    Im editing my review here because I cannot edit or remove my previous review. I feel like it was a complete miscommunication or misunderstanding. But the lady was proper. She was telling me the rules of the apartment. I was upset because someone told me they could help if there was an emergency. And I was thinking as a mother, so. I hope this message helps to understand what Im trying to explain. Other than that, I dont have any problems in this apartment.

    I love Estancia! The staff is so respectful and helps with whatever questions or concerns I may have! Maintenance is quick to respond and will make sure that your apartment is just the way it needs to be. The property is amazing and has really nice amenities to go along with it! I see so many reviews claiming that the managers and leasing staff are disrespectful, the community is loud and roach infested but I haven’t experienced a single issue. 10/10 without hesitation

    I am back to Estancia Family after 2 years, Thanks Luisa Stickler for all the help. Luisa is helpful, friendly and very patient lease consultant.Great location. Good view for flats towards golf course, sand volleyball court and playing area for kids are great advantage.

    I have been living here for 6 years and I have NEVER had an issue that they couldn’t fix which I rarely need. Everything is done in a timely manner. The maintenance men are knowledgeable polite and sufficient.and the grounds are clean. And the management team are awesome! I have had some issues with paying my rent things happen and they have been nice and understanding but they have a job to do and I truly understand that. Christina called to give me more detail on the process and expressed her understanding that people get in a bind and I really appreciated that. I love living here. And the girls in the leasing office are so nice and pleasant. It’s quiet and a beautiful place to live.

    I have been living hear since an year. The appartment is just at the right location at 121 and independence with all retaip ouylets like Walmart Target Patel Gas stations etc within a 1.5 mile distance. The inside gated community is lush green aith a beautiful life time golf view and tons of amenities. Such a green lovely place.

    We love this property. The view from our apartment is amazing (Golf Course view!). Leasing office staff Anna and Luisa are very friendly and professional. They helped us very much and sent pictures of apartment which helped us finalize when remote.The maintenance staff are very good and prompt in service. Good location with lots of shops around.

    My family has been here since March 2018 and we have had a very positive experience so far. We have 2 toddlers, so the pools and playgrounds are great. They have loved living here. We’ve had to call maintenance twice, and they always came within the hour. The office staff has always been friendly when I’ve had to call or stop by. The only thing I would recommend to new tenants with children is to definitely rent a first floor apartment because you can definitely hear your upstairs neighbors at times. I’m so glad we rented a first floor apartment, because our kids run all over. I’ve noticed a lot of negative reviews, but our experience has been great and I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.Erin Helms-tenant

    Estancia at Ridgeview Ranch located at 10200 independence pkwy is excellent place to live in. Very well maintained and simple process to get in there. Their leasing office welcomes gracefully and their staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. I would like to thank Luisa Stickler, leasing agent who helped us to get nice apartment for rent. She explained each and everything, given information calmly though we have asked multiple questions, shown multiple apartment options.Whenever I call leasing office Luisa gives quick response and help to resolve issues.Over all its a 5* experience with community and leasing office.

    The maintenance staff here is awesome. They have great response time and will come at any time if needed. There are plenty of places for kids to play and have fun and the community is always welcoming. Great place to live, would definitely recommend to people.Luisa is a great lady at the front office.     Estancia is an awesome community. Their facility has really good 3 and 2 bed room apartments (those are the ones we have visited). Staff is very friendly. Luisa is very kind. They have a super cool office room, printer facility, gym, more than 1 swimming pool, play area, easy to access mailboxes and very friendly maintenance team. Kudos for making this place so livable!! Giving them a perfect score.

    Ive lived here for a year and really love it. The amenities are great and everything is kept clean. I use the gym regularly and take my son to the pool when its open. The staff is always pleasant and quick to answer any of my questions. When I first moved in I could tell a smoker lived in my apartment previously. The maintenance crew worked quickly and the smoke smell was out in a couple days!I love that the place is really family oriented and my neighbors are nice. My son has other kids to play with. Just resigned the lease so we are here to stay :)

    Moved in to Estancia couple of weeks ago. We had a very tight schedule to move in. Luisa initially showed us the apartment and she kept following up regularly over the phone as well as email, unlike many other communities we have been looking at. She also helped us to speed up the process with our application and in her absence Anna has helped me to get my past rental history and finally the manager Jenn has approved it on time which helped us to move as per schedule. The management team worked amazingly and we have been treated with respect and kindness. After move in, we had some minor things to be fixed and the maintenance team also quickly resolved them. Its been only two weeks and the experience here has been very positive so far and I hope this team will continue to do great work!! Thanks Luisa and Anna! Much appreciated!

