    I lived at Dry Creek for a year and loved it. The office staff were always friendly and helpful. Anytime I submitted a maintenance request, the issue was fixed within a couple hours. There is a beautiful walking trail and lake behind the apartments. I will miss living here and definitely recommend it.

    This is a long overdue review)We loved working with Ty! She is amazing! Very professional, smart, efficient, and very friendly ❤️. She helped us with all the questions we had and we lived there for about 6-7 months. The place is clean and safe. Maintenance is always good and there is a nice pond where you can walk, a gym and many other cool things. The pool was always clean and we enjoyed our time there! Will always remember this place and Ty with the best memories 🙌.

    Wanted to post another review, I have lived her for over a year and its been amazing. Building is very sound proof rarely hear neighbors unless their outside their apartment or blasting music on max. Everyone here is super nice and friendly from staff to other tenants. No bug issues ever, Maintenance responds the day of if not the very next day. I love it here and will stay until I need to move / they raise my rent to much.Update: 7/16 AC broke and got a full brand new one the next day, I did have an older model and was due for an upgrade but loved the speed at which they helped me.Update: 12/12 moving out for for a shorter commute for work, but one problem has grown here. This is highly dependent on the building you live in and not the reason we are leaving. There is at least 1/2 people in my building and at least 1/2 in nearby ones who refuse to pick up after their dogs. It was a small issue but has grown to the point I step on dog poop every time I walk my dogs. This is not the apartments fault but the dog owners who dont want to pick up after themselves. Also its not just near the pet waste stations but any grass and also in the dog park. If this is a deal breaker for you during your tour walk around the buildings and pet waste station to see what it looks like. Dont judge it based off Monday (when lawn care) comes as they will clean up when mowing.

    I have lived here for about two months and my experience has been awesome! Tessa did a fantastic job moving me in and getting everything set up for my new place. The grounds are quiet and clean with the amenities always taken care of. The leasing options are flexible without affecting price which came in clutch for me as I signed a 7 month lease. I am most likely going to renew because I love living here so far! Definitely keep Dry Creek Ranch on your radar for your new home!

    Just moved out, but I’ve lived here for almost five years and this is the best apartment complex I’ve ever been in. Ladies in the leasing office are always nice to talk to, and the maintenance team is super quick whenever you put in a request. I also appreciate how conveniently located it is, within range of anything you could want.

    I have been here almost 7 years and have had very minimal problems. I will say, they are STRICT on parking, so make sure you understand the parking rules or your vehicle will get towed. If you are visiting or have a rent car, either get a temporary parking pass or park in clearly marked visitor parking. The property is nice, someone comes around every morning a picks up any trash on the ground. Electricity is very efficient, usually cost me between $80-$120 year round and I keep the temp between 69-72. Management and maintenance are responsive and helpful. The amenities are well kept and IF for some reason they are closed off, we typically get notified. There have been few occasions we were not notified of the pool being closed & sometimes the hot tub isnt hot. Phase 1 just got a new exterior face lift with new paint and damaged metal repairs. The location is great, its just off of 35W and the area is growing so there are more food options becoming available. The only reason I dont give it 5 stars is because the front entry gate is broken so frequently. Because it is broken, may residents/visitors use it as an exit which is very dangerous to people trying to enter the community.

    My husband and I are newly weds that we’re looking for a place to call our first home and we found it! Dry Creek Ranch was an answer to our prayers after being taken advantage of at too many other apartment complexes! Tessa greeted us with hospitality and kindness and even asked us about our experiences so she could make things better for us! Our entire application and approval process was quick and painless and they even had people reach out to us for internet so we didn’t have to go search them out. I could not be happier with our experience so far and we’re just moving in this weekend!When it comes to our apartment itself, it is beautiful and spacious! The amenities are incredible and they have the most amazing community activities and calendars! I’m so excited to be living at Dry Creek Ranch!

    I cant rave enough about how impressed I am with this community and its management company! From touring to application to approval and move in, it was all seamless and went off without a hitch. When they say your apartment is ready for move in, they mean it! Everything was clean, A/C set to a comfortable level, and ready for me to start making it my own.I love the dog park, the walking trail, and Im sure the gym and pool will be just as great when I get a chance to check it out.But its the customer service I received that really steps it up a notch. Tessa has been extremely kind, patient, and accommodating answering all of my questions (very promptly!) and providing support where I need it during the move in process. She took what can be very stressful and made it fun and enjoyable.I am excited to call Dry Creek Ranch home as I start this new chapter of my life.

