    I’ve had a great experience living here! The management takes excellent care of the grounds, keeping everything well-maintained and looking beautiful. The office staff is always kind, welcoming, and helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond whenever needed, and they always do a great job. I also appreciate how clean the building is—the team does a fantastic job ensuring the common areas and elevator are spotless. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live!

    I recently visited Encore Home Town Apartments, and I couldnt be more pleased with my experience.     Tiffany assisted my girlfriend and I with information about the apartments and a tour of the facility. Despite having a last minute appointment and what seemed to be a busy day for tours, we were met with knowledge and professionalism from Tiffany, and she was able to answer every question we had. She devoted a good amount of time to show us two demonstration rooms, and an overview of the amenities this facility has to offer. Very nice facility and friendly staff!

    We have been at Encore Apts. 3 going on 4 years. This is the BEST PLACE! The manager Eria is the SWEETEST, the best we have ever had! She is concerned about our comfort in a way that is truly special! She is always there to take care of any situation for us! This community is like a large family, we have met so many new people. Very friendly place! The maintenance crew is AWESOME! They come as soon as they can to help with whatever the problem is. If they cant figure it out, they ask each other. They work together greatly! If youre looking for a FABULOUS PLACE to live, I strongly suggest Encore Apts! THIS IS OUR HAPPY PLACE!!! YOULL LOVE IT!!! Vicki Martin

    Office and maintenance team of the best! Office staff is always available and very welcoming when you walk in. They make you feel at home and like family. Maintenance is usually a big issue for any apartment community, but Encore at Hometown has a top notch maintenance crew. Theyre quick, friendly, professional and know what theyre doing. They took care of my emergency leak quick and had someone out to wet vac my laundry room. This is a great place to live! 😊

    Eira is literally the BEST! Great customer service and so very sweet! The property is beautiful and well kept proving that she knows how to run her property!     I just had to leave a review about my experience @ Encore @ Hometown.I think everyone would agree that moving is stressful. First trying to find a new place to live then all the paperwork and then the real fun begins. I recently toured a few apartment complexes and everyone of them were nice. Some a little newer, some a bit smaller and the amenities were pretty similar as well as the cost but there was one HUGE difference. Well at least for me there was and that is the people. Hands down my experience at Encore was way better.Everyone acknowledged me upon my arrival and they went out of their way to listen to what my husband and I are looking for and the concerns I had. Ive lived at my current home for over 7 years and we will be downsizing a great deal. Im certain they could tell that I was a bit nervous about such a huge change. Shaylee and Marcia were angels from God. They were both so caring and took the time to listen to my reservations about making such a big change.Lets just say that by the time I toured and left there I wanted to go home and pack up my car and start moving in. I love it there! It felt like home there within the first 5 minutes of being there. I felt absolutely zero pressure, I didnt feel hurried, all my questions were answered but most importantly I didnt feel Ike I was going through a scripted tour where the only goal for the person touring was to seal the deal .I could go on forever. To sum it up, II am so excitedI that I am actually the oneone that cannot wait to seal the deal and join the Encore @ Hometown familyThank you SO MUCH Shaylee and Marcia!

    We’ve lived at Encore for almost a year now and love it here. Best location in the heart of Hometown where you can walk around the pond (and feed the turtles), nature reserve, the beautiful neighborhood, and even to the stores nearby.Also, Shaylee in the office is the best! She’s a hard worker and always answers any question we have. Would highly recommend this complex!

Everyone is so friendly, attentive and mostly enjoy the sense of community that I have built with the resident events. This is my home for years to come.

    If you want a beautiful, quiet, luxurious apartment you should contact the leasing office right away. I have been living here for 6 months , maintenance orders get fixed right away. And the leasing office has always addressed any concerns I might have professionally and promptly! Not to mention all the great spots to eat and shop for groceries immediately nearby!5 stars

    I have lived here for 4 years and they are great. The maintenance guys are the best o had my fire alarm battery start chirping as 3am and called the emergency number they were here in fifteen minutes just to change a battery. And Saturday at 7 pm my ac quit cooling five minutes and they were here charging my ac!! They grounds and the whole place are so inviting glad I moved here!!

