    This property is absolutely beautiful. The amenities make for a comfortable, long-term living. I toured this property about a month ago but my transfer to Austin did not go through. The management staff was helpful, professional, and welcoming. If I make it back to Texas, Ellwood at Lake Travis will be my residence.

    I have submitted several maintenance requests in the last couple of months. The maintenance team has always addressed them immediately. I had a couple of leaks that they fixed and brought in some dehumidifiers to keep us from getting mold and had someone fix the flooring as well. They fixed my dishwasher, the non working outlets in restroom, and caulked my toilet!! I am aware we live in an older complex and issues will arise, so I am so grateful for a staff that is working diligently to try to make our stay here as comfortable as it can be. Thank you to all of the staff and especially the maintenance team! I appreciate yā€™all!

    Great place!!!! I came in and spoke to a leasing agent sorry do not recall her name she had a lovely smile and she made me feel really comfortable with all the questions I had. The layout is spacious and modern and I really love the pool area and I am looking forward to moving in!!!

    Just moved and so far itā€™s a beautiful place! My only advice is for the office to be more responsive. I think I was talking to multiple people at a time so some people would answer and some I wouldnā€™t hear from so it was inconsistent. An easy fix so overall itā€™s a great property for a great price!

    Nice Property! Romecca helped me with all the questions I had even though Iā€™m not looking to move until June. I visited other communities and were very closed off not trying to help.     The staff at the front desk have been nothing short of accommodating. Any questions or concerns Ive had thus far were addressed. Camila was my POC during my tour phase. She recommended the perfect floorplan for me, she maintained great communication with me throughout the approval process, and told me everything I needed to know. The entire leasing team has been great since moving in, every single one of them has helped me with any questions or concerns Ive had.

    LOVE living here. Sleek, modern apartments. Quiet and peaceful. Outgoing, helpful staff. Super fast maintenance. Excellent location (HEB, Starbucks, liquor store, Taco Bell, McDonalds, and much more) are all within a short walking distance. Bonus: military-friendly.My only issue (certainly NOT a deal-breaker) stems from how the apartment buildings are numbered. There are duplicates. Although we sit at the juncture of FM 620 and Four Points Dr., and our apartments DO have different mailing addresses, deliveries get mixed up. Ive resolved this little problem by writing special delivery instructions for services like Uber and Amazon, and Ive made friends with my sister apartment. However, there is still the random mix-up from time to time.Overall, Im sooooooooooooooo excited I found this gem! My apartment faces a GORGEOUS forest area, and its so quiet and tranquil here, sometimes I forget I live in a city.

    Had a great experience going through the rental process. Madelyn is the nicest leasing agent I met while apartment hunting and let me tell ya I looked at every apartment on 620. If they have awards at her company, she is more than deserving. Also the pool is pretty cool.

    They are wonderful! I have lived at Tintara for a year and just renewed my lease. I have loved living here. The apartments are beautiful, inexpensive compared to the market for the rest of Austin, the amenities are great and the office staff are so sweet and helpful. Especially during COVID-19 they have gone above and beyond to make sure that all their residents are taken care of. I had an issue with a payment and they responded to all my emails within minutes and got the entire issue resolved almost immediately, and were never anything less than friendly and easy to work with. They make living here a great experience and Im so thankful to have found such a great complex to live at. Definitely recommend it to anyone interested!!

    Here in Austin, TX, apartment homes are a thing. Ellwood at Lake Travis apartments in particular are very well equipped. The floorplans available are like mini homes. The layouts were very well thought out. The complex is huge with over 200 units from studios to one bedroom to two bedrooms. All new appliances installed match the color theme in each apartment. Hard floors throughout except the bedrooms, which are carpeted. Sturdy, roomy balconies. Well built large windows. The master bedroom has a large bathroom and huge walk-in closets. The second bedroom is a decent size with a walk-in closet and a nice size bathroom with its own linen closet as well. Overall a pretty good place to live with affordable rents, two pools and jacuzzis, two fully equipped gyms, automatic gates, and plenty of covered parking and garages for each unit. It is very peaceful and quiet here. Some balconies overlook the many wood trails surrounding the complex and you can see for miles too. The complex is divided into two sides, the Lake side and the Canyon side with 11 buildings each and three stories high. The property is full of beautiful trees.