    I have lived here for over 6 months and love my apartment!! The updated interior and golf course view make it a lovely place to call home. My neighbors are all cordial and respectful. Office staff is very responsive whenever I have a package or random question. No issues in my apartment thankfully so I havent called for maintenance yet. All in All its been a stellar experience!!

    I love living here! I am not an employee, just a resident who has been here for years. I have had nothing but professionalism and kindness from the management staff any time I ever call with a question or a request. I moved here because of poor maintenance at a previous apartment and from Day One when I moved in, the maintenance person, Wilson, came and fixed everything I needed done and, while there, noticed I had an electric outlet not working and made sure to check ALL of them for me. After years of being here, I had a few things that just needed a little work, again a knowledgeable and friendly maintenance person, James, came and got it all done perfectly and with a smile. My area is always clean and well-cared for, my neighbors quiet but always friendly. Anything I have ever asked for or needed from the management staff has always been promptly addressed and I never feel like Im just an apartment number, which happens so often at other places. They send texts of events or if planned things have changed and give plenty of notice for inspections and the like. I am very glad to be here and appreciate the extra effort of the staff.

    It is one of the best property around with excellent management especially Page, Josh and all others who try to accommodate all your requests in the best possible way. Its almost 5 years I have been with them and had no issues so far. Great maintenance services with quick turnaround. Very peaceful and clean environment. Most important room sizes are very spacious , standing showers, upgraded units. Also its a gated community , good location, good amenities, competitive pricing, digital mailbox services, 6-14 months leasing options with same rates, good initial discounts. What more to ask for.

    This apartment complex is really beautiful. I am glad we moved here.The management team is friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is courteous and prompt.The complex has breathtaking golf course views, a huge dog park and well landscaped pathways to walk or run. They have a lot of fun activities and great amenities. The complex is very clean and the apartment layouts are well planned. We love this place and so does our dog!!!

    I have lived here for a year now. Maintenance has been amazing. The office staff is great!!! I’ve only ever had one issue and the office staff and accounting Manager Krystal took care of it immediately after I pointed out the mistake.     I am staying in this apartment community from almost 2 years & I find it probably the best residential Apartment community in Plano & Frisco region, especially for families. Very friendly & helpful neighbors.Excellent community with good amenities. The Apartment maintenance team has been one of the finest so far, very friendly, always on time & does a great Job.

    We have lived here for almost two years. I find it quite interesting that people have written that the police are always here. I have NEVER in the entire time living here ever seen police on the property except the one that lives here. It is a safe community, I have walked the community at night and usually there are several people out walking as well. When ever we have had a maintenance problem it has been taken care of immediately and we get an email letting us know the problem has been resolved. The Office Staff has always been friendly and professional. Yes when you have a lot of kids around they will throw things on the ground however, every morning I see the maintenance staff out cleaning up the grounds. Ok yes the gates have been broken a couple of times but they usually have someone out within a day or two to fix it. Its mechanical, things break but as long as they are fixed thats a good thing. Our upstairs neighbors get a little noisy but over all this is a great property and I do recommend living here.

    Definitely one of the best apartments Ive ever had the pleasure to lease at with my mom and our dog. They handle residents with care and our concerns are dealt with quickly. I cant speak on the cost of rent, but Im happy they have a dog park too and so many amenities.

    I live in this apartment for past 4 years. Maintenance is good and fast. This apartment has all the facility like play area, swimming pool, gym etc... In addition they also conduct some community events like bingo, ester egg hunt, bubbles for kids during summer, fall festival, trick or treat, photo with santa etc.. office people are good and friendly even while discussing about any issue. This is a good place to live in.