    I wanted to share my experiences about Dry Creek Ranch. We have had a wonderful experience with Seda. She really helped us to get our documents around that DCR needed for us to move in. She spent the time patiently helping us when we really needed the help. She actually seem to go out of her way to help us in our transitional period of moving in. I would recommend anyone that needs help to look up Seda, she can answer all your questions. Thank you Seda for all your help!A follow up review to Dry Creek Ranch;I have a small addition to my review after being at DCR for a year. If you have a big family with more than 4 people living in your home beware that the water/sewage is allocated. With a large family you will be charged nearly over twice the amount that you should be paying. Since we left DCR and went only a few miles away our water/sewage bill is nearly three to four times less than it was in DCR.Our new place takes an actual reading of our personal meter and our water sewage is so much less. We now have an attached garage with the same bedroom and bathroom space and rent is still hundreds less. It’s peaceful and, it has a working gated community.Beware of hidden fees. They charge for packages although you will not use it, it’s called Fetch. You pay even though you may not use it.Anyway, just beware aware.

    I honestly can’t say enough great things about living here. It was my first time moving into an apartment and Seda not only made the process really easy but her communication and response time is amazing. I have now lived here for 2 months and besides the occasional pet owners not cleaning up after their dogs it has been perfect. Maintenance responds and repairs the day of, if not in the next two days. I’ve had some questions I’ve asked the office and they’re always really nice and helpful for anything. Apartment is in good condition and AC has stayed cool all summer. I have zero complaints and will most likely renew my lease once it’s over.

    Ive had a great experience moving into these apartments. Seda made everything easy and fast. My four year old daughter also loved her she makes everyone feel at home! Everyone in the office is super attentive and will make sure your move in is smooth and if theres any complication they will do everything they can to fix the problem. I highly recommend this complex. Ive been here for almost a month and havent had any problems. Its clean and well kept. Im on the 1st floor and all of my neighbors are super quiet and respectful. Dont miss out!

    Ive been living in this apartment complex for a awhile now and Im very impressed with the level of customer service provided. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they respond quickly to any questions or concerns I have.In addition, the maintenance team is fantastic. Theyve fixed any issues Ive had in my apartment quickly and efficiently. Ive never had to wait long for a repair, and they always do a great job.Overall, Im very happy with my experience living in this apartment complex.     I haven’t moved in to Dry Creek Ranch Apartments yet but I already know they have the most considerate, kind and selfless staff and I have ever encountered. At every turn they have made sure to keep me informed of every step and action Ive needed to take in order to be successful in landing the home I desperately need.     We just moved in today, Seda has been a tremendous help! She has diligently worked with us since we went on our tour of the property (which was an unscheduled tour), signing our lease, and now happily moved in. Our apartment was clean and ready to move into on the date given. Dry creek is very beautiful and quiet.

    My experience with Dry Creek Ranch was quick but so incredible! I was helping my daughter find a new apartment and not only is the complex beautiful with so many amenities, Seda made everything so much better! She was so helpful and welcoming. She moved mountains and created a personal relationship with my daughter, and as a mother I feel so much more comfortable knowing my daughter has chosen such a great place to live in. I cant stress enough how impressed I was.

    UpdateI am very glad that I have just renewed my rent contract for the second time, this place is very comfortable to live in, I have never had an issue to complain with the administration of the condominium, nor with the neighbors. The few times that there have been a small maintenance problem, the condominium staff has solved it very quickly. All Dry Creek Ranch employees are very willing to fix absolutely anything. My leasing agent is Seda Marlow, thanks Seda for all the support you always give us I really appreciate your excellent work.—-5 months ago.My experience at Dry Creek Ranch has been and is the best, it is a very pleasant place to live, when I have needed or had some kind of inconvenience, Seda Marlow (Leasing Agent) has always given me a prompt solution, if you are future residents, look for her, she will know how to help you.

    These apartments are by far the best weve lived at! The entire front office staff is incredible, which in apartments is not always the case. Youre not just a number here. Ty and Seda have been very sweet and helpful in making this a very smooth transition. When we had issues setting up our internet, Ty was very accommodating & made sure everything was handled. The team up front reaches out to make sure youre settling in or need anything. When youre new to the area and dont know anyone, knowing you have someone in your corner is a breath of fresh air. We love it here!