    After about 5 years, I needed to move closer to care for my parents. Throughout my time, despite a change of ownership, the staff was consistently kind and quick to respond to maintenance requests. I had the perfect spot, with a balcony view of the NRH2O fireworks, easy access to walking trails, and amazing convenience of retail and restaurants. During the pandemic, the staff found ways to keep residents connected with the streamed concert while staff drove around tossing prizes, they host community events like the taco bar or pizza night. But if you prefer to keep to yourself, that is respected as well. During the crazy freeze, they kept in contact with residents and were quick to respond to those in need.Of course, there are still those neighbors who refuse to clean up after their pets, or those that like to stomp around sometimes.But you just let the staff know and they will take immediate action.I enjoyed my stay at Encore at Hometown and would recommend it based on the staff and location.

    I enjoyed this apartment so much! I went to tour this apartment and the staff was incredibly wonderful. Shaylee’s energy and professionalism is what actually sold me; I apply right after the tour. & Marcia definitely went out her way to make sure I understood everything pertaining my lease, payments and move in day! Both we’re so sweet to my twin sister & I. I’m looking forward to living here… thank you for all you’ve done to help us find our NEW home!

    These apartments are great! beautiful complex, gorgeous pool, adorable little dog park for our babies, and wonderful work crew! Ive been living here since they opened(2 years) and I couldnt be more happy with my experience! the manager is so great! and the maintenance crew is amazing! they always are on top of any issue! I love all my neighbors, have actually made some wonderful friends living here! this is a great place to live! 5 stars!!!!

    I have lived at Dolce Hometown twice with both experiences being great! The office staff is friendly and always helpful. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient. The apartments themselves are beautiful with the finishes. We love spending time with our neighbors at the pool or with our dogs in the dog park! Highly recommend these apartments!

    We lived here for 6 months before buying a house. This has been my favorite apartment complex. The closets are huge and we had a large kitchen with an island. We had a room right next to NRH2O and the noise wasnt that bad, especially since the park closes at 7pm. Would highly recommend.

    I have lived in apartments throughout the United States while I served in the Army and by far this is the best one. Maintenance is quick to repair broken things and management is great.I’ve lived here for 2 years and I’m about to renew. It’s quiet and for the most part I’m left alone.The cost increase last time I renewed was a lot but they fixed it and this time it is very slight. Over the past year management has become phenomenally better.

    We have lived at Dolce Living Hometown since April 2016 and have loved it! I think some of these ratings are ridiculous. The pool wasnt ready in time and was definitely a bummer but the apartments did their best to keep us posted on when it would be open and even offered season passes to NRH2O. Our AC went out in June and they had to rush order a part but made sure we were as comfortable as possible and did everything very quickly, we werent without AC for more than 36 hours- most apartments would be far longer with having to order a part. I think people are missing the fact that they moved into these apartments when they werent even finished yet and when building sometimes you hit road blocks. The staff is all super friendly and very happy to help with anything you need. The common grounds are kept neat and clean. They are still building a new phase of the apartments and the construction area is kept nice and isnt an issue even when I am the apartment closest to it. When anything has been brought to their attention they take to it and get it done ASAP- just because it doesnt happen as fast as some of these reviews think it should I believe the management is doing it to their best ability. I think these apartments deserve way more than what some of these reviews say. I love living at Dolce Living!

    Shaylee is the best! I love her energy! She gave my sister and I a great tour around the complex. As we toured the apartment, I was putting in a application at the same time. Lol The complex just felt like home. Marcia was very helpful when it came to the application process, and she always answered the phone. Which is big for me! These ladies definitely made me feel like we made the right choice. I can’t wait to move in.

    This place is truly my home!Amanda, in the leasing office, goes above and beyond to ensure the best experience is had. She is a top-notch communicator and I’ve never had a moment I’ve felt unsure or uninformed. Angel, in maintenance, puts the tenants as a first priority and truly has their best interest in mind. He has gone outside of his day to day to help a “one off” type issue be resolved. These two work very well as a team and ultimately foster an incredibly supportive environment/home. Live here! You will love it!

