Living at Eleven10 has been an incredible experience! The complex’s location near downtown Dallas is perfect for enjoying a night out, and the amazing city views are a daily treat. Not to mention, we are across the street from the farmers Market and a food court!The leasing process was seamless, thanks to Ruby and Sade. Ruby went above and beyond, calling me with the fantastic news of an opening that matched everything I requested during my visit back in September. Since moving in, I’ve absolutely loved my new home.The staff deserves major kudos for consistently addressing resident concerns. Managing a community in the heart of downtown Dallas can’t be easy, but Mr. Benjamin, the community manager, handles it all with professionalism and a smile.I’m so happy to call Eleven10 home and can’t wait to make more memories here. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vibrant home in the city!

The view is amazing! The workout facility is better than I’ve ever seen,inside an apartment complex! Erica & Yael took great care of me!!! My apartment was ready upon move in! Located right across from the farmers market!! Great areas to relax in this building!!!!! Loving the free coffee and some really nice neighbors!

I was approved for another complex right On the west side of the farmers market (won’t name them), And a friend recommended that I applied to Eleven 10. I saved $1000 on my rent instantly! The place was just as nice as the place on the other side of the farmers market. I honestly would have paid $1000 more here and can’t believe that the unit was so affordable.Once I moved in, I was so glad of my decision. The staff is always polite and accommodating to my needs. The maintenance crew does a great job with keeping this place clean and running. What else could you ask for at a downtown complex right off of the freeway? I love the convenience of not having to fight through downtown traffic every day.Definitely plan to stay here for a few years and possibly longer.

Ive been here going on a year and let me tell you! Our pool looks like a resort with the backdrop waterfall which never stops (I get so many compliments when family and friends come over). I have downtown views from my bedroom and room. I go to the Dallas farmers Market right across the street, every single Saturday and Sunday for fresh fruits and cool little shops. I love it here :)

Did a walk through that was perfectly organized by leasing and office manager. Staff were VERY professional and kind. I will recommend this complex to any & everyone if you’re looking for luxury but affordable housing. The property was very clean & you can tell they do a great job of upkeeping!

Moved in a few weeks ago and the process was fast and smooth. The apartment was clean, they even had a beautiful gift and a card (so thoughtful). My disposal was not working and maintenance was fast, immediately I put in my work order, it was fixed. Shout out to the manager Benjamin and Ruby for being amazing and making the move in process smooth. They were so helpful in answering any questions I had as well.

I had a young woman, black African-American, who not only toured my apartment, but signed my lease and has been the sweetest lady that I’ve ever experienced at this place. Management is amazing, but please let me tell you about her! I’m not too sure of her name, but she is amazing and I’m so happy to live here.

I lived in this apartment complex when it was brand new for one year and moved. It was a great experience. When I moved back 13 months ago I was excited to return. I had a positive experience with the staff but noticed the property not being kept up, trash was a real issue piling up over the weekends, and break-ins were a significant issue to the point residents were discussing organizing safety patrols on their own. Since the new management there have been some changes for the better. I am slowly starting to see the property being in a cleaner state and seeing things getting fixed that are in the common areas that were once visibly an eye soar. The new manager has been professional, prompt, personable, and caring in helping me through some transitions. Benjamin was open to hearing and considering my suggestion for community engagement activities for the residents. The new staff coming on express a spirit of helpfulness and warmth. Today I met Ruby and am excited that she is here. I am very confident that the property will continue to evolve back into its once state of beauty and operational efficiency. If you are looking for a place to experience community and call home, I would recommend Eleven Ten Apartments. If something changes I will write another review, but this is my honest review at this time. Thank you Benjamin!

I absolutely loved living here-I would have never left had I not moved cities (well- if the rent increase kept happening on current pace I might have left). The pool is awesome, the apartment is very dog friendly, lots of young professionals and young couples. Free food/drinks about once a month (either a brunch type event or dinner and beer) and friendly residents. There was always a parking spot, but once or twice in the year I lived there, I had to go to the 4th floor to park because it was all full (I lived on the first floor). My dog loved having a little yard which is maintained by the apt. The only minor complaint I had was I had some issues with neighbors above me littering in my yard, but that was nipped in the bud by the leasing office once we identified the people responsible. Its great living close to deep ellum and the farmers market (both walkable), but at night I would not venture past the apt area or walk to deep ellum without friends due to the homeless that frequent downtown (this would go for any apt in the area). BUT I will say I never felt unsafe walking with my dog at any time.

Love this place! View is great, people are great, and staff is great. And, they have an amazing, commercial grade coffee maker in the lobby and cold brew and nitro cold brew in draft. As a coffee lover, this is so, so good! The pool looks like a high-end resort, and the place is kept very clean. Love it here!

I’ve lived here since last August I wasn’t gonna come check it out because of the reviews but I ended up coming here last and ended up moving here!! I love it so so much everything is always taking care of and any issues are addressed very fast! The pool is so nice the staff is so so sweet!! I love ruby and Sade they are so helpful and accommodating! And we can’t forget about Benny!! He’s an amazing manager and is always willing to take feed back and make changes where is needed! I really love living at this place. Really cool entrance area for my guest to feel the upscale vibe that I was searching for with a complex. All of the staff gives me warm vibes every time I interact with them. People are people and anyone that have lived in an apartment complex knows that the residence cannot be controlled by the complex. However, they do a really good job in managing a few bad apples. I can’t believe the few bad reviews, as if the staff doesn’t immediately clean up trash left by those bad apples. I’ve experienced that even in an upscale high-rise, trash is left in unwarranted places on the weekend. Like I said people are people. It’s how the staff handles those bad apples is what I pay for.