    They are brand new apartment in a great location. Few minutes from Alliance center. I am living here for more than 2years now. The dog park is beautiful.Leasing office people like Sada, Tessa, Jeanie are very helpful. Maintenance was not fast before but for past 6months they hired helpful people. Now they have quicker response time.I am very impressed with the new maintenance guy Ricardo. Such a helpful person.However the only downside is it is bit pricy, but if I have newer and better apartment why not?

    I am a skeptic on reviews so if you are please read this. When I say, I absolutely adore this place, I mean it. I am brand new to the property and it’s just me. However, I feel so safe and everyone here is so kind! I am so thankful for meeting Tessa. Her customer service is phenomenal but I won’t stop there. I shared with her how terrible my last apartment experience was as a long term tenant and she was utterly shocked. Since being here I put in a work order and it was done the same day. Anytime I call, there is an answer. I have called one time, had to leave a message and I received a call not even 24 hours later. I never have to leave countless voicemails like at my last place! I am surprised every time because each member of the office staff has been incredible, informative, and professional. Not to mention my new home is an upgrade. I am truly so happy here.     My boyfriend and I recently went to visit Dry Creek Ranch apartments and were very pleased with everything we saw. Seda was a huge help to us throughout the whole experience of touring the property, applying for the unit and getting the contract signed. She responded to all of our emails very quickly and even had a cell number we could use to text her directly with any extra questions we might have. Overall great expletive and we can’t wait to move in!

    During my year stay here, Seda and the entire DCR team took care of me like family! They were able to answer any question I had and fix any major issues in my apartment in a quick and efficient manner.     We just moved into Dry Creek Ranch and have had nothing but positive experiences. Tessa was incredible in helping us seamlessly set up our lease and was always available to answer our questions leading up to move in day. When we initially moved into our unit our electrical outlets did not work in the bathrooms, but after putting in a request maintenace promptly addressed the issue. This is reassuring that if we ever need any assistance in the future we can rely on maintenance to help us in a timely manner. The gym is clean and has wipes and a water bottle refill station which is a plus. Overall we have had a great initial experience and would definitely recommend this location to anyone searching for an apartment.

    I lived here for about three years. I had no standard against which to measure because Id never lived in an apartment before, but to me, this seemed like a decent place. It was safe, the front office was friendly and responsive, the apartments are beautiful and new, and I cant remember a time when a maintenance request was ignored. There were occasional annoyances, like the constant dog poop everywhere and the loud neighbor now and then, but all in all, the place kept me housed and put up with a lot of stuff and gave us a lot of grace.

    I recently relocated from Columbus, OH for a new job; however, the original location of my new residence was trash, so I needed to find a new home quickly. After searching for some time, and feeling a stressed thinking things were never going to come together, I found Dry Creek Ranch and Tessa! What an absolute joy it was to connect with her and call DCR my new home! I was able to tour the actual unit I would be moving into; it was in wonderful condition and ready for me. Tessa took time to explain the application process and I was approved quickly. She went above and beyond, was attentive, and empathetic to my circumstances as well as timely with her communication to ensure I was updated as we moved through the process. I love, love my new place! Every visit to the office is pleasant and positive and every request or concern is addressed; I cant say enough about how much I appreciate her taking care of me!     We have lived at Dry Creek Ranch in 3 different apartments over the last 4 1/2 years. We love the community, there are always events like pizza night in the clubhouse, pancake breakfasts, food trucks, etc. We have always had stellar customer service from our initial visit, to moving in, to lease renewals and any minor issues weve had over the years. Our most recent lease renewal was handled by Seda who kept in contact with us via text message and showed great patience with me over the last few weeks of our decision making and forgetfulness. Thank you Seda, we appreciate you and everyone up there in the office. It is yall who make it a super easy decision to renew each year.

    Just moved in and the process was extremely easy! Tessa is absolutely great, was patient with all the changes I needed and made sure I understood all community related things. The apartment itself is a huge upgrade from my last. Very spacious. The appliances are what you need and more! I look forward to my new home!Update: Just want to also comment on the maintenance staff. I had 4 or 5 request in and they competed ALL of them the next day and it was absolutely perfect! Their above and beyond approach is great!