    The front office staff is really great and responsive, maintenance was always quick, and the dog park is actually great with a pretty cool community. I usually never see my neighbors in an apartment complex but we enjoyed getting to know people here. The gym is nice, and the two pool locations are great too.

    Wanted to wait a little before reviewing but it has been the easiest transition from one apartment to another and the community is very clean and staff is very helpful. Israel the assistant manager goes above and beyond when it come to replacing something in the apartment to feel like home. The dog part was a great renovation and looks great. My time in Ellwood has been great šŸ˜

    We had a 5 star application and move in experience. I recommend Zoe for your leasing needs here at Ellwood. We did our whole application process virtually and did not even see the apartments in person before moving in. Mind you this whole process was during the holiday. Zoe was quick to update us on all status updates and was a pleasure to work with. They even hooked up our washer and dryer for us the day we moved in. Couldnā€™t have asked for more. Thank you!

    There was dog feces on a balcony. Beautiful place though. Completely out of our way unfortunately. Requiring $1500 up front is a turn off about the community. Its not a matter of if one has it or not. That is the most I have ever seen requested by anyone and weve seen a lot of apartments. Pool area needs tending too a lot more. Also If one is interested in a one bedroom one bath they should be shown that not a 2b/2b .

    Moved here almost a year ago and I canā€™t express how happy I am here. Will definitely renewal my lease for many years. The pool party held a few days ago was a great time to get to know the staff! So friendly and you can tell they truly care about the apartment and their residences.

    I spent a year here from out of state. Iā€™m familiar with apartment rentals & the ins and outs of apartment companies being bought out. It takes time to repair a property regarding renovations. I have friends throughout the area where pools were shut down this past year in theyā€™re apartment communities as well. Especially properties that arenā€™t so new. Long story short, the important stuff always got handled. Paperwork was always handled correctly for me. If a repair was needed and wasnā€™t an emergency it was handled within 72 hours. Emergencies in a day. Again this is my experience. I loved every inch of my apartment. No bug issues. If your lucky you land with some clean and friendly neighbors but thatā€™s anywhere you go. If I could say one negative to be realistic on here. Power washing. Aside from that my family and I had a great experience and felt safe. Also located in a great school district.

    UPDATE: I lived here for a whole year and sadly I had to leave because I needed more space for additional family. This was my first place on my own and it was beautiful. Loved every bit of it. Will miss you guys. šŸ˜¢Been here for just about a Month and Franklin and the staff have been amazing. Any issues that have come up Iā€™ve gotten them taken care of! Franklin the maintenance man is THE man!! Got an issue he will make a difference. I also REALLY LOVE the fetch program for packages. SUPER HELPFUL.

    My partner and I recently moved from out of state and Maddy was super helpful through the application process even though we couldnā€™t be there in person. Weā€™ve been at Ellwood for a few weeks now and we love our apartment! Itā€™s very spacious and everything was in great condition. Everyone at the office is very welcoming and theyā€™ve answered all our questions. Totally recommend great area to live in!

    Iā€™ve lived here for 5 years, and new management/owners have both improved things and made things worse.All of the buildings were painted and porch railings were replaced, and it looks much better. Theyā€™ve also updated outside lighting so itā€™s much brighter, safer, and easier to see at night.However, the gate hasnā€™t been working for over two years, and when we pay extra to live in a gated community and the safety that comes with it, this is frustrating. Especially when I find out that the apartment above mine was squatted in at one point as a direct result of non-functioning gates.The pools were closed for a long time and finally opened with improvements so thatā€™s nice. The gym is finally open and looks GREAT!I found out from the office that theyā€™re only updating units when people move out, and if you want a newly updated one, you have to change apartments. I wish there was some way to stay in my current unit and still get these updates.My biggest issue at this point in time is the understaffed maintenance crew. They do the best they can, but itā€™s always such a production trying to get anyone to come to my apartment to fix anything, especially if it isnā€™t urgent. Even if it IS urgent, it isnā€™t guaranteed that theyā€™ll show up - sometimes they do, sometimes they donā€™t.The office isnā€™t great about responding to emails or phone calls, even during business hours. If I want a reply, I usually have to follow up.Customer service needs to be more of a focus. While aesthetically the complex has gotten better, the customer service with new management has really gone downhill. Old management would always answer inquiries within 24 hours, and the old maintenance crew always got to requests (even if not urgent) within 2-3 days. Not anymore.Overall, the complex is trending for the better, but the growing pains can be a bit frustrating.

