as there was some confusion and had a hard time getting someone to call me back about it. However the grounds are nice and is a great location. The majority of the staff are nice.

Its a shame that the poor management before brings down the rating here. But the new management is great, and very communicative. The price was great (and Ive shopped around in the area), pool looks good, and appartment had a nice layout. I went with another place only due to location (I dont have a car at the moment), but I recommend The Estates fully.

Although I have had issues at this apartment, I rate this 5 stars just because of the assistant manager Lana. Lana has gone above and beyond to help not only me but all other residents. So thankful that there is someone still in this industry that is honest and kind and does what she says she will! Lana, you are the best and so grateful you work here!!🖤

Excited to be moving into this apartment complex soon! I went in and was greeting warming by the staff. Peter was the one I spoke with and gave him a run down of what my current living situation was like and he was able to show me a 1x1 unit and I fell in love! Sure enough that same day I went ahead and put in my application. It wouldn’t have been possible without the of Peter! He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get this apartment! Whenever I had a question he always made sure to give me the best answer possible and whenever he couldn’t the other office staff would be glad to help. So excited to make this place my home for a long while!