    We are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment and decided to check out Dry Creek Ranch apartments (based on my son’s friends recommendation) I called first to see how to set up a tour and Tessa was wonderful! She answered all my questions on the phone and then when we got there she gave us a fabulous tour! She was able to answer every question and showed us the great amenities. She made us feel at home even though we hadn’t lived there. She was not pushy at all and even gave us I go about a sister property we were touring. In the end we chose Dry Creek Ranch based on Tessa’s attitude. She and another lady (wish o knew her name!) working there were so helpful when we had issues filling out the application. We can’t wait to move in!

    This is our first apartment and Sada was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and so attentive to all of our needs and explaining everything so thoroughly! She really took the time to work with us even when things got a little complicated. I’m only taking off one star because while moving into the apartments we noticed a lot of cracks in the wall, the power box was dented and our carpet needs to be replaced... so only negative thing was that I wish the apartment didn’t have any damages. However Sada again has been so amazing and been working with us to fix all the issues efficiently.

    I had the opportunity to work with Seda from the leasing office and she was just wonderful to work with. I had an issue with one of the postal lockers not open and went to the front office for help. Seda acknowledged me the moment I walked in and was ready and willing to help. While the front office doesn’t necessarily “own” the boxes, she took the time to meet with the mail carrier to have the locker opened and retrieved my package for me. Seda then called me right away. She is a true asset and a wonderful addition to the Dry Creek Ranch team.

    I’ve moved a lot in my short lifetime. 16 times to be exact, and Dry Creek Ranch was by far one of the best experiences. If we didn’t have to move due to needing to help ill family members, then we probably would’ve resigned our lease.It first started with a phone call and a few emails with Tessa. I later toured the property with her and was impressed with all the amenities they had to offer which included a 1/2 basketball court, a gym, 2 pools, a car wash center, laundry center, dog park, playground, bbq pit with cornhole, and gaming room.Once settled, we had a couple times that we needed office or maintenance assistance and I’ve never seen a team operate so quickly. Not just in quick replies but very quick solutions as well. Ty, the manager is so sweet and helpful all the time. It never seems like you’re a bother to her which is really refreshing. It’s not just the front office that are amazing. The maintenance team is super respectful and timely.Biggest pros about living here aside from the staff: Bucees is literally across the highway aka best snacks ever and affordable gas prices. There’s just about everything within a reasonable distance to here. It’s easy to come / in out from multiple directions. Fairly close to the airports. It’s a fairly clean apartment complex. They’ve done some upkeep with the pools and patio furnitures which is nice since most complexes don’t want to spend the money. There’s monthly events and food trucks that come. Beautiful neighboring lake that you can walk around or do some catch and release fishing.Cons: It is an up and coming area so naturally there’s a lot of construction. And with construction comes unnecessary traffic. The motor speedway is close by and a constant humming can be heard all day long on days of events. They are strict about trash (which can be nice because that way trash isn’t left out everywhere). But if you have adhd and are a wfh mom like me, you might have to set a timer or reminder to bring your trash can in before you get a notice haha.Overall, lease here. You’ll love it!

    Im going on my 3rd year at Dry Creek and I cant say enough good things about this property. All service requests have been quick, the amenities (gym, pool, etc.) are fantastic, and the front office is incredibly helpful (Shoutout to Hannah and Seda). We have had very few problems, but the few weve had were resolved very quickly. If youre looking for a great property in an incredibly convenient location, Dry Creek is definitely worth looking into.

    I was looking for a 2 bedroom apartment and my friend referred me to check out Dry Creek Ranch apartments. I called leasing office to check the availability and other details. Seda was wonderful! As I was not able to go there in-person, she answered all my questions on the phone and helped me getting a video tour! She helped me during the whole leasing process and getting the contract signed. She responded to all my queries promptly and resolved very quickly.

    I have lived in one of the Phase 2 apartments for over a year and loved it! We have had some issues like anyone will but the office has been kind and quick to help when needed. Stephanie is awesome along with the other office staff and maintenance crew! I have lived in many different apartments across the US and Dry Creek Ranch is one of the best yet.

    We recently relocated all the way from Pennsylvania. The application process was super easy and Renee was really helpful from beginning to end. Swift replies to the emails and calls. She took us on a wonderful tour and made sure we were comfortable and that we had all of the information we needed. The apartments are great and the amenities are awesome. From playgrounds for the kids, to gym, pools etc. the rest of the staff is also great. I would recommend these apartments to everyone who is looking.     I’ve been actively looking for the last couple months and visiting the property today was so refreshing. Seda was extremely kind and helpful. My kids and I felt right at home. I submitted an application within a few hours primarily bc of the ladies in the leasing office. The apartments are beautiful, location is great and full of life but the people are what make the difference. So thankful and Im looking forward to moving to dry creek ranch.