    I would like to commend the work of Ada, Shaylee, Marcia, Jesse and the rest of the maintenance crew. My hot water heater went out and they were very attentive to my needs and worked to make sure the issue was fixed as soon as possible. Shaylee helped by providing me access to hot water while the situation was being fixed. Ada made sure to keep me updated on the status of the situation. Jesse and his crew came in on Saturday and stayed until all of the issues were resolved. Excellent customer service by everyone involved.

    We have lived here at Dolce twice now. We briefly moved to Fort Worth, but after a miserable experience we moved back. We have always enjoyed the friendly staff up front and if we had any issues (few to none) they are always willing to help in a timely manner. The new phase really feels like its own neighborhood with people grilling or kids playing outside in the evenings, and Ive always really loved that. The pool is great as well as the clubhouse that we ended up renting out for the Super Bowl last year to have some friends over. Bittersweet to be moving out in a month, but if we hadnt found a house we would definitely be staying!

    My family lived here for one year. The apartments are beautiful and quiet. Maintenance guys are very friendly and prompt. Office staff is also friendly and always wanting to help, particularly Shaylee and Marcia. We have very much enjoyed our time here.

    I just recently decided to move to another apartment here at Dolce.From start to finish, again, it was an awesome experience. Amanda got the ball rolling with her typical professional and personable approach and then it was finished off by Haven Savage. Haven was superb in answering all of my questions, calculating the costs for my move and has a very positive disposition. I found both Amanda and Haven to be so honest and very informative. Overall this was the best I’ve ever experienced.

    I have to say, the customer service is fantastic! Huge shout out to Katrina and Zacarias they are so customer focused! They are always available to help with anything I need. Looking for a great apartment to live in.. look no further! Customer service it outstanding. Oh, amenities are fabulous, and the apartments are very spacious and have wonderful storage space.     As a property manager at Enclave at Home Town around the corner, Ive always been jealous of Encore as they seem to maintain their buildings better than we can and the residents seem to be happier. Weve lost several prospective tenants to Encore so it leave me to think they are doing something right over there.

    We have so enjoyed our time at dolce loving this past month. The staff, especially Haven, are amazingly helpful and kind. The maintenance responded to our clogged garbage disposal in under 24 hrs and the worker was pleasant and professional. The neighbors are all extremely friendly and the apartments and amenities can’t be beat. All around a great experience.

    I want to start by mentioning how I’ve had nothing outside of a grand experience from beginning to end here at Dolce Living Home Town! If you have any questions or want to view a unit I suggest requesting Haven Savage, assistant manager. She’s super friendly, very informative, patient, easily available and accessible via face-to-face, phone, and or email. She’s been nothing less than convenient in every aspect of viewing and leasing my new unit, which my entire family loves. Long story short, Haven is the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time), and the residents here at Dolce Living Home are friendly and willing to engage with others! FIVE STARS, FIVE STARS, FIVE STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I have to say that I have lived here for 5 months and I absolutely love it. the front office staff and Pam, the general manager, are always a pleasure to deal with. Any concerns I have had are always addressed, the property is super clean, and there are hardly any noise since apts are well insulated. Electricity bill is great, and the members of the community seem kind and keep to themselves. As with everything created by humans, there are going to be things that go wrong. One of them was the issue with the pool that so many people are rating the apts are ranting about. The pool is super nice to have, but its not a necessity for me. Safety, cleanliness, quietness, affordability, and maturity of office staff is a must, though, and this property delivers.I cant give this property enough stars. Seriously, the best of the best!!!

    This was my first apartment in 20+ years. Amanda help me every step of the way making it an easy experience. Every one in the leasing office seams to care about how you are doing and make you feel welcome. In my mind I seemed to be asking what seemed to be silly questions; yet they always seamed to make me feel like they were normal. I am loving the location and the people in the complex have be all friendly.

    Amanda is really amazing. She listens, understands and offers the very best Dolce Living Hometown has to offer for your specific needs. We were home owners before so it was a big step for us to move to a community arrangement. Amanda understood and was informative, but gave us space to move at our pace. After move-in, there were a few minor things to be taken care of and the maintenance team was super with their speed to get to our needs as well as the friendly demeanor they had while doing the work. All in all, while we are not experts in this style of community living, we do have high standards and expectations. You won’t go wrong with Dolce Living. Give them a try. I think you will see what I’m talking about if you do.