    I stayed in this apartment complex for about two and a half years.The best part about this place is the maintaince.Any issue,it is resolved immediately. .......Maintenance guys are very cordial and helpful and so are the people at the management...............the kids play area,basketball court,volley ball court ,two dog parks awesome...though security was sometimes a problem,as we would once in a while hear of cycles or kids scooters etc being stolen....I was quite emotional while leaving the apartment,had not been a job transfer,so was my kid,who still misses the place...I am taking away one star because they had miscalculated the amount when we left the apartment,which gave us restlessness and tensions for few days,...however it was resolved later on....good luck...love from India..

    Ive been a resident here since 2013 so that alone should give insight on how I feel about the property. The amenities are great for singles, couples, and families. The grounds are maintained well and kept as clean as possible at all times. Service tickets are always addressed in a timely manner. The rates are very competitive considering the area that is rich with all kinds of nearby shops and restaurants. For families with children, you are in one of the top school districts in the state - Frisco ISD.

    This is a wonderful apartment complex in which to live. The front office is always responsive and courteous. Service calls are handled quickly. The complex itself is quiet and well maintained. There are also a lot of facilities to use such as an indoor basketball court and onsite exercise areas. I love living here.

    I have lived here since 2018. Apartments are pretty spacious and upgraded. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly. These apartments are assigned to the Frisco ISD, which is one of the top districts. School buses pick up/drop off at entrance. Also, they offer a military discount on your monthly rent which is rare to find. We enjoy living here - its quiet, peaceful, clean. Its surrounded by lots of greenery, golf course on the southeast area, immediate access to Sam Rayburn Tollway and shopping areas.

    We lived here over a year and never had a bad experience with the place. We loved it here and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They have two parks, two dog parks, a gym, two pools, right by a golf course, etc. The people who live here are very friendly and always out walking. What else could you need in an apartment community. Definitely recommend.

    I had been looking for an apartment since late August and was recommended to check out Eatancia, by a friend who lived there years ago. I was greeted by a friendly and professiional woman named Anna who gave me a tour of the place. I didnt rent at the time and had checked out other apartment complexes. After visiting a few more times and seeing the same professionlism and friendly nature of the front line staff as well as the clean units, I decided to go with Estancia.     I love it here, been here about a year now. I have a 2bdr 2ba and the layout is excellent. The office girls are awesome and helpful, the super is amazing and fixes everything almost instantly! We have recently had the AC go out and the super was there in 15 min to fix it.The girls in the office care, are sweet and help with packages, questions and anything else, they even give out ice cream when its super hot outside :)The grounds are clean, well kept and they take care of garbage and such quickly.The people that live in our community are very friendly too.The pools are beautiful and the hot tubs always work!They plan events and keep it very family friendly, we really enjoy living here!To add- they just completed the parking shaded areas, each car has a covered space which makes a huge difference in the heat and hail!

    I have lived here for 2.5 years. Everything you need is less than 10 minutes away. There is an indoor basketball court and two nice pools. There is a school bus for all grade levels K-12 in Frisco ISD!The maintenance staff addresses your concerns in less than 24 hours.Great apartment complex. Only con is when other residents damage the basketball court area, it takes weeks to repair.Nevertheless, I highly recommend this place for families and couples!

    Estancia is conveniently located, safe, near good schools, etc. Very comfortable to live here without problems/issues. Heather and her front office team are wonderful and professional. They are always kind, courteous and willing to help. Maintenance team are also very nice and professional. Any maintenance problem you have is resolved promptly. Definitely recommend.

    We just moved here about 1 month ago. The leasing office is friendly, great location. We had some missing packages at the first week due to not setting up the locker. But problem solved after that. The basketball gym is not open all the time so my husband has to pay for gym membership to play basketball.