    We have lived here for 3 years and for me the location, the friendly environment and the Front Office Staff support are great. I can only speak for my own personal experiences and have read other reviews but can say I have always had outstanding support from all of the Front Office staff. I will say Seda is the BEST she goes over and above every time we have any questions or need something. I love the community events while they have slowed down due to COVID-19 I hope they will start again in full force.

    I have been here for 2 years. We had issues, like any other apartment complex, but nothing that didnt get worked out.I would say the price for this type of apartment is a great price.This complex use to have different owners, so I was here during that shift. Both owners made sure you were taken care of.The complex is nice. My only issue are residents, like any other complex. People who dont pick up their dog poop or just toss out their cigarette butts. Those standard issuses that all apartment complexes have.The apartment layout is a decent layout.The appliances are nice and sharp.The gym is one of the best apartment gyms Ive ever used.The pool is nice.The scenery is decent.I would give an 8/10 rating.

    Im just getting settled in and thought...let me let ya know how happy I am to have moved out here. I was looking for a house but with everything out there so crazy, I just decided to get an apartment. I researched over 30 apartments and they were either super expensive or in a really yucky area. Im coming from Las Colinas....It is really nice out there. Anyways, in the end I needed a place that was dog friendly... not just any dog, but Siberian Husky friendly. Seda made it all happen! She was awesome! Convinced me upon entering the office. The Casita apartment she showed us was more than I could of asked for. My daughter & I loved it! Russell loved it even more...he has a doggy park!! Thanks to Tess..she got me the keys and showed me more of what I missed during my tour! Thank you Ladies!!     Overall, my experience with this apartment complex has been good. They are friendly at the leasing office (particularly Seda), the apartment itself is nice and spacious, and the maintenance crew have been awesome.I have two complaints that keep my rating from being 5 stars:1. The lawn chairs at the phase 2 pool have been unusable for a long time. The fabric of the chairs are ripped so that you can’t even sit in them. Last year, we told the office that this issue existed, but they could give no assurances that the chairs would be replaced. Over a year later, the same chairs remain.2. They have a really nice pond, however, the pathway around it is overgrown, and it forces me to walk in the grass instead. I’m not exceptionally tall either.

    Me and my wife went to look at the apartments . Sada in the front office listened to some concerns that we had had with other apartments , ( I’m an avid car guy and have multiple types of vehicles , that can cause some issues) she assured us that’s not an issue and there were others that shared my passion there as well ,and made us feel a lot better that those issues would not even be a concern there. She took us on a tour of an apartment ( she told us before hand that it was in the process of being renovated ) but it looked nice and all the amenities in and around the apartments. Super nice and seems like a real chill environment I spoke to someone that lived there and they seemed to totally understand why I asked them and said no it’s really quiet at night and usually during the day it’s not super busy even on a Saturday so it’s a very chill place and everyone gets along . We will be moving there as soon as we can !

    I have loved living here. If we didnt buy a house, we would renew our lease. They didnt raise the rent on our renewal notice, which is unheard of if you have ever lived in apartments. Our neighbors are quiet, there is a nice walking trail around a pond, the pool is great and the gym is amazing. My only complaint is the bathtub... the water always goes all over the floor. Minor thing, otherwise great place to live :)

    I really appreciate Domino coming in and handling a work order for us yesterday. I put it in and he was there and just very professional and polite. He even looked at things that wasn’t even on my work order that I forgot to write down. I really appreciate his professionalism along with his quickness.     Here are some things we loved about Dry Creek Ranch after living there for 3 years!1. Great amenities2. Fantastic, spacious, cute and clean apartments3. Fast and reliable maintenance and pest control4. Safe neighborhood5. Everyone that works in the office is super friendly and caring6. Great to have trash services and they work super hard to get your trash for you on schedule7. The office hosts creative and cute community involvement opportunities for different holidays and events such as Valentines Day or Super Bowl Sunday! Each time has something different and they give free food and snacks sometimes with these opportunites like baked potato bar or ice cream sundaes! They even had a breakfast day too!8. In addition to the occational free food and community involvment opportunities, they also make calendars for the community that shows when food trucks from all around will come to the office and even fun balcony decoration contests and prizes!I could go on and on! Thank you, Dry Creek Ranch, for everything you provide and do!