    I have lived here for about 6 months and I have not had as many challenges as other residents have noted. Maintenance has been pretty responsive and my dog and I have felt safe in the community. The only challenge I do have is that we have not had a gym since I have moved in. I moved to this exact complex because of the gym blueprints, and the grand opening dates are still up in the air. Besides that, we have enjoyed our time here .

    It is nice to have found an apartment with management that cares for their residents. Everyone I have talked to in the front office is very nice and always trying to find the best way to make sure any issue you might have gets taken care of. Not only are they there to answer any questions you might have, but the are also actively make the apartment complex better and better. I.e. Freshly renovated gym, renovated second pool, and getting the gates working so that this place can be just that much safer. If anyone I know needs a new apartment, I will for sure recommend the Ellwood.

    Not only do I love these apartments because of the inside, but the outside is also just as beautiful if not more (the views are just UNBEATABLE). Prices are insanely cheap compared to any other place in the hills. To top it all off, Zoe is so helpful and knowledgeable. Response time is also 10/10. Rent here today!!!

    The community is kept clean and I love the spaciousness of my apartment and all the upgrades included. Management is always friendly and makes sure all questions or concerns are answered and resolved. Phone calls are always answered during business hours or returned on the same day.     Lived here for a year and a half. Great location. The pool on the Four Points side (yes, there are two pools!) is fab -- like a resort! Gym is brand new and also fab! Maintenance team is friendly and pretty quick -- I love Franklin. Hes so sweet. Looks to me like the management are turning this property around and are on the right track. Thanks for reading!

    I had a bad experience with a local management at the Kingston apartments in austin. I was given a apartment full of mold and broken items as soon as I arrive. I was set with the complication of trying to find a home to move into on the day after due to my whole entire belongings being in my uhaul truck. I found Ellwood on the day after and the staff at the leasing office was able to make a miracle happen for me. They were able to get me approved and gave me my keys on the same day! thanks to them i was given a fully renovated apartment with brand new appliances and a huge balcony, aside from the incredibly low rent rate. thank you ellwood for making my renting experience wonderful.

    They are definitely wonderful! I have lived at Tintara for 3 years, I just renewed my lease. I love live here. The apartments are wonderful, modern, and inexpensive compared to the rest of Austin. I love the location. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I want to mention Jessenia is very sweet and professional, she and the manager have helped make my stay pleasant, they answer emails and calls in minutes and make sure that I am satisfied in all my needs and have everything I need, especially in this difficult time. I love living here, for the tranquility and security that I have. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested !!

    We moved here from out of town and I am so glad we found this place. The management team was super friendly and the Manager Romecca is truly just the best!! Shes professional and very attentive to her residents which I appreciate, coming from a property with poor management. Our apartment was clean and ready for us. We havent had any issues with our home and Im super happy about that.We love it here.

    Been living since February of 2022. Thereā€™s been quite a few changes as the company that owned the place when we moved has since changed. Iā€™ve been fortunate to not have any issues with maintenance personally. Only issue I have is sometimes there have been periods where the recycling and trash dumpsters periodically overfill sometimes and take a day to empty out. Itā€™s happened a few times but thatā€™s my only gripe with anything personally. Rent payment straight forward. Not a huge fan of requiring fetch. Keep making changes for the better pleasešŸ‘

    My only complaints arethe bend near building 8. I live right on that bend see lots of near accidents and 2 accidents in last few months. It would make sense in either moving dumpster or putting speed bumps on both sides coming into bend. I work from home see all these kids walking around this bend from bus and scare me the thought.I would also love to swim but when I see message that the pool is closed because someone has done something in the pool or that pool near exercise room looks bad.

    I searched the entire city of Austin for an apartment. The leasing agents at Ellwood were the most professional and helpful agents I met. They worked within my budget, listened to what I needed, and delivered with options. I was particularly impressed with how understanding and responsive they were to any question. I was so impressed I rented there on the spot.