    The office people are absolutely amazing! We had an issue with our neighbor and Misty was always helpful. It really felt like a community and they host parties for the residents. We loved living there but bought a house in the area. I referred a friend to the complex and she loves living there too!

    I have been living in these apartments since October 2016. The staff is amazing and very attentive if anything goes wrong. Some of the pluses about Dolce Living Town Home is the fact that the gym is always empty and it has great equipment and can get a full workout in everyday. Another amazing feature about the property is its across from the local library, you never need to rent a blue ray from Red Box or buy movies on the TV anymore because the library has up to date movies. Another plus about the property is the fact that the pool is always clean. I know it may seem crazy that I go in it during the winter but since its empty its great to get laps in. Everything about the place is just amazing and I am glad when i moved from Florida that i chose this place over the other places i looked at. Also ONE more thing. They are building more units right now and i thought to myself that it would be noisy all day. Its amazing I am watching these buildings being made and i barely hear anything out of the construction works.

    First apartment I toured. I toured a bunch more but ended up coming back to Dolce! Amazing staff (especially Amanda) and friendly. Maintenance response time is great and my neighbors have been very friendly!!Move in went smooth and staff has been extremely helpful and responsive to answer my questions and provide the info I need! ☺️Also the area is great! Close to DFW airport, Fort Worth, and Dallas is just up the road.

    I love this community! The staff is wonderful, anytime I need anything Cindys door (manager) is always open. They love pets so if you have fur babies they will make lots of friends. You are walking distance from a beautiful wildlife preserve and walking trail. Close to the library and NRH centre, lots of shopping up and down highway 26. This is the best place my fiance and I have ever stayed, if youre thinking about moving here do it!

    Excited about the management change and the great and supportive staff! Ive seen a significant improvement since they have taken over in the last month. Since Ive moved in to my unit I have felt like more of an inconvenience than a glad to have you tenant. Now, with Katrina and Brannan, it truly feels like a weight has been lifted knowing this crew is more than just competent, theyre caring.Ive lived here since last summer and have had small problems since I moved in. Problems started with a rude property manager before move in that altogether stopped responding, to multiple air conditioner floods and having to log multiple tickets within my first 30 days here. One of the biggest problems was they double assigned a parking garage, which I pay for, and reassigned me to the second furthest garage from my unit. Thats not like a four door difference, thats a lower floor, two hallways, last unit in this building difference. As a single mom carrying a 9 month old, car seat, diaper bag, plus whatever else I bought? Not really an option. I am paying for a garage I used may 4x since moving in.Now we have new management, which I didnt expect would impact me at all. However, I logged a ticket to replace a filter in my fridge and within 24 hours I had a phone call follow up, replaced filter, and while they were working and we chatted I mentioned the garage situation. Brannan not only identified the need, he went and cleaned out the garage, talked to Katrina (property manager), who then called and said she had switched the assignment. Brannan then rekeyed the garage from the inside, and reconfigured my garage clicker, within minutes. When I had service tickets before, they would come do something, never complete it, say they would come back the next day, and never do THAT. Once I had my air conditioner flood and had to call after hours emergency maintenance, where they didnt respond until I did a follow up call. The maintenance lead told me I should have called earlier. Um, I did. But Brannan seems to not only pay attention to what hes currently doing, and actually finish it, but he finds other ways to help if the need arises. Thats above and beyond.

    One of the nicest apartments Ive had the opportunity to view! Staff was amazing and extremely accommodating and Katrina was very knowledgable and able to answer all of my questions. The grounds were immaculate and they have all the amenities you could want or need, including nearby shopping (which my wife loves) and an incredible selection of restaurants and even a pub (which I love)! Great place to call your home!

    Viewed this complex and looks very nice. Marcia was helpful answering all my questions. Completed my application and will be moving in March to BLDG 6. Had a hard time reaching her by phone (busy signal), but she promptly responded to my email by calling me. Will follow up on my move in and feedback as an actual resident.