    I love living at Estancia at Ridgeview Ranch! These past 5 months has been simply amazing. My 1 bedroom is very spacious and the buildings have good bones. My neighbors are quiet and respectful, which is something I most appreciate.The community is located near major highways and shopping areas along with many restaurants...a PLUS!!!The property is well maintained, with friendly and professional staff who always greet you with a smile.     Having lived here for almost 2 years, I clearly love it and will sign a 3rd lease next year. Im in a 1-bedroom, which is 637 sq. ft. Yes, its relatively small, but the brand new washer/dryer. central heat/air, assigned covered-parking (free), gated entry, tall ceilings, fenced-yard (extra charge), fancy kitchen w/ breakfast bar, walk-in closets, 2 dog parks, indoor b-ball and racquetball courts, 2 pools, gym, and office/print/fax center are only a few of the delights that totally outweigh the fact that I have a small space. The office staff is great, too (always a plus).Dont leave your bike outside under the stairwell, even with a professional grade cable & lock, because there are crooks where ever you go. I speak from experience because mine was stolen after being locked outside for over 8 months. That is not a reflection on the complex, though, obviously, I am the one that took the risk. Common sense, be proactive, lock your car doors and your apartment. Keep your things protected. Dont blame others for your own short-comings/mistakes, etc.Do clean up after your dog since not doing so poses a risk of receiving a $100 citation (if its enforced). I have not been one of these people, but I see lazy people in this complex do it all the time. Theyre disgusting. Also, respect the City of Plano leash laws. You dont live on your own property, you share it with everyone else that lives in this complex. Put your dog on a leash, even if its the most obedient. And when your dog needs to go outside, GO WITH IT. Another great way to either get a citation, lose your dog, or get it put down for biting somebody...all because you were too irresponsible and lazy...very selfish.All in all, this is a nice complex, and it should be kept that way. Its the responsibility of the tenants to follow the rules, which keeps it classy. Know your role.

    Hi, am staying at Estancia, since 2015 till present!!! And I just love each and every nook n corner of it.Amenities are at its best!! Well maintained, services they provide is outstanding.     Im pleased with the responsiveness of the staff at Estancia. For instance, theres been a couple of issues which can arise at any property and each time, they have been met or exceeded my expectations. Its ludicrous to conflate the staff with inconsiderate neighbors. The management as a whole, does a phenomenal job making this a wonderful place to live. I would strongly recommend this property to reside.

    We visit apartment this weekend 5/16 and to me for the square footage the price was best in area.. The amenities are nice of course other apartment close by amenities was waaaay better but square foot was smaller and had to many fees for application process.My hubby love that theres a bball court but its half court but still thats plus..Josh was really helpful in showing us around and was very friendly as well. ONLY THING we went Sunday was priced $1248 for 2bdrm 2bath and I called Tuesday early & Apt was already gone PLUS they had another one ava but price was $1315 for same apt etc etc... I mean its not there fault @ all Im just saying you see an apt, you like it... Please hold it because it was gone and it was not a whole 48 hours.. I regret that... But I just filled my application so hopefully this time we will be locked in. Overall nice apt nice staff and great location. I will revisit this review in a few months of being residents to see if story sticks!!!

    My home, away from home. Its a nice place. I have no complaints. I feel safe, the valet trash pickup is fantastic, its clean, and well lit at night. The customer service is great, and the clubhouse amenities are up to date, and nicly apportioned. The reason i live here. 😊

    Apartments are good here and maintenance staff promptly addresses the issues. Backside golf course view is really nice. Apartment is just next to Sam Rayburn highway which helps daily commute.

    Management at estancia at Ridgeview has been great,right from my move in to getting settle down in new place they have help me a lot. I would like to particularly mention the LUISA, she is very help ful and provided all the information proactively, and always keen to help on daya to day issues/concerns. Thansk for all these feel like at home.

    Ive been here since August and have had no real problems. The office staff is very responsive and maintenance is always prompt. Sometimes neighbors upstairs are loud but thats to be expected when you have people living above you.

    We visited this complex today and met with Tera. She was ABSOULETLY phenomenal, not only as a person, but at what she does. She truly went above and beyond when it was evident she didnt have to. We have high expectations with amenities, location, and looks in which to say the least we were very pleased with all of this being met for the price it was listed at.We are excited to begin the process of making this our new home, with all thanks to Tera!-C & S

    I have been in this group of properties for 1year.I would say this is in prime location for school and shopping.Compared to the other community in this group I would be happy if they increase safety concerns.Rather than that it’s good.