    Just had an amazing tour of this impeccable property today with aaroon and all I can say is where do I sign? He guided me and gave me all the information i needed, very attentive and caring really trying to meet my needs, he showed me different floor plans, i havenā€™t had that good of a customer service experience in a long time Seriously, the amenities outshine the competition effortlessly and the sound proof halls are definitely a plus! I love the gathering spaces and the apartment itself! I will definitely be moving here soon.

    Its a bit surprising how different my experience has been from all the low ratings. My husband and I loooove living here, but were also really easy going people and know what youre signing up for in apartment living. The rent is really great for our 2 bed/ 2 bath. Its incredibly close to Lake Travis, HEB, Twin Liquors, etc! The front staff is always welcoming and putting on little events with free food and booze. All of our maintenance requests have been filled the same day or at the latest, 24 hours after. We are lucky enough to live near the front of the complex so we dont have to deal with the parking issue (Im sure thats beyond annoying in other locations of the complex). We are in a newly renovated apartment and we get so many compliments about it form our friends and family! Weve lived here for a year so far and will probably continue to do so until were ready to buy a house.My only complaint is that there are duplicate apartment numbers, but so far, Ive just been leaving specific instructions with delivery services and it hasnt been that bad.

    Ive been here for 7 months and this complex is great. Maintenance typically shows up to fix things within 24 hours of logging the request, the huge windows and upgraded units are beautiful, its safe and mostly quiet. There are a lot of dogs and some of the owners are not responsible & leave their poop laying around. But thats not on the management, thats on the dog owner. And they do clean it up regularly. The dog park is well-maintained. The pools & property are well-maintained. The apartments are well-maintained. The management, office staff and maintenance staff are all delightful. Every neighbor that Ive met has been great. There are a couple of spots where the landscaping could use a little TLC & people tend to drive through way too fast (cutting the busy intersection next to us.) My only complaints here are that my rent went up way too much when my renewal was offered (Im going to have to give up my covered parking spot to continue to afford it) and lately the gates have been left open too often. (I think some idiot ran into them or something. That needs to be fixed so that people quit cutting through and acting like its an interstate bypass.) Otherwise I highly recommend this apartment complex.

    Been meaning to write this review for a bit now but lifeā€™s been crazy with moving of course, but better late than never! So honest opinion so far I think itā€™s a good place to live, I havenā€™t experienced any issues that are really worth writing home about. Moving from rural-ish North Carolina in a single family home I mean I had to get used to apartment living again and I mean it takes getting used to but I really havenā€™t had any issues. I donā€™t feel unsafe or like thereā€™s an riff raff and people seem friendly so far. Iā€™d definitely recommend it living here.     This community is amazing! The new management & leasing staff really do go above and beyond for their residents. I toured with a client recently and had the best experience.     Weve been at Tintara for about a year and a half now. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have some resident get-togethers and activities and, although we dont attend all of them, the ones we have been to are nice. Coming from another complex where we could wait months for maintenance issues to be addressed and then sometimes not even resolved, having a maintenance staff that responds to most every call in 24 hours or less is mind-blowing! Im still not used to it!Like most apartments, its certainly an apartment. There are some noisy neighbors and other issues you see at any apartment complex (grounds are kept okay but arent gloriously landscaped). Theyre pretty good at keeping trash picked up as well. Overall, Id say for the money we pay, its been a good choice for us.

    Im surprised by some of the reviews that Ive just read. My experience with management has all been very positive. When Ive had issues, they have been handled immediately. When Ive rarely needed repair work, it has been addressed within 24 hours. Having lived in a few different apartment communities in my lifetime, I can easily say that this has been one of my better experiences. You cant blame management if you dont like your neighbors. Nothing is perfect in life. Your some other communities in Austin. For the money, Tintara is great.

