    I lived here for 5 years, and this apartment brought me only blessings. My apartment was never broken into, my car was never broken into, my car was never towed because I did the right thing when i first moved to follow their procedure for registering cars online. The apartment was also very quiet. I stayed here and studied for college indoors without going to the library to seek for a quiet place to study went to and graduated. The administration was very considerate about qualification with my paycheck when I initially moved in. I loved everything about this apartment. May God bless El Sol Del Rio 🙏

    Promptly attended to.the maintenance guys are superb in fix d issues. My only problem here is cat poo everywhere on d stairs and grass. My own apartment is roaches free thanks to my super roaches expelled l used. The place is affordable . The manager is very helpful and help me on 2 occasions to resolve issuesThank you.

    I had an issue with my lease but Neri was extremely helpful! Great customer service from her and impressed that she was able to assist and resolve my issue in the same day. She even stayed on the phone with me until we figured it out. Very thankful for the team!

    It’s hard to find a safe, affordable, community WITHOUT a infestation but you will here. i’ve been on the property for a few years and must commend the new site manager. she’s awesome & extremely professional. The new maintenance staff is always reliable and efficient.

    Been living here with my family for almost a year now and its been a great experience so far. Its nice and quiet and maintenance is very well on staying on top of work orders. The only complaint I have is to have more parking spots for visitors. Its kinda hard for family to visit without struggling to find a spot. Other than that I enjoy my apartment (:

    The whole team working in El Sol del Río Apartments is really kind and hardworking. They help the residents as much as they can. The leasing agents are so nice, also the maintenance team and manager. They have great prices and the apartments are pretty and functional. I totally recommend them.

    Excellent customer service! I came to the office to talk about specials and the leasing staff was very helpful - also a very clean property with three great swimming pools. I recommend this to anyone looking for a great yet affordable place to live.One of the other great things is how close this place is to all the stores and bus stops! :)