Absolute best experience I’ve had at an apartment complex. It was a rough start initially, many problems moving in but ever since new management came in, I’ve felt like my concerns were addressed and the necessary improvements to the complex were made. Benjamin went out of his way to assure that safety, cleanliness, and overall responsiveness in the leasing office improved and I appreciate that a great deal. That’s why I’m giving a 5 star review and decided to stay another lease term.

All of maintenance is awesome! Absolutely love living here.UPDATE: Sadly, I had to break my lease due to personal reasons... Lived here since July 2023 & this by far has been the best community and my favorite apartment ever! Location, current staff in office (2 new leasing agents and PM), and Brittany Stone are all heaven sent and such an asset to IRT! Never had any major or minor issues to be honest. I was dealt with professionally and received straightforward answers to every question I asked. Overall my service requests were completed quickly and efficiently.Recent turnover in the maintenance dept revealed an enormous backlog. Once the new Service Manager, Rodney Barber arrived, my requests were responded to in a very reasonable amount of time considering the number outstanding requests there were bldg-wide.Also glad that Mr Beene is on staff. He immediately had an impact on the numerous community rule violations and “deadbeat” tenants in residence here; hope I never become one. 😁Also, Benjamin was kind enough to have a couple of my more pressing service requests handled, prior to the arrival of the new maintenance team.Thank you Benjamin, Rodney and Oscar, you are all amazing, hardworking professionals and very much appreciated!!!

I’ve had a pretty good experience with the apartment complex. Management has been super responsive and efficient when addressing concerns. Of course, not everything will be perfect but I will say, management definitely has been stepping in to alleviate concerns.

Living here for almost a year has been a great experience -- so much so that we renewed our lease for another 15 months! There are fun events in the common areas, a beautiful resort-style pool, and frequent Happy Hours with drinks and food provided. The location is superb, and everyone is extremely friendly. Harmony is especially helpful at the front desk with any issue that might arise. Whether its checking out another available unit in the building, or just questions about the complex, shes friendly, efficient, and professional. The whole staff is! Definitely feel like we hit the jackpot with this place.

I don’t usually post reviews, but I had to do it for this one. Reason why, Colin. He is the best leasing consultant I have ever had while living in an apartment. I moved from out of town and he made the transition very easy. He always responds on time, he knows the answer to any little question you may have, he treats everyone like they are a friend, and I would move into any apartment as long as he was a working for them. If anyone ever needs anything or wants to find a home away from home, call him.

I had a great move in experience with Eleven10. I came from out of state which added a lot of stress to my move in process but the complex made it as easy as possible. Colin was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made sure everything was set up for me by the time I arrived in Dallas. I feel safe and secure in the building and everything is clean and orderly.

I love everything about eleven10. I’ve lived here now for a few months, right in the middle of the pandemic, however it has been amazing nonetheless. The moving in process was easy; Ericka and Priscilla were beyond helpful along with the help of SmartCity as well! They have been extra careful and safe bc of Covid but have still been able to keep amenities open when possible. My unit is incredibly spacious allowing working from home to be a breeze. The location is amazing as well! I can’t wait for things to subside to fully experience deep ellum. 10/10 recommend!

Being a resident from 2018-2019 and now again in 2021-22... Ive seen many changes over the years. IRT Living seems to be a decent management company and will hopefully bring back some of the Alta vibes that we loved so much in 2018. I was sad to see Collin go because he was so helpful and friendly. Shaderica is also very helpful and listens to any concerns you have. Kat has been extremely prompt at replying to my emails and made our move in as smooth as possible. We love living in the Farmers Market district and are very happy so far with our home.

We were a little worried because out of state moves are so difficult but Colin has been amazing the entire time. He made sure that the move and everything was taken care of before we got here. Every place has its ups and downs. The best thing about living here is the staff, particularly Ericka. She has been accommodating in EVERY way from an issue I had with a package when I was out of town to dealing with my end of lease and have to extend a little bit. We love this community. The apartments have higher end finishes, the walk in closets are amazing and you cannot hear your neighbors- below, above or side! The dog run and amenities are great. Management takes time to listen to you and are very responsive (thanks Jennifer!). Location is great- we walk to Deep Ellum almost every weekend. But the best part is the community events. Last week we had happy hour at Rex Seafood with Deep Ellum Blonde on tap and appetizers (steak skewers, shrimp cocktail and hush puppies!). We are so thankful this is where we ended up!

Everything during my move in process went by smoothly and Eleven10 has been a wonderful place to move into. The neighborhood is what peaked my interest when looking for places to move. But by far the hospitality shown to me by Colin at Eleven10 is what sealed the deal. I applied as soon as I could and am happy to say it was the right choice.

I love this complex and the neighborhood. I have to shout to the maintenance team and the staff up front. My AC went out and no more than 30 minutes went by before the maintenance man was at my door. He discovered that the part that broke needed to be ordered and may take a few days. I was concerned with being uncofortabke and sure enough he installed window units that have kept my apt cool until the part is replaced. Give that man a raise!!!

I am so excited to be moving in on the third of this month!! I toured the apartments and fell in love. I will get to live downtown next to the farmers market AND deep ellum! I have been to two resident functions ( pool party and breakfast) we had so much fun. I think its awsome that the staff puts together redident functions. I cant wait to see what else they have instore. As far as the move in process has been smooth. I feel like Alta farmers market is truly pet friendly... My dogs are going to love their lilttle yard in the big city :) only 2 more days!!