    10/10 recommend working with Kirra! I could write a whole essay on my great experience with her! My boyfriend and I moved from California to Texas and Kirra helped make the process enjoyable. We adore the property and love how close we are to a grocery store, food, gas, etc. Kirra is extremely friendly, great energy, has clear communication, responds fast, and is patient. Shes truly blessing in our lives because we were able to find a home in a new state weve never been to. She gave us plenty of options to choose from based on our goals and needs. I understand the new management transition and Im happy to say Im excited about the future at Ellwood. Btw the pools are working! Theyre working on finalizing the gym as well. They have GREAT specials right now you dont want to miss for move-in and for current residents!!! Ill definitely work with Kirra again in the future I had an amazing first time experience Ill make sure to refer people over!

    I just moved from Washington state I was allowed to use my pay stubs from my jobs in Washington which allowed me to make the move thank you Keirra for welcoming us to this new home and making it a easy transition. This is perfect location for young familyā€™s to start new. H.e.b across the street, lakes and rivers 5 minute away, and 15 minutes from everything else you could want.

    I have lived at Tintara for 2 years, and recently renewed my lease for the upcoming year. I really enjoy living here! Its a beautiful property, with many great amenities, that have been recently updated. I have lived on the Canyon side, as well as the Lakeside. Both areas have been nice and quiet:) The office staff is the best! Always friendly and helpful. Maintenance has been very prompt, and courteous, whenever I have had an issue. I would recommend Tintara to any of my friends because I am happy living here:)

    This was a very pleasant year living at Tintara. My family and I lived in Oregon and Mrs. Leigh got us into an apartment and took care of us before we made it to Texas and throughout the year. The apartments are beautiful, any maintenance request was always followed through quickly and thoroughly. Staff are kind, and professional and I never experienced anything but amazing customer service while living here. We had great neighbors and what an amazing community to be apart of. Tintara is very involved with their residents, always has activities for every month, very family oriented. One of my favorite things about this property is HEB is next door along with the hidden Target. I will miss living here for sure. Youā€™re in for a treat when you move in, you get a cute welcome home bag with a yummy bottle of wine. The staff does everything possible to make you feel at home and again I canā€™t rave enough of how the staff are friendly and they take care of any issue or concerns you may have Quickly.

    I absolutely LOVE my apt. Iā€™m on Lakeside, corner unit with tree coverage for my patio. Never hear my neighbors unless theyā€™re on patio when I am or if theyā€™re in breezeway. I have plenty of natural light and the interior lighting is excellent too. Everything is modern and updated. The layouts are open and well thought out. The closets are AMAZING. Couldnā€™t be happier.Exterior: Breezeways Could use power washing and paint job. Lots of webs/bugs ick.Landscaping could use more grass my building is nothing but dirt with grass patches.My one HUGE complaint is that we donā€™t have a row of parcel lockers for items that donā€™t fit in mailbox. We only have 2 and it is NOT enough for this complex. Carrier no longer delivers to 3rd floor and office refuses to accept packages during COVID. So EVERY TIME I have to go to post office. INCREDIBLY INCONVENIENT. We need parcel lockers!!!

    Ok so I didnt get pictures BUT I just stopped by the gym and whooooeeee Its beautiful. I am totally a 5-6 day a week gym go-er. My gym is 20 minutes away and I am SO SO excited our gym is open. I am writing this review because I was extremely impressed with Jeff who works in the front office. Aside from the property being clean, nice, and organized, Jeff showed great customer service! He was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond for my client. I walk into apartments all day every day and sometimes the greetings we get from the leasing agents is not so inviting, but Jeff definitely made both my client and I feel comfortable and was even excited that we came by to visit the property.     I liked living at Tintara. Sometimes people are very dramatic with these reviews...it was not all that bad and the staff was nice and helpful. Granted, everyone has different situations but overall I would live here again. We didnt renew bc we moved cities.Honestly, my neighbors were nice. The apartment looked good inside and out (expect they could do a better job with appearances in the corridor areas). And we had covered parking so didnt really have issues with parking.We loved that HEB & Target were right around the corner. But OMG 620 and 2222 nightmare!!!Other than that, never had issues with rent, office staff or anything! Maintenance was cool and always took care of our request. At the end of the day we got our full deposit back and are happy! I hope our new apartment is as good as Tintara.

    Visiting someone that lives here and the property seems very clean. The tenants seem to be very friendly. I noticed they had a pool area along with a fitness center. Dog friendly. Covered carports along with one car garage available. The apartments are very spacious with lots of lighting.