    The assistant manager and his manager were very accommodating on some special requests I had. Also the maintenance staff was very quick to act when my fridge broke and was flooding the apt. He drove in from his house at 2am to help. Ive lived here for 3 years and this is the 4th management company and they are THE BEST!

    To whom this concerns. I’ve been living in Dolce Living for almost two years. I am a profession who travels a lot, and consider myself to enjoy the finer side of life. Dolce has provided me with just-that. I began my residence not long after the first three building erected for business. As everyone knows, living in a complex can be complex at times for the cause of service. I consider myself an expert on the matter, as I‘ve live in several complexes over the years due to relocation purposes. Over that time, I’ve experience good and good, poor, and even great services. I mention services because that’s what’s important to me. At this Dolce Living you can be sure that you are going to experience a unique service model which leans toward excellence. Many times staff can be nice and friendly until you actually move your belonging into their property, and that’s when the red carpet treatment goes bye-bye. Apparently, that’s not the case here at Dolce. For example, we recently had a change managing director. When I got the email, I was skeptical, as the last manager was smart, kind and considerate, and not to mention human, treating her residents as such. When I met the new manager, I was overly please. Her introduction was unique and almost like I was being welcomed into her home for dinner. Special recognition must go out to Samantha. I could not have asked for a better representation of the place I call home. Thank you Samantha for all that you do.

    Loved living here back in 2016 and 17. They had great rent specials and beautiful apartments with speakers in the ceiling , hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, Crown molding, espresso finishes, washer and dryer in unit ,nice pool & rec center ,great parking etc. Walking distance from the grocery store, water park, and other restaurants nearby. Very nice experience

    From start to finish, Marcia took care of all of my leasing questions and paperwork.I needed to make a quick, decision to move, after fo8ng all of my research,, I decided not to move and then my mom ended up in the ICU, 2 months ago, and I knew I needed to be close to my parents home and make a move, from a few towns over.Marcia took some of that stress off of me. (Mom is still in the hospital) and has asked, several times, how my mom is doing and I appreciate that. Its an emotional time.So far, third day here, Im loving my new apartment.Thank You, Marcia!!I appreciate your professionalism!

    This place has had its challenges but the new ppl in the office are turning things around and the guy that does maintenance is very helpful. The pool gets loud at times but it’s a pool and to be expected and they have a cop that checks on things if the ppl at the pool are out of hand. When I went into the office to pay my rent online they were very helpful. I wasn’t rushed and they took the time to explain things to me and show me how to work the online payments. It’s not home living, which I am use to but it’s a great place to call home and I will be signing to stay another year.

    Such a beautiful community! Awesome location! I love the layout of the floor plans! Beautiful pool area and gounds are very well kept.     Office staff is welcoming and always gracious. They have worked to gather the residents and have hosted 3 or 4 events where the residents get together to get to know each other. One such event was poolside with barbecue grills going and the fire pit lit. Residents are friendly and enjoy the amenities of the exercise room, pool and we get along well.

    We couldnt be happier at the Dolce. Kelley and Cindy were wonderful when it came to helping us find an apartment quickly, and they consistently make sure that were having a great experience living here. We are new to the area and are so happy with our choice to rent here.

    I have been living at Dolce since April 2019 and the experience has been great! I believe the location is the best! Grocery stores are nearby, great restaurants walking distance and the BEST is the the walking trail right next door to us. I love that they have an elevator.

    Ive lived here for almost 2 years, and Im very pleased with the recent management change. The staff is much more responsive than the previous property manager. During the Texas winter storm and power outage last week, Brannan (maintenance lead) absolutely did everything possible to help us. He kept us informed, even though it was Oncors problem and not his. He was able to work with Oncor to put a band aid on the problem so that we would have power while waiting on Oncor to repair the transformer (our power was out for almost 96 hours). Brannan worked for hours on end with no break and no sleep. Thank you, Brannan! You deserve a raise!!

    Encore has a beautiful clubhouse. Poker Room, with Bluetooth speakers installed. This is ideal for residents having parties and events.Definitely enjoy the office girls.Love the restaurants right around.
